I missed Mark's insult to the other-I'm just one of those people who noticers grammar, too, but didn't want to see anyone offended if their grammar is beyond their control (it's a little late for most of these people if they didn't learn it when they were in schoool. No offense taken here! (I taught German for years, and a few years teaching social studies and English, and the kids mostly had no concept of how English worked, so I did a lot of my own "educating" trying to make sure they used the right forms. . .I react to it when I see it on this site, but I figure it's beyond them if they don't know it by now-the main point is, can I understand what they are saying!
