I trust that you know about the truckers organizing a strike on and in Washington DC (for all of the right reasons) from Oct. 11 to 13. Let all of us do as much as possible to make it a roaring success. Doesn't it make sense that it would be the hardworking Americans, many of whom are the Blue Collar Reagan Democrats, that would make this effort to DEMAND to be heard and no longer ignored by the Washington elitists?

These are good people trying very hard to do the right thing; for that reason alone we should support them in every way we can, and especially in spreading the word about their strike.

I have been a political activist since 1964. I know from experience the biggest reason that demonstrations fail is because "the word" about them did not get out to enough people. Often people would participate but they simply did not know about it. One of the most effective ways the major "news" media hurts the conservative movement is by silence. They work hard at ignoring conservative efforts so that others who might be willing to help do not know what is happening.

Keep working for America; for too long the elitist have thought of it as their personal property do with as they please. But it is we, you and I and those truckers and the average Americans to whom this country belongs. It was made for us and by us. It is "we the people" who keep it alive. It is we who sent our sons, brothers and loved ones to fight and die for it. By our hard work and creativity we earned the right to call it our home. Every day we keep it alive with our hard work. It is we who talk of the Constitution and understand how precious freedom is. The politicians talk of largess.

Look at the political hacks, those who presume to call themselves a government. What have they done? What do they do except dictate to us how me must behave and think of ways seize and abuse power to feed their bloated, narcissistic egos. They do not create nor sacrifice; they grab and exploit, lie and manipulate.

This is our country, the Founding Fathers gave it to us as their great legacy. Let all of be worthy of them.
