I am a new Tea Party member and I finally reached my limit with the direction this tryannical government is going so I sent my first protest letters to the president, congress and different media outlets last night.  I am hand delivering them in a few hours.  The eviction of homeowners in Lake Mead Nevada with only a 24 hour notice by armed federal park police and the Veterans struggle to see the WWII Memorial erected in their honor all because of the "shutdown" put me over the top.  I am new to prostesting so I hope my now fellow tea partiers don't laugh at me or what I wrote.  I just felt like I had to do something.  I modeled my letters after boiler plate legal notices.  I tried to attach my notices as a file but they wouldn't download so they are pasted below.  They look better in a word document as far as formatting and spacing.  I'm learning so thanks for your patience and please comment and share.

NOTICE OF EMPLOYMENT VIOLATION

DATE OF NOTICE: 10th day of October, 2013

EMPLOYEE NAME: Members of Congress

ADDRESS OF PREMISES: U.S. Capitol, Washington, DC 20515

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

Pursuant to your terms of employment, you are all employees of the Citizens of the United States.  The location of employment is the U.S. Capitol, Washington, DC, 20515 and your home States. You are in violation of certain legal “Terms of Employment” you knowingly agreed to when you applied for, and accepted your position as a member of Congress.  Therefore, you are ordered to resign from your position immediately.  Since you are expendable and the office you hold is essential to the representative republic of the United States, the citizens of the United States who are legally eligible to vote will hold lawful elections to replace you with someone of good character, intelligence, effective leadership skills, and a fundamental understanding of the Constitution of the United States.

Your violations of the ‘Terms of Employment” are determined to be significant breaches of the Constitution and the promises you made to the American people.  Therefore, you are ordered to vacate any facility or office where you work that is paid for by the taxes of your State and the Federal taxes paid by the citizens of the United States.

Since members of Congress must follow the "Rule of Law", you are hereby terminated because you have violated the Constitution of the United States by:

1. Exceeding your authority as a member of Congress as outlined by the Constitution;
2. Violating your oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States;
3. Bypassing the authority of the Executive and Judicial branches of the Federal government;
4. Failing to effectively perform the duties entrusted to you by the citizens of your State, and by
5. Not fulfilling your campaign promises which are, in effect, a legal contractual agreement with the citizens of the United States, since the promises you made were the principle reasons you were elected to the office you hold.

You are required to correct these violations within 24 Hours after receipt or delivery of this Notice by resigning from the office you hold. (the      "Deadline").

Restitution is to be made by Yourself.

Payment is to be made in person by High Noon to the following address: Federal Prison.

These violations are a substantial default under the terms of your employment and entitle the Citizens of the United States to regain control of their great nation and governmental system that is “Of the People, By the People, and For the People.

THIS NOTICE OF THESE VIOLATIONS IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO THE APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND IN NO WAY IMPAIRS OR LIMITS ANY OF THE OTHER REMEDIES OR RIGHTS THAT THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES MAY HAVE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

TENANT'S NAME: Mr. Barack H. Obama, President of the United States of America

ADDRESS OF PREMISES: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20500

TAKE NOTICE THAT:

1. Pursuant to a written lease (the "Lease") dated November 6, 2012, you are a tenant for the premises described as: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC 20500 (the "Premises"), of which you now hold possession.

2. You are in violation of certain covenant(s) of your Lease for the Premises as follows:

Mr.Barack Obama, President of the United States, you are in violation of the conditions of your residency in the White House, a property owned by the tax paying citizens of the United States.  The violations are determined to be significant breaches of the Constitution and the promises you made to the American people.  Therefore, you are ordered to vacate the premise at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave within the next 24      hours.  Please note that 24 hours has recently been established as an adequate period of time by the precedent setting police actions of federal government employees enforcing evictions of U.S. Citizens from their privately owned homes in Lake Mead, Nevada.
    
     Since you consistently proclaim that the United States must follow the "Rule of Law" you are hereby evicted because you have violated the Constitution of the United States by:
    
     1. Exceeding the authority of the Office of the Presidency as outlined by the Constitution;
     2. Violating your oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States;
     3. Bypassing the authority of the Legislative and Judicial branches of the Federal government;
     4. Failing to effectively perform the duties of Commander-in-Chief; and finally, by
     5. Not fulfilling your campaign promises which are in effect, a legal contractual agreement with the citizens of the United States, since the promises you made were the principle reasons you were elected to the office you hold.

You are required to correct these violations within 24 Hours after receipt or delivery of this Notice (the "Deadline").

Payment is to be made by Yourself.

Payment is to be made in person by High Noon to the following address: Federal      Prison.

These violations are a substantial default under the terms of your Lease and      entitle the landlord to possession of the Premises. If you do not correct the said violations by the Deadline, this Lease is terminated by the Landlord as of that date.

If the Lease has been terminated by the Landlord, the tenant must vacate and surrender the Premises to the Landlord by 12 noon on October 12, 2013.
