just a queary here....if a person is disabled, on social security disability, a widow, and very low income, does that person have to sign up for obamacare? and if so, what happens if it comes back saying the person has to buy the damned insurance even tho he or she clearly doesn't have the income to do so?

i have just recently become involved in politics and the Tea Party since i was governed by my late husband for years on how to receive our politics. i am now free to express my own opinions and vote the way i feel best benefits the nation. i was introduced to the Tea Party through Fox News Channel (FNC), and by watching the news commentaries on FNC I came to know Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Rand Paul, Senator Lee, and many other republican congressional people. I realized that these people are really out there to stop the growth of Big Government, to preserve our Civil Rights, and to serve the nation as representatives of what the people want!

while i detest the shutdown of the government, i back the republicans 100% in their stand to set sanctions on the current healthcare law so that every American receives the same postponement that big corporations, small businesses, and others have been granted by the president, after the fact (obamacare was voted in, Yes, but since that time, obama has changed the law 17 different times without the approval of congress). democrats say that obamacare was voted into law by congress, but that healthcare law is not the same law that republicans voted on! so why should we, the american public be forced to buy a healthcare plan that does not Fit the Needs of the individuals purchasing the insurance? Ridiculous!!
