I am virtually certain that Obama is the son of a Kenyan national and is not native born by earlier Supreme Court Case findings. Their earlier findings were that one had to be born of a US citizen father, and a US citizen mother no matter where the person was born. That should be the criteria used to determine his eligibility for Presideent of the US and he clearly fails that test. There is not need to go further than that. All the tea party and the people of America need to do is apply the previous supreme court findings to the current 2012 election cycle. That ends Obama's eligibility to be on the ballot. If 5 states can accomplish keeping the fraud off their presidential ballot, he loses. Then we can take the fraud from there and maybe reclaim our nation from a den of idiots in the democratic party who supported him instead of upholding the constitution as they were sworn to do. You need to develop a two pronged attack on this problem. My litmus test he surely fails. His father was a Kenyan. I have nothing against his being a Kenyan. I do have something against his ignoring the US constitution to become president. That is true no matter what his ideas are, great or small.
