Consider the following:
For the Executive, failure to enforce the law, especially by obstruction of justice, is grounds for impeachment --
Committing a crime under the color of authority is yet another crime --
Impeachment does not necessarily mean removal from office, it does mean a total loss of political power --
Unconstitutional ‘laws’ are null and void no matter what the intent of their passage, no matter by whom --
By existing Law once stripped of authority all officials can and should be charge with any crimes they have committed --
Impeachment was instituted to protect the honor and integrity of office and the lives and reputations of office holders, that is why any talk of it not being used has a rather odd smell.
I hope this helps you rethink your position and repetition of cognitive dissonance.
