America is governed as if there is no difference between the U.S. Constitution and the Communist Manifesto; that there is no difference between self-reliance and redistribution. Social Security, Medicare, Federal Reserve, Central Planning, IRS, Welfare, Food Stamps, Affirmative Action, Quotas, Collective Public School - Dept.'s of Education, Labor, Health and Human Services, laws against replacing strikers, etc. prove that America, under the Constitution, is fully engaged in the redistribution of wealth and dictatorship of the working class mandated by the Manifesto. Either Americans are free or enslaved. Either the Constitution establishes individual liberty and limited government or it doesn't. Either the Constitution establishes redistribution or it doesn't. Either the Constitution establishes the dictatorship of the proletariat or it doesn't. In fact, the Preamble establishes a government limited to security and infrastructure as it provides for the government to "promote the general welfare" and excludes individual welfare. The Constitution allows for the conduct of government within the parameters of the Preamble. The Communist Manifesto mandates the redistribution of wealth - from each according to his ability, to each according to his need. The Manifesto mandates the dictatorship of the proletariat - the workers force their demands on the nation. Either the Constitution and the Manifesto are the same or they are different. Either the Supreme Court can read the Preamble/Constitution and understand that it is different from the Manifesto or it can't. As America exists today, there is absolutely no difference between the Constitution and the Manifesto. Good day, Comrade.
