In 1975, my life in ruins, government to blame, I used my Constitutional rights to take the IRS to court.  The unintended consequence was the IRS overstepping its boundary. Given the power it happens every time.  In my case, the IRS ate crow. My dream came true. Life could not be better.

NSA tries to comply but "due to insufficient or inaccurate research” often breaks the rules.This can generally be said about government.  When government is dealing with people, the cure is worse than the disease every time. Most likely, you would not know that. Obama doesn't know that.

I was here before government entitlement.  The family was America’s cornerstone.  The family took care of its own.  The federal government was not part of our everyday life.  Most thought went to local government.  Our education was directed toward self-sufficiency. Divorce was rare.  Families worked out their own problems.  Government was the servant of the people.

By looking to government to solve our personal problems—socialism—and government growing into a mindless juggernaut, America has become a weak sister.   Government entitlement, or a privilege going to selected people as a way to buy votes is responsible.  The people, not government, are paying a high price.  “Place the blame on Maime, boys!”  It’s déjà vu.  You don’t want to face the truth.  

We receive this great news from the Wall Street Journal.  If I'm getting weaker all the time but other people are getting weaker than I am is that great news?

Since quantitative easing may be less later on, that to is an indicator that the dollar will be stronger, according to the Wall Street Journal.  That's indication that interest rates will go up and the dollar will buy less, but it is not as weak as other currency.  Great news.  Now we know what to do. Buy gold.

We don't have the body of Snowden.  China and Russia gave Obama the middle finger, Obama, who promised to transform America; Obama, who has his talking points on Benghazi. He used the IRS to win his election. His DOJ is lying, and he's lying about snooping on the American people.  Some of us think Snowden is a hero.

After five years of Obama, with the economy still limping,  thanks to Obama's socialist cures, Fed Chairman Bernanke said the Fed might later in the year ease off on practically nothing interest rates.  His statement caused the stock market to nosedive. Where the economy would have been were it not the Fed's easy money policy, we shudder to think.

Something capitalist Henry Ford said comes to mind. "If you think you can you can. If you think you can't you can't.”   By thinking he could, Ford changed the world for the better.  By thinking you can't, and you must depend of government, you get socialism, zero rights, and poverty.

This brings me to Einstein, who revealed mathematically that if one could travel at the speed of light time would come to a standstill and space would shrink to naught.  What would you have left?  Einstein figured vibrations.  Vibrations are represented by numbers.  The ancients used numbers  to explain the makeup of the universe and man’s place.

Light travels in waves. Water waves and air waves require a medium. Light waves travel in a vacuum. In physics lab experiments, when light waves are observed they change into particles, something physical. Einstein's mathematics merely point out our state of consciousness, which is not in the time-space consortium.  It's a quality—when time is at a standstill and space shrinks to naught.

Socialist Robert K. Merton brought us to know  “unintended consequences.”  He called it the self-fulfilling prophecy. “The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behavior which makes the original false conception come 'true'. This specious validity of the self-fulfilling prophecy perpetuates a reign of error. For the prophet will cite the actual course of events as proof that he was right from the very beginning.”  Yes indeed, we do make our reality, which brings me to my point.     

In that at the speed of light, time and space do not exist, but there comes the day of unintended consequences—we are in the space-time consortium—from the state of being to physical—the deeper reality—consciousness—beyond space and time—but with the potential to manifest as both space and time, if we think we can picture what’s going on, that’s indication that we’ve got it wrong, said Werner Heisenberg,  who published his uncertainty principle in September 1925, in the month and year that I was born.

We find that with my birth came “understanding the laws by which subtle forces are organized…. The natives have tremendous willpower and are relentless in working toward a goal…. Often there is a sense of destiny or a peculiar karmic mission they must fulfill.”  Astrologer’s Handbook.  

We learn in astrology that I’m way ahead of my time. We are now at the dawn of the Age of Aquarius, an age when we become our brother’s keeper.  Don’t take it from me. Jesus talked about it.  He said that if you want to escape all these things that shall come to pass, to stand before the Son of man (Luke 21:36).

In the year I was born, 1925, in possible violation of the Fourth Amendment, like a lot of other acts of Congress in disregard of our rights, Congress gave the IRS the authority to examine our personal records for income tax purposes.  I mean really folks, don’t  you know who Congress is for?

The Supreme Court had sanctioned federal income tax.  So what? As a matter of record, the Supreme Court, while sanctioning federal income tax, wrote: “Under the seeming exercise of the taxing power, the taxing statute is so arbitrary as to compel the conclusion that it was not the exertion of taxation, but the confiscation of property, or is so wanting in basis for classification as to produce such a gross and patent inequity as inevitably to lead to the same conclusion,” it is not tax. It is confiscation of property. That’s not talk. It is the law.  I was born to deal with it. While I still can, I’m going to advise you.

You are letting government regulate you out of existence, and to learn every move you make, while the government is secretly screwing you blind. Why you people have allowed this is beyond me.  I’m from another world.

Unprepared for what was to come, on September 6, 1974, Director of Internal Revenue Ervin B. Osborn wrote me. I had had the audacity to inform  Attorney General William B. Saxbe that federal income tax was unconstitutional. In his letter, Mr. Osborn informed me that the Sixteenth Amendment, “which was passed by Congress in 1909 and finally ratified by three-fourths of the states in 1913, provides….I assume that Congress has the power to tax total income at a given level.”  Really!  Mr. Osborne thereby indicated that I had nothing to say about the amount of tax on my income. For no particular reason, Mr. Osborne informed me that he was going to audit me. He spent a week in my home going through my records and left claiming that I failed to report $5,000 in income. That should have told me I made a mistake in expressing my idea of the law to the attorney general.  But no, Mr. Osborne could say anything he wanted to say. Making me pay was quite another matter.  As it turned out Mr. Osborne paid.  He was forced to admit to the world that he was wrong on the front page of The Palm Beach Post.

Who was I?  I want you to know that I was a nobody with the ability to write a letter to the nation’s top cop, and the money to buy a postage stamp.   I talk to the people who enforce the law.  They don’t tell me the law. I tell them the law, including the Attorney General of the United States.

Questionably, Congress can’t get a straight answer out of the IRS.  What does that tell you?  They are playing games and you are the victim.  You’ve got to personally know the law. Don’t take anyone’s word for it!   You could be in big trouble.

You need to know the government’s position and go from there. The government’s holds that the constitutional scheme of separation of powers, and the deference owed by the federal judiciary to the other two branches of government within that scheme, present an absolute bar to taxpayer suits challenging the validity of federal spending programs. The government views such suits as involving no more than the mere disagreement by the taxpayer “with the uses to which tax money is put.”   Really!  In Flast v. Cohen, said the court, “An analysis of the function served by standing limitations compels a rejection of the government’s position.”

“The fundamental aspect of standing is that it focuses on the party seeking to get his complaint before a federal court and not on the issues he wishes to have adjudicated.” 

However, unless you happen to be someone who does not affect the scheme of unlimitedly taxing the masses, the courts wave you off.

Here’s one case of someone who didn’t affect the masses, the Missouri, Kansas &Texas Ry. Co. The Supreme Court, regarding the tax affecting this corporation:  “A tortured construction of the Constitution is not to be justified by recourse to extreme examples of reckless congressional spending which might occur it courts could not prevent expenditures which, even if they could be thought to effect any national purpose, would be possible only by action of a legislature lost to all sense of public responsibility.”  Why wouldn’t the Court take the same position in my case? The MKT had no rights.    Remember that the Supreme Court sanctioned black slavery.  Really folks, do you want another civil war? You are witness to the fact that  as one of the mass of taxpayers you don’t get anywhere in the scheme of things.  You’ve allowed government to paint itself into a corner.  Your government is out of control.  Only we the people can take control and save our nation.  The law is the right answer.   If I could force the law on the IRS so can you.

Enough of ancient wisdom has survived to suggest a basis on which to build new methods of analyzing our current situation, keeping in mind that the old guard is desperate.     I’ve good news. A new paradigm is in the making for you.  The ancients, due to my birth date and place I was born, gave me the ability to understand the subtle workings of the universe.  I could be the person to bring back ancient wisdom.  I psychically separate the true from the false and can bring new ideas to a waiting world.  All my dreams have come true, but in spite of all that I know what I offer is a hard sell. I feel for you Mike, but what can I do?

Of all people, Hitler revealed the truth.  He was an occultist.   The so-called Aryan superman idea comes from the part of the world where civilization began.  Some of those ancient people, if not all, were demigods, the descendants of aliens of other worlds.  In Genesis 1:26, we read, “And God said, Let us make man in our image.”  Some of those aliens came here for something they wanted that we had and they didn’t. You can count on that.

There is evidence of flying saucers in Nazi Germany.  After the defeat of Nazi Germany, Nazi rocket scientists were brought to the United States. Soon after their arrival, flying saucers appeared in American skies.  One crashed near Roswell, New Mexico.  The biggest cover-up in history began.  Rest assured that the United States is getting something these aliens have that it wants.  It is something for something. It is not for your benefit or mine.  It is for control.  

But getting  back to the beginning of civilization, there were priests who gave us the zodiac, a map of the heavens. Those priests knew advanced mathematics. They geometrized the universe.  They gave us personal characteristics. They predicted events.  They predicted the coming of Jesus, the king of Jews. These were the “three wise men” from the east.

The Jews wanted no part of this man of peace.  They envisioned a conqueror who would drive out the Romans.  They were of the Aryan mindset.  From the idea of peaceful co-existence and the conqueror idea, we Americans remain divided.  Nazi Germany was not defeated. It merely went underground.  They are in control.

In The Rising Sign, astrologer Jeanne Avery, under “Aquarius Rising,” my sign: “He may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries….He is not one to hide his light under a bushel. The need for constant variety and freedom can bring fascinating experiences into his life, yet he can be unpredictable to the extreme.”  Read about this person in my book, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012.  I’m that person.

In Matthew 6, we read Jesus saying, “in earth as it is in heaven….But seek ye first the kingdom of God.”  He said the kingdom of God is in you.  Were God in heaven, it would take an authority to know what God wants of us, an Aryan—a conqueror.   

Keeping in mind that I’m politically conservative, Jesus said that there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars; and that there would be distress among the nations (Luke 21:25).  And when these things come to pass, said Jesus,  the Son of man would come (Luke 21:27). He said to know that the kingdom of God would be on hand (Luke 21:28). “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man”  (Luke 21:36)  

Do liberal Democrats want peace or do they want an Aryan conqueror? I go along with Jesus.  I’m a man of peace.

My title today was the headline in The Palm Beach Post on December 6, 1986. The story began with, “Joseph W. Smith Jr. (me) is convinced he’ll never have any peace as long as he’s a taxpayer and the Internal Revenue Service exists.”

In the article, Holger Euringer, IRS public relations officer: “We did make numerous mistakes in the collection procedure. We are very sorry and we apologize.”

The article goes on to detail the “mistakes,” including the violation of a Tax Court order and the violation of a U.S. District Court order.  The IRS was sorry for obstruction of justice? The article tells of the IRS going to my bank and seizing every cent in my checking account.  All it took was a piece of paper, which did not even include a signature, to rob my wife and I of our rent and grocery money.  The P.B.P. article ends with this admission: “Euringer said the Nov. 5 bank account levy was a mistake.”   This kind of government mistake is what puts people on the street. And what kind of people?  Working people struggling to exist.

Well, we're not perfect. Sometimes these "mistakes" happen. But think of the overall good your government is doing. Said Senator Bob Graham in a letter to me:The IRS is allowed to use "draconian" means in the collection procedure.  Do say? I was a trouble maker--a "tax protester" trying to get out of paying my "fair" share of the tax burden, said Senator Graham and other liberal Democrats--the kind that would push grandma over a cliff.

 Aside from the fact that I was a political conservative making waves, my wife and I were two average citizens struggling to exist. I was age 69, with a heart condition.  My doctor told me I'd probably be having open-heart surgery within five years. My wife was 59, a medical secretary, was just diagnosed with cancer when the IRS letter arrived.   But never mind this, I was a racist white man.  Latino women make better judges.  Obama put a Latino woman on the Supreme Court to judge me.

The Tea Party complains about being singled out. Here this: The Democrats had me red tagged as a tax protester. In 1994, the IRS went on a witch hunt to find tax protesters.  I was retired, so the IRS, with nothing to go on, informed my wife’s employer that it was going to garnish her wages for unpaid income tax. She received a letter from the IRS telling her that unless she immediately paid $35,000 in unpaid income tax, penalty and interest, the IRS was authorized to seize our home, and anything else we owned in payment of the tax.  This is actually what they do to individuals who make waves.  

The Fifth Amendment, besides giving the IRS the right to say nothing in a congressional hearing, gives us due process of law. The U.S. District Court refused to hear the case. Think of this. The IRS had already violated two court orders.  Taxpayers going to court under the due process clause of the Fifth amendment is a joke. As far as average Americans are concerned, the IRS can do no wrong. There is nothing you can do about it, right?

With nothing to go on, my wife, the victim of an IRS fraud--without even being allowed to be heard, I guess that aught to tell you what liberal Democrats are about. My Republican Congressman intervened.  It was an IRS mistake. 

Think of the stress this typical Democrat stunt needlessly causes.  Obama is literally  killing us. Which is the bigger of the two threats to your freedom, the United States or international terrorism?  The United States, for security reasons, is secretly taking actions that threaten your freedom—such as the IRS' out-and-out robbery of the working people of America; such as gathering information on everything you do; such as attempting to take your guns; such as lying about everything.  And you depend on your government to correct these wrongs? Just cool it and let them get to the bottom of this? Are you kidding? The majority of the voters love what the your government is doing.  To them, "There but for the grace of God go I."

I believe God helps those who help themselves. The proof is in the pudding. My dreams have come true, thanks to the generosity of the American people, and no thanks to government.  The least I can do is tell you the truth about government entitlement.

When the lawless Nazis were in control of Germany, it was a crime to expose them.  Now the United States has a criminal investigation launched against whistle blower Snowden. With the above thought in mind, the head honcho of NSA, Brother Clapper says there is nothing to worry about in the Muslim Brotherhood, Clapper, who can’t look you in the eye and say it, that NSA is not gathering information on all Americans.  My fellow Americans, we have a problem.  Private enterprise has been so successful in America, we’ve become self-indulgent.

In Nazi Germany, you either went along or else.  A stark reminder: The Nazis murdered six million Jews.  I was there. I’m one of the lucky ones to survive. A disabled WWII veteran, I owe it to my buddies, who gave their lives that we may be free, to tell you my thinking.  You are paying me. This is the least I can do.

My friends, the trap has already closed on the American people.  This isn’t a war against terror. This is World War III—with weapons of war that make WWII weapons look like bows and arrows. Do you realize what we are facing?  We could end history written in the rocks—and be missed as much as the dinosaurs.

The Nazis were not defeated in WWII. They merely went underground.  You may not know it but flyng saucers were present in Nazi Germany.  After WWII, Nazi rocket scientists were brought to the United States. Soon after they appeared, flying saucers appeared over America, and government denying it.  Something is fishy.  The number of flying saucers has proliferated. Millions of people have seen flying saucers.  Government doesn’t know anything about it.  In the hearings, government  knows nothing.

Hitler was an occultist.  He believed the so-called  Aryans were connected with extraterrestrials. This is one more clue of the danger.  There is evidence that the so-called Aryans were here, and now they are back, perhaps at Hitler’s invitation.   The Nazi swastika is borrowed from the ancient religion in the land so-called Aryans occupied. Hitler was the vicar of God’s chosen, the Aryans, a religious idea of a master race. God’s chosen Jews, considered weeds, had to go.   The controlling Muslims of Hitler’s time loved that idea.  They remain in love with that idea, and incidentally, Obama’s idea. And then there is Clapper.  Then there is this idea of one for all and all for one—organized labor’s motto—the idea of social reform, from individualism to central control. Yes, they are all in it together.

Hitler organized the National Socialist Party. In origin, Aryan, the origin from which came Muslim terrorist. Most American Muslims don’t buy terrorism.  But when Muslim terrorists brought down the World Trade Center, there was dancing in the streets in the Middle East.

Don’t leave out Christians. President Obama’s former pastor Wright  “goddamned” America.   The perfect answer for capitalist self indulgence is socialism. In fact, the Pledge of Allegiance, originally composed by Francis Bellamy in 1859, this Baptist minister associated with liberation theology—liberation of the poor and needy—right down Obama’s line of thought!  Pastor Bellamy was a member of the Christian Socialist movement.  

If you are a control freak, whose motto is “take from the rich and give to the poor,” this has great social appeal but associates with turning God’s will into man’s evil. I don’t think most Christians buy into this idea, but if they dare to say they don’t, it’s political.  The IRS will deny their tax exemption status.

I can tell you—from personal experience—that the IRS is a paper tiger. I beat them on their own turf. Why let the IRS take control? Call their hand.  They’ve got nothing.

As a result of ancient religious doctrines, the world of the ancient Aryan, that which Hitler gives us, the personification of evil, the Middle East  going up in flames, the Muslim Brotherhood’s aim is to establish central control, and from that, control of the whole world. 

My Mission

In that I’m a nobody, and always at risk of being considered an egotistical pest, nevertheless, in that my mission in this life is to bring awareness of the challenge we face, and to participate in bringing peace and tranquility to the world, I give you the following thoughts to ponder.

Atomic war is a growing threat.  The all for one and one for all idea being that the individual counts for naught, with the world’s overpopulation problem—hunger and global warming—a reduction in population of ninety percent, the goal of control freaks, would  this not be a good thing?  Strict control of the remaining ten percent would be a good thing, wouldn’t it?   I’m a rock in the stream, I’m told.

This evil Aryan religion existed in the part of the world where the so-called Garden of Eden existed, the place where good and evil began, and, incidentally, where civilization began.  So, we’ve got the god-like Aryans, good and evil, those who want control of the world,  holy war, and little ole me in opposition.   

We remain the same world in 2013 AD (after the death of Christ). If you want to be Christ-like, say I, you need to know that control freaks are turning good into evil. Christ said, “in earth as it is in heaven....But seek ye first the kingdom of God.” He said the kingdom of God is in you, but not if you refuse to act.

To act against a giant takes guts, I can tell you. If you dare to act, the powers that be will come down on you hard. That’s the test, whether you have the determination to stand pat.

The ancient Aryans were mathematicians. They performed great engineering feats.  They turned a desert into a garden with sprawling cities.  It seems that we have the answer in today’s high tech. We don’t care.  We just want to be entertained.  Pop a pill and let the good times roll.  Flying saucers played a roll.  They have altered our minds.

The ancients invented the zodiac, a map of the heavens.  With mathematics, they made connections with alignments of the stars and planets, alignments that concerned human characteristics, events, and the aspects of matter. They created images in the heavens from the locations of stars. From the movements and alignments, ages, which they fit into their zodiac, they predicted a king of Jews, Jesus, who they had arriving at the beginning of the Age of Pisces.

The characteristics of people in the Age of Pisces: extremely responsive to the thoughts and feelings of others, we learn from the ancients,  they desperately want to do the right thing but as a rule don’t have strong wills; they are easily influenced by external factors. They are duck soup for control freaks. Is it any wonder that Jesus was crucified?  He gave his life that we might see the meaning of life.

Jesus said he would be back.  With this in mind, and  all of what is going on today, Jesus, in speaking of his return, in Luke 21:25, there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars; and distress among the nations.  Jesus said when he  returns we could be redeemed.  You can’t be redeemed if you don’t believe.

Bearing this idea out, we are now leaving the Age of Pisces and entering the Age of Aquarius, a time when we look within, a time when we become strong willed and stubborn in our beliefs. This is an age when we become our brother’s keeper.

In Luke 21:36: Said Jesus: “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”

He was speaking to you and I. I stood my ground against the evil IRS. Everyone was against me. My dreams have come true. I’m not a Christian. I’m not even religious. You don’t have to be religious. Believe and act!  Your dreams will come true.

The Constitution brought to light something I’ve never heard connected with the Constitution, something  I’d like to pass on at this crucial time.

 I was banned from Tea Party Patriots.  The director was receiving lots of complaints.  Just yesterday, on the Institute for Noetic Sciences discussion forum, since no one was discussing what I was discussing, I was asked to leave.  The director of the forum was receiving lots of complaints. As a matter of fact, I've not been received well here. Your director has warned me. That's why I've been posting my thoughts in the Noetic Sciences discussion forum  I'm a rock in the stream. People don't like that.

Peter Russell is a Noetic Sciences stalwart.  On the back cover of Russell’s From Science to God, “is the story of Peter Russell’s lifelong exploration into the nature of consciousness….We have only to put the pieces together and explore the new picture of reality that emerges. The result is a universe in which science and spirit no longer conflict.” On the front cover of From Science to God is an image of Multnomah Falls.  

Coincidentally, on the first date with my wife, Karen, on May 18, 1980, we hiked the trail to Multnomah Falls, on the day that nearby Mt. St. Helens erupted. The eruption was one of many signs in my life.  The legendary Phoenix, after a life of five or six centuries, immolates itself on a pyre and from the ashes rises to live another period of years.  The Phoenix legend is seen as an emblem of immortality or of reborn hope; a person or thing that has been restored after suffering a calamity or of annihilation.  Beautiful Crater Lake was the scene of an eruption forty times as great as the Mt. St. Helens eruption. And so it was that after studying my Constitution and acting, the calamity my life had become became beautiful—because I acted.

When I met my wife, I had the feeling that I was meeting someone I’d known.  On our first date, on the trail to Multnomah Falls, while sitting on a log chatting, Karen blurted out, “I want ours to be a platonic relationship.”  At that very moment, we observed the sky in the northwest turn black.  Fifteen years later, Karen handed me one of those computer generated compatibility reports. In it, I read, “The Platonic thing was there from the start, and there is a sense of the brotherly and sisterly between you.”

Under “The Great Awakening,” Chapter 9 in From Science to God, Christopher Fry’s quote:

Thank God our time is now, when wrong

Comes up to face us everywhere.

Never leave us ‘til we take

The longest stride of soul man ever took.

Affairs are now soul size.

The enterprise is exploration into God.

“These decisions are based on human thinking, human feelings, and human values,” writes Russel, “which in turn are influenced by our needs to be in control, and to bolster an ever-vulnerable sense of self. Inner issues such as these lie at the root of our problems as much as any external factors.”

In Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,”  as I see it, our image the highest level of conscious awareness in the universe, would it not be?  Why would that be off-topic in a new age discussion forum?

In Genesis 3:22, “And the Lord God said, Behold the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil.” No other life form on our planet knows good and evil.  It seems that our archetype is the highest form of conscious awareness in the universe.

In a post in Noetic Sciences, I read that the worst thing we can do is to connect parapsychology with astrology.  Peter Russell gives us an excellent history of astrology in his book.  An astrologer told me the first thing he noted in my chart was that I’m psychic; that I can envision the future.  

In Luke 21, the return of the Lord in glory, Jesus: “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations," was that simply a figure of speech? That is for you to decide. 

Astrology says that we are entering the Age of Aquarius and a time when we become our brother’s keeper.  I’m Aquarius rising. I’m not a Christian. I’m not even religious. I believe we can live together in peace.  I believe Jesus is my savior and redeemer.  It all connects with my Constitution.   Yes, I know, it is a far reach.  We don’t know reality.  Science has now replaced the supernatural with the logical, but carried away with the things science has created, we don't know whether we are afoot or horseback.

In Luke 21:36, Jesus admonishes us. “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”  Yes, it is a hard sell.  Everyone thinks I’m nuts, but my dreams have come true.  I don’t think we can all say that.

I’m a nobody—just a name, a male with ideas.  My ideas alone?  I don’t think so. I imagine voices of the past influencing my actions. I got the notion from the U.S. Constitution.  I planned to use my Constitution for my purpose—to take the IRS to court.  You see, I read it for a practical purpose. 

Everyone I knew thought I’d lost my mind.   The IRS called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.”  (Now the IRS is taking the Fifth to keep from incriminating itself.)  I used the Fifth Amendment to force due process of law.  So, who is the freak?

The Constitution gives me the right to be me.  Believing this in 1975, I legally attacked the IRS.  The IRS lawyers, nearly all Democrats, defended the IRS’s supposed right to make me pay dearly for claiming the right to be me. They want no part of that. What would Democrats do without the authority to rob Peter to pay Paul?   The Tea Party’s stand for the taxpayers is fair game for Democrats.  The Tea Party is for those who would push grandma over the cliff.  Democrats are for seeing to it that the meek and poor get their “rights.”

Thus, in 1986, after going to the Tax Court and getting a favorable ruling, the IRS ignored the court’s order.  The IRS obstructed justice.  I took my obstruction of justice case to three U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, all to no avail. To Quote the Court of Appeals, Goodwin, Sneed and Reinhart, Circuit Judges:

“Despite the fact that the amount of taxes owed by the taxpayer may well be less than the amount the United States must spend to collect that amount, this is a case in which the excess should be expended to validate once more the legitimacy of the federal income tax.”

To America’s judiciary, understand, I don’t exist.  The favorable ruling for me in Tax Court  didn’t exist.  The IRS obstruction of justice didn’t exist.  

I took the court record to The Palm Beach Post.  An investigation was made—with my court record as evidence.  The IRS admitted that it had been wrong  for eleven years—on  the front page of The Palm Beach Post.  The IRS apologized, stating that it meant no harm.  It was a “mistake.”   This is what they are claiming now. 

Why don’t the American people know that the IRS makes mistakes that leave taxpayers on the street?  What would half of the American people do if they were not government entitled?  So some of us have to live on the street. So what!  You have to look at what is  good for all.  The individual is no consideration.

In 2013, the Tea Party is being singled out by the IRS.  How much good do you think going to Washington in protest will do?  The Supreme Court holds that property is a means to a worthy end.  Hitler had the same idea when he murdered  six million Jews.  

For whatever it is worth to you people, my singular experience gave me an identity. Miraculously, when everything should have gone wrong for me, according to the makers and keepers of America’s law, everything started going right. My dream came true.  Instead of looking to Washington for my answers, I looked within.  I give voices of the past credit.

Under Caliphate rule and Sharia law 

We read: “I’d be very happy if the president did a great job,” Trump said. “Before I am a Republican, I am an American. I want this country to be great again. It’s not going to be great again.”  One can easily imagine, from all that is taking place, that something big is about to happen. It is going to be something that has never happened before. I’m certain of that.  The general public prefers to think the worst .  Those who think the worst experience the worst.  We need someone who thinks big to lead us.

“You need to listen to me, Donald.  How did you become a billionaire?  You didn’t think the worst.  I didn’t think the worst.  I could not ask for more.  I hope my message gets to you. By the way, Donald, I want to thank you.  I copied your legal action against the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.  I got my taxes cut in half without a lawyer.  Those boot-licking bureaucrats taking us down are paper tigers.”  

In the valley between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, a parched desert and scant life, presto chango: sprawling cities, great engineering feats, irrigation, fields of golden grain, rows of waving date palms. From the worst to the best, Donald.  You are the kind that makes these things happen.

 A conscious universe is teaming with life. Aliens are here in growing number. The evidence is undeniable.  It all adds up. We are about to experience a time warp—suddenly, years into our future.  It has happened before.  Life’s evolvement comes in spurts.  

Think of Native Americans. Assuming that we are about to evolve, do you want to be put on the reservation—left out—to live a poverty stricken life? What would possess me to think this? America’s leadership is as phony as a three dollar bill.  Government entitlement?  Give me a break!  You are being put on the reservation.

 There is always a reason for every happening.  In the civilization that suddenly appeared between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, leaving the rest of the world to scrounge for an existence, a map of the heavens appeared, called the zodiac.  By mathematical calculations, the ancients said if this is so that must be so.  They predicted our characteristics and events from astrological calculations, we can presume, from some higher conscious awareness that was here on earth at that time.  Astrologers predict in  Astrologer’s Handbook, under  Saturn Trine Pluto, “This trine gives the natives the ability to understand the laws by which subtle forces are organized.”  In my chart, Saturn is Trine Pluto. This is far from all that gives me the ability to perceive what others fail to perceive.  I’m Virgo with Aquarius rising.  In The Rising Sign, under Aquarius Rising, we read this:  “When this sign is on the ascendant (in the zodiac),  the individual has a unique approach to life that makes him somehow ‘different’ from other people….He can brand himself as a maverick or an oddball. He screams to the world, ‘Don’t fence me in’…..He is a forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, and showing humanity the way….He knows where the fruit grows and where the spotlight can hit. He is not one to hide his light under a bushel.”

It was my choice to get on my path of destiny. You have a choice. Don’t blame me if your life isn’t all that it could be. “The natives have tremendous willpower and are relentless in working toward a goal….They are able to work slowly and make fundamental and irrevocable changes in their own and others lives. Often there is a sense of destiny or a peculiar karmic mission which they must fulfill. This is one of the most profound of aspects,” speaking of Saturn trine Pluto.  There is much more that tells me my mission in life.

Jesus was predicted by ancient astrologers from Persia, the land between the Tigris and Euphrates.  Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven….But seek ye first the kingdom of God.”  He said the kingdom of God is in you.  In Luke 21, Jesus speaking of his second coming, said, there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars.

Astrology informs us that we are moving away from the Age of  Pisces, an age when we’ve looked to external factors; an age when we’ve been unable to make up our minds; with an aversion to struggle. “They will generally suffer injury rather than fight for their rights.” Astrologer’s Handbook.

Laugh it off, but the Age of Aquarius, the symbol of which is the water-bearer, “who spills out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy,”  Astrologer’s Handbook, if you pick the reservation, that’s your choice.

The Act Right Legal Foundation  filed suit against the IRS for targeting conservative, small-government, and Tea Party organizations. Hurray for our side!

I’ve been reporting for 27 years that I sued the IRS for targeting me—the IRS against  the law.   How’s this for laughs? The IRS called me a “Fifth Amendment freak.”  The Fifth Amendment states that if I have a personal stake in the outcome I have a constitutional right to “due process of law.”  Due process means that I have a right to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaning place.  It should not come as a surprise that there is no such place in the United States.

The Tax Court heard me.  Two U.S. District Courts, by order of magistrates, refused to hear me.  The IRS had frozen a large amount of refund money because I petitioned the Tax Court for a far lesser amount.  It’s against the law.  The Tax Court straightened the fraud out, three years after it took place, and to no avail.  The IRS ignored the Tax Court order, as did the U. S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  

A third U.S. District Court decided to hear me. The DOJ reported to the Court that the IRS had “wrongfully” confiscated my property and offered to pay me back, plus interest.   The money was sent to me. The IRS then demanded that I give it back, calling it a mistake.  Of course I refused. The IRS ordered my bank give it every cent in my account.  The left hand of the government doesn’t know what the right hand is doing—by willful acts against the people—and getting with it.

I took the court record and the IRS notice to my bank to The Palm Beach Post. An investigation was made. The IRS admitted that it had been “mistaken” from the first, but meant no harm.   That wasn’t the end of it. The IRS continued to attempt to rob me.

Every now and then the heat gets turned up. Our representatives make a big fuss over these lawless stunts. Big changes are promised.  Everything returns to normal.

It should be obvious by now that you can’t expect your representatives  to  protect you.  You have to do that yourself.  When only one or two take action against a multitude,  nothing is going to change.

In the beginning, the Bible tells us, God created heaven and earth. Science tells us heaven and earth have been here 15 billion years. A day in the universe is a very long time. On the sixth day, the Bible tells us, God created man, saying, "Let us make man in our image;" that is, man on earth in "our" image, our image and God's image one and the same. "Our image" indicates that we are not alone in the universe.

Further describing man, the Bible, "formed from the dust of the ground"—physical –yet with an immortal soul, in Genesis 3:22, "And the Lord God said, Behold the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil," acknowledgement that there is good and evil in the universe, this we know.

Came Jesus, "king of the Jews." Said Jesus, "in earth as it is in heaven....But seek ye first the kingdom of God." Jesus called his Jewish authority hypocrites. His Jewish authority wanted to know, naturally, just when this kingdom of God, with Jesus king, would come. Jesus: "The kingdom of God cometh not with observation. Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for the kingdom of God is in you." Jesus was a threat to Jewish authority. Need we say more?

In reference to your soul, science now says without consciousness nothing could exist. You exist in a state of consciousness—without dimension. Earth and heaven, dimensional, made of the dust of the ground, you physically exist in heaven and earth. But qualitatively, you exist in the kingdom of God. How can God internal exist in heaven and earth? We're speaking of two distinct realms.

Having said this, would God's creation, made in his image, kill his own kind in order to control? A supernatural God in heaven, a God I don't know, why should I blindly trust those who claim to know this God in heaven's will? Science tells me that there is no such thing as objective reality; that we are observers, and that there is a dimension of infinite possibility. Science tells me we interact with matter, that we make our reality. I chose Jesus. I look within for my answers.

Voices of the past:

In this time-space universe, our world is currently in turmoil. Billions of people are looking to heaven for answers. Jesus was predicted by Persian astrologers. We now find Christians calling astrology witch brew. Coincidentally, Jesus was born at the beginning of the Age of Pisces, an age when man looks externally for answers—actually to heaven, to a God of man's making.

The ancients gave the Age of Pisces a symbol of two fish swimming in opposite directions, an age of division and no clear direction. We are now at the dawn of the Age of Aquarius. In Genesis1, "And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters," and further, "waters which were above the firmament: and it was so." Aquarius has the symbol of the water-bearer. It is an age when we become our brother's keeper, when we become more spiritual, say astrologers—waters above the firmament—water the elixir of life. I went to sea for two years. God’s hand was on my wheel. I and came back reborn. Ever since, I've lived a charmed life.

In Luke 21, Jesus said there would be signs in the sun, moon and stars, and there would be distress among the nations. He said when this occurs the kingdom of God would come. My dream came true. I’m counting my blessings.

Augustine said, "Distinguish the ages, and the Scriptures harmonize."

I’m a disabled WWII veteran with a story to tell. When I was 17, I volunteered for aviation cadet training. I was enticed by signs with a picture of a P-40 flying into the wild blue yonder.  I took a long written test, underwent physical and mental examination, and produced three letters of recommendation from non-family members. I was accepted and handed a pin that said I was an air cadet. The minute I was 18, I was inducted.

I was told no more air cadets were needed at the moment. That wasn’t the deal. I was told that I’d be sent to college for five months to study navigation and math and then sent to an airfield for basic training. Should I wash out, I’d be made an aircraft mechanic or gunner.  I was sent to England and reassigned an officer’s servant, to make officers’ beds and clean their toilets. I trashed the officers’ quarters. My commanding officer ordered me transferred to the infantry and sent to the front.  No American combat boots with Neoprene soles were available. I was issued a pair of British combat boots with hobnails. The Germans were hobnail boots. On my first night at the front my own troops fired at me. They handed me a pair of American combat boots from a dead soldier.

I told this story to a Tea Party discussion group. I retired colonel responded by stating that during wartime insubordination is a capital punishment offense. Isn’t that what was intended? They sent me to the front wearing hobnail boots.

This story continues.  I wrote the U. S. Attorney General a letter stating that insofar as my income tax was concerned it was unconstitutional. The government put me out of business. He forwarded my letter to the IRS. The IRS illegally taxed me. I petitioned the Tax Court. Four years later my case came up for trial. Before the trial started, the IRS admitted that it had been mistaken. The Court ordered that the mistake be corrected and the case was closed.

The IRS reassessed me and charged four years penalty and interest. The IRS confiscated my money to pay a tax it admitted was mistaken. I appealed to the U S Court of Appeals. The Court ignored the theft of my money and held that federal income tax is constitutional. I appealed to the Supreme Court. The DOJ told the Court that the IRS made a mistake but that it had been corrected, a bald-faced lie. The Court refused to hear me. I complained to the U. S. District Court. The court decided to hear me. The DOJ then told the court that the IRS made a mistake. My money was refunded. Case closed. The IRS went to my bank and took every cent in my bank account.

I’ve given the Tea Party direct quotes from the Bible and my take on what they say. Christians have been quick to correct me. I’m wrong about every last thing I’ve revealed in this Tea Party. Shame on you. You people don’t know whether you are afoot or horseback. You are responsible for your country going to the dogs. You are going to pay for this.

San Diego Police Chief William Landsdowne says that the implementation of new gun laws will take guns off the streets in a generation. 

What does he know? New gun laws have caused people to buy guns. The law in general, having made life significantly more threatening, is causing people to arm themselves.  If Landsdowne wants guns off the street, he better wise up and challenge the authorities who legislate gun laws. 

While Ladsdowne supports politicians who scheme and connive how to get guns off the streets, who give America's enemies tanks and jet fighters, while they cut America's defense to the bone, what does this tell you about Landsdowne?

America has never been more divided.  Government entitlement has weakened the individual's will, caused people, rather than to look within for answers, to look to government. Government grows and money goes where money flows. Washington has become an European aristocracy devoid of any feeling for struggling citizens trying to earn a living. Don't look to Washington to change anything. The lying frauds writing gun laws are pouring gasoline on the fire. They have an agenda to willfully bankrupt America. We are heading for civil war.

Fox News’, Sean Hannity, in a special report he called “Boomtown,” informed his audience that Washington, the reemergence of European aristocracy, lives on the backs of the taxpayers while the average worker struggles to exist on his take-home pay. The object of Washington is to divide us.  The political parties are together on this class warfare. Don’t expect it to change, says Hannity.

Our freedoms are not automatic, we should know by now.  We can’t serve two masters. Almighty God resides in Washington. Our God-given rights are internal. If we don’t personally act to protect them, they don’t last. We lose them one by one.  

Our Constitution gives us a Bill of Rights, and government for this that—actually anymore, bills without rights.  With every right lost, we become more subservient to the Almighty in Washington. We should know by now that government is not here to pass out rights. We have as much right to health care as a haircut--anything that requires the service of others. 

   In our Bill of Rights, in the Fifth Amendment, with regard to federal taxes, we have the Due Process Clause, which gives each of us the right to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place. Actually, we are not heard. Legal precedence prevails. We were heard in 1946. The U. S. Court of Appeals ruled that tax was not take.  Tax took me to the cleaners. Conveniently, according to our makers and keepers of the law, one suit fits all. The law of "might makes right" prevails. The IRS got away with confiscating my property. But that didn’t stop me. Finally, a federal judge decided to hear me.  The IRS admitted that it had wrongly taxed me and gave back what the aristocracy in Washington confiscated--for the good of all, with a fat cut for Washington.

Then the IRS, for the good of all,  proceeded to my bank, and to take every cent I had in my bank account. The judge that heard me refused to reopen the case. A piece of paper without even a signature allowed Washington's aristocracy, lawlessly, to take my rent and grocery money.  

I took the piece of paper without the signature and the court record to the the news media. The IRS admitted on the front page that it had “mistakenly” taken my property. They said they meant no harm. 

Take a look at the king in the above picture, and his woman with her boobs popping out, and her skirt about to fall to her knees--the President and First Lady of the United States.  This joker and worman look harmless enough.  Yea! Your complaints and a dollar will buy you a cup of coffee. The American people would vote for a brass monkey if it meant something in their pockets. 

I'm no different than you. In 1986, I forced the Almighty God residing in Washington to eat crow. Now it is up to you. I'm government entitled.

Unless you people act, Almighty Washington, in union with the Muslim Brotherhood, will take you back to feudal times.  The government entitled, I can tell your from personal experience, come ahead of producer rights.  Your taxpayer problem is Washington’s bonanza.  Washington has a duty to those dependent on Washington. As a taxpayer, do you not have a personal stake? This Chicago style con, the biggest of all times, will continue to worsen until you people are slaves. You have no choice but to act, and now.

The Tea Party points to the flaws in our government, and there are many. I'd like to point out something Tea Party has missed—and the very reason Obama was reelected. President Obama, in his inauguration speech, made it clear that his intention is to act according to the collective will of the people who voted for him. He will attempt to crush the Republican Party for good and leave himself the ruler. Obama, the man of peace--no more wars and no more individual rights. Nice work if you can get it.

I’d like mention the Founding Fathers. They gave the individual the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth and Ninth Amendments to protect individual rights, as distinguished from government entitlements.  But those rights I mention are utterly worthless unless the individual acts—himself or herself—to stop Obama and those who voted for him, those who hold government entitlement higher in value than personal responsibility and self-reliance. (Our children are learning fom them to have none of either.)

Obama has the power of government entitlements to buy votes. Naturally, the cost of government entitlements, as far as Obama is concerned, is not on the table to be discussed. What happens after he bankrupts the nation? History tells us.  We all depend on Obama and progressive liberals.  If you never ate steak, you wouldn’t mind eating bugs.

Case in point: The individual has the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment, which gives him or her the authority to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place. The IRS cheated me out of $900 of my property. I went to a lawyer. The lawyer told me to forget it. The legal cost of taking the IRS to court would be many times the amount I was cheated and the courts refuse to compensate the legal cost we, the hard working Americans, incur.  So the lawyer was right, of course, if you hire a lawyer—but wrong if you plead your own case.

Under the Fifth Amendment, If you have a personal stake in the outcome, this gives you the right to be heard. Your right to the fruits of your labor, under the law of all times, supersedes government entitlements. But who is audacious enough to take the IRS to court on his own. People who knew me thought I’d lost my mind. Since the people have not demanded the right to exist on their own labor, the courts hold that government entitlements come first; your right to exist on your own work second.

That filthy rich, heartless candidate Romney apologized for bringing up the fact that the half of the nation that depends on government would vote against him.  Some say that is why he lost the election. It dumbfounds me how the American people are thinking.

In my book, In Earth as It Is in Heaven 2012: an Explanation for the underlying Mechanics of Creation, I give the individual, not only the Constitution, but the Bible as sources of personal power. According to the majority opinion, I did a heartless, terrible thing. I challenged in court those who depend on government.  I was judged by government and the people to be a serious danger to compassionate, God-loving people. I tried to get out of paying my “fair share” of the tax burden. I federal judge called me into his chambers and gave me a tongue lashing. I can’t help it. I’ve always been a non-conformist.

Jesus said in the Lord’s Prayer, “in earth as it is in heaven,” followed by, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6).  When the authorities demanded that Jesus tell them when his god would appear, said Jesus, “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation. Neither shall they say Lo here! or lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17).  The authorities want me to know that God speaks to them. They pray to the Almighty in heaven.  The kingdom of God is not in heaven. The kingdom of God is internal, if you believe in Jesus as your savior and redeemer. If you believe God is in heaven, God is whatever the authorities tell you God is.  

Says authority: What difference does it make what you think?  What do you and I know? We are nothing. The collective will of the people is all that counts. Clinton and company are  letting the future take care of itself. It does not matter what they do, and Republican politicians are largely noble weaklings.

You can be right, folks. It makes no difference what you say.  Your words are wasted. So don’t look to Washington. Washington is the fox watching over the henhouse.  We Americans are in serious trouble.  For the sake of those to come, we must act now.  I can tell you that the authorities are phonies! I can tell you from personal experience with them, the authorities could not fight their way out of a paper bag, and the rest of the world knows it!

In my book you will learn that by acting on my constitutional and God-given rights, I forced the Federal Government to eat crow on the front page.  I’ve been rewarded many times. After the fact, from the Bible I learned that Jesus was there the whole time, and I don’t accept religions’ doctrines and dogmas.

The universe is nothing like you’ve been taught. If you want to know how something works you take it apart. Quantum physicists now find that what was thought to be an objective world is in fact contingent upon the observer. Since authority would just as soon you didn’t know this, authority diverts your attention to such as guns. Everyone’s worked up over guns.

The observer interacts with matter. Consciousness, the substance of this newfound reality, has fundamental existence. It is the quantum mind that is the basic reality. The mind, or the soul, take your choice, represents quality, as distinguished from quantity. In the Bible, you are from dust to dust, quantitatively, but with an immortal soul (Genesis 2). Your quality has no time limit, no space limit. With quantum theory, science has discovered proof that we exist as something more than matter, and that objective reality is not the true fabric of reality. Those scientists that push this “nonsense” are trying to smuggle God into physics. What a laugh!  It is not nonsense. It makes good sense. I don’t have anything to lose.  The authorities have a lot to lose. That’s why the status quo remains.

Obviously, we evolved from the ape family, but not in our qualitative part. In Genesis 1:26, “And God said, Let us make man in our image,” this is in reference to our qualitative part—our conscious awareness. 

Jesus said there would be signs in the sun, moon, and stars (Luke 21), and with reference to distress among the nations. When this occurs, Jesus said the kingdom of God would be there. We are moving away from the Age of Pisces, whose symbol is two attached fish swimming in opposite directions. It’s a perfect fit.  We are moving into the Age of Aquarius, whose symbol is the water-bearer. We can wonder why the authorities are telling us to look to them for our answers.  The kingdom of God is in you and I, authorities meant to be our servants.

We are here to do God’s will. In the Age of Aquarius we become our brother’s keeper. Only a fool would rule out all others like us in the universe. But we have the majority who don’t want to be confused by the facts, who will be sitting at the switch when the train rolls by.  All aboard! It’s time to move on.

You Sit All Alone with Me

You could not guess why I sit all alone with yellow bird. An answer came with this year’s Christmas present, The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth—Founding Father Thomas Jefferson’s creation for his own use, now an item of which Smithsonian Institute is selling copies. They went to a lot trouble to get Jefferson’s homemade Bible copied. Jefferson pasted together the Gospels, leaving out all the supernatural, which was questionable, said Jefferson. Jefferson was deist. He believed in God on the evidence of reason and nature, with rejection of supernatural revelation. The supernatural has become natural, to a large extent. The universe is nothing life we thought it was—“we” being as small minority.

The first thing I noted was how Jefferson’s Bible begins. “And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Cesar Augustus, that the world should be taxed.”  Why did Jefferson start with Luke, Chapter 2?  I start with the visit of the Magi, Persian astrologers, the “the wise men,” who predicted the birth of Christ and followed the Star of Bethlehem to his birthplace, In Matthew, Chapter 2.  To Jefferson, obviously, that was supernatural—of questionable importance.  This was not a Christian nation in the beginning.  It was Christians against enigmatic Jefferson.

 I noted how Jefferson’s Bible ended. “There laid Jesus and they rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulcher, and departed.”  There was not a second coming.  Obviously, that was considered by Jefferson to be supernatural—therefore, of questionable importance.  

In Luke 21, Chapter 25, said Jesus, “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars, and upon earth distress in nations.”  He goes on to say that he would return. He did not say in what form.  In reference to the sun, moon, and stars—and signs—Jesus did say that the kingdom of God would be at hand, in his return.  I noted that Jefferson skips this idea and begins with Luke 21:34.  Obviously, Jefferson considered Jesus’ second coming supernatural, and astrology as well.  I don’t hear Christians talking about signs in the sun, moon, and stars. I’m looked upon as an occultist, a wizard, or a satin worshiper, or into witchcraft; at any rate, a nonconformist nutcake.   People ask me why I want to be a rock in the stream.

Jesus taught that we are our brother’s keeper.  We read in Astrologer’s Handbook, under Aquarius, about Jesus’ second coming—with regard to signs in the sun moon, and stars, “and upon earth distress of nations.” The sign of brotherhood and fraternity, the symbol being the water-bearer, “who spills out to mankind the life-force and spiritual energy,” is this supernatural?  The cutting edge of science does not think so, nor did the ancients.  The rock in the stream is the majority of the America people, afraid of change.   

We are now at the end of the Age of Pisces, say astrologers, in Pisces death throes, so to speak. In Astrologer’s Handbook, under Pisces, we read this: “Pisces is a sensitive sign and those born under it are extremely responsive to the thoughts and feelings of others. They unconsciously absorb the ideas and mental outlook of those around them.  They desperately want to do the right thing, but as a rule they do not have strong willpower.  Therefore, they are easily influenced by external factors.” Really! It does not sound supernatural to me, not with what’s going on in the world. It sounds right on target.

Then we’ve got Pastor Rick Warren, author of The Purpose of Driven Church, one of America’s most popular spiritual authorities. He poses a very big problem to yellow bird and me. We also see a big problem with Jefferson’s Bible.

Jesus distinguishes the kingdom of God from the kingdom of heaven, which Pastor Warren does not. The kingdom of God comes not with outward show, but is chiefly inward and spiritual (Romans 14:17). 

We are unaware that we are all created with the same assets—like drops in the ocean. You cannot separate that which we are from our source, a boundless state. But Pastor Rick says God is in heaven.  Jesus said, “in earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)….But seek ye first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33).  In Luke 17:20, when religious authorities demanded of Jesus that he tell them when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say Lo here! Or, lo there! for behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”  Why do religious authorities insist on placing God way out there in heaven—a place? That’s a big, big error, Pastor.

Pastor Warren leaves us confused. He says he repeats to himself every day: “I am not God.” He equates the feeling that God is within us—how I feel—as the ego in us. To think that I’m a God-self is being egocentric, maintains Pastor Warren.   Jesus said that God was not in heaven; that God was internal.  Pastor Warren’s trinity of man, mind, and God—in unity with nature, said Jefferson—“all ‘things’ being aspects of the mind,” said quantum physicist and brain doctor Evan Harris Walker—we’ve got these convenient divisions—“but now we see more of the underlying structure, of the engine that drives our struggling souls,” says Walker. So what’s the truth?  All of my dreams came true. Can you say that?  I look within for my answers.

The authorities may force a manmade state of mind—block us from our deepest self—even threaten us, but what happens? Sooner or later, we begin again to build back what we tore down.

As for now, “yellow bird, you sit all alone with me.”
