Without Question and without delay! Obama, along with all liberals do not understand our Constitution nor do they understand our Declaration of Independence. BOTH are necessary when Legislating as GUIDLINES making it very difficult to make new laws to subject the people to. Liberals simply want to gain votes and do not care nor think about the future ramifications of their emotional subjective policy making which most times more then not violates either the individuals right to life liberty and the pursuit of Happiness or the Bill of Rights in some way. It MUST stop and we MUST take this Country back.
