Obama is talking about using a Exectutive Order to put severe restrictions on Guns. His already used his Signiture to go over the head of Congress before with ACTA's attacks of the First Admendment. Since Copyrighted material is every where in the US, he now has a international treay to give legal way to punish pretty much any US citizen or Company. With his planned exectutive order, her removes any threat that the US general populastion would have to control the US government.

Exectutive orders have been used to order some the worst crimes in would history. Examples of Exective orders include the Soviet military purges of the 1930's by Stalin, or  the 'Great Leap Forward' in 1956, or 'Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in 1966 by Mao Ze Dong in China. Thoselast 2 exectutive orders caused over 40 million dead.

Obama and other liberals jumpped all over a person that said compared Obama to Hitler. Every action that Nazi Germany did againsat the Jews was a Exectutive order by Hitler, Obama is using Hitler's same method to remove any possible controls by the People of the Nation he's supposed to serve for!

He Got away with ACTA, ( even reelected) and it seems he will continue o see just how far he can push it, maybe far enough to totally take over.

On January 19th, at a Campaign Event, Obama sang a bit of Al Green's 1971 Song, 'Let's stay together'. You can find the video of it in Youtube, Hulu, CNN, AP, and Metatube right now.

As Al Green is still alive now, it was a Copyright violation to sing any of this song. As his singing the song has raised the sales of that Al Green song by %490, I very much doubt that he will press charges for this.

President Obama signed the ACTA, making his singing that song then it going online, a open international violation of Al Green's Copyright by that Treaty that the American People had no say about at all.

Now by that list of events, Obama can be charged in violation of the Law that he signed into effect, and every Website that has carried Obama singing that song can be blocked from entering the Internet, and any website that connects to any of those websites are required by that internation treaty to remove all links to those web sites as well. The Associated Press is linked to more than 1,700 Newspapers, more than 5001 television and radio broadcasters, in more than 120 nations. With ACTA that Obama signed, all othe nations that joined it could cut the news services of their nation off the internet for his little song!

Obama singing that song would also be a violation of SOPA and PIPA if the internet protest had not work to greatly delay Congress from putting those laws into effect.

BTW, PIPA ansd SOPA are still alive, and no steps have been made to make them better or correct by the US Constitution in any way. Even ACTA is in violation of the Bill of Rights. I guess they are waiting until a political group with a Web site, like this one, is cut off for a copyright violation before a Supreme Court case can shot all three of them down. That might a bit too late.

Those 3 legistration and/or legal actions have a huge problem that you might not know about. The amount of copyrighted material out is far bigger than you might think. Most advertising slogans are copyrighted. Most recent famous quotes are also copyrighted as well.

Some of the congress members supporting those bills and/or action have been found to have copyrighted material in their own official websites, and they didn't even know it! If you took a picture of your family in any town, most likely in the background there is at least one copyrighted advertising slogan in the picture. As the News reporters go through cities with film crews, all of them can be targeted for the same reason. Even saying, writting, or typing a quote from a movie or song could be charged as a copyright violation. Copyright violations happen continually every day just because there is so much copyrighted material out there. You and me most likely do it all the time and don't even know it!

The chances of a website of any type not having copyrighted material in it someplace, or linked in some way, is very, very remote. Even important official government websites have copyrighted material in them.

I would be impossible for any of those legal actions to remove all copyrighted material from the internet. As it is, I bet it could be used to target over 90% of the internet Websites. As they couldn't shut down that much of the internet without very, very badly hurting us. It would have to be used for selective enforcement.

But who is going to ones selecting the enforcement of that legal action? As there is no notice, no trial, in the way there are written, the person or organization targeted wouldn't even know they are targeted until their wbesite vanished from the internet. Selective enforcement like that is far too easy to use for censorship, and as it copyrighted material is everywhere, it could used against any type of organization that a person or group wanted to target.

All those legal actions, since they have such huge possible target for selective enforcement, would be be perfect for censorship. IT WOULD BE USED (NOT MIGHT) FOR CENSORSHIP, BECAUSE IT IS FAR EASY TO DO IT BECAUSE THE WAY THOSE LAWS ARE WRITTEN, AND MANY ORGANIZATIONS WOULD LOVE TO USE IT FOR THAT, GROUPS THAT HAVE DONE FAR WORST THINGS THAN THAT BEFORE.

Okay let us just add some of this together here. Obama stopped all the orders of the most advanced military equiptment in existance, like the F-22. I hear he is getting ready to sell some top secret M-1 tanks to Egypt. Since Chobram armor was designed in the UK, that is sure to piss them off, causing damage to NATO. He is also cutting in the Medical care to both Active military personnel and veterans, causing damage to morale.

The FBI already watches the social media on the Internet under very special orders and closely watched in how they do it. Now he wants to have DHS do it, without the controls that prevent the FBI for full invasion of privacy.

He is also going to sing into the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, or ACTA. I has much the same as SOPA but doesn't have to pass through Congress to go into effect. It is actually worst that SOPA in fact. It will allow censorship of the internet.

I wonder how of the half a billion of campaign funds that Obama used for the presidential race that he got from overseas.

The Obama bin Laden couldn't as much damage to the US security and freedoms as the Obama now in the Oval Office!

Feb 17, 2012--Earlier this week President Obama revealed the 2013 military defense budget for the Department of Defense which is roughly $614 billion, and in it the cybersecurity budget has nearly double. Now the Department of Homeland Security plans to monitor social media sites. Like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and even this site as well.

Also the Senate is attempting to return the controversial SOPA bill but under a new name. I am sure this time, when the internet tries to stop it again,  The Department of Homeland Security will be there monitoring all the protests and could take legal or extralegal actions against them.

Now know that what you put it here will be reviewed by a person at Homeland Security and a report including names could end up on President Obama's desk in the Morning!

Strange about the defense budget, cutting Medical care for both veterans and active military personnel, but almost double cybersecurity to monitor media site, to say the least!

Sometime Sci-fi can come up with some very, very good ideas. In the book 'Starship Troopers', sentencing for people in position of authority were different that normal citizens. A Minor crime done by a Elected offical was automatically a felony offence.

It would be great to have the sentence for any elected official at least 3 times longer or costly than the same offence for a unelected citizen.

Maybe in that case, they will think much longer before they vote for a long list of laws, knowing they could be spend years for a crime that could put us in jail for a few months. This could have a huge effect at state level for sure.

Also any crime that includes any jail time at all, removes them for office as well, and if a Grand jury orders a trail, they are suspended from office until trial is over. If they had every been in Jail, they couldn't hold a politicial office, or even Elected in the first place.

I think that law would empty about half of the US Congress the moment it was passed! LOL!

Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

5. Congress loses their current health care system and
participates in the same health care system as the American people.

6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the
American people.

7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void effective 1/1/12. The American people did not make this
contract with Congressmen/women.

Congressmen/women made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their
term(s), then go home and back to work.
