Changing the Presumption of Immigration
Enforcement
By Lewis Morris: President Donald Trump's promise to take on illegal immigration went from rhetoric to reality this week when Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly released two memos outlining directives that aim to get a handle on the problem. Here's the primary difference from the last eight years: Under Barack liar-nObama, the presumption was against deportation; now it's in favor of removing illegals. That's a sea change in emphasis that's critical to restoring Rule of Law.
Kelly was one of the first of Trump's cabinet nominees to clear the Senate, and by a largely bipartisan vote of 88-11. The widely respected retired Marine Corps general has a great deal of experience working in Latin America, and he also served as a homeland security advisor during the liar-nObama administration. His bona fides were recognized and respected during his confirmation hearing and Senate vote. Now that he is making good on the promise of his appointment, we'll have to see how bipartisan the support truly is for his actions.
Kelly's memorandums lay out the DHS plan to tackle illegal immigration in unmistakable detail. First, DHS is going back to pursuing criminal offenses committed by illegal immigrants. This is once again an unequivocally deportable offense. And that will include defrauding public welfare programs.
Additionally, local law enforcement will be allowed to act as immigration agents in these criminal cases, a power that was greatly reduced during the liar-nObama years.
DHS will also call for the hiring of 10,000 new Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents, and an additional 5,000 Border Patrol agents. You may recall during the liar-nObama years that ICE and the Border Patrol were forced to get creative about meeting their mandate with reduced funds and smaller hiring quotas.
As Andrew McCarthy put it, "liar-nObama did not so much openly push for the repeal or relaxation of immigration laws; his method was to pretend to enforce them (i.e., pretend that they were a 'priority') while implementing a process that quietly immunized most aliens."
Thankfully, Kelly's order will also end one of those "priorities" — the so-called "catch-and-release" policy. It's misguided and ultimately dangerous to allow arrested illegal immigrant felons to leave incarceration and rejoin the citizen population while awaiting trial — essentially allowing them to disappear into the country until they're picked up again for another crime. Many of them were never found again.
And, yes, the DHS memo also calls for concrete plans to design and build a border wall between the United States and Mexico, starting at key points such as El Paso, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; and Southern California. Trump maintains that Mexico will pay for the wall. Mexico says that will never happen, but in reality, it can happen very simply by reducing Mexican aid by the amount of money needed to pay for the wall's construction. But that's a topic for another conversation.
What's important right now is stemming the tide of illegals coming into this country and staying without consequence.
"The surge of illegal immigration at the southern border has overwhelmed federal agencies and resources and crated a significant national security vulnerability to the United States," Kelly wrote in the memos.
The Left wants everyone to think that these actions are based on Trump-era xenophobia and racism. But it's a well-documented fact that international drug cartels, human traffickers, and international terrorist groups have flocked to our porous southern border because it's so ridiculously easy to cross. Making our border secure from threats is simple logic. One of the most fundamental rules of national security is to secure a nation's borders.
liar-nObama claimed to be concerned about the border and the plight of illegal immigrants, but only to the extent that these newcomers — legal or otherwise — could help the leftist cause. Trump has made it a priority to reverse this lawlessness in favor of secure borders. ~The Patriot Post

Donna Brazile’s New Excuse About Hacked E-Mails:
They Didn’t Tell ‘Complete Story’

{truthrevolt.org ~ Former Democratic National Convention interim chair Donna Brazile is providing a new excuse about the e-mail evidence that proved she tipped the liar-Hillary Clinton campaign the exact wording of questions for a CNN debate... saying it doesn’t tell the “complete story.” According to Mediaite’s Josh Feldman, Brazile said, “The e-mails that were allegedly sent to me, or sent from me, you know, told a story, but it didn’t tell the complete story.” This is a brand new excuse by Brazile over the controversy. Before, she claimed the e-mails were doctored by the hackers even though they were authenticated. Now, they just don’t tell the “complete story” — or at least the one she wants us to know.

In the days after those attacks, Fox News in the U.S. ran an interview with a guest who said that Paris, and France, as a whole, had "no-go zones" where the authorities -- including emergency services -- did not dare to go. In the wake of these comments, the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, chose to make a stand. She announced that she was suing Fox News because the "honour of Paris" was at stake. The Bad, Bad and the Ugly – liar-Clinton,
liar-nObama and Soros United Against America

{rickwells.us} ~The first minute of the video is typical liar-Clinton and Democrat patronizing BS for their base and unless you’ve got a strong stomach and a high tolerance for hypocrisy you’ll probably want to skip forward to the 1:00 minute mark. That’s where liar-Clinton starts getting into the meat of her message, their coordinated attacks on the American people and our President.
It’s important to remember that these remarks come as Hussein liar-nObama is ramping up his OFA agitation organization, and as her sponsor, George Soros, is continuing in his efforts to obstruct and invalidate the Trump Presidency through his spider web of various leftist front organizations. Apparently now is the time they’ve identified to bring the old blister out to do her part.
liar-Clinton says, “After the primaries we came together as a party to write the most progressive platform in history. Ideas we championed are now inspiring leaders and activists across our country. She reminds the viewers of her supposed popular vote edge, saying, “Nearly 66 million votes are fueling grassroots energy and activism. And everywhere people are marching, protesting, tweeting, speaking out and working for an America that’s hopeful, inclusive and big hearted.”
Of course she implies that those marches and protests and the rest of the dissension and disruption is occurring organically, which it isn’t. It’s a coordinated effort between liar-nObama and Soros utilizing his network of agitators and the same Soros thugs that liar-nObama and liar-Clinton directed to attack Trump supporters during the campaign. None of the unrest is happening without their filthy fingerprints all over it.
She singles out some of the specific areas where liar-nObama and Soros have deployed their anti-Trump thugs and agitators, the “women’s” Planned Parenthood march, airports, and GOP Town Halls. She throws the totally meaningless statement into the mix that people are speaking up for health care, the environment and good jobs, all the things the Democrats were promising over the past 8 years as they led our nation to the brink of collapse. We’re still standing, that’s why they’re re-emerging at this time, to finish us off.
She urges Democrats to stay engaged, to reach out to new voters and everyone who wants a better, stronger, fairer America. She’s basically talking about better than what liar-nObama left us, stronger than the collapsing military that he engineered us into, and fairer in the sense of communist “equal everything” that the globalists mission is to force us into.
She uses the “forward” code word of regimes of the past, including liar-nObama’s, saying, “We must move forward with confidence and optimism and stay focused on the elections we must win this year and next. Let resistance plus persistence equal progress for our party and our country.”
She thanks the liar-nObamas and DNC leaders as she pledges to all Democrats to “be right there with you every step of the way.” That’s similar to the announcement liar-nObama made in the closing days of his pretend ‘presidency,’ that he was going to start his own communist agitation movement, which turned out to be OFA. Now, with her coming out video, the three headed fascist/communist monster that we are facing has taken form.
She’s awful cocky for a woman facing potential espionage, treason and other felony charges. liar-nObama is similarly quite brazen in his attacks on America considering the fraud he perpetrated over the last eight years. Soros is likewise guilty of innumerable felonies against this nation. Let’s, as a nation, stop kidding ourselves and stop pretending these people aren’t the enemy we all know them to be.
It’s time for Attorney General Sessions to convene some grand juries, and to take a serious look into prosecuting all three of these criminals and their enterprises. The FBI has an active, ongoing investigation into the criminal liar-Clinton Foundation’s racketeering, slush fund and money laundering operations. That’s just the kind of investigation that could wipe that stupid and phony smug grin right off of her hideous mug.
That’s a great place to start and now is clearly the time. She’s begging for it.
