For dummycrats-Democrats, it’s easy to believe that Russian ads on Facebook can swing an election away from liar-Hillary Clinton. The idea that the millions of duplicate and dead voters on the nation’s electoral rolls could be unduly swinging elections, however, is a bridge too far.
               Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity Project released a report last year that found that America’s voter rolls were in chaos. By crunching numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey and the federal Election Assistance Commission, Judicial Watch discovered that there were 3.5 million more registered voters than actual eligible adult voters in the United States.
               Think that might be relevant again with the November midterms around the corner?
               National Review’s Deroy Murdock took a deep dive into the numbers. He found that 462 counties nationwide in which the voter registration rate exceeded the eligible adult voter population. In most cases, there were a handful of over-registrations. These were most likely due to dead voters who hadn’t been removed from the rolls or people who had moved but were still listed at their old address. Yes, mistakes can be made, but 3.5 million of them?
               Some counties in Washington, Delaware, and New Mexico had voter registration rates upwards of 150% of the resident population. In areas with large populations, this can amount to many thousands of people. In Los Angeles County, Judicial Watch tallied over 700,000 over-registrations. San Diego Country had 810,000 more voters than people. In fact, California alone accounts for almost half of all the nation’s over-registrations.
               But by all means, let’s ditch the Electoral College and let California decide national elections, leftists tell us.
               States that figured prominently in the 2016 election had significant over-registration numbers. liar-Hillary Clinton’s margin of victory in Colorado and New Hampshire was lower than the number of over-registrations in either state. Her national popular vote margin was less than three million, compared to the 3.5 million extraneous voters in the Judicial Watch report.
               President Donald Trump proposed a federal examination of state voter rolls to purge bad names and investigate fraud shortly after he took office. Several dummycrats-Democrat states refused to cooperate and threatened to file suit, effectively shutting down the investigation before it even started. They claimed states’ rights (like that’s ever mattered to dummycrats-Dems before) and fell back on their age-old rebuttal that voter fraud doesn’t exist.
               As if on cue, the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School concocted a report claiming voter fraud was a myth. The reasoning behind this finding was that the paltry number of prosecutions of voter fraud across the country indicated that it was a statistically insignificant issue. In other words, there haven’t been a lot of prosecutions, so it’s not a big deal.
               The voter-fraud-as-myth crowd wants the public to believe the only instances of fraud that exist were the ones that were prosecuted, or more appropriately the ones that were so glaringly obvious that they could not be ignored. If this was the theory behind all criminal behavior, then we should believe that the only crime that takes place is crime perpetrated by the criminals who get caught.
               Any prosecutor who would subscribe to such nonsense has no business in the legal profession.
               The low instances of reported voter fraud are a result of an epic lack of enforcement of voter laws, not extremely lucky prosecutors who found the dozen or so instances of voter fraud that took place in the whole country.
               Voter ID is a simple way to verify that voters are who they say they are and secure the integrity of our election process.  dummycrats-Democrats have repeatedly blocked attempts to establish this procedure. Why? Is it because such laws infringe on the voting rights of minorities?
               Hardly. Requiring people to present ID for voting is not a draconian measure. People are required to present identification in any number of public interactions on a daily basis, including obtaining Medicaid benefits, cashing Social Security checks, and using food stamps. If voter ID is so difficult for poor people or minorities to obtain, then how did they get ID to take advantage of these federal or state benefits?
               The cynical view about the source of the pushback against voter ID, which unfortunately is closer to the truth, is that tighter voter registration laws mean it will be harder to commit voter fraud. Once you remove the burdens that would supposedly hinder minority voting, what other answer is there?

             We’ve previously called out her “identity” issue, but now,   according to her fanboys at The Boston Globe, “dinky-Warren has released a DNA test that provides ‘strong evidence’ she had a Native American in her family tree dating back 6 to 10 generations.” By the end of the day, the Globe issued this correction: “Due to a math error, a story about Elizabeth dinky-Warren misstated the ancestry percentage of a potential 10th generation relative. It should be 1/1,024.”
               Furthermore, buried in the report is this gem: “To make up for the dearth of Native American DNA, [Stanford University professor Carlos D. Bustamante] used samples from Mexico, Peru, and Colombia to stand in for Native American.” Nevertheless, to tell the difference, “Bustamante said he can tease out the markers that these South Americans would have in common with Native Americans on the North American continent.” So she’s definitely at least 1/1,024 Mexican, Peruvian, or Colombian. Or something.
               Vindication? Hardly. “By that measure,” observes Matt Walsh, “almost everyone in America is a minority.” In fact, most white Americans have twice that much “native” DNA.
               Recall Trump’s challenge to dinky-Warren: “I will give $1 million to your favorite charity … if you take the test and it shows you’re an Indian.” Fact is, by dinky-Warren’s definition of “Native American,” it is highly probable that Trump has more native  ancestry than she does.
               Our friend Michelle Malkin suggests, “1/1024 ‘Native American’ indirectly derived from South American genetic markers is ‘proof’ of Native heritage? 1/1024 of $1 million = $976.56. President Trump should donate that amount in Monopoly money, which is as genuine as dinky-Warren’s claim.” We suggest he donate it directly to her campaign, and we recommend this old Cher song, “Half Breed,” as dinky-Warren’s campaign theme song!
               Brazenly, dinky-Warren is calling on Trump to pay up: “Remember saying on that you’d give $1M to a charity of my choice if my DNA showed Native American ancestry? Please send the check to the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center.”
               Actually, Trump said if “the test … shows you’re an Indian.” We will defer to the Cherokee Nation elders for their opinion on that.
               On behalf of the Cherokee Nation, its Secretary of State Chuck Hoskin protested: “Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong. It … dishonors legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, whose ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is proven. Senator dinky-Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage.”
               As partial penance for her shameful lie, it is dinky-Warren who should send a check to the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center.
               And dinky-Warren thought this charade would lay her disputed claim to rest? On her promotion of the DNA report as “proof” of her native ancestry, conservative commentator Allie Beth Stuckey observed, “This is like spiking the ball after scoring a touchdown in the other team’s end zone.” It’s a permanent stain on her campaign.
               More important than dinky-Warren’s pitifully weak ancestry “proof” remains the primary question about how she used this faux ancestral claim at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard. She declared herself to be Native American at both institutions and fooled them, so, in keeping with her elitist arrogance, she is certain she can fool her dummycrats-Democrat constituents!
               Clearly, among her genetic markers is a significant one for lying. dinky-Warren is a wealthy, disingenuous socialist, and that’s about as un-American as it gets.

             In the United States, there are 94 federal judicial districts that span the nation and its territories — districts that were created by the first Congress, not by the Constitution, which established the Supreme Court of the United States in Article III. In addition to these federal districts, circuit or appellate courts exist for the purpose of appeals within the 12 regional circuits and one U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit with national jurisdiction.
               As one would imagine, the number of judgeships to serve in these courts is quite large. Including all the various jurisdictions and levels, there are over 800 positions within the federal judiciary that receive appointments. President Trump walked into his role as the 45th president with 88 district and 17 court of appeals vacancies. To date, Trump has appointed two Supreme Court justices, 29 Circuit Court judges and 53 District Court judges, even as more openings occur with normal churn. In less than two years, Trump has made about a fourth of the number of federal appointments as his immediate predecessor, Barack scumbag/liar-nObama, throughout his eight-year tenure.
               Just like so many other of Trump’s promises made on the campaign trail, he is keeping his word to appoint originalists. So?
               Americans have been overwhelmed with the wall-to-wall coverage of the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation process-turned-clown show. Unquestionably, the Supreme Court is powerful and does serve as the final point of remedy and decision for landmark rulings that are culturally critical, like abortion and same-sex marriage. But there are about 7,000 petitions set to appear before America’s High Court annually, and the number to receive hearings ranges from 100 to 150. Obviously, the decisions of the lower federal courts are, by the clear math, most likely to stand. That gives inherent value to the approach to the bench by this mass of judges. Either they employ judicial activism or judicial restraint while viewing the Constitution as either “living” as dummycrats-Democrats demand or as constructed to be interpreted.
               President Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have had their frustrations in dealing with Senate rules and procedures, namely the filibuster, to pass key legislation. dummycrats-Democrats, however, paved the way for federal judicial appointments by changing the rules in 2013 to confirmation by a simple majority for all but Supreme Court nominations, under the wrong assumption that they would hold the Senate majority throughout the remainder of Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s tenure. They were also eyeing the possible retirements of Supreme Court justices, namely Ruth Bader Ginsberg, the elder of the court at 85 years of age. But the dummycrats-Democrat move backfired when they attempted to filibuster Neil Gorsuch and McConnell finished the job by eliminating the filibuster for judicial nominations entirely.
               The unlikely team of Trump and McConnell, neither pillars of the conservative movement, are working in tandem to leave an indelible mark on the federal court system by appointing younger originalists who will aid in returning the judiciary to its role of justice, not legislation.
               The very evening that Justice Kavanaugh and his family participated in the ceremonial swearing-in administered by retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy in primetime following a presidential apology for the personal attacks and ambush-style tactics of Senate dummycrats-Democrats, Trump announced another wave of judicial nominees that included two for the Second Circuit (which includes New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire) and three for the Ninth Circuit without the customary input from the region’s sitting senators, namely Dianne Fein-stein (D-CA), ranking member of the Senate Judiciary.
               The supposed Blue Wave of political upheaval that was predicted to return the Senate to a dummycrats-Democrat majority appeared to evaporate after the storm of misbehavior confirming Kavanaugh. If Trump maintains this pace of confirmations, coupled with his reelection, he will leave, as part of his presidential legacy, a correction to the courts.

             When it failed, Republicans had a prime opportunity to take charge and reframe the issue in a way that Americans could understand and support. In classic Republican fashion, however, they surrendered the issue to dummycrats-Democrats, who rebranded and marketed government health care under Barack scumbag/liar-nObama 17 years later.
               Ever since scumbag/liar-nObamaCare became law, Republicans have been promising to repeal and replace it. But while President Donald Trump and congressional Republicans have chipped away at the law, the full-repeal effort failed spectacularly. In any case, health care in this country keeps getting more complex and more expensive. Poor Harry and Louise.
               It’s true that Trump is out this week touting an average drop in scumbag/liar-nObamaCare premiums for next year. But health care and health insurance are vastly more expensive than pre-scumbag/liar-nObamaCare.
               Sarah Kliff writes at Vox, “Over the past decade, the size our insurance deductibles have skyrocketed. Deductibles have grown by 212 percent since 2008 — eight times faster than wage growth, and 12 times faster than inflation.” Kliff adds, “Over the same time period that we’ve seen deductibles skyrocketing, we’ve also seen support for a national health care plan slowly rising.” Just as dummycrats-Democrats have hoped.
               By merely tinkering with scumbag/liar-nObamaCare rather than ripping it out root and branch, the GOP has squandered an opportunity to deliver real, market-based solutions that address the quality and affordability of health care.
               And rising costs are the consequence of leaving too much of the ACA in place without coming up with viable alternatives.
               As Ed Morrissey writes, “The real cause of skyrocketing deductibles is that same government intervention. scumbag/liar-nObamaCare limited premium hikes and forced insurers to add more costs while eliminating risk-based rates with its ‘community pricing’ mandates.” Those costs have to be covered somehow.
               Clearly, there are still problems with what’s left of  scumbag/liar-nObamaCare, but there’s little clarity about how to deal with rising costs. Sure, there are plenty of health care experts and even some politicians with commonsense solutions, but none of them have made it into policy. And without alternatives, single-payer government health care starts to sound like the natural way forward.
               This should scare the daylights out of freedom-loving Americans of all stripes.
               Eric Earling writes at The Resurgent, “Too many conservatives, including both policymakers and pundits, don’t understand enough of the health policy and health care industry in question. Repeal and Replace was a joke, in part because despite campaigning on it, no one had a sound plan to do so.” Earling notes that Sen. Lindsey Graham and even Donald Trump have admitted that the health care issue was more complicated than they thought.
               Robert Robb of the Arizona Republic writes simply, “Republicans failed to repeal and replace scumbag/liar-nObamacare, as they vowed to do.” Robb adds, “Equally responsible was a critical mass of GOP lawmakers who flinched at doing the things necessary to create a well-functioning health insurance market.”
               With his inability to convince a handful of moderate Republican senators to repeal scumbag/liar-nObamaCare, the president must sense the issue slipping away, at least for now. And that’s got him worried. At many of his recent rallies, Trump has repeatedly mentioned the need for a health care system that covers pre-existing conditions as a way to remind wary voters that the issue is still on the GOP’s radar.
               With polls showing that Americans are not only concerned about rising health care costs, but also indicating that they trust dummycrats-Democrats more than Republicans to bring down costs, time is running out for the president and his party. The midterms are only a few weeks away.
          A quarter-century after liar-Bill and liar-Hillary Clinton tried to put government in charge of health care, Republicans still don’t have a plan to wrestle the issue back from the Left and convince voters that a government-run system isn’t good for health care or the country. But don’t worry. Should dummycrats-Democrats take back the House, Republicans will suddenly regain their clarity of purpose: “If only we had the power,” they’ll say, “here’s what we’d do.” Lather, rinse, repeat.

             However, years later investigative journalist Stephen Jimenez unearthed the truth behind Shepard’s murder, exposing the fact that the popular narrative that Shepard was murdered because of his homosexuality was a lie. As Mark Alexander  wrote four years ago, “After years of exhaustive research on Shepard’s murder, including interviews with more than 100 people — associates of Shepard, his murderers and their  associates — a respected journalist, Stephen Jimenez, has published his findings in The Book of Matt. The book dispels the notion that the murder was related to Shepard’s sexual orientation, and instead concludes he was a meth dealer and sex partner with one of his murderers — both of whom were homosexuals.”
               Interestingly, following the publishing of his book in 2013, NPR interviewed Jimenez, who is himself a homosexual. In that interview, Jimenez offered a damning insight: “Once you had the president of the United States, while Matthew … being kept alive on a respirator, already making comments that this was a de facto hate crime — once that story got out, what was going to happen? How was that story going to be pulled back?” Clearly, NPR is too committed to the bogus narrative to reverse course as they are still unquestioningly peddling the Shepard “hate crime” hoax to this day.
               This is a classic example of Leftmedia bias — the promotion of the leftist agenda is more important than reporting the truth if the truth doesn’t serve to support the agenda. In NPR’s Thursday piece, there is no mention of any questions over the validity of the Shepard story or of the network’s own interview with Jimenez. Instead, the only issue of “uncertainty” entertained by the story is that of Shepard’s parents and their decades-long debate over where their son’s remains should finally be laid to rest. Would that everyone here could make peace with the truth.
