Yes, and he will be OUT of office in ELEVEN MORE MONTHS! Here is my problem with impeachment: 1. When Bill Clinton was impeached in 1998, he still had to have a trial in the Senate. There would not have been enough votes in the Senate, and House Republians KNEW THAT BEFORE THEY IMPEACHED HIM IN THE HOUSE!! 2. All it did was to create a lot of anger. And THE PEOPLE responded by putting the Democrats in office in 1998! 3. Even if Obama IS impeached, he STILL has to have a trial, and those idiots in the House and Senate have been drinking their purple Kool-Aid (Republicans drink Lemonade!!!)! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE MUST DO IS CAMPAIGN, AND CAMPAIGN HARD TO MAKE SURE THAT HILLARY CLINTON DOES NOT GET ELECTED - EVER!! There would NOT be enough votes to convict him.
