A view of the Health Care from the eyes of a 18 year old ConservativeIs Health Care By The Government Good Or Bad?It will create 110 to 120 new government agencies, (raising government spending). Guess some one will go backto work that we have to pay for or the government has to borrow to pay for. They are going to make Medicare solvent for a least the next 9 years by cutting waste, fraud, and abuse by 1/2 billion dollars from this program If there is so much waste, fraud and abuse in this program why haven't they found this before now?Other cuts to pay for their new program include 134.7 billion from the hospitals, 7.7 billion from hospice, 14.6 billion from nursing homes, 120 billion from medicare advantage (ARRP will be glad about this one, they can sell more meda-gap plans), 12.1 billion from home health. Taxes on anything to do with the medical field. Every Citizen is required to purchase insurance or you will be fined or you could go to jail, IRS going to oversee. does this sound like we have freedom of choice? The HHS is given the power to define benefits and write all regulations on benefits received They are going to tell Insurance Companies what they are to cover and tell us what coverage we have to take. If they put more people into Medicaid. State budgets will increase What about special State deals some states received? Are Insurance premiums going up? Probably. What are we going to get when they combine the to deals? If HHS is given this UnConstitutional power to regulate benefits then what else can it regulate? What about how much we exercise we need. what food you need to eat, how to raise you children, what kind of medical treatment we need or can have, if we are to fat, and the list goes on. Pretty scary isn't it?What about listing how many guns or ammo we have? (Guess what that is in the bill)Just think about what passing the Health Care Bill that is in the House & Senate can lead to, the sky is the limit. If you went this kind of life then the UK, or Red China because that is where we are headed. as a FREE people we do not want this here in America. yes we need health care reform but i think that is best left to the States as this is not a Federal Government Power. Or Constitution "WE THE PEOPLE" we the people retain all rights that our Constitution does not give to the Federal Government or the states . Our Government was given limited Powers, for a reason, to protect the people from an oppressive Government. Our Forefathers knew what it meant to live under a oppressive Government and they fought hard to break away and give us Freedom today."I am American" is not a collection of words it is the embodiment of an idea and we the people give it power, but some where along the way we have forgotten that. Let us declare the cause that united us. Today we find ourselves back in 1776. The abuse being perpetrated by our government are just as obvious now as they were then, but instead of rising up with a collective voice we sit idly by and watch our Hard-Won Freedom slowly take away most of our rights dissolve into outright corruptions as Government slowly takes away most of out rights.WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!! We need to fight for out Rights and our Country, TELL Congress They CAN'T do this because we have a CONSTITUTION that protects us from abuse and protects out rights. Lets not lose them, SAND UP SPEAK OUT, for NOW IS THE TIME.....Sarah McKennaCrockett Texas
