DEI and the Death of a Nation

Source; Oren Long

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  Yet, Whites, Males, Christians, Heterosexuals, and Conservatives are not included.  So much for Inclusion.

Let's be clear, DEI is just a fancy term for "Quotas" for every demographic subset; racial, sexual, political, ethnic, educational, incompetence, etc.  In reality, DEI advocates could not care less about Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion.  Rather, they are using DEI to destroy the country, as founded and built, in pursuit of some Socialist Utopian Mirage and, so far, they're succeeding.  By calling quotas "DEI", they're putting lipstick on the "pig" of reverse discrimination in an attempt to distract us from the glaring fact that it's still a pig.

That pig is the total destruction of America and freedom.  When you corner them, these 'Utopian' dimbulbs cannot tell you what they would replace it with, well, except for some hazy vision of Heaven-on-Earth while simultaneously insisting there is no Heaven.

Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) have fallen in love with DEI as a concept without ever thinking through what it entails when implemented.

We have become so Hell-bent on being seen as "Diverse", "Equitable", and "Inclusive" that we have forsaken any and all core values we once held dear.  We have forgotten Jefferson's admonition, "Stand fast to Principle".

As Pogo said, "We have met the enemy, and he is us".

Joe Stalin said, "America has three things we can never defeat:  Religion, Culture, and Patriotism.  But, if we can undermine those, she will fall of her own weight."  So far, they are succeeding beyond their wildest dreams.

As one Russian defector said of the Left, "You can show them evidence.  You can show them pictures.  You can even take them to Russia and show them the gulags.  They still won't believe it UNTIL it kicks them in their fat bottoms."

Radio host Dan Bongino talked at length about DEI and the very real danger it poses in all facets of society, business, and even the military.

One example he cited was the airline industry.  He talked about how airline pilots are now being hired, NOT for their flying ability, but whether they fit into the DEI spectrum.  As Mr. Bongino talked, he started getting hundreds of messages from current and former pilots citing the gross incompetence of DEI hires.  Others in the airline industry said that the pilot issue was just the tip of the iceberg.  Air Traffic Controllers are also being hired on the basis of DEI, putting planes in and around airports at risk.  Mechanics and maintenance DEI hires are also putting planes and travelers at high risk of crashes and tragedy.  So far, only the older, experienced pre-DEI people are averting tragedy.  But they are retiring, some saying the situation is so bad that they now refuse to fly -- too dangerous!

Remember the recent case of a door plug coming off a Boeing jet in flight, causing a door to come off and suck the shirt off a ten-year-old boy seated next to the door?  Only his seatbelt saved him.  It turns out the plug was either defective or improperly applied at Boeing.  Could it have been a DEI employee?  Just wondering.

Mr. Bongino reported that Boeing executives receive up to 40% of their pay and benefits based upon DEI compliance, not personal performance or the performance of subordinates/employees.

Personally, I will never fly again.  I'll drive.  What will you do?

Perhaps we need to change "DEI" to "DIE".

DEI compliance has even wormed its way into the military with assignments and promotions awarded according to DEI compliance.

This reminds me of Ancient Rome whose military was the most feared throughout the Empire.  But gradually, promotions and assignments started being awarded for political and social reasons, not competence.  Eventually, Rome started losing battles, then wars, then Rome herself.  All because leadership became increasingly corrupt.

See any similarities?

This may well be our fate.  The more things change, the more they stay the same.  History has a way of repeating itself.  Or, as Harry Truman said, "The only thing new in the world is the history you don't know".

Education is another area where DEI has overtaken competence and reason.  Oriental students are being excluded from acceptance in universities for the simple reason they are "too smart" and that's just not "fair" to their incompetent (and mentally incontinent) contemporaries.

What happens when some White, male, Christian, heterosexual student gets a perfect SAT score, yet is refused university admittance in favor of a DEI-compliant idiot?

We have watched this creeping up on us for a long, long time with students graduating who can barely read and write, let alone perform in the job market or society.

Even math has been declared "racist" with the demand that it be dumbed down so the math-illiterate can pass the course.  We have all experienced employees who cannot even make change in a transaction.  Yet, they demand a "living wage", based upon their personal definition of course.

Then there are the perverts who cannot look into their own pants and tell what gender they are.  Now, another fancy term has been coined.  They are no longer "perverts" but are "gender-dysphoric".  Yeah, Riiight!

Don't get me started on the border and the MILLIONS of illegals (criminals by definition) invading America while Sleepy Joe stumbles around wondering how to get off a stage and has to be guided by Jill.

Citizenship and responsibility have become four-letter words.

Ayn Rand, author of "Atlas Shrugged", said it best, "You can ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of reality".

"And in those days Good will be called Evil and Evil will be called Good". - The Bible

Texas Govs’ Advice for New York City

Source; “Fox News Sunday,”

mail?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpatriot.buzz%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fsites%2F4%2F2024%2F01%2Fshutterstock_1128379292-696x464.jpg&t=1704812955&ymreqid=b16ac307-28b6-2bc8-1ce7-660136012400&sig=akrX7DnuMj5OaRR5yz8MnA--~D

Underscoring the grave threat posed by the Biden administration’s open border policy, Texas Governor Greg Abbott criticized New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ decision to sue 17 charter and bus companies over the city’s migrant crisis, suggesting instead that the Mayor should be taking legal action against Joe Biden.

Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Abbott labeled Adams’ lawsuit, which seeks $708 million in damages, as legally baseless and misdirected. He stated that the responsibility for the influx of millions of illegal migrants lies with Biden’s policies, not the bus companies involved in transporting the migrants.

Abbott claimed Adams’ lawsuit violates the U.S. Constitution and is destined to fail because the migrants transported to New York were legally authorized to be in the U.S. by the Biden administration.

Pointing out a key legal flaw, Abbott stated, “The mayor is going to lose and lose badly, and I hope he is forced to pay the legal fees for the cost of anybody having to defend against that lawsuit.”

Filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the lawsuit does not name Abbott or the state of Texas as defendants. It accuses the charter bus companies of profiting from Texas’ initiative to transport over 33,000 migrants to Democratic-led cities like New York, Chicago, and Denver.

The suit alleges that the companies charged exorbitant fees — over $1,650 per person, significantly more than the average ticket price from Texas to New York City — without contributing to the migrants’ care costs upon arrival.

In response to the ongoing crisis, the Adams administration has reportedly spent approximately $3.5 billion, with projections to reach $12 billion by the end of the 2025 fiscal year. Mayor Adams has taken measures beyond the lawsuit, including mandating bus companies to inform the city of their arrivals and imposing restrictions on migrant drop-off locations and times.

Additionally, Governor Abbott noted his repeated attempts to engage with the Biden administration regarding the border crisis, having sent eight letters without receiving any response. Instead, the U.S. Department of Justice has sued Texas over a new immigration law, which Abbott defends as a necessary measure to enforce laws set by Congress.

One big reason to read through the documents is;  Trump's name is mentioned... but you only have to scratch the surface to find Trump Rejected Epstein and never went to Lolita island.  Yet the evil, corrupt press say, "Both Trump and Clinton" are mentioned.  Totally, intentionally misleading. These documents clear it up and place the real blame on the many well know clients. You will have to dig deep, to find names that particularly anger you, but then you can post them on all your social media to set the record straight.

Claudine Syndrome

Source; Sent from an on-line friend............  They are right..... there is no justice in our supposed blind justice system...... it is all open to flawed interpretations!!!!

"claudine gay's  presidency was hailed as a victory for the enterprise of diversity in American higher education, and so her demise becomes an important defeat for this den of thieves and malicious charlatans and pseudointellectuals. I spent years under the thumb of the diversitarians, and my experiences taught me that they are enemies who will exploit every last shred of high-mindedness and forbearance to stab you in the back later. All of them are to a one terrible scholars and personally obnoxious people who don’t belong anywhere near a university"--eugyppius

We need a reckoning on how the “intersectionality” project is going. The idea was that after centuries of being kept down by racism and sexism -- although that didn’t seem to hurt accomplished black women like Barbara Jordan, Condi Rice, Jessye Norman, Zora Neale Hurston and on and on -- black women would finally be given a fair shot. Think of all that untapped talent! But so far, intersectionality has mostly placed a lot of black women in high-profile jobs far beyond their abilities. Or as the former Harvard president once said: "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet."

Let's look at 2 "heroic black lady prosecutors."

marilyn mosby started the trend of fabulous black women saving America by becoming prosecutors. One of her 1st cases involved a notorious Baltimore heroin dealer, freddie gray, who sustained fatal injuries while being transported in the back of a police van. A mere 10 days later, mosby charged all 6 officers involved (3 black and 3 white) with crimes up to murder and manslaughter, after summarily blowing off the police investigation, but without having completed her own investigation first. For this, mosby was instantly acclaimed as a national hero! She was photographed by Annie Leibovitz for vogue, invited onstage at a Prince benefit concert, featured on the "today" show, named the 2015 Junius W. Williams Young Lawyer of the Year by the National Bar Association, given a Woman of Courage Award from the National Women’s Political Caucus that same year, and chosen as 2016 Newsmaker of the Year, among the nonstop accolades.

She told the public that gray’s switchblade was legal. (It wasn’t.) She said the career criminal in the van with gray -- who said he heard gray deliberately banging his head against the partition -- was a “police informant.” (He wasn’t.) Then her office argued in court that even if gray’s knife had been illegal (it was), the police didn’t know about the knife when they detained him. That’s not the law; the stop was legal! The 1st three trials against the officers ended in “not guilty” verdicts and one hung jury, after which mosby dropped all remaining charges. Her 1st year in office, the homicide rate in Baltimore increased by an astonishing 60%. Rounding out mosby’s record of accomplishment, a jury found her guilty of 2 counts of perjury for lying about her loss of income in order to withdraw money under the CARES Act so she could purchase 2 vacation homes in Florida. She is currently facing disbarment by the Maryland Supreme Court.

Another groundbreaking intersectional prosecutor was kim gardner, who became St. Louis’ first black circuit attorney in January 2018, promising to end the “flawed tough-on-crime rhetoric that has never been successful.” (Actually, it's always been successful, but why not give soft-on-crime policies a try?) gardner proceeded to drop 75% of the felony cases brought to her by the police, while becoming Elliot Ness when pursuing police officers and white homeowners.  In 2011, Officer Jason Stockley shot a convicted drug dealer, firearms offender and thief, anthony lamar smith, following a high-speed car chase, whereupon smith refused commands to show his hands and “open the f-ing door!,” and instead reached for his gun -- as proved by the gun found in the car, along with a bag of heroin, the forensic evidence of the angle at which shots entered smith’s leg, and the fact that, earlier, he’d brandished the gun at the officers chasing him. As the judge observed, “based on its nearly thirty years on the bench … an urban heroin dealer not in possession of a firearm would be an anomaly.” State and federal prosecutors declined to prosecute, but 6 years later, gardner was still trying to send Stockley to prison for first-degree murder. He was found not guilty.

The year of Stockley’s trial, St. Louis had the highest crime rate in the country. Under top law enforcement officer gardner, in 2020, the city set a new record of having the highest murder rate in the country.  Children in St Louis were being killed or injured by guns at 10 times the national rate. In a 12-hour period in May, 17 people were shot. But Gardner threw herself into prosecuting a white couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who did not so much as fire a gun, much less kill anyone, but merely brandished guns from their property at BLM protesters passing by, whom they feared were coming to destroy their home.  As gardner had explained her “reform” agenda, “we’re looking at how we can use innovative data to direct decisions of who we charge.” Turns out, the “innovative data” involved determining whether the suspects were white. She charged the McCloskeys with firearms felonies. They eventually pleaded guilty to misdemeanors, paid fines and were pardoned by the governor.

Gardner had an “exclusion list” of 28 veteran police officers with unblemished records for their allegedly “racist” posts on facebook. (One egregious example: calling gardner “kimmy g.”) Her office refused to accept cases or testimony from those on the exclusion list, resulting in destroyed careers and forfeited murder cases. In 2019, she falsely accused the police of trying to intimidate her by pulling her car over on Christmas Eve for no reason whatsoever and holding her for 15 minutes. Video evidence established that she was pulled over for driving without her lights on and was detained for only 6 minutes. Also, it was 2 days before Christmas. Within a few years, more lawyers had left gardner’s office than were on staff when she took over. In November 2022, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt issued a report in anticipation of removing her from office for not doing her job, detailing gardner’s “persistent refusal to prosecute.” On May 16, 2023, she resigned just before being forced out of office.

I think we’re all on board with the idea that one shouldn't be denied a job because of his race or sex. What we’re learning the hard way is that no one should be given a job for these characteristics, either.

Furthermore, left-wingdemocrat policies such as ending cash bail, defunding the police, refusing to prosecute entire categories of crimes, letting thousands of convicted felons out of prison early, significantly cutting the prison population, and others have led to massive spikes in crime - particularly violent crime - in communities where those policies have been implemented. In fact, 27 of the top 30 cities with the highest murder rates last year were run by left wing/democrat mayors, often supported by George Soros back to prosecutors.

A study by Wallethub reported that murder rates are rising faster in cities run by left-wing/democrat mayors vs Republican mayors. And who is overwhelmingly being murdered at a rate higher than others? The answer, young black teenagers. And who was murdering most of them? The answer, other young black teenagers. Black teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 gun homicide and more than 10 times the rate of white and Hispanic teenagers combined. And what demographic has the most single parent households? Need we say?

Points to Ponder

Nikki Haley blew a brilliant opportunity to remind America and the world about the evil nature of Democrats. She should have said the following:

The Civil War was fought mainly based on Art 1 Sec 9, a constitutional provision meant to end slavery forever. That date that disallowed the importation of slaves was set for Jan 1, 1808, 20 years after ratification of the Declaration of Independence. Democrats realized the problem with the eradication of slavery, i.e. free labor, ergo market dominance in their agrarian society. For them, slavery was and should be forever legal, and slaves were their meal ticket. It's certainly a lot easier to compete when your labor is completely unpaid.

Democrats concocted a work-around for the Constitution (Art 1, Sec 9) that would allow the children of slaves to continue to be slaves. Thus, slavery would continue forever, despite the constitutional provision preventing that from happening.

Republicans (the Anti-Slavery Party) rightfully argued against this idiocy, as it defeated the spirit of the constitutional reference. The seeds of the Civil War were sown, battle lines drawn, 360,000 dead Republican men later, we proved our willingness to enforce the hallowed document we call the Constitution.

Moreover, she could have reminded people that the so-call "insurrection" of J6 being compared to the Civil War is the typical travesty perpetuated by the Party of Lynching of Negroes. But it does bear some comparisons. Because Democrats plotted to end the ability for Americans to peacefully assemble, even when the Republic has been stolen.

My thoughts on this, the Tradesman;
I see the problem with what the Democrat Party has become was there from the start. They originally wanted America to be a clone of English Royalty with them as the American House of Lords. You can see that through the ages with the political positions they have held. They have always wanted a Democracy because they were secure in the fact tney could BS 50% +1 of the voting public that they were on the side of the average American when they always considered themselves above them.socially and politically. They have always wanted to rule over everyone elses lives like the 17th century lords did. Arrogant Btards. Today they have moved far to the Left and Socialism in it's worst aspect that now combines all thje worst of Faschism and Communism with a little Medieval laws on a whim thrown in. IMHO!  Time to stop them cold and dismantle the current Democratic Party, and bring those behind it and controlling it to justice! If we don't, we don't have the Constitution or Freedom any more!

The “Affirmative Action” Hoax

Most discussions of affirmative action center on whether it is legal. Can universities give special advantages to groups that are supposed to be “disadvantaged,” especially blacks? From a libertarian standpoint, private institutions should be free to set whatever admission requirements they want. State-run universities raise more complicated issues, but this isn’t what I want to discuss. We need to ask, is affirmative action a good idea?

Thomas Sowell tells us why it isn’t. “The human tragedy, amid all the legal evasions and frauds, is that, while many laws and policies sacrifice some people for the sake of other people, affirmative action manages to harm blacks, whites, Asians and others, even if in different ways.

Students who are kept out of a college because other students are admitted instead, under racial quotas, obviously lose opportunities they would otherwise have had.

But minority students admitted to institutions whose academic standards they do not meet are all too often needlessly turned into failures, even when they have the prerequisites for success in some other institution whose normal standards they do meet.

When black students who scored at the 90th percentile in math were admitted to M.I.T., where the other students scored at the 99th percentile, a significant number of black students failed to graduate there, even though they could have graduated with honors from most other academic institutions.

We do not have so many students with that kind of ability that we can afford to sacrifice them on the altar of political correctness.

Such negative consequences of mismatching minority students with institutions, for the sake of racial body count, have been documented in a number of studies, most notably ‘Mismatch,’ a book by Richard Sander and Stuart Taylor, Jr., whose sub-title is: ‘How Affirmative Action Hurts Students It’s Intended to Help, and Why Universities Won’t Admit It.’

When racial preferences in student admissions in the University of California system were banned, the number of black and Hispanic students in the system declined slightly, but the number actually graduating rose substantially. So did the number graduating with degrees in tough subjects like math, science and engineering.

But hard facts carry no such weight among politicians as magic words like ‘diversity’ — a word repeated endlessly, without one speck of evidence to back up its sweeping claims of benefits. It too is part of the Supreme Court fraud, going back to a 1978 decision that seemingly banned racial quotas — unless the word ‘diversity’ was used instead of ‘quotas.’

Seeming to ban racial preferences, while letting them continue under another name, was clever politically. But the last thing we need in Washington are nine more politicians, wearing judicial robes. See this.

Michelle Obama illustrates Sowell’s point that affirmative action leads to the admission of unqualified students. “In 1985, Michelle Obama presented her senior thesis in the sociology department of Princeton University.  Although Michelle drew no such conclusion, the thesis is a stunning indictment of affirmative action.  Those who benefited from it, Michelle most notably, may never recover from its sting.

Her thesis reads like a cry for help.  ‘I have found that at Princeton no matter how matter how liberal and open-minded some of my white professors and classmates try to be toward me,’ she writes, ‘I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as I really don’t belong.’

She didn’t.  Michelle should never have been admitted to Princeton.  Thanks to the ‘numerous opportunities’ presented by affirmative action, however, Princeton is where she found herself.  ‘Told by counselors that her SAT scores and her grades weren’t good enough for an Ivy League school,’ writes biographer Christopher Andersen, ‘Michelle applied to Princeton and Harvard anyway.’  Sympathetic biographer Liza Mundy writes, ‘Michelle frequently deplores the modern reliance on test scores, describing herself as a person who did not test well.’

She did not write well, either.  She even typed badly.  Mundy charitably describes the thesis as ‘dense and turgid.’  The less charitable Christopher Hitchens observed, ‘To describe [the thesis] as hard to read would be a mistake; the thesis cannot be “read” at all, in the strict sense of the verb.  This is because it wasn’t written in any known language.’

Hitchens exaggerates only a little.  The following summary statement by Michelle captures her unfamiliarity with many of the rules of grammar and most of logic:

The study inquires about the respondents’ motivations to benefit him/herself, and the following social groups: the family, the Black community, the White community, God and church, The U.S. society, the non-White races of the world, and the human species as a whole.”See this.

Defenders of affirmative action say that we need it because America is a “racist” nation. Vasko Kohlmayer shows that we aren’t: “‘Racism in America is not the exception – it’s the norm,’ read a headline from the British Guardian the other day.

‘2 viruses — COVID and racism — devastate the black community and threaten America’s stability,’ declares an ABC News piece.

‘Not just George Floyd: Police departments have 400-year history of racism,’ headlines an USA Today article.

‘We need to tackle racism, and we’ve never really dealt with it,’ asserted a protester at one of the many rallies that have taken place in recent weeks.

A great deal, indeed, has been recently said from many quarters about the alleged oppressiveness and racism of American society. Even though these denunciations have been delivered in impassioned voices and accompanied by much violence, there is one problem with such claims: They are not true. The opposite is actually the case. Knight, Kam Best Price: $12.50 Buy New $12.56(as of 01:30 UTC - Details)

The fact is that there is no institutional or systemic discrimination against black people in American society. Contrary to the assertions we hear today, in the last half a century America has gone into untold lengths to support and assist its black community. During this time, American society has launched countless programs and initiatives and spent hundreds of billions of dollars aimed specifically at uplifting the African American demographic. The support that the black community receives from American society comes in every form conceivable: legislative, financial, educational, commercial, human, material.

To ensure that there is no systemic or institutional discrimination, America went so far as to implement affirmative action and racial quotas in education, employment, government contracts, housing and other areas of life. This means that our laws and codes of conduct grant more protection, privileges and guarantees to colored people than they do to their white counterparts. So eager and willing has America been to elevate its black minority that it actually subjected the majority to reverse discrimination. To redeem itself and correct a legacy of past discrimination, the United Sates has bent backwards to advance its black population. The amount of resources, protection and goodwill that America’s black minority receives from our society is completely unprecedented in the annals of world history.

Nowhere in the world do black people enjoy more freedom and greater financial, employment and educational opportunities than they do in the United States. This is the reason why so many black people from all over the globe seek to come and live in this country. Such great are their numbers that we can only accept a tiny fraction of those who wish to live here. If America was such a racist and oppressive nation, why would they want to come so badly?

The reason they want to come is because they know that America treats black people well and that nowhere else in the world black people have it as good as they have it here. When black people whose vision has not been distorted by the demagoguery of the so-called civil rights leaders look at America they see freedom and opportunity. They look at America and they see a society that displays immense generosity and good will toward its black population. They look at America and see a country that has recently awarded the most coveted, powerful and prestigious job in the world – the presidency of the United States – to a black man. And this not once, but two times. Would a racist nation ever do something like that?

Conversely, we do not hear stories of African Americans leaving this ‘racist’ ‘oppressive’ country and then returning with tales of lands where black people lead better lives of more freedom, affluence and dignity. Have you ever heard such a testimony? Let us see one country in the world that is more generous and caring towards black people than this one. Let us find one nation where black people receive more freedom and protection than in the United States of America. Tellingly, we cannot find a single predominantly black country where its citizens enjoy more rights and affluence than the black people in the United States. Isn’t it paradoxical that the United States treats its black people better than black nations treat their own? The immense lengths – involving both effort and treasure – into which this society has gone to help and accommodate black Americans are surely worth pondering. In a healthy society, this would draw at least sporadic expressions of gratitude and appreciation.

If truth be told, African Americans are the most favored and legally privileged demographic in American society. Enjoying the benefits of a host of protective measures and mechanisms incorporated into the fabric of our societal existence, African Americans are neither systemically oppressed nor are they institutionally discriminated against. An eye-opening expression of this took place last week during the ‘anti-racism’ protests in Washington, DC. There a local black woman by the named Nestride Yumga confronted a group of protesters promulgating their stock racist slogans against this country (watch here). In the course of the exchange, the woman chastizes a white protestor:

‘You say blacks are oppressed. I am black and I am not oppressed. I am free!… Stop forcing on people to accept that they are oppressed… You are forcing a rhetoric into their minds which is not true… Shame on you, I am free!’

Standing in front of them with outstretched arms, Nestride’s words have a stunning effect that leaves the startled demonstrators groping for a reply. The impact of her utterance is so powerful, because what she says is so obviously and undeniably true. Unlike rioters and protestors we see shouting untruths from our screens, this young black woman truly speaks truth to power. And what a power hers is. Turning toward the black members of the crowd, she excoriates them, ‘You guys are not oppressed. You are lazy, that’s all it is. Go get jobs, work!’

Blindsided by this unexpected petard of stark truth, the dazed demonstrators weakly attempt a couple of hollow clichés and some heckling by way of response. Hit with such a healthy dose of reality, they are unable to mount any kind of coherent answer. The black woman’s reproof rips off the cloak of righteous falsehood from their faux cause and they stand there exposed, clutching pitiably to the shreds of their specious lies. Befuddled and confused, they pack up their protest paraphernalia and decamp. As they retreat, the intrepid lady sends them on their way with her last salvo ‘you guys have been cowards.’

But what about the issue of the systemic police brutality against black Americans, the latest example of which we just witnessed in the lamentable death of George Floyd? It has been repeatedly demonstrated, however, that such incidents are actually very rare and not a manifestation of pervasive racism in our law enforcement. As Tucker Carlson notes, in 2019 ten unarmed African Americans were shot dead by police officers in the United States. Nine of them had serious criminal records. On the other hand, less than two weeks ago on May 31, 18 black people were murdered in the city of Chicago by mostly black criminals. More black people are thus shot and killed by black people in one day in one city than they are killed by the police across the United States in one whole year. The talk that we sometimes hear of the police committing ‘black genocide’ is absurd beyond belief. As Theodore Dalrymple points out a ‘policeman is about fifteen times more likely to be killed by a black man than to kill a black man.’ And most of the small number of black men killed annually by the police are dangerous felons who are killed in the process of committing a crime.

Moreover, more white people are shot by the police than black people, and likewise more white people die in arrest-related incidents than black people. The narrative that the police routinely rounds up innocent peaceful black men in the streets is a complete myth that no one in their right mind can believe, not least black people themselves. According to Pew research, more than half of black Americans have ‘a lot’ or at least ‘some’ confidence in the police. As a point of comparison, less than one third of the American population approve of the way Congress is handling its job. In other words, far more black people have confidence in their local cops that we have in our elected representatives in Washington, DC. Most upright black Americans want our law enforcement and government officials take a strong stance against lawlessness no matter by whom it is perpetrated. The latest evidence of this is Donald Trump’s record approval rating among likely black voters in the wake of the riots. Tellingly, Donald Trump has been one of the few government figures who has not pandered to the looting mobs.”

The extent to which affirmative action has taken over, especially at so-called “elite” institutions, is amazing. As the great Ron Unz notes, “Less visible shifts had even greater potential future impact. For decades our elite universities have served as a direct funnel to the commanding heights of American business, finance, law, and media, and in 2020 black enrollment at Harvard College jumped by more than a quarter from the preceding year, representing an astonishing rise of nearly 75% since 2015, by far the fastest such increase in Harvard history. This growth was driven by extremely high acceptance rates, with blacks being 14.8% of the students admitted in 2020 and a whopping 18% of the 2021 admissions.

As a consequence, the per capita enrollment of blacks at our most elite college is probably now several times greater than that of the white Gentiles who had founded that school and still constitute America’s majority population, although the latter have far higher test scores and grades. The increasing numbers of blacks at many of our other most elite colleges such as Yale, Princeton, and Stanford had followed similar trajectories, though generally less extreme.”

Let’s do everything we can to combat the “affirmative action” hoax.

If you want to kill democracy, vote left-wing/democrat.

The left-wing/democrat Party’s frontal attacks on democracy precede Trump and began no later than 2010. These brutal assaults have undermined democratic elections, the First Amendment, due process, equal justice under law, and the other legal and political institutions that broadly compose democracy within America’s constitutional republic.

In October 2011, under BObama and then-VP biden, the Justice Department tapped the phones of then-Fox News correspondent James Rosen and his parents on Staten Island. DOJ was probing Rosen’s sources related to his coverage of U.S. policy on North Korea. DOJ also secretly monitored the records of 20 separate phone lines at the Associated Press in April and May 2012. The AP called this a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into its news gathering operations.

BObama-biden perpetrated political profiling by denying 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status to scores of conservative and Tea Party groups in 2010 to 2012. According to a sample of 111 such outfits, the House Ways & Means Committee found that the IRS granted tax exemption to 100% of left-wing organizations, but only 46 percent of conservative establishments. IRS foot-dragging and rejection of center-right applications crippled conservative groups that aimed to educate voters before the 2012 election.

lois lerner, the IRS taxocract who commanded this discrimination campaign, clammed up about it. Her computer hard drives might have enlightened GOP House investigators who sought them. Alas, in April 2012, the IRS destroyed them in an Ameri-Shred AMS-750 HD, a machine that slices metal into ribbons. Why?

During BObama-biden, the FBI launched Operation Crossfire Hurricane, to spy on the 2016 Trump campaign. Special Counsel John Durham concluded that the FBI relied on “raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence,” in other words lies from left-wing/democrats. This FBI probe was worse than Watergate even without a break-in. When incumbent Republicans spied on their Democrat opponents in 1972, America melted down, the Constitution veered into crisis, and Richard Milhous Nixon resigned. But in 2016, incumbent left-wing/democrats spied on their Republican opponents and the left-wing/democrats supprted that!

FBI attorney kevin clinesmith continued this skullduggery in August 2017, when he falsified a Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act court application to secure a warrant to spy on Carter Page, a Trump campaign advisor. clinesmith lied. If clinesmith represented Page accurately as a government asset, he would have avoided scrutiny. clinesmith pleaded guilty and unlike similiar convicts was sentenced to ONLY 400 hours of community service, 12 months’ probation, and zero time in prison. The Democrats’ un-American NON-rule of laws justice system worked its magic, once again.

mrs b.j. clinton paid left-wing/democrat election law firm perkins coie to commission fusion GPS’s notorious phony “dirty dossier” that smeared Trump as a Russian agent. fusion GPS, in turn, paid former British spy christopher steele for fake “evidence” of Kremlin ties. steele’s “source” was igor danchenko — a Russian employee of the brookings Institution. danchenko’s wild accusation, that Trump in 2013 watched two prostitutes urinate on each other in his Moscow hotel room, fueled the left-wing’s absurd lie that Kremlin extortionists controlled Trump.

After Trump was elected, left-wing/democrats rioted, committed arson, and relentlessly called Trump’s election illegitimate. martin sheen, mike farrell, and other hollywood stars concocted their own fake electors scheme: They urged electors to support someone other than Trump in the Electoral College, never mind that voters selected them to back Trump. Some Trump electors received death threats. Michigan elector Michael Banerian told CNN: “I’ve had people talk about putting a bullet in the back of my mouth.” Meanwhile, violent left-wing/democrats physically pounded Trump supporters who wore MAGA hats in public. Photographs of them with black eyes are abundant online. left-wing/ddemocrats objected to Trump’s slates of electors during the January 6, 2017 certification ceremony for Electoral College ballots. House left-wing/emocrats vocally opposed Trump’s electors from 10 different states. These included Michigan and Wisconsin, which Trump barely won, but also Alabama (where Trump trumped Clinton by 28.3%), West Virginia (42.2 percent), and Wyoming (47.6%). libs/dem members of Congress, have every legal right to raise these objections. And so do Republicans! Nonetheless, claiming that Trump stole West Virginia or Wyoming was as absurd and gratuitous as if Republicans had pretended on January 6, 2021, that biden swiped Massachusetts and Vermont. On Trump’s inauguration day, 67 House left-wing/ddemocrats boycotted his swearing-in ceremony. This peaceful transition of power is a cornerstone of American democracy. left-wing/democrats in Congress spat on it. Elsewhere in Washington, pro-democrat rioters hurled eggs at Trump supporters, smashed store windows, and torched a Muslim driver’s limousine.

The left-wing/democrat Russia hoax roared on for 3 years. libs/dems used these baseless lies to distract, exhaust, and demoralize Trump and his administration — all the better to hinder them from enacting the agenda that the American people democratically elected them to implement. House Speaker lib/dem pelosi displayed total contempt for the democratic tradition of the president’s State of the Union speech. Immediately after Trump delivered his February 4, 2020 SOTU, pelosi stood behind Trump and ripped up her copyof his remarks.

left-wing/democrats hijacked the COVID-19 pandemic to launch a Blitzkrieg on America’s ballots. This War on Election Integrity greased the libs/dems’ theft of the White House for ol' biden. These blows to the body politic included:

— Spewing mass mail-in ballots to every registrant – even relocated and dead voters.

— Ballot harvesting by biased campaign and party operatives.

— Unsupervised drop boxes into which criminals — on camera — illegally stuffed multiple ballots.

-- In Madison, Wisconsin’s “Democracy in the Park” events, poll workers collected 17,271 ballots in 206 public parks and then, supposedly, delivered them to the municipal clerk’s office. However, Wisconsin statute 6.87(4)(b)1 requires that the absentee ballot “envelope shall be mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots.” This law says nothing about handing ballots to people in parks for transfer to the municipal clerk’s office.

facebook's mark zuckerberg paid the center for technology and civic life $350 million to pump into local election offices. They, in turn, had to install drop boxes and implement other shady election tactics. These efforts overwhelmingly skewed left-wing/democrat, in such swing states as Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. According to the lawsuit Wisconsin Voters Alliance v. Pence, in “democratic Delaware County, Pennsylvania one drop box was available for every 4,000 voters” in fall 2020. But in pro-Trump counties “There was one drop box for every 72,000 voters.”

Governors, secretaries of state, election boards, and judges imposed most of these “temporary” COVID-era measures. However, Article 1, § 4, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof.” So, these “one-time pandemic rules” were unconstitutional in 2020, unless enacted by state lawmakers. But like a drunk driver blowing through a red light, lib/dem Secretary of State kathy boockvar ignored the Constitution. Although she had no power to do so, she issued a new rule at 8:38 p.m. on Election Eve — Monday, November 2, 2020. Boockvar instructed county authorities to invite voters to “cure” and then re-submit erroneous mail-in ballots. Urban left-wing/democrats contacted their voters to correct their mistakes, such as circling rather than filling the bubble beside biden’s name. Rural Republicans largely missed this 11th-hour rules change.

left-wing/democrats routinely resist efforts to clean voter rolls and delete the names of those who have moved or died. At 52 U.S. Code § 20507, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 requires that states maintain “an accurate and current voter registration roll for elections for Federal office.” Rather than obey this statute, libs/dems do nothing, make excuses, or scream “racism!” —  as if bigotry propelled efforts to stop dead people from voting.libs/dems want voters to cast ballots at home and hand them to traffickers. This obliterates the secret ballot, a cornerstone of democracy. libs/dems are replacing the sanctity of the voting booth — where Americans choose tomorrow’s leaders in solitude and without external pressure — with voting at the kitchen table or even in the workplace. In these settings, spouses, relatives, colleagues, and bosses can intimidate citizens into voting one way or the other. This is pure sin, and left-wing/democrats love it. New York City, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and several communities in Maryland and Vermont passed laws that let non-citizens vote in local elections. Every non-citizen’s ballot nullifies the ballot of an American citizen who votes the other way. libs/s promote this anti-democratic abomination.

As the 2020 election neared climax, the New York Post broke the story of hunter biden’s Laptop from Hell. libs/dems and biden supporters at Twitter, facebook, and similar Silicon Valley giants actively suppressed this story, lest it hurt biden. For 15 days, Twitter’s censors disabled the account of the New York Post, founded in 1801 by none other than Alexander Hamilton. The Laptop from Hell stayed buried, an joe won. Mission Accomplished huh.

After Elon Musk purchased Twitter, internal documents revealed a cabal of up to 80 FBI agents who hounded Big Tech into burying news stories that would have torpedoed biden’s candidacy or hindered his subsequent presidency.

BObama-Biden’s spying on the Trump campaign led the DOJ to prosecute and imprison his former campaign aides Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, and Rick Gates on charges stemming from the fake, phoney, lying Russia hoax. Justice’s tentacles also ensnared Trump’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn, and political aide Roger Stone. Both faced prison until Trump pardoned them. After Trump left office, the left-wing/democrat Senate subjected him to an impeachment trial — as an ex-president. This was as unprecedented as it was bizarre. Their efforts to disreputibly “get Trump” include the destruction of attorney-client privilege, a tradition as sacrosanct as spousal and priestly confidentiality. Nonetheless, the FBI raided the offices of Trump’s attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudolph W. Guliani. After seizing confidential legal papers, left-wing/democrat prosecutors forced Trump’s lawyers to testify against their client.

biden’s Justice Department and Democrat persecutors in New York and Georgia are trying to imprison Trump. They accuse him of mishandling classified documents that he had every right to declassify and possess. But U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that a president’s papers are his to declassify and maintain as he pleases. In a case involving interview-related audio tapes that b. j. clinton hid in his White House sock drawer and then took home as ex-president, Jackson held that the Presidential Records Act “does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records.” According to her March 1, 2012 decision in Judicial Watch v. National Archives, “Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.” Meanwhile, biden stashed classified documents in his Wilmington garage, near his beloved 1967 Corvette Stingray. mrs clinton notoriously stored 2,113 classified e-mails on her do-it-yourself computer server in her Chappaqua, New York mansion. Neither Democrat has faced any legal consequences for mishandling unauthorized classified materials. In contrast, on August 8, 2022, Trump endured an unprecedented FBI raid on his Mar-A-Lago estate and criminal persecution for what normally involves negotiation or, at worst, civil litigation. Beyond this pristine example of unjust persecution, alvin bragg’s Manhattan case involves Trump’s payment of hush money to keep adult-film star Stormy Daniels from blabbing with journalists about an affair that she alleges, and he denies. This is not a crime!!! But the inept/corrupt bragg indicted Trump 2 months after the statute of limitations expired.

left-wing/democrat persecutor fani willis’ Fulton County, Georgia, criminalizes such conduct as Trump’s national address in which he claimed to win the election, and his request to his chief of staff for the phone number of the speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. These things are not illegal!!

Un-American, anti-democracy libs/dems ill-serve the voters. By denying Americans the opportunity to hear Trump speak, watch him on the campaign trail rather than in courtrooms, and then vote for or against him in statewide elections, left-wing/democrats cremate democracy as profoundly as if they set ballot boxes ablaze. left-wing/democrats’ relentless attempts to silence Trump via gag orders violate his 1st Amendment right to discuss his trials for alleged election interference in Fulton County, Georgia and civil fraud in Manhattan. Gag orders abuse Trump, his supporters, and even critics who want to hear him speak.

Beyond Colorado, left-wing/democrats and other Trump haters in at least 14 other states are laboring to strike him from their ballots. libs/dems claim to strengthen democracy by depriving voters of a qualified candidate to support or oppose at the polls. This LIE is the apotheosis of anti-democracy.

libs/dems police free speech, a bulwark of democracy. biden launched the very damgerous Orwellian disinformation governance board to monitor what libs/dems can claim is “disinformation” and “misinformation” and confront those who express it — never mind its truth or even that the 1st Amendment protects free expression, including non-violent lies.

A Congressional probe discovered that, under biden, FBI offices in Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Portland, Oregon, and Richmond, Virginia spied on and contributed to the “FBI’s assessment of traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.” Bye bye, Freedom of Religion.

biden’s DOJ sicced the FBI on parents who peacefully complained to their local school boards about critical race theory, transgenderism, and other leftist idiocy. The “Justice” Department denounced these concerned mothers and fathers as “domestic terrorists.” Bye bye, Freedoms of Speech and Petition for Redress of Grievances.

Trump haters like soundly defeated congresswoman liz cheney hysterically claim that “A vote for Donald Trump may mean the last election that you ever get to vote in.” With no basis in fact, other libs/dem lie that a re-elected Trump would become a dictator?  The dictatorial threat to democracy comes not from Trump, who had 4 years to serve as a tyrant and did not. However, biden and the left-wing/democrats are busy stomping jackboots into America’s democratic norms, rules, and traditions.

Neoliberalism's central irony is, namely, its proponents’ consistent hostility toward popular majorities as threats to democracy. A combination of like-minded leftwing elites within government, finance, and technology, as well as their supporters among media and nonprofit groups, seek to control ever increasing areas of life in the name of the people, but generally insist against the express will of democratic majorities. The result is massive growth in centralized governmental unlimited even illegal power, along with increasing delegitimization of our governing structures and way of life to a dangerous, prevalent woke doctrine actively undermining what is left to our civilization.

Do not apologize for wondering if most Republicans in D.C. are corrupt, cowards, or compromised. Do not apologize for wondering if the majority of the Supreme Court are corrupt, cowards, or compromised.

Muslim Heritage

Source; SNGLR

Dated but still relevant IMHO

AN AMERICAN CITIZEN'S RESPONSE

Dear Mr. Obama:

Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first
landed?  Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day?
Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the: United States Constitution?

Declaration of Independence?
Bill of Rights? Didn't think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country's freedom from England?  No.

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America?
No, they did not. In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest
traffickers in human slavery.   Your own half-brother, a devout
Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic
descent refer to black Muslims as "pug nosed slaves."  Says a lot of
what the Muslim world really thinks of your family's "rich Islamic
heritage," doesn't it Mr. Obama?

Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country?

Not present.

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by
side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of
Civil Rights.

Where were Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage era?

Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are
subservient to men in the Islamic culture.   So much so, that often
they are beaten for not wearing the 'hajib' or for talking to a man
who is not a direct family member or their husband.   Yep, the Muslims
are all for women's rights, aren't they?

Where were Muslims during World War II?

They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself
met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from
the Nazi's in killing Jews.

Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001?

If they weren't flying planes into the World Trade Center, the
Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our
own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East.   No one can dispute
the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on
CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news network's that day.
Strangely, the very "moderate" Muslims who's asses you bent over
backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent
post 9-11.  To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for
the acts of that day.

And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the "rich heritage" Muslims have here in America ...

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates.  They were Muslims.

And now we can add November 5, 2009 - the slaughter of American
soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a
psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from
battle in Iraq and Afghanistan .

Also, don't forget the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15.2013 was
done by 2 Muslim Brothers. That, Mr. Obama is the "Muslim heritage" in
America

EVERY AMERICAN MUST READ THIS!!
Be sure to SEND IT TO ALL.

Muslim Heritage, my ass.

The Rules

Source; Anonymous

The left-wing/democrats perversely claim that they are freedom orientated and that those who object to their power grabs are the autocrats - - a typical propaganda rouse employed by autocrats. But the reality is that decades of usurpations of the Constitution, family and faith, and abuses of  and governance in support of left-wing desires are destroying our country from within. Moreover, the decay is quickening and the extent is broadening. The leaders of this authoritarian system devote full-time attention to the challenge of crippling the opposition while flouting the rule of law in attempt to maintain a plausible veneer of order, legitimacy, and prosperity. It smells a lot like the stench of communism. The democratic Party has been totally co-opted by left-wing ideology. Left-wing ideology, once in position of power, uses undemocratic means to impose centralized governmental policies of their choosing on the body politic. What kind of policies? Liberation policies. Policies that will free people from their tradition and associations such as families and churches. In other words, to destroy what binds people to specific, concrete communities and beliefs. Accordingly, centralized government has worked for decades to capture or kill local associations and communities and transform education into cultural indoctrination so that people may take up on a character strikingly similar to the inherently flawed Soviet model of the new socialist man. Subsequently, the left-wing/democrat Party has evolved into an anti-American political and cultural entity dragging our nation into their marxist nightmare, forcing us to get what they instead solely deserve.

Let's look at the “communist Rules for Revolution” and see if that's what’s happening, or not, in America today?

The "rules," listed below, read like the playbook of what the left-wing/democratic Party has been doing for years.  Let’s briefly analyze, point by point.

Point A:  Corrupt the young, get them away from religion, oversexualize them, and emasculate them.  We all bemoan what too many of America’s youth have become. They have largely rejected religion and are obsessed with sex and pleasure. As we all know, masculinity is condemned, and femininity is exalted. The homosexual/transgender movement is deliberate.

Point B:  Get control of all means of publicity.  Journalism, of course, no longer exists in America.  The left-wing controls the media, as is according to plan.

Point B1:  Get people’s minds off the government and concentrate on indulgence.
Most Americans have no clue what is really going on in Washington, or their state governments, but they can tell you anything you want to know about taylor swift.

Point B2:  Divide the people into hostile groups.
Many of the issues that separate us are downright lies (climate change) or of no importance to the country (wars of no national interest).

Point B3:  Destroy the people’s faith in natural leaders.
Elevate the BObamas, clintions, bidens, schumers, pelosis, destroy the Trumps and DeSantises.

Point B4:  Always preach true democracy but grab power as fast as possible
.  Everything the left-wing/democratic Party does (so they claim) is “democratic,” and Trump and Republicans are hitler.  And countless Americans believe that garbage.

Point B5:  Encourage government extravagance, destroy credit, and produce inflation.  That is one of the best descriptions possible of the 1st 3 years of the biden regime. They haven’t destroyed America’s credit yet, but that’s only a matter of time if the other 2 continue.

Point B6:  Encourage strikes, inspire civil disobedience, and promote government leniency towards such.  We haven’t seen an overabundance of destructive strikes in America recently. Still, there is no question the left-wing/democratic Party encourages civil disobedience (george floyd, looting, Palestinian riots, illegal alien invasion) and is very lenient towards such activities. The 1st Amendment is vital in America, but that doesn’t include burning buildings, stealing other people’s property, or killing police. Laxness towards such activities will only produce more of the same—which is their intent. The lib/dem Party, if/when it gains the totalitarian power it craves, will eventually use government to step in with a mighty hand, “save the country from right-wingers,” and produce a party dictatorship (witness the ccp in China). The libs/dems will have power that they will never surrender.  Governments never give back power once they have obtained it.

Point B7:  Break down moral virtue with specious arguments.  “Live and let live.”  “As long as it doesn’t hurt anybody.”  “It’s my body.”  A licentious, pleasure-oriented society can never be free—their “passions forge their fetters” as Edmund Burke knew. But freedom isn’t the goal of the Left; control is.

Point C:  Registration and confiscation of firearms.
This is blatantly self-evident in America today; no comment is needed.

There is very little in the Dusseldorf communist document of 1919 above that isn’t in evidence in America today, all of it being promoted by the left-wing/democratic Party. biden proves the point that in order to be politically successful, as a left-wing/democrat, you must despise your country. You must lie about it. You must denounce it. You must smear it. You must attack its longstanding institutions, its history, its founders, its economic system, its sovereignty, and multi-millions of its people. And never apologize or acknowledge your previous support of racism and segregation.

Attaining, accumulating, retaining, and exercising power over the country is the nature of an autocratic party that demands, in practice, the centralization of power over things small and large; control over the individual; conformity and obedience; uniformity of ideas and thoughts; and an elaborate, intrusive, and far-reaching police state to enforce its rule. This is what the left-wing/democratic Party has become. Slowly at first but, ever quickening to soften existing societal morals, then radicalizing them and ultimately destroying the country and culture that has, like no other in history, provided so much freedom and prosperity for so many in such a quick time

Too many Americans are the frog in the pan of water; the temperature is slowly elevated, the frog doesn’t notice the incremental rise, and before long, he is a meal for despots.  When it finally happens, many on the left-wing will rebel; they will finally realize—as many communists in all the nations took over did—that they were lied to, hoodwinked, and snookered.  But it will be too late then. They will be lined up against the wall and shot, too, by the very bullets they will have helped pay for.

Like the frog being boiled to death, history doesn’t usually happen fast. But it does happen. And it tends to accelerate the farther down the slope to destruction a nation goes. And that acceleration is happening now under the biden regime.  If he gets 4 more years, what remains will not be America.

Do not apologize for stating that blue cities are crumbling and falling apart because of the bad seeds that they themselves have sown. Do not apologize for believing that the 2nd Amendment and the American citizens’ right to bear arms might be one of our last best hopes of remaining free. Do not apologize for pointing out that the ACLU remains silent and a co-conspirator in the denying of 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens.  Don’t apologize for knowing that the deep state, including those in the CIA/FBI/NSA, do not want the American citizens to enjoy the rights stated in the Bill of Rights. Do not apologize for wondering if most Republicans in D.C. are corrupt, cowards, or compromised. Do not apologize for wondering if the majority of the Supreme Court are corrupt, cowards, or compromised. Do not apologize for thinking something terribly, terribly wrong is going on in America today. Do not apologize for wondering who is ultimately pulling the strings.

Show Trials.

Source; Sent from a friend................  I agree SHOW TRIALS...... what a farce!!!!!!

Lawfare: "the strategic use of legal proceedings to intimidate or hinder an opponent."  That is what Trump's expericening. The left-wing/democrats in charge, in power, are trying to take him down. Driven mad by hate, liberals kept imagining monstrous intrigues and plots being hatched by Trump, all the while ignoring or excusing their actual efforts—projecting its termed. The angrier the left-wing/democrats get, the nuttier/police-state their attacks on Trump  become, and consequrntially are consistently ineffective. In the new york times/Siena College national survey  Trump lead biden among young voters, 49% to 43%, enough to give him a narrow 46-44 lead among registered voters overall. This is present in nearly every major survey at this point, a big shift from ol’ soviet joe’s 21-point lead before the midterms or his 10-point lead last July. Is this their plan? Do they want him the candidate for nefarious reason? It’s possible since everything about them is dishonest and deceitful.

The latest is the Colorado Supreme Court ruling disqualifying Trump from being on the state ballot. All 7 members of Colorado's highest court were appointed by left-wing/democrats. The case was started by a Washington-based, aggressively anti-Trump activist group called Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, which recruited local Coloradans to file suit against Trump. The 5 others,  all brought by left-wing/democratic or democratic-appointed prosecutors, and 3 are being tried before left-wing/dem-appointed judges.

1) New York Attorney General letitia james, a left-wing/democrat, ran on a platform of going after Trump. She filed a lawsuit intended to destroy Trump's business empire in New York. Judge engoron, a left-wing/dem, like a tyrant, simply ruled without sound proof that Trump was guilty, before the trial began. Trump is now awaiting engoron's biased, anti-rule-of-law decision on damages.

2) Manhattan District Attorney alvin bragg, left-wing/dem, also ran on a platform of going after Trump, charging him with 34 felonies related to Stormy Daniels in the 2016 presidential campaign, widely regarded as the weakest of the criminal cases against Trump. It was assigned to Judge merchan, who made political contributions in 2020: biden, the progressive turnout project, and a group called stop republicans.

3) Special counsel jack smith, appointed by the biden Justice Dept, began his investigation of Trump a few months after the ny times said biden confided to his inner circle that he believed Trump was a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted and said privately that he wanted garland to act less like a ponderous judge and more like a prosecutor who is willing to take decisive action over Jan 6.  The case is under Judge chutkan, who was nominated to the federal bench by BObama and also contributed to BObama's 2008 campaign. Scholars have said only the nation’s high court can settle the issue of whether the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol constituted an insurrection and whether Trump is banned from running.

4) smith indicted Trump on 40 felony counts in the classified documents case. In contrast to the other cases, this one is being presided over by Judge cannon, appointed to the bench by Trump.

5) Fulton County District Attorney fani willis, left-wing/democrat, indicted Trump on 13 felony counts relating to the 2020 election. willis alleged a RICO conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election that included 19 defendants.

6 cases driven by left-wing/democrats and their appointees and activists, all Trump's political opponents. It is as if anti-Trump leaders concluded that elections did not succeed in getting rid of him and left-wing media attacks did not succeed in getting rid of him and investigations did not succeed in getting rid of him and now the next step, lawfare. It is hard to overstate how dangerously crazy this situation is.

Immediately after the 1st indictment, support for Trump in the Republican primary race shot upward. It rose further amid later indictments and lawsuits, going from 44% support before the indictment to 63% support today in the RealClearPolitics average of polls. Some Republicans are clearly using support of Trump as a way to express their disapproval of the wave of prosecutions and lawsuits. Whether that will last is unclear.

The ruling is particularly important because it applies to everyone. It doesn’t just affect presidential frontrunners and candidates for office. It has the potential to affect every American who engages in political speech of any kind, long after Trump is gone.

Flashback: The Inspector General’s report found no federal law enforcement “gassed” protesters in Layfattye Park across from the White House when trump went there during the 2020 riots. The DC police -- under the control of the black mayor -- used gas in a different incident around the same time.  And the Park Police had no idea Trump was planning to enter the park to for any reason. Yes, technically the clearing of the park (no gas used) occurred “before Trump” but you could also say, “police gassed protesters before Biden was sworn in.” One had nothing to do with the other. But the lying left-wing media said that park police failed to warn BLM demonstrators before clearing Lafayette Park.

What's the Boss?

Source; Sent from an internet friend......

All organizations, public or private, end up as oligarchies, in which a small elite dominates every aspect of the organization. Large scale organizations give their leaders a near monopoly of power. And those who have acquired power will almost always endeavor to consolidate it and extend it, to multiply the ramparts which to defend his position. And it is important to recognize that it is power that is the motivation and not merely money. Control is a far greater motivator than greed.

Meet the new boss

Same as the old boss.

--Pete Townshend and The Who

To preempt usurpation of power, the federal government’s authority was split between 3 branches of equal weight, the overriding impetus was to contain the Executive branch because its control over the armed forces and government bureaucracy meant it had the greatest ability to challenge the other branches of government to alter the established pattern of constitutional authority. The states, in turn, joined the Union on the condition that their sovereignty would be protected.

James Madison, the acknowledged father of the Constitution, explained in Federalist Paper No. 45: "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives and liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State.”

Since woodrow wilson, every president has relentlessly pushed and often succeeded in expanding federal boundaries, resulting in an unstoppable growth of governmental size and influence. But it was the marxist socialist BObama who was imbued with a mission to fundamentally change the established order and replace it with an ideologically inspired system. He understood early on that there was practically no legal recourse within the government itself for violating the Constitution and ignoring Congress. Not bound by constitutional constraints, the socialists began the process of gradually dismantling the established law and order. Institutions of marriage and religion, capitalism, the judicial system, individual liberty, and the English language—all have come under assault after having been branded as antiquated, biased, and intolerant. Moreover, liberals/democrats even altered the voting laws to ensure the left-win/democratic Party’s electoral supremacy.

The 17th Amendment trashed the key provision of the Constitution and made the powers of the federal government infinite and undefined. The immense transfer of power away from the democratically elected representatives of Congress to the executive branch has produced an extraordinary imbalance between power and legitimacy. That is how the Republic was lost, fatefully fulfilling the grim warning of John Adams: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

democrats of all stripes have made a longstanding practice of challenging conservatives to denounce any hint of illiberalism, even if the charge is overhyped.  So now that pro-hamas left-wing have abandoned their charade, will mainstream democrats finally denounce harmful, hate-filled left-wing policies?

Indeed, conservatives overwhelmingly support Israel, a classic liberal stance in support of a long-oppressed population.  Our country was born as an Enlightenment-inspired classic liberal democracy.  Free speech, free markets, concern for the common man, respect for individual autonomy, and toleration of belief are its hallmarks, embraced today most ardently by self-identified conservatives, who seek to conserve this true classic liberalism.

democrats, however, have been skillful at exploiting chinks in conservative armor. But in so doing, they engage in projection, giving the far more illiberal, authoritarian left-wing/democrat a hall pass.  After hamas slaughtered civilian Israelis, and by plan systemically raped helpless women, left-wing/democrats were forced to rip off their pseudo-liberal masks and openly support forces who subjugate women, kill gays, seek racist ethnic cleansing, and impose of sharia law. As Iran bans gays, subjugates women, and threatens nuclear annihilation, neo-liberals such as secretary of state blinken and his chum, special Iran envoy malley, have been feverishly working to help Iran achieve Mideast hegemony, a project only partially submerged during the current hamas-Israel conflict.

Any intelligent person, thus awakened, should now re-examine their addiction to a cancerous neo-liberal ideology, and take serious measures to, yes, denounce left-wing policies, more fervently than in the past when they denounced the slightest Trumpian dereliction, real or imagined, none of which ever sank to current left-wing/democrat depths.

Let us examine a few neo-liberal (left-wing) positions that are anything but liberal.  Starting with climate alarmism, regardless of the amount of manmade warming, what does not appear questionable is that the cost/benefit analysis of supposed remedies strongly suggests that our present technologies offer only debilitating costs with but slight benefit. What is the left-wing response to this clear/significant/conclusive “science,” supported and documented by BObama climate czar Steven Koonin and world-renowned Danish climate scientist Bjorn Lomborg?  First, ignore it. Then abolish all fossil fuels, even though there is no viable substitute in sight.  More significantly, banish all discussion of the science underlying questions of remedy.  Former biden national climate adviser and BObama EPA administrator gina mcCarthy strenuously sought to ban any discussion of cost and benefits, on the apparent theory that such only delays climate progress.  Nothing could be more unscientific and illiberal about this stance.  Even climate scientists in authoritarian China engage in this important discussion, far more freely than any official in the neo-liberal biden regime.

How do neo-liberals seek to educate the urban poor?  By fighting any attempts to give poor urban minorities vouchers and charter schools.  Again, under left-wing policy, neo-liberalism gives way to authoritarian, big-union rule, harming the common person.

In a textbook case of Projection, the current left-wing fad is to warn that a re-elected Trump would be a “dictator.”  Yet these same neo-liberals want to ban gas stoves, heating systems, and leaf-blowers; consumption of meat; internal combustion engines; and fuel-based fertilizers, the last of which triples crop yields for poor populations.  neo-liberals seek these bans by deep state regulation, without democratic input. So exactly who is it that is acting dictatorially?

Hypocritically, neo-liberals, while railing against “hate” speech, not only encourage antisemitism, but also demonize a broad swath of the middle-class white population, represented to be MAGA adherents, 80 million of their fellow citizens of whom are claimed by the left-wing to be not just wrong, but evil. As an aside, the electoral problem is that, increasingly, hardworking blacks and Hispanics see that attacks on striving white people are also attacks on their own striving improvement. There has been no reported incident wherein conservatives sought to ban political speakers, violently or otherwise.  But vehemently harassing and effectively banning conservative speakers, including violently, has been a proud left-wing tactic.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a classic liberal, asked us to judge individuals by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.  Judging individuals by the color of their skin, however, is the essence of the neo-liberal project.  All whites, including the long-beleaguered Jewish population, are now considered oppressors under left-wing doctrine.  Meanwhile, neo-liberal policies have driven urban populations into a doom loop of crime, inflation, and poverty.

left-wing/democrat prosecutors do not prosecute.  Most crime & murder victims are neo-liberal inner-city residents.  The left-wing inflation reduction act was wildly inflationary, cruelly taxing those who can afford rising prices the least. left-wing/democrats, most taking full advantage of government tax dodges and freebies paid for by you, rail against “millionaires and billionaires,” even though many those have achieved that status themselves by providing things people want, while neo-liberal policies harm the poor and the middle class.

In summary, neo-liberals (marxists really) are pushing society back into a pre-Enlightenment era, where toleration is absent; tribal hatreds prevail; ideological authoritarians rule; and a select political class, as in all socialist-style arrangements, gets wealthy from taxes imposed on the unprivileged masses.  biden and BSanders, millionaires both, seem to have done well on government salaries.

democrats cannot get elected without the support of the left-wing.  So the question is stark: will moderate Democrats choose their principles or the left-wing's iron-fisted power?  The fate of American society depends upon the answer.

What to Believe

Source; SNGLR

Let’s take a look at just a few of the many left-wing/democrat lies we are asked to believe:

The inflation reduction act of 2023: Its report states: inflation reduction act is Driving Historic Climate Action and Investing in America, spending more money in history this past year to fight the phoney climate crisis than ever before. Next read Congress Is on a Christmas Spending Spree by the CATO Institute. it documents: “Annual deficits are in the trillions, and interest rates are at historic highs. Now is not the time to throw gasoline on the Yule log. A Christmas emergency spending bonanza would worsen America’s unsustainable budget trajectory and further undermine trust in the U.S. government as a responsible fiscal steward.”

Our left-wing leaders are overspending billions on billions. Is this inflation reduction?  No, it's a LIE! How much more debt can we add before the dollar becomes a desperately weak global currency and we become trapped?  Trapped because other nations don’t want to buy our debt any longer.  Many say we are close to that threshold right now.

college leadership:  Could you believe the answers given to Congress by woke leaders prestigious institutes of higher learning recently?  Should not communication between leadership of higher education and Congress be done with clarity of values, respect for justice, support for liberty, and condemnation of unprovoked violence, not woke gobbledygook?  Do you not shudder to think what may be taught in our colleges and universities today? How can one we trust higher education and our school leadership when they use innuendos and vague words giving tacit support for atrocities and hate?

Treasury Secretary janet yellen: She recently said that inflation will continue to come down, adding she anticipated inflation will fall into a range near 2% by the end of 2024.  What? Since biden inflation has increased about 18% but wage only about 12%. The Federal Reserve's aggressive rate-hiking campaign jacked up the cost of credit for borrowers across the economy, including the U.S. government. Higher borrowing costs means you and the government pays more interest on its debt. Rising U.S. debt interest payments create a vicious feedback loop: to attract new borrowers, yields on bonds have to rise to sweeten the deal, and higher yields aggravate already-high borrowing costs on total debt ( For our federal government $34 trillion---$34,000,000,000,000). If Uncle Sam paid this debt at the rate of $100 dollars every second, it would take the government 10,780 years to accomplish the task.  Can you comprehend this number?  How can the anyone trust janet yellen?

Homeland Secretary Mayorkas tells us again and again the U.S. border is under control. If it isn’t, it’s because the Republicans wont’ grant 15-20 million illegals automatic citizenship by amnesty: Another BIB LIE of the left wing exhibited in their support of illegals entering this country. By doing so they damage the very system that makes America so attractive to them in the first place. And by tolerating, even facilitating their illegal entry, the biden regime damages that system even more. The biden regime is contradicting the legal rights of immigrants and citizens already in the U.S., specifically the Guarantee Clause, Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution. The biden regime is also implicitly condoning the growing property damage; injuries and demonization suffered by the border patrol and other law enforcement officials; crime; the financial and physical strain put on our housing, education, and medical Care facilities (NYC being but one example); child, sex, and drug trafficking. Even more appalling is the light or supportive coverage of these events the left-wing media, in collaboration with big tech's censoring news regarding this matter.

Lincoln once said: "You can fool all people some of the time and some people all of the time, but you can’t fool all people all of the time."  The left-wing appears to believe YOU are a fool by trying to fool all the people all of the time.  And this is what democrats support, want more of, and vote for.

Meanwhile:

“Politics is a zero-sum game where the object is to divide up a static amount of pre-existing goods and power…The free-market is not a zero-sum game. It’s goods increase; the people who work in it ultimately aim to please the customer, not the power holder, and all gain.”—Rev Robert Sirico

There is no dichotomy between capitalism and democracy. In fact, the most democratic countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas have the freest markets, and the most vibrant philanthropic complexes, while the least democratic and most repressive regimes have the most extensive restrictions on private economic transactions pledging to create a worker's paradise, all the while ultimately creating only hell on Earth.

Some believe that government spending creates the same benefit to society that free-market spending does. There is a big difference. Noble Laureate James M. Buchanan pointed out the basic difference as one where: "Politics differs categorically from free markets in that with political competition, there are mutually exclusive sets of losers and winners."

Transfer of wealth occurs when taxpayers are forced to support an individual, group or industry. And, as is almost always the case, when those are inefficient, ineffective, not one's choice or supported with funds denied the taxpayer, less is created, wealth is dissipated in total. Subsequently, the standard of living for society in total is lowered. This remains true in any form of economy, from communism to capitalism.

Simply put, the theory of government spending, supported technically with the faulty logic of Keynesian Economics, basically operates by taking money from free-market participants and redistributing it. The result, due to the fact that it costs something to redistribute and that government usually doesn’t (and shouldn’t) undertake action to add value, is that for every dollar the government takes, it returns in general something LESS than one dollar to the economy. In other words, there is a net loss to society. In contrast, the free market (also called "the private sector") uses a dollar and adds value to it, by creating products, services, innovation, efficiency, etc. through supply and demand. The result is that every dollar the free market acts upon results in a return in general of something MORE than a dollar. In other words a net gain to society. This important difference has significant ramifications.

This failure to recognize that government basically only redistributes wealth and doesn't create any, and must do so by the threat or act of coercion, force and sometimes violence, is only part of the problem. The other part of the problem is the erroneous belief that government has in sum an altruistic nature. This error allows the believers of government is the solution to, at best, excuse their ignoring the fact that government in sum primarily uses its power and funds to diminish the freedom, the choices, the property rights, the diversity, the incentives, the initiative, the responsibility and at times even the safety of its subjects. To mistakenly attribute an altruistic nature to government is the result of not recognizing the fact that government is the ultimate monopoly, and like all monopolies is subject to the whims of those few who are in the necessary positions of power and influence. True to form, government too cannot escape the traits, common to all monopolies, of corruption, inefficiency, or a strong commitment to the status quo, which is the antithesis of prosperity.  Mark Skousen put it more politely: "When private market decision-making is turned over to government, waste and mal-investment are likely results because the state, not operating under competitive conditions, is severely handicapped in determining the real costs and benefits of capital projects."

The consequential logic then is that government programs, which shape lives and have significant influence on the choices individuals make, distorts all forms of social interaction. So then, the main costs of government aren't just the obvious ones of taxes, price inflation, or interest on debt. It is the more incipient loss of opportunity and freedom, to both the individual and society as a whole, which compounds the longer the time frame.

To be sure, government is necessary, especially for an open and free society. A free-market does not mean a free for all; it requires some ground rules.  However, government's best role is one where it is generally limited to that of referee rather than an owner/manager. "A government that limits social-value regulation, regulation that results in an explosion of rights claims, entitlements and taxation along with the heavy burden of excessive litigation" as D. Bergin & J. Stanislaw see it. To advocate more than that, to demand "more and bigger government" simply fuels its desire to forever expand in the interference in individual's lives. And, like every other human enterprise, individuals who run government, who have the ultimate control over our lives, will not act only with benevolence, nor with god-like insight and control, nor even to a better degree than the individual, when given power. Again, human history screams that lesson.

The truth is that the more the free-market is constrained, the more government must provide and the more corruptible the government becomes. Why? Because as the role of government as provider becomes entrenched, expectations of its handouts increase by its citizens. Once this process is established, government and its intervention can only grow larger, vigorously resisting downsizing. As institutions move away from the free-market and towards political interference, rent seeking (which fosters individual behavior that is designed to maximize waste rather than surplus) emerges as a significant social phenomenon. Given enough incentive (or return) potential recipients, instead of acting with passive acceptance, will actively engage in renting seeking. It is then that the motivated entrepreneur will find a way to convince government that he deserves its favor, a monopoly right in essence, keeping other potential entrants out. But when the body politic begins to get overly concerned with the distribution of the government "pie,” it is then political power begins to concentrate on gains from law-breaking, idealized anarchy, or from other processes that can only prevent the "pie" from being expanded for all as it does with the free market. When this happens, deficient value is created, indeed, a net total destruction of value ultimately occurs. The amount of the resulting negative value is a proportional function to the scope and range of interference with and relative size of the government in comparison to the free-market.

In contrast, free-market monopolies are prevented when government action is restricted to protecting individual rights, personal & property, and enforcing voluntarily negotiated private contracts. Then the market process will dominate behavior and ensure that any excessive control or profits (or "rents") that appear will be dissipated by the forces of competition.  Furthermore, the dynamic free-market process will also then develop growth and orderly change.

If allowed to function within a set of laws & institutions that reward merit, protect individual property and enforce contracts, a free-market will even trump education and change culture. It will allocate resources among alternative uses so as to ensure tolerably efficient results. To the extent that a free-market is allowed to allocate resources among uses, political allocation is not required. Joseph A. Schumpeter confirmed that noting: "Nothing should be more obvious than that the business entity cannot function properly and according to design when its most important parameters of action are transferred to the political sphere and there dealt with according to the requirements of the political game or, more serious still, according to the ideas of social planners."

In the free-market, individuals, more or less, make decisions on how much & what quality of any good or service should be supplied or purchased according to their reasoned capabilities, needs, wants and alternatives, made with voluntary aspects. The theory that an unhampered free-market may err does not prove that it does, or imply that the state could do better, if not worse. To the contrary, large-scale breakdowns in economic order can generally be explained by government intervention in the free-market, in particular through manipulation of money and credit. A system of merit, law and property rights, which permits voluntary exchange, would have provided a more palatable remedy to the futile attempts by government to square a circle. The opposite criterion is often employed when the decision is made by government. Government decisions can and do evolve to be purely arbitrary.

Albert J. Nock has shown that history is basically a race between government and a free and open society, between beneficent fruits of peaceful & voluntary production and creativity on the one hand, and the crippling & parasitic blight of government power upon the voluntary & productive social process. The lesson to be earned from over 4,000 years of human history is that political allocation does not eliminate contrived scarcity or bad results, though conversely its unintended consequences often produce more of them.

The free market is not pain-free. But the benefits of growth and progress do not come to those who huddle in government welfare. In politics, personal or special interest group agendas (needs or wants) simply replace one set with another, which is contrary to the net sum of what’s called the will of the people, which is best represented and served by the free market. Adam Smith's message is still valid today, that government interference in the economy is generally harmful and that the public's interest is best served by competition among private buyers.

In other words, society cannot rest its future on noble motives alone, but must use the strongest motives in the best possible way. Prosperity increases when: the labor supply increases; labor specializes; labor quality increases; investment and innovation continue "...the uniform, constant, and uninterrupted effort of every man to better his condition...is powerful enough to maintain natural progress towards improvement in spite of both the extravagance of governments and of the greatest errors of its administration..." Perhaps B. Egger summed it up best: "Once the beliefs and values essential to the maintenance of a free-market economy gain a foothold, we no longer need be concerned about economic growth. Nobody will be able to prevent it."

Our Generation

Source SNGLR

Our Generation or so ....

We, the Semi Elderly

We grew up in the 40s-50s-60s.

We studied in the 40s-50s-60s-70s.

We dated in the 40s-50s-60s-70s.

We got married and discovered the world in the 50s-60s-70s-80s.

We ventured into the 70s-80s.

We stabilized in the 90s.

We got wiser in the 2000s.

And went firmly through the 2010s.

Turns out we've lived through NINE different decades.

TWO different centuries...

TWO different millennia...

We have gone from the telephone with an operator for long-distance calls to video calls to anywhere in the world, we have gone from slides to YouTube, from vinyl records to online music, from handwritten letters to email and WhatsApp..

From live matches on the radio, to black and white TV, and then to HDTV...

We went to Blockbuster and now we watch Netflix...We got to know the first computers, punch cards, diskettes and now we have gigabytes and megabytes in hand on our cell phones or iPads..

We wore shorts throughout our childhood and then long pants, Oxford Bags, Bermuda shorts, etc. We dodged infantile paralysis, meningitis, H1N1 flu and now COVID-19..

We rode skates, tricycles, invented cars, bicycles, mopeds, gasoline or diesel cars and now we ride hybrids - or 100% electric...

Yes, we've been through a lot - but what a great life we've had!

Yes,  All of us have felt the loss of love ones and continue on with life.

They could describe us as "ex-ennials" people who were born in that world of the 30s and 40s, who had an analog childhood and a digital adulthood. We're kind of Ya-seen-it-all.

Our generation has literally lived through and witnessed more than any other in every dimension of life.

It is our generation that has literally adapted to "CHANGE".

A big round of applause to all the members of a very special generation, who are UNIQUE. Here's a precious and very true message:

TIME DOES NOT STOP!

Life is a task that we do ourselves every day.

When you look.. It’s already six in the afternoon; when you look...it's already Friday; when you look.. the month is over; when you look... the year is over; when you look... 50, 60, 70 and 80 years have passed!

When you look... we no longer know where our friends are. When you look... we lost the love of our life, and now it's too late to go back.

Do not stop doing something you like, due to lack of time.

Do not stop having someone by your side, because your children will soon not be yours, and you will have to do something with that remaining time.

The only thing that you are going to miss will be the space - that can only be enjoyed with the usual friends. This time that, unfortunately never returns... The day is today!

WE ARE NO LONGER AT AN AGE TO POSTPONE ANYTHING

Hopefully, you have time to read and then share this message... or else leave it for *Later* and you will see that you will never share it!

Always together, Always united, Always brothers/sisters, Always friends

Pass it on to your best friends. Don't leave it for later.

Federal debt is soaring to dangerous levels. Debt held by the public now tops $26 trillion, or $200,000 for every household in the nation. The debt relative to the size of the economy will soon hit an all-time high. Inflation due to biden has raised prices 17.5% while wages are up only 12.9%. The supply chain issues occurred early in 2020 when governments unnecessarily shut down the global economy, but inflation was still below 2% when biden took office, and the economy was already roaring back. Energy prices started soaring as soon as biden was inaugurated, because he’s been openly carrying out his stated goal to destroy industries that produce coal, oil, and natural gas—the war in Ukraine restarted a year later in 2022. Remember Milton Friedman’s famous “inflation is made in Washington because only Washington can create money” line

But, as usual, the left-wing along with their media outlets obviously, have begun to blame corporations for the high prices, but that is a lie. Profit levels in the spring of 2023 were at the lowest level since 2020, according to Factset, because companies’ prices are not going up as fast as their costs. That is the opposite of what the public is being told.

And , surging levels of migration caused by wars, political unrest and extreme weather is one of the biggest lies of all. These problems existed during Trump’s term but he largely enforced immigration laws; biden chose not to, and that is why millions of illegals have “surged” in since he took office. And what a joke to blame “extreme weather” or climate change—America is an ocean away from China and Africa, but for some reason, they wind up here.

The left-wing media, like the democrat Party, seem to believe their job is to push their extremely destructive policies to destroy America.

Instead of understanding criminals, Giuliani thought we should lock them up. And guess what? It worked! In his first three years as mayor, the drop in crime in New York City alone was responsible for 35% of the reduction in crime nationally. When the murder rate in New York plummeted an amazing 20% his first year in office, The left-wing ny times lied again with an article titled: New York City Crime Falls but Just Why Is a Mystery.

Over the course of his mayoralty, the number of murders in New York declined from about 2,000 a year to a few hundred a year –- and kept falling as Mayor Michael Bloomberg continued Giuliani’s crime policies. The results weren’t so great in cities that refused to implement Giuliani-style policing. While New York became a wonderland, some cities continued their decline into dystopian nightmares. Detroit didn’t turn around. Baltimore didn’t turn around. Philadelphia and St Louis didn’t turn around. But then, that's what liberals/democrats support and want more of.

When the New York Times lost its way...The Times’s problem has metastasized from liberal bias to illiberal bias, from an inclination to favor one side of the national debate to an impulse to shut debate down altogether... I was not going to apologize for denying my colleagues’ humanity or endangering lives...I’d lost track of this truth myself..."”--James Bennet, the former editorial page editor of The ny times, criticizing it for a shift away from journalistic principles.

The growing more extreme left-wing censorship motto is: there is nothing to see in it, but you shouldn’t be allowed look at it

True to this liberal tactic is the intensity of the attacks on a Republican is always in proportion to the degree to which he is impeding one of liberals’ desires.

What should outrage all Americans is that our left-wing in government most certainly did meddle in an election — ours. In desperate denial mode, liberals will talk about everything but the fact that our government was spying on one campaign by using make believe from the another government, all while hoodwinking our FISA court judges and leaking to the liberal-biased press about its phony, politicized investigation.

Looking back at the start of the this phase of the left-wing’s marxist revolution, as its put under the microscope, is more outrageous it appears, with left-wing lemmings/Trump haters figuring into it at every crucial turn. In 2016 the fix was in for mrs b.j. in Washington, D.C. john brennan, auditioning to be her CIA director, laid the groundwork for the Trump-Russia probe by hyping bogus intelligence; Trump hater peter strzok formally opened the probe at the FBI just weeks after whitewashing hilly’s illegal mishandling of emails (much, much worse than Watergate)-- the lies of christopher steele, mrs hilly’s researcher, served as the basis for spying on all of Carter Page’s communications with the Trump campaign, while the spouse of a Justice Department official involved in the probe shoveled more of the lies to her husband.

Like what liberals point to this day as corruption—Watergate---the probe was not just amateurish, dirty and paranoid but also fruitless. The left-wing media, painting itself as the stalwart defender of civil liberties, adopted a comically, child-like cavalier view of Carter Page. Hey, the investigation into him was close enough for government work they say. And, besides, it serves him right for talking to Russians. Imagine the left-wing media adopting such a breezy view of police misconduct cases in which there side turns out to be innocent. And by the way, look the other way when their guys actually do something that is illegal—like with the d.n.c. & the podestas

Yes, BObama’s FBI broke the rules and still didn’t get its “man.” But the politically weaponized FBI, not wanting anyone to see its foul and botched partisan play, supports the left-wing media to blame the ref. And so we have an endless trashing of Republicans as “partisan” —by liberals, the actual partisans. Remember when we saw denials of political espionage from  participants in it. Take CNN’s (clinton news network) breathless coverage of the looney RINO mcCain’s view of the propriety of the steele dossier without ever mentioning his role in hawking it. Or NBs's giving brennan a platform to play dumb about the dossier without asking him about his meetings with  another big-time lib lier--harry reid. And now we learn from Senator Grassley that steele obtained some of his dirt from  hillaryworld,  completing the picture of the FISA warrant as the product of a fiction from an insanely  partisan echo chamber in which “corroboration” consisted of steele quoting himself and his paymaster’s friends. Only a left-wing media biased enough to participate in such a farce would tell its viewers to avert their gaze from it. Only the uninformed or ideologically addicted would agree.

What A Crock; Global Warming and 'Big Bad Oil'

Even before it started, it was evident that the COP28 jamboree to "save the planet" would not satisfy the high expectations, some of them contradictory, of the 198 nations and dozens of non-governmental organizations attending the event with different agendas, including some hidden ones.

It is, therefore no surprise that some participants pronounced the event "a big failure" even before the conference president, the UAE's Sheikh Sultan Ahmed al-Jaber, struck the final gavel.

The next move was to blame "the Arabs" and the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) as a whole.

The fact, however, is that OPEC as a whole accounts for just over a third of global oil production.

Of the top oil producers, only two Saudi Arabia and Iraq are Arab states. The United States, Russia and Canada claim first, third and fourth slots as largest producers. Of the top 20 consumers of crude, oil only two, Indonesia and Iran, are OPEC members.

If the "Big Bad Oil" octopus exists, its tentacles reach beyond Arabs and OPEC, from China and India to the European Union, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

But why did "Big Bad Oil" come into being in the first place?

Oil became the indispensable element for building what was to become known as "the modern world" that promised a lifestyle of movement and speed in the service of free global trade based on the comparative advantage theory.

From the start, that is to say sometime in the 19th century, the oil business has been dominated by a handful of Western nations that, except the United States, all had state-owned oil companies and a military machine to protect and expand their oil interests.

The "modern world" meant rapid urbanization, growing distances between places of work and of abode that necessitated transport, including automobiles, hailed as the latest symbol of individual freedom.

The new lifestyle also meant building energy-devouring vertical mega-cities seen as the most effective symbols of wealth and power.

Even today, building skyscrapers is regarded as the entry ticket to the "modern world". Cheap oil also made unprecedented mobility of labor and immigration possible.

Ironically, many Western eco-warriors who blame the "Big Bad Oil" forget all that and a few more facts.

The first is that Western governments earn more money from taxes on oil and its byproducts than the average OPEC member.

At the same time, the bulk of investment in exploring and producing new oil reserves comes from Western and to a lesser extent Russian and Chinese companies.

While Western eco-warriors speak of the need to end oil, hardly a year passes without their own companies cutting the ribbons on new oilfields in the Mediterranean, the Gulf of Guinea, the Black Sea and even the Arctic Circle and Antarctica.

If global warming is a real threat to the planet it should not be treated as a technical problem to be solved by technocrats. It is a civilizational problem that can only be dealt with if we are prepared to contemplate and start working for an alternative lifestyle less dependent on speed, movement, mega-cities and consumer-led economic growth.

The alternatives offered so far lack credibility.

Keeping the present lifestyle, which incidentally is expanding into China, India and many more "emerging nations" while trying to replace oil with alternatives, involves a number of unknowns not to mention the unknown unknowns.

Nuclear energy may sound attractive. But the fact is that we still know little about its impact in the long run, especially when it comes to disposing of the waste it produces.

The reopening of long-abandoned coal mines in Australia, the US, Poland, Germany and the UK, among others, amounts to trying to use a bigger evil to deal with a lesser one.

Renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and others are still in their infancy and, provided current levels of investment and technological progress are maintained, could take decades to sustain the "modern world" as we know it.

Such radical ideas as "the end of obsession with economic growth" and a new culture of recycling are unlikely to secure the public support needed for a serious transition from one way of being to another.

In any case, history shows that civilizations based on recycling and no growth end up disappearing, the most glaring example being ancient Sumer.

Blaming the "big bad oil" may provide a ready excuse for the failure of political leadership, especially in the more powerful countries, to present the problem as one of building a different, hopefully more sustainable global lifestyle and not a collection of discrete issues such as the submersion of ocean islands and the spread of air pollution beyond the 300 or so mega-cities that are already poisoning their inhabitants.

Since the currently popular model took almost two centuries to take shape it would be naïve to expect an alternative to emerge with a few COP28-like gatherings and duplicitous pseudo-solutions such as the sale of "carbon offsets" by some nations to others.

Since the Paris Conference of 2015, those leading the "save the planet" crusade have opted for a piecemeal approach to a problem that, if it exists, cannot be solved by diplomatic gimmicks, fixing sectorial targets such as a maximum of 2 degrees increase in global warming by an arbitrary date, and the inevitable passing-of-the-buck game.

At the other end of the spectrum, eco-warriors are struck by short-termism by pretending that throwing paint at a Van Gogh in the National Gallery or blocking access to the metro in Paris are the best ways of inviting people to think of the transition that may have become inevitable.

Guess which industrial nation has had more success in reducing its carbon footprint, mainly by replacing classical cars with electric ones.

The answer is Norway. But it is also the world's fifth-largest exporter of oil and third-largest exporter of gas.

And, which country has the biggest solar-energy production? The answer is China, which is also the world's number one importer of oil.

Gauging the impact of "Big Bad Oil" isn't that simple.

Sunday's Sermon

Source; Sent from a friend.... SNGLR

"[W]here is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation deserts the oaths...Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that National morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle." --George Washington

“When studied with any degree of thoroughness, the economic problem will be found to run into the political problem, the political problem in turn into the philosophical problem, and the philosophical problem itself to be almost indissolubly bound up at last with the religious problem…Religion and politics are inseparable, the decay of one most produce the decay of the other.”

Dan Bell said: “Changes in moral temper and culture are not amendable to social engineering or political control. The ultimate sources are the religious conceptions which undergird a society.”  So, should our government be devoid of its traditional and historical religious influences. To do so would ignore that government consisting only of secular influences (or conversely also only religious ones) is not what the Establishment Clause in our founding documents wisely intended. Those documents recognized and understood that such an unequal mix is an aberration that leads to catastrophic results. The Clause intended only to “…make no law respecting an establishment of religion…” meaning only to prevent a particular denomination from achieving official sanction. It didn't preclude specific, proven and sound, religious principles, influences “…or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” in government.

Religion has been central to people’s lives for all of recorded history. This tangential relationship occasionally makes it appear that religion is the source of bad acts or results. It must be remembered that religion’s correlation to society is not proof of causations that occur in it. Rather, that correlation should point to the idea that the secular faith in democracy and material wealth is too weak, too vague, too societally enervating, to provide the post-Christian West with the spiritual steel it requires for survival. Democracy’s failures tend to prove that Enlightment ideals are not sufficient for the task.

Sound religion’s influence provides a primary safeguard for the commitment to the principles of freedom reached by reason. Without such a safeguard government too easily can alter, abrogate or destroy. Only such transcendent can insure our inalienable rights against the ever-changing tempest of human political will and fortune. Remove those religious influences and human nature fills the vacuum with a replacement religion of secularism, dangerous because it ultimate has no limits on the boundaries of its actions, other than the will and whim of those in power. Atheism’s unprecedented wars, both within and between nations, against religion during the 20th century alone stand as proof. Its predominant secular-based ideology resulted in 150 million killed, primarily by their own governments; billions enslaved, ecosystems polluted and whole nations plundered. Some alternative!

"Again and again, Americans find themselves at war with each other over public schooling. Yet furious conflict over religion in this country is almost unheard-of. ... So why does the endless variety of religious life in the United States lead to so little strife, while the strife over public schooling never seems to end? The answer is no mystery. America is a land of religious freedom, in which people decide for themselves what to believe and how to worship. No religion is funded by government. No church or synagogue has a state-supported monopoly. Elected officials have no say in the doctrines of any faith or the content of any religious service. Religion flourishes in America because church and state are separate. And it flourishes so peacefully because no one is forced to support anyone else's faith, or to attend a church he isn't happy with, or to bring up children according to the religious views of whichever faction has the most votes. Religion is peaceful because it is government-free. Liberate the schools, and they too would be at peace. Taxpayer-funded, one-curriculum-fits-all schooling makes conflict inevitable. There would be far less animosity if parents were as free to choose how and where their children learn as they are to choose how and where they worship. Separation of church and state has made America an exemplar of religious pluralism and tolerance. Imagine what separation of school and state could do for education." -- Jeff Jacoby

“Remember that the struggle against religion is a struggle for socialism”—Emilian Yaroslavsky (Pravada)

"Socialism, which cannot be established without a political police force, and not without stopping any form of dissent, is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state…Socialism is, in its essence, and attack upon the right of the ordinary man or woman to breathe freely without having a harsh, clumsy, tyrannical hand clapped across their mouths, nostrils, and throats."--Winston Churchill

Two Weeks That Changed America

Source; American Thinker https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2023/12/two_weeks_that_changed_america.html?fbclid=IwAR2bfEEqcBmjPOrKYgXgaDYwykmigKeHALh1SL081YjsrmBytasrw6v0NAs

Two Weeks That Changed America

I was recently asked if there was a defining moment that dramatically accelerated and perhaps made permanent the chaos this nation is presently facing. My answer: the two weeks between March 16 and March 30, 2020.

On March 16th, Donald Trump declared a National Emergency for COVID-19 and effectively shut down the nation for “15 days to slow the spread”. At a press conference announcing the temporary shutdown he said: “With several weeks of focused action, we can turn the corner, and turn it quickly.”

Regardless of the severity, never throughout the annals of mankind has a nation been shut down to combat a pandemic. However, the politically compromised and dishonest medical advisors to Trump (including Drs. Fauci and Birx) advised him to declare a National Emergency and agree to a shutdown and social distancing by pointing to the supposed success of China’s choreographed lockdowns.

Soon thereafter, Trump allied with Mitch McConnell and the Democrats to structure an unprecedented economic relief package which was passed by Congress on March 27, 2020. Trump signed the $2.2 Trillion Coronavirus relief bill or the CARES Act on the same day. This was the largest single spending bill in human history and equivalent to the annual Gross Domestic Product of Russia.

Within the voluminous CARES Act was $400 million to the states to legitimize, promote, and underwrite mass mail-in voting and by default, ballot harvesting. By including this spending in the relief package, both political parties and the White House gave their stamp of approval for mass mail-in voting and the inevitable attendant abuse and manipulation.

The announced initial 15 days to slow the spread of COVID-19 days became 45 days as Donald Trump, on March 30, 2020, reluctantly extended the de facto national shutdown for an additional 30 days after acquiescing to the so-called public health experts in the government.

Once that extension was announced, Trump lost control of events and it became impossible for him to reverse course. He was mercilessly mocked whenever he talked about ending the lockdowns toward the end of the 45-day period as the legacy media and the Democrats were incessantly fearmongering and the federal medical bureaucracy was deliberately inflating the infection and fatality numbers.

This cabal was secure in the knowledge that the measures outlined by Trump and the White House Covid Task Force would sink the economy and open the door to mass mail-in voting and voter fraud. Which would also be the catalyst to defeat Trump in the general election. Accordingly, the political opposition and legacy media unrelentingly wallowed in alarmism and championed draconian lockdowns, masking and social distancing while also promoting mass mail-in voting.

Thus, the extension issued on March 30th inevitably led to long-term lockdowns, massive economic dislocation, protracted school closures as the various state governors, pointing to Trump’s decisions as their justification, initiated their own lockdown regimens. Trump was confronted with the reality that a president has no legal basis to intervene in the shutdown policies of the individual states.

Instinctively, Trump knew he had made a mistake as he watched the economy implode. However, due to the upcoming election, he hesitated to remove those around him, such as the duplicitous Drs. Fauci and Birx, who were not only incompetent but in league with the Democrat/Legacy Media axis.

mail?url=https%3A%2F%2Fs3.amazonaws.com%2Fssl-intgr-net%2Ftags%2F7_74_19.gif&t=1702893925&ymreqid=b16ac307-28b6-2bc8-1cc3-a80001013100&sig=L6m69ghh3AB.NwCWXT7e4w--~D

Trump, in his speeches, did attempt to convince the governors and federal bureaucrats to alter course, but it was too late as the damage to his presidency, the nation, and the citizenry was a fait accompli. Further, with donor and federal government funding combined with insouciance on the part of the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee, the Democrat war machine relentlessly, and in some cases unconstitutionally, succeeded in changing election laws in numerous states prior to November 3, 2020.

The decisions and actions between March 16th and March 30, 2020 were the primary factor in the election of Joe Biden and the Obama-led Marxist takeover of the presidency and the Executive Branch, which has eventuated in the following:

  • de facto open border resulting in over 10 million illegal immigrants and an untold number of potential terrorists flooding the nation,
  • $10.3 Trillion in new national debt since March of 2020 (in 2008 the total national debt was $10.0 Trillion),
  • A potentially permanent stagnant economy and ongoing inflation resulting in one dollar in November of 2023 buying only 82% of what it did in March of 2020, while real disposable income is down 7.5%,
  • A politically weaponized justice system and federal police force (FBI) targeting Trump and other political adversaries as well as everyday Americans,
  • Permanent uncontrolled mail-in voting in 34 of the 50 states,
  • The massive expansion of the government-sponsored censorship and domestic spying industry,
  • An overwhelming erosion of confidence in the Federal health bureaucracy due to manipulating data, promoting lockdowns, and the haphazard approval and mandating of the COVID-19 vaccine,
  • The funding of a never-ending and unnecessary war in Ukraine, the enriching of Iran, and the greenlighting of Chinese expansion and belligerency.

Donald Trump deserves to be recognized as an indispensable man who was the right president at the right time and prior to March of 2020 had one of the most successful presidencies in the modern era. However, when confronted by his adversaries and their manipulation of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Trump’s acquiescence and decision-making process was out of character as he was far too fixated on the upcoming election.

The decisions a president makes in times of national crises oftentimes have enormous implications for the future of the country. The decisions made in those fateful two weeks between March 16 and March 30, 2020 are the backdrop to the chaos this nation is presently experiencing.

What they Do

Source; Sent from a friend...............  This is how they overcome us...... BEWARE!!!!!

What they do!

They smile in your face

Smiling faces... smiling faces sometimes tell lies

Back stabbers

                               The O’Jays

The nation I grew up in would not have tolerated the left-wing/democrats invasion by millions upon millions of illegal migrants, young men alone of military age coming across the non-existent borders to take what they wanted while demanding money.

We have seen its familiar choreography in efforts involving racism and crime, our national security,  agriculture, education, and health care, etc.; whatever the tune, the steps are the same:

    1.Manufacture a “crisis”

2.Offer “emergency solutions” people would never accept except for the “crisis.”

   3. Results achieve the hidden goal, unrelated to the supposed problem

This 3-step process is a function of what’s termed “communitarianism,” which claims that in matters of public policy, we must “balance” individual rights guaranteed by the Constitution with (imagined) “community rights” to assure “fairness.”  The 3-step process is:

   - Individual rights are selfish, harming the community

-Individuals cede some of their rights to the community

-Results: fewer rights/freedoms for individuals, more power for local, state, or federal government

The “problem” (i.e., lack of community rights) didn’t actually exist but, was manufactured by those whose true goal was abolishing individual rights and freedoms and increasing the power and reach of government they control to impose their social and political visions.

Your mistake is in assuming that the left-wing (whether clinton, BObama, biden, schumer, pelosi, et al) actually wants what’s best for this nation and its citizens… they don’t! They want what’s best for them and the other global left-wing elites with whom they share the same ol’  self-serving globalist fantasy.

“What they do,” an example:

Step 1: The “Crisis”: the COVID-19 “pandemic” was supposedly an existential threat to humankind that demanded draconian “emergency” measures. Of course as it turns out that for normal or healthy people, it was barely more deadly than seasonal flu.

Step 2: “Emergency Solution”: useless business lockdowns, schools closed, churches closed, parks/beaches closed, vaccine mandates(1), useless social distancing, useless masking(2) etc. Of course many small businesses (that typical oppose BIG government) operate on narrow margins, so such lockdowns forced their permanent closings, and even major industries were impacted.

Step 3:  Actual Results: devastated U.S. (and world) economy… again, the global elites’ primary goal all along, making Western democracies weaker against their globalist great reset/narrative push from the un, wef, et al.

"Things get to terrible places one tiny step at a time. If I encroach on you and I’m sophisticated about it, I’m going to encroach 2 millimeters. I’m going to encroach right to the point where you start to protest, then I’m going to stop. I’m going to wait, then you’re going to calm down, then I’m going to encroach again. Right to the point where you protest, then I’m going to stop. I’m just going to do that forever, and before you know it, you’re going to be back 3 miles from where you started. Bad things don’t just happen overnight. The Nazis didn’t just appear overnight. It’s small steps that before you know it, you look back and you go, ‘Man, maybe we should have done a little something’ While they’re encroaching, they’ll use distractions as a weapon. Evil doesn’t appear overnight; it festers and it preys on the fact that most of us are distracted with other things. It feels like we’ve been running through a test over the last couple years. Could we force people to live inside their homes and tell them they can’t go outside and put masks on outside and take a dangerous vax for little to no proven scientific reason. However, now people are starting to push back. So you push, push, push, push, push, push, push, and eventually the systems all start breaking down, and perhaps that’s where we are right now"--Jordan Peterson

That explains the coordinated media campaign claiming a 2nd Trump term will usher in the end of the republic and the rise of a fascist dictatorship? It’s because fear is all the left-wing/democrats got. It’s all they ever had, fearmongering polemics from the likes of ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, the Associated PressThe New York Times, The Washington Post, and every other leading left-wing media outlet in every major city in the US--the fake news media occupied by documented liberal biased  so-called journalist. 3 weeks after biden’s campaign made their demands of the press, nearly every major left-wing media outlet in America rolled out some version of the campaign’s talking point about how dangerous a 2nd Trump term will be.

Why? Because Trump would “use the Justice Department to wreak vengeance against his adversaries,” and “get prosecutors to go after his enemies.” In other words, Trump might do what biden is doing right now in plain sight! Liberal PROJECTING—AGAIN! The left-wing media have no problem calling Trump and his supporters vermin all the time. All through Trump’s presidency, liberal/democrat reporters and columnists repeatedly described Trump as a rat and his officials and supporters as rats or vermin. But if Trump calls his opponents “vermin”? He’s just like Hitler.

In order to stoke our fears of Trump’s looming despotism, left-wing editors like  kagan invoked the names and deeds of past presidents: “Abraham Lincoln suspended habeas corpus, the democrat Wilson shut down newspapers and magazines critical of the war; democrat F.D. Roosevelt rounded up Japanese Americans and placed them in camps.” Ooooh. Trump did nothing even remotely resembling these unconstitutional outrages in his 1st term, and — mark my words — he won’t do any such things his 2nd time around.

kagan says that in just a few short years, we’ve gone “from being relatively secure in our democracy to being a few short steps, and a matter of months, away from the possibility of dictatorship.” Anyone who thinks we’ve been “relatively secure in our democracy” under biden hasn’t been paying attention. biden has been far more dictatorial than Trump.

In closing, kagan turns the volume up to 11: “To shift metaphors, if we thought there was a 50% chance of an asteroid crashing into North America a year from now, would we be content to hope that it wouldn’t? Or would we be taking every conceivable measure to try to stop it?...At each point along the way, our political leaders, and we as voters, have let opportunities to stop Trump pass on the assumption that he would eventually meet some obstacle he could not overcome. Republicans could have stopped Trump from winning the nomination in 2016, but they didn’t. The voters could have elected hillary clinton, but they didn’t. Republican senators could have voted to convict Trump in either of his impeachment trials, which might have made his run for president much more difficult, but they didn’t.

Clearly, kagan, left-wing demogague that he is, doesn’t understand the point he’s repeatedly making: they didn’t! Republican primary voters were free to choose any other as the establishment standard-bearer in 2016, but they chose not to. The American people were free to elect the repugnant mrs b.j. clinton, but they chose not to. Republican senators were free to convict and remove Trump from office following his impeachment by the left-wing/democrat-controlled House, but they didn’t because they knew his persecutors were merely exercising a political vendetta rather than standing up for Rule of Law. THAT, mr. kagan, is how representative democracy works!

kagan closes with his umpteenth warning that we: “continue to drift toward dictatorship, still hoping for some intervention that will allow us to escape the consequences of our collective cowardice, our complacent, willful ignorance and, above all, our lack of any deep commitment to liberal democracy.”

Might it simply be that what left-wing elitest kagan sees as “collective cowardice” is merely the people's choice, a growing preference among the American people forTrump’s vigorous anti-woke leadership and “America First” policies ’s over the dangerously flawed, undeniable weakness and ineptitude ? Might it be that arrogant kagan mistakes complacency for quiet resolve, willful ignorance for informed approval, resistance for knowing better, commitment for his disapproval of his selfish agenda.

It’s fair to call this kind of left-wing rhetoric “assassination prep,” because of course if this will really be the last election, if we’re really facing a fascist dictatorship in Trump’s 2nd term, well then drastic measures are necessary, are they not? That’s the tacit argument being advanced in these pieces. And it’s not some fringe thing on the left. Scan left-wing media for hysterical essays warning that the next Trump presidency “will be worse.” The left-wing is getting desperate. You can only run so many pieces about how inflation isn’t real before people stop taking you seriously. And talking about biden will only hurt his chances at reelection. So the last move of the corrupt left-wing establishment is to do what the biden campaign asked it to do and churn out pieces designed to scare people into not voting for Trump.

Americans who remember what the economy was like during the Trump years aren’t going to be fooled — no matter how many bylines the left-wing adds to its 3,000-word think pieces about the coming dictatorship of Trump. They can chatter all they want, but fewer and fewer people are listening. Americans will make a choice. And if they won’t be suckered by the left-wing/democrats’ fearmongering, they’ll reject the poisonous anti-Republican message and they’ll support the America First policies of a, yes, imperfect, but just so much better than any left-wing/democrat, Donald Trump.

1.     Pfizer said it expects sales of its mRNA Covid vax to plunge again in 2024. Annual sales of Pfizer’s shot and anti-Covid drug Paxlovid will fall 35% next year - on the heels of an 80% collapse this year. In 2022, Pfizer reported vax sales of $38 billion - the highest annual sales ever recorded for any pharmaceutical industry product - along with Paxlovid sales of $19 billion, for a total of $57 billion in China virus loot. Next year, it expects sales of $8 billion for the 2 products. Even that 85% drop underestimates the decline in how many doses of each will be given, because Pfizer is charging far more for them now than it did in 2022. Despite what can only be called a coordinated government-media propaganda campaign to press the shots, along with Pfizer’s and Moderna’s own ads, people simply do not want these vaxs.

Pfizer chief executive Dr. albert bourla 2023 pay has not yet been disclosed, but bourla made about $33 million in 2022, up from $24 million in 2021. “Nice work, if you can get it.”

2.     Follow the science and those studies. Neither social distancing or masks are effective against a virus, bacteria maybe, but not a virus which is about 20 times smaller and can easily penetrate.

cop28 and the fake crisis

Source; Sent from an internet friend.......

“There is no science out there, or no scenario out there, that says the phase-out of fossil fuel is what’s going to achieve the 1.5 degree change goal (we're already at one or 1.1)...A phase-down and phase-out of fossil fuel, is in my view, inevitable … but we need to be real, serious and pragmatic about it. A rapid premature phaseout would bring untold harm, especially to the poorest and most vulnerable around the world...asking for a phase-out of fossil fuels, please help me, show me, the roadmap for a phase out of fossil fuels that will allow … for sustainable socio-economic development. Unless you want to take the world back into caves.” --cop28, Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, head of the state oil and renewable energy companies and the cop’s host.

A phase-out of fossil fuel use is likely inevitable. But it shouldn’t and hopefully won’t be forced upon society on some artificial timeline(1) set in the vain attempt to control the weather. Rather, for the peoples of the world, it will best occur when relatively inexpensive replacements are found that provide the benefits fossil fuel now largely uniquely provide: the more than 6,000 products in daily use; reliable and inexpensive electric power; and the chemicals and plastics that make possible modern agricultural abundance and critical public health technologies possible.

The un’s periodic climate reports want to be given Czar-like powers, to both recommend and oversee the implementation of climate policies globally. 5 ipcc report authors say scientists should be allowed to make policy prescriptions and potentially oversee implementation … by the 195 states signed up to the un framework convention on climate change (unfccc). The left-wing scientific elite, want governments to impose, under our guidance and legally binding oversight, polices to force people to comply with the climate crisis (2) diktats that we proscribe. They demand they should be allowed to force various nations to act according to their myths.

This is also not the first time un climate officials have called for a conscious remaking of society. In 2015, christiana figueres, then the executive secretary of un’s framework convention on climate change, admitted that climate policies are not about saving the planet or the environment, but about the power to remake society into a socialist paradise, as if there has been or ever could be such a thing, stating: "This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the Industrial Revolution.”

alexandria ocasio-cortez’s (D-NY), chief of staff, saikat chakrabarti, admitted the same thing concerning the green new deal, saying: “[t]he interesting thing about the green new deal is it wasn't originally a climate thing at all. We really think of it as a how-do-you-change-the-entire-economy thing.”

And in February 2021, Massachusetts Undersecretary for climate change david ismay said at a climate conference in Vermont that in the Northeast there were no more big climate “offenders,” to break, now it was time to “break” the people.

Extreme weather is not worsening and deaths from weather events have declined by more than 98%. In addition, as the Earth has modestly warmed crop production and yields have dramatically increased with a corresponding decline in hunger and starvation, and deaths attributable to non-optimum temperatures have substantially fallen. There is absolutely no demonstrated need to eschew the benefits of modern society that fossil fuel use makes possible. Also, there is certainly no justification for giving up essential liberty or economic progress to climate czars in a vain effort to control future weather.

In the end, authoritarians will always try to cloak their ambitions in paternalistic terms, “we must do this for the good of, ‘the people,’ ‘the proletariat,’ ‘the volk,’ ‘society,’ ‘the planet,’” pick your term from the appropriate region and time period, but it is in reality all about increasing power and aggrandizing themselves. The truth should be an absolute defense against climate authoritarians’ ambitions.

In his farewell address, President Dwight Eisenhower, warned that with the advent of big government funding big science, the people should jealously guard their liberty, saying: “[H]olding scientific discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”

The Guardian reports U.N. climate scientists are finally saying the quiet part out loud: they want the authority to prescribe specific climate policies and the ability to track or monitor the compliance of the 195 nations that are signatories to the Paris climate agreement with those prescriptions or mandates.

The need to uphold and defend scientific and political transparency and the peoples’ primacy in deciding and implementing public policies, after a careful weighing of the potential benefits and costs in terms of economics and personal liberty, has never been more critical. Many companies, politicians, developing countries, and oil-producing countries who know full-well that “net zero by 2050” would be one of the most destructive developments in human history, think that it’s somehow necessary and practical to agree to the net-zero goals, but then in practice just engage in marginal GHG emissions reductions that will bring us nowhere near net-zero by 2050, such as: expanding carbon capture, subsidizing some solar and wind, experimenting with hydrogen fuel, or substituting some natural gas for coal.

If fossil fuel companies and other advocates of fossil fuels agree with net-zero, the naive think, it really must be the right goal—and any actions they take to slow down the achievement of that goal must be corrupt. Observe that much of the aftermath of cop28 is people like alGore saying that cop28’s goal of rapidly eliminating fossil fuels to achieve net-zero was undercut by fossil fuel interests, while he’s made $millions from the “crisis.”

Conferences, like cop28, are immoral because they deprive billions of the energy they need to prosper. They should be replaced by energy freedom conferences. If fossil fuel advocates had fundamentally challenged “net zero by 2050” in favor of energy freedom and global human flourishing, they could have made a huge difference.  net-zero by 2050, that means rapidly eliminating fossil fuel use and really ruining the future of the world, means massive harm to the world and just by slowing the growth of emissions, we've done massive harm, which is not the goal. The goal is: advance human flourishing around the world, by that standard, fossil fuels are good, and energy freedom is good.

More and more scientists are finding the nerve to speak out against the climate hoax, but they’re decades behind the climate-industrial complex that is making trillions of dollars from “green” energy like solar and wind farms. But it’s becoming clear even to the environmentalist Kool-Aid drinkers that those “renewables” won’t come close to replacing the cheap and reliable fossil fuels that drive the world’s economy. Eliminating meat and dairy and crippling agriculture will result in the mass starvation of millions of people.

Again, who would want those results? Only the globalist elites at the un, the world economic forum, the club of rome, et al. -- many of whom are U.S. left-wing/democrat politicians, industrial magnates, and Big Tech oligarchs -- whose globalist fantasies are based on false malthusian ideas of “sustainable” levels of world population being limited to one billion people. They know that only a world government with unrestricted power can achieve what they call the misnamed “peaceful elimination” of over 7 billion people, so they see agenda 2030, the wef'’s great reset/narrative, et al., as the paths to achieve that global power and control. Those globalists use their 3-step process in every area of life to bring about the ruination of the U.S. and the Western democracies that are the major barriers to their dreams. That’s the true goal behind all their supposed “solutions.”

It's way past time to stop dancing to the leftists’ globalist tune, to stop accepting their phony “crises” and, especially, their crippling “solutions” that are designed to only destroy humanity in general.

1. Ernst & Young reported on sustainability efforts undertaken by business around the world and found businesses, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, were scaling back their climate commitments due to an increasing recognition of the high costs entailed by actions aimed at preventing global warming. As a baseline, the EY report accepts the belief that achieving net zero is necessary to meet the Paris climate goal of limiting post-industrial global average temperature to a rise of no more than 1.5 ℃. The 2023 sustainable value study shows that in Asia-Pacific, progress is slowing, conducted between August and October with 520 chief sustainability officer-level managers at international firms with at least US$1 billion in annual revenue across 10 industries in 23 nations. Among all businesses surveyed globally, the median target year for reaching net zero CO2 emissions has retreated to 2050 now. The delayed target was especially pronounced among businesses in the Asian-Pacific region, which made up 33% of the companies surveyed. Companies in Asia are twice as likely as their global peers to say the cost of achieving climate commitments is too high.

-65% percent of firms in the Asia-Pacific region, in countries such as China, Japan, and Australia, will spend the same or less on addressing climate change over the next 12 months, compared previously.

-20% of the corporate sustainability leaders in the Asia-Pacific region said the financial cost of achieving their companies’ climate change commitments is too high, which has led them to push back their targets—twice the number of companies saying the same thing based in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

-15% of the Asia-Pacific respondents said their firms are committed to achieving their climate change ambitions by 2030 or earlier, while 19% said their goals will be for 2060 or later. The rest set their targets between 2030 and 2060.

2. The climate change crisis:

Step 1. The “Crisis”: climate change is an existential threat to the earth; if something isn’t done immediately, the earth will burn up in (fill-in the blank) years.

Step 2. “Emergency Solution": eliminate fossil-fuel usage (curtail all manufacturing production, reduce/eliminate gasoline-powered cars, trains, trucks, planes, and ships), drastic restrictions on agriculture and cattle raising, make CO2, the most beneficial element in the world, a pollutant, etc.

Step 3, Actual Results: agenda 2030 is the un’s supposed response to climate change; if its 17 sustainable development Goals are actually implemented, the world will be reduced to mid-1800s-levels of food production, transportation, manufacturing, etc… except for the globalist elites behind the sc

Great Replacement theory

Source; Sent from an Internet Friend................  Our current government is betraying us and our children!

"In the first 100 days of the biden regime there were over 90 executive actions on immigration, most of which dismantled an effective system, making it easier for illegals to enter and stay for good. Nearly every follow-up executive action or policy decision has been used to launder the crisis - not end it... The so-called left-wing/democrat comprehensive immigration reform plan is merely a reward to lawbreakers and an invitation to the entire world."--Dan Stein

"...the situation on the southern border is truly unprecedented. We have seen record-breaking month after record-breaking month of apprehensions... More than 5 1/2 million people including more than a million known getaways and untold number of violent criminals, gang members and potential terrorists since biden took office. The cartels have seized operational control of the border. And increasingly beleaguered Border Patrol has been pulled from frontline duties to focus on processing and releasing record numbers of illegal. A record number of more than 1,300 illegals have lost their lives on US soil. All of this biden's watch."-- May 2023 statement by Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner, and Tom Holman, former acting director, of the US Customs and Border Patrol

Today, immigration requirements that have been enforced for many decades, that is, whether an immigrant entering our country is self-sufficient or would become a welfare recipient, has been trashed. Meanwhile American taxpayers provide to the illegals transportation, shelter, food, medical care, education, etc. Unprecedented demands are being placed on job markets, schools, hospitals, police, social safety nets, infrastructure and natural resources. Unlimited illegal immigration is unsustainable given America's vast welfare state and woke agenda.

If illegal aliens break our laws by entering this country without permission and give birth to a child, they are rewarded with US citizenship for the child and guaranteed full access to all public and social services our society provides. And that's a lot of expensive services that the taxpayer pays for too. No other country does this.

Moreover, assimilation today is much more difficult. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hitting each other or it was killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precedents. Unfortunately the composition of current immigrants, reflecting their home country culture and politics can be more easily indoctrinated, manipulated, and persuaded by the left-wing marxism and political authoritarianism (with its racist and segregationist woke propaganda, which is a deeply flawed ideological mix of europhobia, separatism, emotions of alienation and hate, victimization and paranoia), causing at best assimilation into American society without assimilating the core American culture that unifies our nation.

And as to amnesty, which is blatantly abused in use, under the biden regime ICE is not even allowed to participate in claims proceeding, and uses parole as a mechanism to circumvent mandatory detention provisions. And HHS loses immediate contact with over 33% of unaccompanied minors(1). All of which grants illegals more protections than it allows US citizenship.

And of course the biden regime allowed illegals to enter and be shipped all over the US without the covid restrictions they forced on American citizens.

Meanwhile, Mexican cartels have made billions and billions of dollars exploiting the biden policies and the atrocious human suffering attendant to them - sex trafficking, rape, kidnapping, involuntary servitude, squalor, child abuse, child labor, etc. Even the uber liberal ny times wrote on the terrible condition facing tens of thousands of migrant teenagers which has exploded since 2021. "This is what can be described as modern-day slavery" as Ira Mehlman said.

In fact,  W. Kurt Hauser also said the huge increase in illegal immigration caused by the rescission of prior immigration practices, policies and the laws by the biden regime includes crime, sex-trafficking, coercion, violence, rape, drugs, debts, and payments that would qualify as slavery. But the biden regime refuses to acknowledge that they are enabling this entirely predictable criminal and exploitative result of their policies. They, instead, deceptively portray themselves as saviors of the illegals, even as their policies are literally enslaving some of the migrants to the cartels.

Citizenship implies the status of freedom with the accompanying responsibilities, rights, and duties. The purpose of citizenship is to unite people around common values, belief systems, principles, etc. The ultimate purpose of immigration is to benefit citizens, not illegal aliens.

The preservation of a nation's territorial sovereignty, and the culture, language, mores, traditions, and customs that make possible a harmonious community of citizens, dictate that citizenship be granted only by the consent of the government and not by unilateral actions or demands of the alien. And then only to aliens who will throw off their allegiance to their former nation and society and pledge the allegiance to their new nation.

America is becoming an unrepresentative democracy because in critical issues, especially involving national identity, it's left-wing/democrat leaders pass laws and implement policies contrary to the views of the American people. But the left wing/democrat Party believes immigrants will enlarge their voting block. In fact, biden's unstated purpose is to allow as many aliens as possible to freely enter the US virtually at will, in face of broad public opposition and without regard for who the aliens are and whether they are willing or capable of assimilating into America. The left-wing/democratic party wants mass immigration as a part of its fundamental transforming of American society and culture

Left wing/democrat elites previously opposed illegal immigration, as did their labor unions. But now they see mass immigration as an imperative to gaining, retaining and exercising power. For the left-wing/democrat, party comes before country, which is why it has reversed course - again - determining that it's power is enlarged by open borders. Which will of course evolve to eliminate distinction between citizen and alien—and who can vote. In fact, this can be already be seen in a growing movement in left-wing/democrat run cities and states, as a package(3) to expand voting to include non-citizens, eliminate voter identification and allow other fraud-inducing policies. See California, Maryland, and Vermont for such actions.

All this one can only surmise that the left wing Democratic party does not believe in America, that the illegal alien is the rightful occupant of the us.

biden’s regime has a greater affection for aliens illegally in the U.S. than for tens of millions of US citizens who do not share his political ideological agenda. By all this one can only surmise that the left wing/democratic Party does not believe in America, that the illegal alien is the rightful occupant of the U.S., not the citizen., and they, the left-wing/democrat Party, want to destroy America(4).

And those who dare to take notice of the dangerous travesty of all this are immediately denounced and dismissed as racist promoting the great replacement / white genocide conspiracy theory.

In the past, biden, along with other notable left-wing/democrats such as woodrow wilson, fdr, harry reid, walter mondale, cesar chavez, and chuck schumer have all made statements supporting the replacement theory. But for the left-wing/democrat, there is no truth but their current desires.

1.     The number of unaccompanied minors entering the US was at a high of 130,000, 300% higher than 2017.

2.     Today unions have no problem with illegal immigration since they can be signed up as dues paying union members, unions which substantially fund the left-wing/democratic party.

3.     "If non-citizen voting is implemented, non-citizen voters would not have to demonstrate an understanding of the English language including the ability to read, write, and speak words and ordinary usage. They won’t have to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the history and the principles and form of government of the U.S.. They will not have to demonstrate that they are of good moral character by not, for example, having been convicted of a felony. They would not have to take an oath of allegiance to the US and renounce allegiance to another country. And they will not have to have had been in residence to the United States for at least 5 years, all of which puts the illegal in a far less demanding situation than for a citizen voting."--Stanley A.  Renshon

4.     richard lamm, former left-wing/democrat Governor of Colorado, said this on how to destroy America:

1st, turn America into a bilingual or multilingual and bicultural country. History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures.

2nd, invent multiculturalism and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture and the belief that all cultures are equal.

3rd, celebrate diversity rather than unity, reinforcing differences rather than emphasizing similarities.

4th, make the fastest growing demographic group the least educated creating a underclass, unassimilated, and antagonistic.

5th, get big foundations and businesses to give these efforts lots of money. Establish a cult of victimology and get all minorities to think their lack of success was the fault of the majority in other words a grievance industry.

6th, make it impossible to enforce her immigration laws. Develop the mantra that because immigration has been good for America in the past it must always be good. Make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them.
