The FBI Will Expose Hillary’s DIRTIEST FILES If Everyone Does One Simple Thing Now

Ty Clevenger, a New York lawyer, filed a Freedom of Information Act request concerning Hillary Clinton’s email investigation in March 2016. Last week he heard back from the FBI regarding the request- and guess what? His request was denied.

Why was it denied? According to the FBI, not enough “public interest” was shown to justify completing the request. The FBI says that it will only release records from files of former investigations if the subject directly consents, is deceased, or if there is strong public interest in the case.

FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy bolstered the last claim, telling Cleavenger in an email that:

“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject.”

And also:

“It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the public’s interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA.”

Now, considering that the Clinton email investigation was a major scandal during the 2016 election that captivated a good part of the electorate, I’d  say that seems like “public interest’ to me.

Clevenger was specifically looking for documents that were filed after a referral to the Department of Justice from former House Oversight Chairman Jason Chaffetz, who asked the DOJ to:

“investigate and determine whether Secretary Clinton or her employees and contractors violated statues that prohibit destruction of records, obstruction of congressional inquiries, and concealment or cover up of evidence material to a congressional investigation.”

Clinton was found to have used a secret, non-government, server during her time as Secretary of State. The FBI determined that she did not deserve charges because she allegedly did not know the dangers of having a secret serve, even though sje did put national security at risk.

Cleavenger said of the ruling to the Washington Times:

“I’m just stunned. This is exactly what I would have expected had Mrs. Clinton won the election, but she didn’t. It looks like the Obama administration is still running the FBI.”

“How can a story receive national news coverage and not be a matter of public interest? If this is the new standard, then there’s no such thing as a public interest exception.”

A petition has already been started to refute Hardy’s claims and prove that there IS interest in the Clinton email scandal.

Something is seriously up with this FBI investigation if they think there’s no “public interest.” Sounds like a lame excuse. Luckily we have people like Ty Cleavenger willing to get to the bottom of it one and for all! Get on that petition and sign away, Patriots!

A new congressional measure seeks to cut all U.S. funding for an Islamic charity that has been banned in some countries for providing assistance to Hamas and other terror-tied organizations, including the Muslim Brotherhood, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

The new measure, which was proposed as an amendment to Congress’s yearly appropriations bill, which sets U.S. expenditures, would ban any taxpayer funds from being provided to Islamic Relief Worldwide, or IRW, a global charitable organization that has been linked to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

IRW is banned in some Middle Eastern countries for its alleged support of terror organizations, though the United States has continued to provide taxpayer funds to the organization under the Obama administration, sparking outrage among some lawmakers and regional experts.

The move to ban U.S. funding to IRW was authored by Rep. Ron DeSantis (R., Fla.), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, who told the Free Beacon that the U.S. taxpayers should not be giving to any organization tied to terror movements, particularly the Muslim Brotherhood, which continues to support extremist activities.

“U.S. tax dollars cannot go to groups involved in funding terrorism,” DeSantis told the Free Beacon. “Any group tied to Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood should be ineligible for funding.  It is a slap in the face of the American taxpayer to allow such groups to receive federal funding.”

IRW has been a source of tension for some time. Congressional leaders and terrorism experts expressed shock at the Obama administration in 2015, when the Free Beacon disclosed the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, a taxpayer funded group, had awarded IRW $100,000 in grants.

The Obama administration awarded IRW another $270,000 in 2016 via a grant from the Department of Health and Human Services.

If the Swamp can’t designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terror group, does anyone think they will prevent wasting American taxpayer’s money on jihad?

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) – U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said on Thursday Iran had shown its “true colors” by restoring ties with Palestinian militant group Hamas and must be held to account by the international community.

The new leader of Hamas in Gaza said on Monday that Tehran was again its biggest provider of money and arms after years of tension over the civil war in Syria. Hamas had angered Iran by refusing to support its ally, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, in the six-year-old civil war.

Haley described the Hamas leader’s statement as a “stunning admission.” Iran is subject to an arms embargo – with exceptions granted only in cases when it has received U.N. Security Council approval for imports or exports.

“Iran is showing its true colors. Iran must decide whether it wants to be a member of the community of nations that can be expected to take its international obligations seriously or whether it wants to be the leader of a jihadist terrorist movement. It cannot be both,” Haley said in a statement.

“It’s long past time for the international community to hold Iran to the same standard that all countries who actually value peace and security are held to,” she said.

Neither Hamas nor Iran have disclosed the full scale of Tehran’s backing. But regional diplomats have said Iran’s financial aid for the Islamist movement was dramatically reduced in recent years and directed to the Qassam Brigades rather than to Hamas’ political institutions…

For most voters, a candidate who embraces faith — no matter which faith that would be — is seen as a positive.

But in the case of Asima Azam, a real estate attorney vying to be the first Muslim-American elected to the Orlando City Council, the way she espouses her faith smacks of just a bit of hypocrisy.

It’s not that Azam is Muslim, which (unfortunately) has become a highly charged issue in recent American politics.

It is while Azam is certainly quick to proclaim her faith, as she does in an Orlando Sentinel profile piece, she is equally quick to condemn opponents for merely mentioning it.

In February, the Sentinel wrote: “Azam said she believed, and the Orlando Sentinel’s archives suggest, she would be the first Muslim to sit on the council.”

And when Fox 35 interviewed Azam, faith is in the very first question: “You would make history because you would be the first Muslim-American to be elected to Orlando’s City Council.” In response, she proudly accepted the description: “I am a second-generation Muslim-American. My parents came from Pakistan, I’m a wife, a mom and I’m a working mom …”

Again, diversity in representation, particularly on the municipal level, is always a good thing.

However, when Robert Stuart, Azam’s opponent for the District 3 seat, mentions in a polling question that she is Muslim-American — a fact she openly embraces — both Azam and Democrats were quick to cry “identity politics.”

You just cannot have it both ways.

Comparing her statements — where Azam self-identifies as Muslim — with the polling she decries, conducted by well-regarded Democrat pollster Jim Kitchens (also a resident of District 3), they are virtually identical.

Voters were asked if the following statement increased or decreased the likelihood they would vote for my opponent or if there was no impact: “Asima Azam is a wife, mom of three and a real estate attorney. She has served on Orlando’s Building and Zoning Board but has never run for political office before. News reports state that if she won, she would be the first Muslim American elected to the Orlando City Commission.”

If the question was divisive and troublesome, why is it that Fox 35 or the Sentinel are not guilty for doing, in essence, the exact same thing?

If Azam were truly offended, why did she repost and publish the question verbatim to her Facebook page? Why not refuse to answer the Fox 35 question, or object to the Sentinel headline?

One reason the campaign now finds it offensive could be to score some quick political points with “identity politics.” Indeed, Democrats were eager to take up the issue in a recent fundraising email.

Stuart’s campaign conducted a scientific poll, using a proper sampling of District 3 voters. There were no robocalls or push-polls. It was simply asking for positive and negative responses about Stuart and his opponent, their faith, and our community service.

Such surveys are commonplace, and often use identifying features (such as the way each candidate presents themselves) to gauge voter interest.

While Azam is impressive, it is hypocritical for her to tout her heritage one moment, and accuse others of identity politics the next.

Terror-linked CAIR called it Islamophobia. But of course, they prefer sharia. Does Azam have any affiliation with CAIR? Does she support CAIR? What mosque does she attend? Voters should find out.

Muslims are aggressively working to infiltrate politics at every level across the U.S.

Trump-Type Populism Hits Germany’s Polls as Alt-Right Poised for Historic Parliamentary Wins

The Alternative for Germany, or AfD, a populist-minded political group, is currently polling high above the pack in parliamentary elections — a sign of sorts that the same type of President Donald Trump fever that swept through America in November is hitting hard in overseas’ spots as well.

The AfD rose to prominence a couple years ago, when the migrant crisis was rising to the top of citizens’ minds. And now?

Angela Merkel has raised the ire of Germany’s citizens, who are sick and tired of the cultural and political shifts due to the chancellor’s open borders’ welcome to mostly Muslim migrants.

The party’s candidates are far above the five percent margin needed to win Parliement seats. They currently stand between seven and 10 percent, in fact.

Back then [in 2015] the party commanded a considerably larger share of the opinion polls with about 15 per cent, but has gradually fallen back as the populist movement which threatened to overwhelm Europe subsided.

Nevertheless AfD remains on course for an historic victory next month, a prospect that will set alarm bells ringing across much of Europe, Politico reported.

The idea that a far-right party could win seats in the Bundestag while blaming a specific ethnic group for the nation’s troubles was, until very recently, unthinkable.

But the decision by Chancellor Angela Merkel to welcome almost a million migrants and refugees into Germany since 2015 has divided the nation, and stirred a sense of anger and resentment not seen in Germany for many years.

While the AfD was founded in 2013 as a eurosceptic party, it found purchase as an anti-immigrant movement opposed to the perceived “Islamification’ of Germany.

The mass sex assaults in Cologne on New Years Eve in 2016 helped boost anti-migrant sentiment and position the AfD as a seemingly legitimate political alternative, a feeling that was reflected across the much continent.

It led to the likes of Geert Wilders and Marine Le Pen emerging as surprisingly popular election candidates in the respective Dutch and French elections, although both were soundly beaten by more moderate opposition.

But while those results were viewed as the breaking of the populist wave, the AfD has managed to cling onto relevance in Germany.

And the party has done so despite repeated comparisons to the Nazis, an accusation some of its leading election candidates have done little to challenge.

Last week AfD co-founder Alexander Gauland was sued for inciting racial hatred after calling for Aydan Özoğuz, the government’s commissioner for integration, to be “disposed of in Anatolia”. Ms Ozoguz comes from a Turkish background.

Both Ms Merkel and her Social Democrat rival Martin Schulz branded the comments “racist”.

Mr Schulz said: “We must do everything to ensure that such racists don’t enter the Bundestag!”

Anti-immigration campaigners from the AfD have been protesting against Ms Merkel since she hit the campaign trail in early August.

This week she was heckled by AfD supporters as she attempted to deliver an election campaign speech in Brandenburg City.

Colin Kaepernick’s “Authentic Islam”-following fiancé: Now you know why Linda Sarsour loves him

Colin Kaepernick, former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, has dominated not just sports news, but mainstream headlines since last year, when he began infamously kneeling during the National Anthem to protest police brutality and racial injustice in the United States.

His silent protest turned the NFL and sports entities like ESPN into a hotbed of racial and political tension, real America was once again fed up by cultural Marxism injected into everything, and by the end of the 2016-2017, NFL season ratings were down 9% for regular season games and 6% for the playoffs.

Naturally, Kaepernick has become another one of the left’s darling heroes. Celebrities such as Susan Sarandon, Spike Lee, former President Barack Hussein Obama, and, of course, Linda Sarsour have all touted their praise.

However, without a doubt, Kaepernick’s most ardent supporter is his fiancé, MTV DJ and “Teen Mom” host, Vanessa “Nessa” Diab. It is confirmed the two will have an Islamic wedding, and there is also much speculation that Protestant-raised Kaepernick has converted to Islam. Many sports insiders are adamant that Diab, who supports the National of Islam, is actually the one who pushed him to begin the National Anthem protest. Whether or not there is any credence to these allegations, it is a fact that his public activism did not begin until after he and Diab began dating in 2015.

Diab is a 36-year old American-born Muslim who has stated that she follows “authentic Islam.” She wears short skirts, no hijab, and lots of make up; but her seeming Americanization is weak cover for her Islamic Supremacist and un-American viewpoints. Diab supports the ideologies of Malcolm X and believes the former communist dictator Fidel Castro was a better leader than American ones. She recently called Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Biscotti a “slave master,” and thinks that minorities who like America are suffering from “Stockholm syndrome.” Perhaps the most telling quote about her state of mind comes from a 2014 Guy Code podcast, where she said,

“When 9/11 happened, it didn’t surprise me at all. Wow. Mmkay. This is what we went through [while visiting Saudi Arabia as a child], probably, every couple months.’”

Despite being in the public eye for over a decade, just like most other Muslim activists, her Wikipedia page is extremely bare. The only personal information on the page states that she is an American-born Muslim and her parents are of Egyptian origin. She traveled between the United States and the Middle East for her father’s American corporate job, and claims that because of his job, she was directly placed in a war zone.

“Here is the thing, I was a young girl fearing for my life-I wore gas masks to school,” Nessa said of being present during the Gulf War. “I heard war sirens constantly and I knew at this point I had to break out of this lifestyle.”

You can make your own judgment on the veracity of that claim.

After the American-born citizen was plucked out of safety and placed directly into the eye of danger as a child, she persevered and made it to the University of Southern California, where she majored in mass communications. It was this return to America for college that sparked the beginning of her activism, after she claimed to be a victim of Islamophobia.

Between Kaepernick’s anti-American protest and his Muslim fiancés activism, it was only a matter of time before sharia siren Linda Sarsour latched on.

Sarsour has long been a supporter of Kaepernick’s actions, and last week she spoke at the Justice League NYC and Color of Change rally after no team picked him up for the 2017-18 NFL season. The “I-don’t-understand-what-personal-accountability-is” left believes the NFL not signing Kaepernick (who opted out of his 49ers contract on his own volition this past March) is because of white supremacy. The rally’s organizers called for a boycott of both the NFL and its main sponsor, Verizon Wireless, if Kaepernick is not given a spot in the NFL by the start of the season.

During the rally, Sarsour called for people to rise up against “right-wing Zionists,” and went on to state that “we want you to know that we will not be silenced by ‘blue lives matter,’ by white supremacists, by neo-Nazis, by right-wing Zionists.” She wasn’t finished with her hate-filled anti-Jewish sentiment; she also stated: “People are not like us. The powers that be do not care about morality, or integrity, or dignity, or respect of our communities. They only speak one language, and the language is money,”

After Sarsour’s call for jihad at the Islamic Society of North America dinner earlier this summer, she finally stated something that I agree with: most Americans do not understand what the term means. If more Americans understood the term, they would realize that the host for one of America’s favorite shows, Teen Mom, was using her star power to bring Islamic Supremacy to the United States. Non-Muslims often mistakenly believe that jihad equates to a violent tragedy on the September 11 scale. This is not correct. The truth is that every Muslim has a personal jihad, many of them non-violent, but they all lead to the common goal of Islamic supremacy.

One person’s jihad may be to travel to infidel lands and dress, talk and act like the host country, (which they would NOT be allowed to do in an Islamic country), all the while making the host country feel like Islam isn’t a threat, and secretly laying the groundwork for a later Muslim takeover. Kaepernick’s girlfriend is clearly a master of this form of deception. There is no other explanation for someone who lived in Saudi Arabia and does not speak out about that country’s human rights atrocities but devotes her life to fighting so-called injustices in America. Period.

Kaepernick’s refusal to respect the Star Spangled Banner is not an exercise of his free speech to protest racial injustices; it’s a calculated aim at further division within the United States in order to usher in new forms of society and government. Whether or not Kaepernick himself has converted to Islam, he is certainly being closely influenced by a self-described “authentic” Muslim. We all must look at the historical proof that once Muslims are no longer the minority, they swiftly take control. The words that Winston Churchill allegedly spoke certainly withstand the sands of time, “Muslims are in the minority, they are very concerned with civil rights. When Muslims are in the majority, there are no civil rights.”

A Swedish police officer has been stabbed in the neck in a busy square in Stockholm.

Officials have said it was an unprovoked attack at Medborgarplatsen Square and that the knifeman has been arrested for attempted murder.

The attacker is said to have crept up behind the police officer before delivering a blow to the neck at around 10.30am this morning.

Canada: Church vandalized with Islamic State graffiti

According to an officer on the scene, someone started to write the words “Islamic State will rema[in],” in black spray paint on a wall outside the church.

It is reprehensible when any place of worship is vandalized; this is the second such incident recently in Ontario. A Burlington Church sustained “heavy damages” from a fire only two weeks ago, and “ISIS” was spray-painted on the building.

There should be a loud outcry in Canada over these two acts against Christian churches in such close proximity, both of which were marked with Islamic State graffiti.

The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, spoke out after a mosque fire in Ontario last year, and that is good. Unfortunately, no such statement has come from Trudeau or his government regarding the church  fire or the Islamic State graffiti. The silence is deafening and sends a loud message. Intolerance apparently is recognized only in one direction.

Ontario Provincial Police are looking for suspects after a church was spray-painted with Islamic State messaging in Guelph-Eramosa Township.

Wellington OPP say they responded to a call at Lakeside Church Monday afternoon.

“Members [advised] that sometime overnight, unknown suspects had attended the church and did some spray-painting on the side of it,” Const. Marylou Schwindt told CBC K-W.

Linda Sarsour seems unable to pass up any opportunity to make a quick buck, even at the expense of vulnerable Americans. Her latest target? Caring people all across the country who are looking for ways to help the hundreds of thousands of Texans who have lost everything as the result of Hurricane Harvey.

Sarsour recently requested donations for the Harvey Hurricane Relief Fund, which, on its face, sounds innocuous enough. But it turns out that this fund is, in fact, a thinly veiled front for leftist community organizing. From the fund’s website:

Together we will organize and advocate for our devastated communities, shining a spotlight on inequalities that emerge in the restoration of lives, livelihoods, and homes, amplifying the needs of hard-hit communities, and providing legal assistance for residents wrongfully denied government support.

This is pure political activism, not a charitable quest to assist hurricane victims as they rebuild their lives. It’ll reroute the money not to actual charities such as the Texas Diaper Bank or the Houston Food Bank, but instead to the Texas Organizing Project Education Fund, a nonprofit that advances racial and economic justice through community and electoral organizing.” On its Facebook page, the Project announced that all donations received “will only be used to organize in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.”

In other words, not one cent of this money will be donated to people who have lost their cars, possessions, and even their entire homes. Instead it’ll be poured straight into the pockets of activists such as Sarsour as they continue their political posturing, dividing the country over race and “inequality” in the wake of Harvey’s devastation rather than focusing on the nonpartisan goal of helping Texans restore their community.

This week, Sarsour has also actively discouraged people from donating to the Red Cross, suggesting instead that they contribute to sundry political-activist organizations. Sarsour has already shown her willingness to use disunity to turn a profit. Now we know she’s willing to exploit disaster in the same way.

The Roe v. Wade decision struck down dozens of state abortion laws when I was a college freshman. It was a 7-2 decision that prevailed only with the help of three Republicans appointed to the Supreme Court by Richard Nixon, including Chief Justice Warren Burger. Otherwise the Texas abortion statute would have been upheld by a 5-4 prolife decision, and the other states would have been allowed to make their own abortion laws instead of obeying the Supreme Court’s abortion law.

Roe’s guardians against reversal over the ensuing decades were two Justices (Anthony Kennedy and Sandra Day O’Connor) appointed by Ronald Reagan and one (David Souter) appointed by George H.W. Bush. Pro-abortion Democrats on the Court never broke a sweat.

I would have been thrilled to see the Constitution amended to protect unborn life, but it hasn’t happened in 44 years and that was more than 61 million dead babies ago. Are we willing to let another 61 million die before we end legalized baby-killing in America?

“We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins,” wrote Justice Harry Blackmun on behalf of his colleagues in the Court’s majority. And they didn’t. He wrote that “the judiciary, at this point [1973] in the development of man’s knowledge, is not in a position to speculate as to the answer.”

And yet they admitted elsewhere in the same decision that “if this suggestion of personhood is established, [Roe’s] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment.” That is the Amendment that forbids states to deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

Who can legally establish the personhood of unborn children, then, if not the Supreme Court? Well, Section 5 of the 14th Amendment says Congress has the “power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this [14th Amendment] article.” Those provisions include, in Section 1, the guarantees of due process and equal protection of the laws to “any person.”

The United States Congress, therefore, by a simple majority of both chambers, may establish the personhood of an unborn child. It’s not necessary to amend the Constitution. It’s not necessary to overturn Roe v. Wade. It’s only necessary to take the Roe majority at its word, and establish the personhood of unborn children – legislatively – from conception. Then enforce the 14th Amendment guarantees of due process and equal protection.

S. 231, the Life at Conception Act of 2017, was introduced in January by Sen. Rand Paul. It declares “that the right to life guaranteed by the Constitution is vested in each human being at all stages of life, including the moment of fertilization, cloning, or other moment at which an individual comes into being.”

If you have a Senator – Republican or Democrat – who claims to be prolife but isn’t on the list of 11 co-sponsors (Google it), you might have a fake pro-lifer on your hands. This is the time of year when they’re going home and meeting the folks. Ask them if they’re fake. Maybe they’re not, in which case – what are they waiting for?

The bill has been referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). Its Republican members include Orrin Hatch of Utah, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, John Cornyn of Texas, Mike Lee of Utah, Ted Cruz of Texas, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Jeff Flake of Arizona. None are co-sponsors of S. 231. What are their intentions?

Alexander Mooney (R-West Virginia) introduced an equivalent bill in the House of Representatives, H.R. 681, “to implement equal protection under the 14th article of amendment to the Constitution for the right to life of each born and preborn human person.” It declares that the right to life is vested in each human being.

H.R. 681 defines “human person” and “human being” as “each and every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life, including the moment of fertilization, cloning or other moment at which an individual member of the human species comes into being.”

The House bill has been referred to the Judiciary Committee, and from there to the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Civil Justice. Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) is chairman of that subcommittee. Four other Republicans are members: Ron DeSantis of Florida, Trent Franks of Arizona, Karen Handel of Georgia and Louie Gohmert of Texas. King, Franks and Gohmert are listed as H.R. 681 co-sponsors. This is a solidly prolife subcommittee. When are we going to see some movement on H.R. 681?

I see my own Congressman’s name listed as an H.R. 681 co-sponsor. Now I wish he would have a talk with my two invisible prolife Senators.

College Campus Flyer: Veterans Should Be Banned From Four-Year Universities — One Vet’s Powerful Response

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs apparently approved the posting of a newsletter around the campus that calls for the banning of U.S. military veterans from attending four-year colleges and universities . . .

Blogger Paul J. O’Leary, an Army and law enforcement veteran responded to the newsletter on Friday. In a lengthy post titled “An Open Letter to a UCCS Student,” he wrote, in part:

Isn’t it wonderful that we live in a country where all of us are free to express our opinions in a public forum? Where we are all free to pursue educational excellence? […]

Why do you feel it is acceptable to minimize the safety and well-being of those who attend trade schools? Are you assuming there are no LGBTQQIP2SAA students going to trade schools?

Do you feel they are somehow less deserving of a safe and flourishing educational environment than their peers in the traditional four-year universities?
