Political leaders of both parties.

And all those supporting the above list.

The common thread among them all seems to be MONEY.

Govt lying

If govt officials at all levels, even to the very top, lie to the citizens of that country, then the security, trust and freedoms of that country will be eroded and eventually the citizens will no longer have a country they want to live in.

Look at NAZI Germany.

If the top officials appoint bad people to run the depts. of govt. and those bad officials hire bad and criminal-type people to help them run that dept. and those criminals hire only criminals like themselves, then that whole dept. become Gestapo-like with little concern for the people's freedoms and will rob those people of all that matters.

Homeland Security ?

I.R.S.  ?

Attorney General's Office   ?

The Treasury Dept.     ?

The Supreme Court   ?

Who really is conservative ?

If you want to see the cumulative voting record for our congressmen, go to the Congressional conservative voting chart site.   It lists the % of conservative (and liberal) votes for each member of congress.

For instance, John Boehner's record was 11% !!!    Kevin McCarthy's was 67%.

Conservatism

Conservatism is an "attitude".  A constant force performing a timeless function in the development of a free society.

It has its roots in the American revolution and its commitment to sovereignty of the people and the rights and liberties of all Americans.  Some constants are the respect for traditional values, the rule of law, the support of religion and a strong defense of Western civilization from the challenges of totalitarian governments.

Those Republicans who claim to be conservative should revisit its meaning.

Not to late

"Don't rock the boat" seems to be the position of many of the senators and reps in congress. As we slowly sink to the bottom.    Our present form of term limits is to vote for someone else.  If we did not re-elect anyone in congress who has 20 or more years in office, a great change could occur, hopefully, for the better.    Those 20 plusers do not want the boat rocked...from both parties.    So what should we all do ?  Throw them out !   We can only improve the situation if we do.

Convention of States

The answer to most of the problems we conservative people are striving to correct is all there in the call for a Constitutional Convention,  by the states.   So many people have never heard of the movement. The selling job by the promoters is greatly lacking.

Some of the amendments the convention would vote on are term limits for congressmen.  Probably term limits for the Supreme court members.   A  balanced budget.

We need to get the required number of states (I believe is 37), to each approve for the call of a convention in their state legislatures.

For more info go to the site for the Convention of States.

Political Correctness

P/C is a term used to criticize language, actions or policies of others.  It generally means to restrict a freedom in that area of criticism.   Some recent  efforts to advance P/C are for affirmative action, hate speech, changes to school curriculum and discrimination.  If left to the majority of the population to decide about these issues then it might have developed not offending the very people who would decide issues.   But the people that push hard on P/C issues have become, themselves, the very onerous group that want control over a group or the populace in general.  If they go too far they become true Fascists.

Beware of Media

Already the media is carrying stories and ads , mostly by the establishment GOP, regarding Rand Paul and his run for the presidency.   95% of all that will be written criticizing him will be false and intended to mislead the reader.   These  unethical  stories are unamerican and greatly hurt the chances for the success of any Conservative Constitutionalists.   Take the warning...BEWARE !

TRUTH

For the sake of the argument, try to visualize any govt program without the use of public money. Even the most innocent bill passed will ultimately use dollars to put into effect.  The simple printing of the bill itself would cost money.  So,multiply this truth times 10 million (?) and you can see why our budget is way off from balancing.

What is a "moderate"?

One of the dictionary meanings of the word "moderate", is "limited, mediocre, less intense"   Is this the type of national leader we want to replace Obama?   McCain,Romney and Jeb Bush have been described as "moderates".  And 2 of the 3 lost the election.   Will the establishment GOP ever learn ?   Will the Republican voters ever learn ?

Future Supreme court judge

The time will come within a few years perhaps, when the Senate will have to consider replacing a judge on that court.   The finest  Constitutional expert to pick would be ANDREW NAPILOTANO.  We should lobby our senators when the time comes,to nominate him.

Watershed moment... Political Correctness..Originally a communist saying, , The Washington Redskins name should be used as a sample  for the rightious ,free people to rally behind.  It is not wrong and we should make a "banner" of it to charge into the liberal, communistic politicians stands.

Power in hands of the Speaker

The Senate places the agenda and bill voting in the hands of the Speaker of the Senate, who is voted into that position by the majority party of that branch.  That speaker can permanently table the calling up a bill for voting on and passage.   Important bills often languish on this speakers desk because he does not want possible passage of a bill his own political party is against. This is far too much power put into one man's hands.  It has now evolved into an  anti-citizen , evil approach to fair government.  Currently, on Harry Reid holds that post and we can clearly see the damage his non-calling for votes has done to our country.  The Senate and House should change this system, now.
