Is America a republic?

Yes, he is trying to undermine our economy & turn this country into a dictatorship with him in charge of the government therefore, destroying our freedoms of live, liberty & the pursuit of happiness in a free democratic society/country. He has violated our constitution numerous times and Congress does nothing to protect us from his abuse of power to invoke executive orders. I am deeply concerned that we the people of a free nation will lose our great country to a tyrant/dictatorship, if someone does not stop him now by impeachment proceedings. He must be held accountable for the wrongs he has done to this great country. The liberals have turned their backs on the American people to gain Obama's favour & political control in Congress.
