where are we heading

I have been reading a lot in the news theses day and I am so amazed at where our country is going. I was reading about the controversy over the color of a coffee cup and the logic boggles me my first thought is if you don't like the color buy coffee somewhere else, it seems people are more upset over the simpler things in life while the bigger issues get shoved aside.
We have a president that wants to be a king and to rule unopposed. The world today is turning away from the values that began our great nation and so many more people cheer. Again the logic escapes me. People want to legalize marijuana without even considering the consequences. Knowing people as I do by talking with a wide diverse group every day I realize that some people should not be allowed to own certain things because they are not equipped to handle them allow me to explain.
I believe every American has the right to own a handgun however not every amwrican is equipped mentally to use one, just watch some YouTube videos and you will see what I mean when a man fires a shot gun that misfires so like the brainiac he obviously is he looks into the end of the gun and blows his hat of his head.
Then there are the alcoholics who buy beer for breakfast they drink all day long slowly killing their bodies and if is not enough they get behind the wheel of a car and they kill someone else's.
Then the ones that want to smoke Marijuana if you think legalized marijuana is the answer then you are close to being as smart as the guy shooting his hat off of his head. Because you will find men and women from all walks of life not wanting to work while sitting around the house smoking pot while their children run around in a smoke filled rooms while selling plants out of their back doors, why because people do not know how to use moderation or keep it what its designed for, and marijuana will lead to other drugs and then we will have the perfect liberal utopian society. Every American will be doped up living on welfare, without firearms, as the liberal government tells us to jump through hoops or they will take away out benefits. I do not know about you but I do not subscribe to such a society. And think about this for a moment what if a president back in Adams day were doing the things the current president is doing, what would happen. Well I have an idea, there would be a march on Washington and the president would be taken out of office and the country would begin again, and I am not saying that shouldn't happen today.
Its about time we stop worrying about the color of our coffee cups and start worrying about the man that is controlling our country and handing it over to terrorist.

the debates on the 6th

well I watched most of the Republican debate and my views about some candidates have changed some for the better some for the worst. first I always liked Rubio he seems solid and genuine with good ideas and a good moral background he was my favorite out of the debate he just stood his ground without trying to come across as over eager to put down other candidates unlike Ran Paul who seemed like he was trying to win a foot race by tripping the other runners. I did not like when Trump raced his hand about running on a third party which is how Clinton won his first turn against George bush when Ross Perot had done the same thing dividing the votes and then endorsing Clinton,
I wanted to like Trump but I think he has his own agendas in mind and is just telling us what he thinks we want to hear to get what he wants in an over the top manner.
I think Christie is to shaky, I think Bush is to undecided, I did not like Huckabee's answers when it came to faith. however I did come out liking Ted Cruz better with his answers and actually claiming Jesus as his savior. I did come out liking Carson somewhat more than before. one thing is for sure if the Republican party does not mess up this election one on them will be president. Obama has messed his party up for a while and the democrat have no one that can even come close to winning because they are to close to the current president but one thing is for sure we need to keep praying and definitely vote because this could be the most important election America has ever faced-the end.

My thoughts

Cry aloud!First I want to say that I try to not really delve into politics using my column, but in this day and age everyone urges people to voice their opinion; however there seems to be an unwritten rule that you can only voice it if you agree with it. With that said I would like to address the new Supreme Court blunder by making it legal across the country for homosexuals to wed. I have become tired of hearing people say "don't judge me" when in reality they are doing something that can draw negative judgment upon themselves. I am not using this to judge anyone it the supreme court’s decision I take into question. However being a Christian I stand on the word of God as my final authority and to says Isaiah 58 “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression,” so here goes. The farther away from God America pulls the worse our once great nation will become, there have always been men and women that have scoffed and mocked men like me that will stand and proclaim the word and in the end the nations that did the mocking cease to exist today. I love my country so I can say the things I am about to say, I was born on the fourth of July a very important day in our history and my first two names are biblical names so it seems I am destined to love God and my country however the recent ruling has made me almost ashamed to be called an American. The bible saysLeviticus 18:22King James Version (KJV)22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.Romans 1:27King James Version (KJV)27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.I do not hate people that claim there homosexuality in fact my thoughts were always let them live how they want that is between them and God, but now it has spilled over into my area of faith seeing that now the courts will try and make good ordained people marry homosexuals against their wills which infringes on freedom of religion. We as Christians should start standing up for what is right, I am straight and am proud of that fact but I do not need a parade to tell everyone that fact. In fact God destroyed two cities called Sodom and Gomorra because such things were widely accepted.America has always been God’s work look back at our history we have grown faster than almost any other country with technology advancements we have achieved more in 238 some odd years than any other country if you consider the age of the other countries such as china and India in reality they should have been where we are today a thousand years ago but they are here with us-American and it only took us 238 years and its because God has always been on our side, and now more and more it is being handed over to Satan, with God being taken out of school and such, well now we have accepted what he called an abomination as acceptable Isaiah 5:20 says “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” I want to stress again this is not about an individual this is about the decision that was made I do not hate people I do not like the sin of people I am not perfect but when I error I go to the father and ask for forgiveness and he readily offers it, the bible says we are to love everyone but it does not say love the sins that they perform. Just something top ponder.“Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.” Micah 3:4
