This is no doubt one of the many reasons that made America so great and one of the many reasons people from diverse religious backgrounds flock to our country. We are richer, stronger and alot more interesting, due to our diverse cultures and religious backgrounds. Yet ... when our forefathers set out to secure the implementation of religious freedom, it was certainly not with the intention to "replace" or dilute the very religion to which this country was founded - CHRISTIANITY ! Just as we American's / Christian's would respect the religion of any culture to which we visit, we would not try to replace or minimize the religion to which it was founded ! America has reached a crossroad, to the like's it has never experienced before. It's true upon our founding, that all immigrant's struggled to assimilate and coexist between their different religious beliefs but there's a very large difference between understanding "the need to coexist," having been given "the freedom of religion," vs. the "forced implementation or altering" of our own religion, simply to accommodate another ! SOMETHING IS DRASTICALLY WRONG HERE ... for most of us know that "religion is about tolerance," and not TAKE OVER ! Many of us understand that President Obama has displayed a certain allegiance to the Muslim religion. America's instinctive tolerance has aloud much of this allegiance to go unquestioned or unverified as to its' continuing impact on our very own country. IF WE DON'T BEGIN TO QUESTION, BEGIN TO VERIFY, HAVE YOUR FAMILY VERIFY, YOUR FRIENDS VERIFY, YOUR TEACHER'S VERIFY, YOUR POLITICIAN'S VERIFY, etc... etc... etc... The very freedoms your family is enjoying right now, are very unlikely to be enjoyed by your grandchildren ! And sadly ... all they'll be able to do is look back at our generation and wonder why WE ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN ! If you haven't seen or heard about this already, below is just another example of President Obama using taxpayer dollars TO PROMOTE THE MONOPOLY OF THE MUSLIM RELIGION INTO OUR COUNTRY. The below stamp, President Obama had created to honor and celebrate the Muslim Holiday's. Don't want your taxpayer dollars used to promote the Muslim religion, you better hold on pretty tight ... Having more than doubled the number of welfare recipients in the U.S., the President was not only successful in locking in these recipient's votes but he was also successful in robbing them of their "self-worth." Since when did Welfare become something that American's aspired to rather than aspiring from its' grip ? This is not to say that all forms of Welfare are debilitating but we would be beyond naive to think that these prolonged tax

payer "handouts" aren't crippling our country ! Aside from greatly limiting any incentive to follow The

American Dream of working hard, contributing to society and enjoying the "fruits of your labor," the expectation of Welfare has made the fruit even sweeter when it comes from someone else's labor ! This has taken the "entitlement mentality" to new and dangerous levels - hence, the bold and needless crime we are seeing ! Society can no longer afford the entitlement that Welfare breeds, the lack of supervision from single

parent households and the crimes the products of these households commit ! Many of these children are

simply a means to get more entitlements, then left to fend for themselves. No wonder they have no incentives, no direction, no self-worth other than what the criminal element can provide ! When we have children shooting other innocent children because they're bored, we're in trouble ! Sorensenhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/RandallCSorensen

Last fall President Obama challenged Mitt Romney to come clean and release his tax returns so voters would know whether he paid his fair share. I respectfully ask President Obama to come clean regarding the filing of his 1990 tax return when he signed a six-figure contract book deal with Poseidon Press. Failure to do so would be a violation of Title 26-Internal Revenue Code.

GQ Magazine’s November 2009 issue (www.gq.com) reported that President Obama signed a six-figure contract with Poseidon Press on November 28, 1990. The exact amount was reported as $150,000 by Christopher Andersen in his book Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage. According to Jack Cahill, Barack Obama was advanced $75,000 for the book. It’s not unusual in the publishing business to receive one-third to one-half of the contract value upfront. However, a $75,000 advance would have required a recent law school graduate strapped with heavy student debt to pay the IRS $25,000 four and ½ months later. Failure to do so would be a violation of Title 26-Internal Revenue Code. I have been a CPA over 33 years and I’m Certified in Financial Forensics. In 1988 I was hired by the Arizona House of Representative in the Senate Impeachment Trial of Governor Evan Mecham. My forensic analysis of an improper $80,000 loan from a political protocol fund to a car dealership justified the impeachment of Governor Mecham.

I reviewed the tax returns of both presidential candidates. (www.barackobama.com) During my analysis of President Obama’s 2001 Individual Tax Return, I found 10 math errors. All of the errors were simple arithmetic errors that would have been prevented with a computerized program such as Turbo Tax.

President Obama’s 2001 tax return wasn’t signed by a paid preparer and it would appear it was prepared by President or Ms. Obama. I determined that the Obamas prepared three drafts of their 2001 tax return. The first draft calculated an income tax liability of $79,000. This would have required taxable income of $271,000. In contrast, President Obama’s website shows 2001 taxable income of $250,000. President Obama ended up paying income tax on $21,000 of phantom income that resulted in sending Uncle Sam an extra $7,300. I think Republicans and Democrats will unanimously agree that President Obama is one of the greatest orators of our time. The same can’t be said regarding President Obama’s skill as a tax preparer!

Based on the fact that President Obama used bits and pieces from three different 2001 tax drafts, made 10 errors, overpaid his taxes by $7,300 by claiming $21,000 of phantom income, it would appear that President Obama lacked the accounting skills to competently prepare his tax return. If President Obama wasn’t proficient at preparing his taxes in 2001 it’s not a stretch to assume that he wouldn’t have been proficient in 1990.

I believe President Obama’s may have a skeleton in his tax closet from the mishandling of his est. $75,000 book advance from Poseidon Press in November of 1990. Only three tax scenarios exist: 1) filed correctly and paid the IRS $25,000, 2) reported income as passive, failed to pay social security taxes and owes the IRS $41,000 or 3) never received 1099 from the publisher, failed to properly report the income and currently owes the US Treasury $125,000.

I contacted the IRS and they indicated that the tax records may go back to 1990. Another method to determine if President Obama paid his “fair share” would be to verify his 1990 earnings with the Social Security Administration. American taxpayers can decide for themselves whether a young Barack Obama should be given a free pass or if he should be held to the same standard as all Americans

Promises Made - Promises Wept -01 - I will Cut Taxeshttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/promises-made-promises-wept-01-i-will-cut-taxes2013-02-16T22:30:30.000Z2013-02-16T22:30:30.000Zmy911https://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/my911

This is a revision of the original post.

There is a new graphic about Cabela's and more obama broken promises.......

I will cut taxes

I will cut taxes - cut taxes - for 95 percent of all working families, because, in an economy like this, the last thing we should do is raise taxes on the middle class.
Barack Obama

Read more at http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/b/barackobam409244.html#iPxz3PR5uXofDPWs.99

How about this…………Cabela's explicitly displays obamacare tax... It is important to note that this black-out was directly related to the aggressive federal initiative of identifying and prosecuting “leakers,” at least those leaks and leakers not sanctioned by the executive office – the latter of which there are many.

Due to those circumstances, my source exercised an abundance of caution to avoid compromising a valuable line of communication until he had information he felt was significant enough to risk external contact. The following information is the result of an in-person contact between this author and “Rosebud” within the last 48 hours. With his permission, the interview was digitally recorded and the relevant portions of the contact are provided in a conversational format for easier reading. The original recording was copied onto multiple discs and are maintained in secure locations for historical and insurance purposes.

Meeting

The following began after an exchange of pleasantries and other unrelated discussion:

DH: Do I have your permission to record this conversation?

RB: You do.

DH: I’ve received a lot of e-mail from people wondering where you went and why you’ve been so quiet.

RB: As I told you earlier, things are very dicey. Weird things began to happen before the election and have continued since. Odd things, a clampdown of sorts. Texans for a Conservative Budget has compiled a list of spending items, which can be eliminated or reduced by streamlining. [Source: http://www.texaspolicy.com/center/fiscal-policy/reports/real-texas-budget-solutions-2013-and-beyond] Lawmakers should look to this list of reductions before they ever utter the words “we need sources of new revenue.” The Conservative Budget list includes the Texas Enterprise Fund, Texas Emerging Technology Fund, and the Special Events Fund, which is an extended subsidy for Formula 1 racing and other entertainment venues. These state funds mirror the federal government’s practice of tinkering with the economy. Central planning through subsidies is not the proper role of government in a free market society. State government has no business attempting to pick winners and losers and doling out tax dollars to special interests any more than the federal government does. It is time to end this form of corporate welfare in Texas.

Stop Chasing Federal Dollars – Make Texas Strong & Independent of Federal Strings; reduce state reliance on federal dollars and restrict all new federal grant programs.

Implement Tax and Expenditure Limits – State and local government spending from ALL sources should increase only by the sum of population growth plus inflation and no more. We support a constitutional amendment to set this limit in order to protect current and future taxpayers from excessive state spending.

Budget Transparency – practice truth in budgeting by ending diversions; a tax or fee should go to fund the original intent of the legislation that created the tax or fee; should a surplus occur, the fee or tax should be reduced, and the surplus used to reduce state debt.

Reforming Texas’ Public Pension Systems – According to recent reports from the Texas State Comptroller, the Texas retirement system, while fairly well funded compared to other states, is still legally liable to pay defined benefits totaling 10 to 20 times what state employees paid into the system. The legislature should institute these reforms: Freeze enrollment in the current defined benefit system and enroll newly hired or unvested employees in a 401(k)-style defined contribution pension plan.

Zero-based Budgeting – starts a budget from zero and requires justification for requested funding for each line item of a budget. This budgeting discipline has not been used by the State of Texas for the last nine years (2003), but should be instituted immediately to ensure taxpayers get the most value for their tax dollars.

The Rainy Day Fund (also known as the Economic Stabilization Fund) – should only be spent on one-time emergency items or tax relief. The fund should NOT be spent for ongoing expenses. If we truly believe in personal responsibility, then the State of Texas should lead and preserve the Rainy Day Fund for true natural and man-made disasters. We need look no further than the recent example of the devastation wreaked by super storm Sandy. The states of New York and New Jersey immediately turned to the federal government for relief, and many of the people of those states are still waiting, months later. The Rainy Day Fund should be preserved so that Texas can be strong and less dependent on the federal government in times of disaster.

Reducing State Debt – We should avoid a state fiscal cliff by resisting the temptation to add to our state debt just because interest rates are low. Soaring debt is just as wrong for our state as it is for the federal government.

Restructuring state government — Texas state government must be restructured:

To reduce the size, scope, and cost of state government

Because state government is weighted down with far too many overlapping, duplicated efforts = numerous bureaucratic kingdoms. (Natural resources has approximately 38 individual departments/agencies and programs.) Refocus Sunset process on making government more efficient by abolishing agencies, committees, boards, and statutes and consolidating agency functions

State government should be reduced down to its core constitutional functions. Core functions should then be performed as efficiently and effectively as possible to achieve measurable results.

The Texas Legislature should mandate a state government-restructuring project for the interim, which would:

Taxes

The Margins Tax – Abolish the gross margins tax, and begin by making the small business exemption permanent. The tax has underperformed, is complex, costly, and difficult to comply with. The tax is unfair as it is collected even from businesses that show no profit.

Property Tax Reform – Abolish and replace with a reformed sales tax that includes an adjusted tax rate and base.

Sales Tax – any increase in the sales tax base or the sales tax rate must be accompanied by reductions in other taxes. State and local governments should come to rely on consumption taxes as their main revenue generators.

State Income Tax – a non-starter! Texas is one of nine states without an income tax and should remain so. Texas should continue to encourage economic growth (a healthy tax base) by keeping taxes low and adopting pro-growth reforms.

and more......

It’s the Spending, Stupidhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/it-s-the-spending-stupid2012-12-08T01:33:23.000Z2012-12-08T01:33:23.000ZMichael J. Through the first two months of fiscal year 2013 the government is already almost $300 billion in debt.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2012/dec/7/government-borrows-46-cents-every-dollar-it-spends/print/

Medicare, Social Security and interest on the debt are the biggest drivers of the debt. The true costs of Obamacare have yet to be revealed, but given the U.S. federal government’s track record it is safe to predict that it will be far more expensive than projected and finish in the red every year.

Collecting eight days’ worth of spending from upper level incomes will do nothing to affect the level of spending on any of these programs.

Additionally, Obama willfully ignores that at current tax rates, revenues are up by thirty billion dollars over last year.

Obama, his “progressive” political allies and the obedient lapdogs within the “progressive” Party Pravda continue to foster the notion that raising tax rates on the highest income earners, those who already pay forty percent of all income tax revenue, will be a panacea, the magical elixir needed to solve America’s fiscal woes.

They also continue to lay the blame for today’s deficits on former President George W. Bush. Bush’s highest deficit was $438 billion during his last year in office. Obama’s government is poised to post another $1 trillion deficit, which will mark the fifth straight year of $1 trillion or more deficits.

America’s current financial predicament is the result of wasteful “progressive” spending on big government socialist programs.

That is the reason.

America’s debt and deficit dilemmas can only be solved through reduced spending. The same “balanced approach” “progressives” used when they hood-winked George H. W. Bush into violating his “Read my lips, no new taxes” pledge with a similar two to one offer.

Reagan, Bush 41 and the American taxpayer have yet to see those promised spending cuts.

In the current “fiscal cliff” negotiations, Republicans who are willing to accept “revenue” increases as a part of a deal with “progressive” Democrats in exchange for promised spending cuts that will happen sometime in the future are stupid, in denial or both. How many times do Republicans need to make this same mistake before they learn?

“Duh…as a kid I burned my finger every time I stuck it into the fire, but this time that won’t happen…duh…yup…uh huh…duh…ooooh…aaaah...look…something shiny…duh.”

By whatever means, no matter how much “new revenue” Republicans agree to provide, it will never be enough for “progressives”. No matter how completely Republican squishes cave to “progressive” demands for more “revenue”, it will work against them in both the short and long term.

The economy will tank and Republican will be blamed by “progressives”, while being seen as unprincipled jellyfish willing to break promises made to their constituents in order to “deal” with those who have no interest in compromise.

The “progressive” motive is not to make a deal. It is not to enact legislation that will stimulate private sector economic growth. History instructs that lowering tax rates stimulates the private sector and increases economic growth while resulting in additional revenue to the IRS. To “progressives” this is irrelevant.

They are far more concerned with what they call “fairness.” To “progressives”, fairness means confiscating money through taxes from productive people who create wealth and redistributing it to the unproductive.

History shows that tax increases stifle economic growth, which leads to reduced revenue collection. Budgetary imbalances grow worse and deficits continue to explode at an increasingly alarming rate. By following this path, it is all but guaranteed that the American government will raise the debt ceiling again and experience another credit downgrade. U.S. national debt will not go down and GDP growth will become virtually non-existent.

Eventually the federal government will need to find “other revenue” to fund its big spending operation.

With over twenty three million people unable to find work and almost fifty million living on the dole, government will try to invent ways to fund the “progressive” Party’s dependent class.

The retirement savings, IRAs and 401Ks of every American are in “progressive’s” sights. Americans believe their 401ks and IRAs are private property, safe from government seizure.

These retirement savings are already heavily controlled by government regulation. Given the track record of “progressives” it is no stretch to realize that trillions of dollars in private savings are threatened by “progressives” who see them as a way to finance the national debt their big government socialist programs have created.

When Social Security began it was a compulsory savings program administered by the federal government. When someone retired, they would get back what they had paid in plus interest. It only took until 1939 for a “progressive” Democratic Congress to begin using a pay-as-you-go financing method, meaning money currently being paid into the Social Security System is financing current beneficiaries. At first it was worked. In 1950 sixteen people were paying into the system for each person receiving benefits. In the not so distant future there will be two people making payments for each check.

What happened to all the money millions of Americans have had stolen over the course of their lives from their paycheck by government mandate? What will happen if the government seizes private savings?

If Republicans ever wish to be taken seriously, they must stand on principle. For the future of the American Republic, backing down is not an option.

http://mjfellright.wordpress.com/2012/11/29/obamas-plan-tax-now-cut-later/

HEADLINE! Overlooking historical evidence to the contrary, Krugman concluded the healthy American economy during the 1950s was a product of the 91 percent tax rate on top bracket income earners. He fostered the preposterous notion that the high-tax rates of the decade that followed World War II were responsible for America’s economic growth.

The economic growth of the 1950s was due primarily to the fact that during World War II the rest of the industrialized world had been bombed into rubble, especially their manufacturing capacities. While the rest of the world was recovering from that condition, America enjoyed a decade of prosperity because American industries had no serious competition. The world bought American goods because nobody else made much of anything worth buying. That’s where the narrative changed. And so how that thing got back to (Susan) Rice, I think, is probably another question."

Sen. The issue is not typical of other tax issues as it finds conservatives like Steve King (R-Iowa), Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and others supporting the states ability to collect their sales taxes for online purchases. A strong argument can be made that they have embraced the conservative position.

Make no mistake about it; there is deep division about this issue. Mom-and-pop small businesses hate the disparity that was created when the Supreme Court ruled that businesses needed a "nexus" within a state for sales taxes to be collected. That ruling allowed companies like Amazon to avoid sales taxes while small business are forced to collect them. They argue that the decision, especially in a poor economy, creates economic incentives that hurt their bottom line. Why should consumers shop in more expensive local stores when shopping online creates built-in no sales tax savings?

Others argue that allowing states to collect sales taxes for Internet purchases is tantamount to a tax increase. As opponents have noted, America's budget problems are not revenue problems but spending problems. Government's bring in enough revenue but can't get their spending in control.

There is tacit acknowledgement of this argument as many supporters of the "Marketplace Equity Act" are governors who are struggling to balance their state budgets. Billions of dollars in sales are made every year online that have escaped the reaches of the state tax collectors.

But there is a bigger issue at stake -- federalism.

Allowing online merchants to charge, collect and remit sales taxes based on their physical location would level the playing field with Main Street small businesses and, perhaps most importantly, restore federalism to the issue. The government should treat merchants equally. It should not be making it harder for small businesses to compete. In addition, the federal government should not bar states from enforcing their laws as long as they don't interfere with interstate commerce.

In some ways this is a complicated issue. But in others it's clear that fairness and federalism should play a role in the final deliberations.

ALL TRUE?https://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/all-true2012-08-04T13:30:00.000Z2012-08-04T13:30:00.000ZGill Whitneyhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/GillWhitney

This is the add Obama put out that the Washington Post Factcheker could find no problem with. An increased tax on capital gains included in the president's plan would also tend to reduce private capital, it says.
The 2013 Obama budget proposes continuing the Bush tax rates for the middle class and enacting elements of a short-term Jobs Act stimulus. In the near term, actions such as these could increase growth by as much as 1.4 percent, CBO says.
The new CBO report complements a March estimate that Obama’s budget would add $3.5 trillion to deficits over 10 years compared to current law. That report did not try to capture any effects on economic growth.
The White House, using a different baseline than CBO, has claimed its budget would reduce deficits by $3.2 trillion over 10 years.
Taking economic effects into account, Obama’s budget could add as much as $3.9 trillion in deficits by 2022, CBO estimates. Slower economic growth tends to increase deficits by reducing tax collection and increasing spending on items like unemployment insurance.

Read More Here: CBO estimates Obama's 2013 budget plan would hit economic growth - The Hill's On The Money

Rajjpuut's Folly: Will DEMOCRATS Block Obama’s Jobs Bill in Their Senate?https://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/rajjpuut-s-folly-will-democrats-block-obama-s-jobs-bill-in-their2011-10-05T22:30:00.000Z2011-10-05T22:30:00.000ZBob VanDeHeyhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/BobVanDeHey

Republicans Seek Another Huge Shellacking

(For Obama’s Nonsensical “Jobs” Bill)

In the Democrat-Controlled Senate

Has the world turned upside down? That “something” was a bogus budget drawn up to oppose the real and thoughtful pro-active budget from House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wisconsin). Ryan’s plan , the “Roadmap for America’s Future” was the first effort made in our history to deal not only with deficits and hyper-spending but also with the nation’s $116 TRillion UNfunded liabilities (Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) crisis. After submitting his own atrocious budget, Obama called for an immediate vote . . . His Senate Majority Leader, Democrat Harry Reid warned that would be a bad idea and put off that vote until the President clamored “Now!” three months later. Reid would have preferred not to vote but had to. The result was a 0-97 defeat in the Democrat-controlled Senate . . . perhaps the worst rebuff from Congress that any president has ever received . . . a historical drubbing of monumental proportions.

Item #3: Now Obama’s at it again with his so-called American Jobs Act which is really just a huge pretense at cutting spending which actually raises taxes on middle-class Americans dramatically. Reid has tried to tell the President again NOT to plow ahead. Obama today says “Go!” however and now Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has called for a vote in the Senate. Reid is, of course, still opposed and today Reid blocked the procedural vote from further consideration. The latest attempt to find consensus among the Dems is to make two major changes to the president’s bill A) instead of raising taxes on households earning $200,000 or more beginning in 2013, the Senate Dems are talking about a 5% surcharge on millionaires and up beginning three months from now in January, 2012. Harry Reid surprisingly did NOT downplay the split among his Dems in the Senate describing it this way for the press, “If some of our members wanted permission to go to the bathroom, there’s a good chance that many others would shout ‘NO!’”

Again that’s how bad the president’s bill is . . . about 85% of Democrats don’t like it at all and almost no Democrat, even those who do like it, wants to vote for higher taxes now. The Republicans hate the bill and want to show it up with something akin to the 0-97 shellacking that the Senate gave Obama’s ridiculous budget when they finally voted on that bill itself in May of this year three full months after it was submitted by the President. By getting the most you can with what you’ve got. Instead of ramming Obamacare through in a hateful manner, imagine if you will that despite controlling the House and Senate in 2009 when he came into office that: President Obama had called on the Republicans to help craft a healthcare bill with his Congressional majorities . . . . Not only would there have been no need for the unconstitutional procedural tricks that Nancy Pelosi pulled on the nation (“We’ll have to pass it so you can see what’s in it.”) or the lie personally signed by Obama for Bart Stupak saying NO abortions would be funded by Obamacare (incredibly, the first three official Obamacare procedures done were abortions). The result would not have been an acrimonious battle for 15 months and would not have been the 2,700-page monstrosity that’s likely to be ruled unconstitutional and which is already bankrupting the nation just in its earliest stages of implementation.

The result probably would have been a 425-10 vote in the House and a 98-2 vote in the senate for a smart 100-page bill that would have actually worked (malpractice tort reform; insurance across state lines; taking care of fraud in Medicare and streamlining Medicaid) to get more people healthcare and to cut overall healthcare costs. That’s what governing is all about . . . getting a near-unanimous consensus and real results that help with almost zero-downside. President Obama is not capable of such a feat, alas. Almost all of America did one if these things or the other or both. Few Americans paid much attention to the much ballyhooed Barack Obama-DEMANDED-address to both chambers (A joint session? We’d have felt better if we had a few joints or other pain killers instead of listening to that crap) of Congress to discuss his “new” jobs program known as the American Jobs Act (AJA) in a tired but threatening speech that contained almost nothing new; a lot borrowed from earlier failed programs and recycled; and a lot of “blue” extensions of utterly failed old programs that have not worked because they’re so inane they couldn’t possibly work. When he’s procrastinating Mr. Obama is at his most lovable. When he’s doing nothing, he is at his most competent. But, unfortunately, he’s also been very, very busy creating mischief. Mr. Obama’s misguided efforts over the last nine months, although mostly futile have NOT been without danger. He’s seeking to rule dictatorially now that his words no longer have power. What do we mean? We mean to rule by “regulatory fiat,” by merely creating rules within federal agencies and thus given federal government agencies power to control our lives. For example, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Interior department are, as you read this, closing down coal mines; obstructing oil drilling sites and instituting new and expensive and officiously complicated oil drilling requirements, establishing green job initiatives and establishing carbon dioxide restrictions – moves that Congress has repeatedly failed to pass. The EPA is particularly dangerous. Back in 2009 they set into motion actions that sent the UNemployment levels around Fresno, California (the vegetable-basket of the nation) as high as 40%. This was accomplished by forbidding ALL irrigation as a means to protect a three-inch fish called the “delta smelt” which sometimes swims into irrigation piping thus killing jobs; destroying farmers’ livelihoods, and making vegetable prices rise dramatically. He’s bypassed the Immigration and Naturalization Service to give amnesty to any and all ILLEGAL aliens in the country if they’re suspected NOT to have committed a serious crime. He seems intent on having those folks become citizens and voting for him in 2012 . . . .

The green jobs initiatives are potentially the most dangerous, believe it or not. Spain now has 22% Unemployment and is, behind Greece, one of the flimsiest economies in the entire world. What happened exactly? There are just too many questions that raise red flags. Let me share some of them with you and briefly. We must have answers to the following:

Rick Perry was a democrat until 1989. He worked for Al Gore of all people! Why would he do that in the first place and why did he change parties? Can he criticize Gore and all that he stands for? Could it be that he is just infiltrating the Republican Tea Party to divert America yet again?

Why did Perry wait until the Iowa caucus to declare and why was it in South Carolina instead of his home state of Texas? Could it be that he, like Comrade B.O. was trying to divert attention away from the influence of the Tea Party and the Republican Caucus in Iowa the day that the straw poll was to be announced? Now we know that Bachmann, the Tea Party front runner, was the straw poll favorite. It seems like Perry is either manipulating or a coward since he would not debate in Iowa.

Why did Perry attend and participate in the pagan Bilderberg Group meeting in 2007? Obama also was invited and attended that secretive society of pagan globalists at one time. What was Perry's paper, which reportedly was about the relationship of state to federal governments really about?

When Perry declared his candidacy in South Carolina, he did not say he wanted a smaller federal government. He said he wanted more jobs. That is not the role of a constitution republic. Only private individuals create jobs when they need help because their business is either starting up or growing. That rhetoric is no different than Obama's. Obama mistakenly thinks a bigger federal government will create more jobs. Does Perry also think that government creates jobs?

Word has it that Perry has advocated free, or at least in-state, college tuition for illegal aliens. Is that true? That would suggest he does not believe in national sovereignty any more than Obama.

Why is Perry in favor of the super highway that would divide the nation and destroy our national sovereignty?

Is Perry a true Tea Party Republican who will reduce the size of government, reduce taxes, and regulatory burdens or is he just another wolf in sheep's clothing? Be suspicious! Ask the hard questions!

Rajjpuut's Folly: Take our “How Has Big Government Stuck It to Us Lately?" However, the real fallacy is Obama’s premise about “automation” in general: When bank ATMs rose by 150% over one ten year period, the number of bank tellers increased by 160%. Similarly, virtually all insurance companies and financial companies in the mid- and late-70’s added EDP (electronic data processing) a.k.a. computer departments on the promise of eliminating huge amounts of clerical staffing. When Rajjpuut worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas the company’s employment jumped from roughly 340 to 790 in four and a half years with 85% of the newly hired fitting into either the EDP or the clerical job description.

#2 TRUE

#3 Actually, this was many years ago. I shall not slander the inhabitants of the fair state of Massachusetts nor the inhabitants of the state of New York by saying that, when they are confronted with the proposition, they will declare that this nation is not able to attend to its own business. It is the issue of 1776 over again. Our ancestors, when but three million in number, had the courage to declare their political independence of every other nation; shall we, their descendants, when we have grown to seventy millions, declare that we are less independent than our forefathers?" William Jennings Bryan. It seems we ought to think about what is we are doing in the world. It might seem absurd but I would really like to see what would happen if we told China to take our debts and wipe their collective rear ends with them. It doesn't really matter to them that they break international law everyday, and have no respect for intellectual property. I Could be wrong but considering they sponsor piracy and considering they are the reason our society is declining it seems like the appropriate time to tell China to take a hike. If they want their money they can come and get it, oh yeah guess what they can have their money when the stop poisoning us. I think we should burn all the products made in china and raise tariffs on all of their goods to supplement our own economy. Hey I'm not a communist or a war monger but this wouldn't be the first war over money and it certainly won't be the last.
This Is A Stick Up! Seven Ways Obamacare Raids Your Wallet.https://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/this-is-a-stick-up-seven-ways2011-05-25T22:07:40.000Z2011-05-25T22:07:40.000ZTrent Derrhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/TrentDerr

by: Trent Derr - American Exceptionalism

By now most of us realize how Obamacare is designed to take control of healthcare decisions away from individuals and place them in the hands of bureaucrats. After all, Obama, Pelosi, and Reid understood that as government gains more control over healthcare, the politicians have even greater powers to “sell” favors by granting exceptions, waivers and special rules that favor their friends and those who will donate to their campaigns. This became all the more evident recently when 38 additional Obamacare waivers were granted to businesses in Nancy Pelosi’s district.

Unfortunately this level of institutionalized corruption in our Federal government has become commonplace. What isn’t as apparent is how Obamacare is designed to take money out of all of our wallets by enacting additional taxes and penalties. These taxes include increased Medicare taxes, penalties on plans the government feels offer to good of coverage, penalties on those who chose to not buy insurance and an excise tax on pharmaceutical companies.

1) Beginning in 2013, payroll taxes from Medicare will increase by 62% for households that the government has decided are “higher income”.

2) Similarly, Obamacare created a new 3.8% Medicare Tax on interest, dividends, royalties, rental income, capital gains, and annuities.

Continue...

Selling Lies – The Formula the Left Uses To Take Away Your Rightshttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/profiles/blogs/selling-lies-the-formula-the2011-03-25T01:00:00.000Z2011-03-25T01:00:00.000ZTrent Derrhttps://patriotcommandcenter.org/members/TrentDerr

by: Trent Derr - American Exceptionalism

As part of their dogma, the Left believes society only operates “fairly” when more power is concentrated in the Federal Government and fewer rights are exercised independently by individuals. In their view, one of the major purposes of the Government is to equalize outcomes across society (try to find that in the Constitution). Note that it’s the equality of outcomes, not equality of opportunities, that is their definition of fairness. To achieve that goal, Liberals need an excuse to take rights and responsibilities from individuals and shift that power to the Government. Then that Governmental power can be used to institutionalize fairness by passing laws and regulations that provide for the equality of outcomes across society. However in spite of these plans, the Left has a major cultural roadblock in their way. One of our traditional American values is to treasure and defend our individual rights. When Americans are thinking rationally, we rarely, if ever, voluntarily give up any of our rights.

When the Liberals want to influence American opinion on an issue, they need to overcome that obstacle. To do so, they use a consistent formula to warp the public perception in their favor. Their approach does not involve an in-depth analysis of the facts with the subsequent generation of possible alternatives to be evaluated. Frankly facts get in their way. Their strategy is simply based on manipulating the public’s emotions. Liberals want to generate guilty feelings or stir up hate or trigger rage. Their tactic is to generate strong emotions in the public and with those emotions shut down rational thought. Create a crisis. Create an injustice. Pretend there is no time to think about, discuss, or even read the bill. We have to act now!
