               You’ve heard of “Honest Abe” and “Gorgeous George” – let’s introduce you to “Sly Steven” Chu, American Energy Secretary.  And while we’re at it, move over Solyndra, Chevy Volt and Ener1, Inc., according to documents uncovered by the House Oversight Committee it appears Arizona-based Obama-supporting business leaders of First Solar, Incorporated received at least $3.1 billion of its total of $4.5 billion in loan guarantees based largely upon “adjustments” made to First Solar’s loan application by Energy Secretary Steven Chu’s personnel suggesting falsification of documents and/or corner-cutting by the Energy Dept. itself was required to get the loans approved.  According to an ABC News story, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (a Republican from California) accused the Department of Energy of “manipulating analysis, ignoring objections from career professional scientists and business people and strategically modifying” loan evaluations in order to “force project funding out the door.”   The Energy Dept. vehemently denied the charges, “The Department backed loans for two innovative solar projects that will support hundreds of jobs and provide clean power to tens of thousands of homes,” according to spokesman Damien LaVera.

          The roughly 3,250 permanent green energy jobs created in three-plus years across the whole nation by the Obama administration’s green-tech emphasis has thus far cost taxpayers $38 billion or more than $1.15 million for each permanent job, 90% of which pay less than $15/hr.

          Energy officials insisted to ABC News that the department followed a rigorous process to evaluate each applicant, and the two projects being scrutinized by Issa's committee are some of the most exciting solar ventures underway in the United States. If successful, the massive generating facilities would be by far the largest of their kind in the world -- comprised of more than five million solar panels and 35,000 metric tons of steel.  Note the confusion between newness and excitement and solid business decision-making.  Meanwhile Issa and his committee say they sifted through tens of thousands of pages of internal records turned over by the Energy Department in response to their requests.  The granting of multiple loans to First Solar, a solar energy giant based in Arizona to create Agua Caliente in Arizona and the Antelope Valley Solar Ranch in California and then turn these facilities over to utility companies is unusual (First Solar also received a separate $1.5 billion loan).  The standard for the loans was not “viability” and not “potential profit” but rather merely providing evidence that the projects “would employ new and innovative technologies to generate energy.”  It appears that Energy Dept. officials “adjusted” First Solar loan documentation to fulfill this requirement.  It appears that First Solar did not qualify even upon this narrow requirement.  Among the documents the Oversight Committee cites is an email from a top technical expert inside the department, written well before the loans to First Solar were approved, in which the scientist argues one of the supposed advances -- use of a "single axis tracker" -- was actually not new at all.

          "Be clear this is not an innovation," wrote Dong K. Kim, the director of the loan program's technical division. "The record will show we did not grade this as an innovation."  Kim also wrote that "someone keeps changing" internal documents to hold out the tracking technology as innovative. And he warns that "whoever continues to make this change needs to understand that Technical does not support” emphasis of the trackers as an actual innovative component the Energy Department itself has identified their use in over 200 units in Europe, according to the internal documents.

          "These facts make clear DOE substantively failed to fund innovation, and instead gambled with $3 billion taxpayer dollars on a single firm, First Solar," said Becca Watkins, an oversight committee spokeswoman.  Meanwhile despite the positive spin put upon matters by company officials, First Solar is not proving profitable and only the huge government loans so far have kept the company afloat.  .

          First Solar, Inc. officials say they are forecasting more than $3 billion in revenue this year (revenue, NOT profits, you’ll notice) but acknowledged the company has suffered along with the rest of the solar industry. The company's stock has been sliding, and has become a favorite for so-called stock market "short sellers" -- investors who are betting on the company to fail.  While this Solyndra story might serve as a case-study in venture-socialism, this January’s failure of once highly respected Ener1, Inc., a huge maker of automobile batteries intended for green vehicles, provides a much more significant cautionary note.  Ener1’s financial collapse appears to have occurred NOT because their product is lacking in technological merit, but rather because there is no market for the recipient’s of Ener1’s batteries:  ultra-expensive, low-performance green autos.

           In related news and relevant background:  Energy Sec. Chu, of course, who has come under attack for a long and repeated history of advocating letting American gasoline prices rise to European levels, last week on Capitol Hill, Chu said he “no longer” believes that way; President Obama, for his part has embarked upon a nationwide “gas-price-apology tour” aimed at denying any and all responsibility for gasoline price rises of $2/gallon (national average $1.83 in January, 2009; $3.85 today) and rising since he took office.  And even though the mainstream media won’t hold you accountable for it, you and Interior Secretary Ken Salazar were informed three weeks prior to the BP Gulf spill that big problems were in the works at the Deepwater Horizon site and were still ready to present BP with a national safety award . . . and then POUNCE!  Your opportunity came with the BP oil spill and you shut down drilling EVERYWHERE and put into effect a shameless foot-dragging policy of grudging approvals where you had no choice. 

           When I was a college student, one of the psychological principles I learned about was called “word magic.”   No, I’m not referring to the two magic words “Please” and “Thanks,” but rather to the childish use of words and labels (positive and negative) to seek to affect and change the world to our liking rather than dealing with it (the world) in a more adult fashion.  Mr. Obama used word magic in an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle in 2008 which was never run (it’s still on the paper’s website and now found all over the internet, however) by the Chronicle or any other mainstream media (MSM) in which he pledged to “bankrupt the coal industry” and bragged that “under my environmental policies and cap and trade, electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket.”  Mr. Obama seems to believe that merely by saying “green energy” his words will create a viable reality.  Sorry, Mr. President but algae won’t make my car run presumably anytime in the next couple centuries.  The two top green energies are hydro-electric power and wood-burning just as they were back in 1940.  Wood-burning, of course, is renewable and not particularly clean . . . nevertheless, wood-burning provides 2.5% of America’s energy which is more than solar, wind, geothermal, and cold fusion combined.  Face the facts; you’re saying that oil is the “energy of the past” doesn’t make it true.  And your equating drilling to create lower gasoline prices with “snake oil” is a monstrous lie.  The only ones selling snake oil to the public is you, Barack Obama, and your progressive sycophants.

Ace CBS Reporter Attkisson Nails OF&F and

Obama/ATF Corruption Assailing 2^nd Amendment

     Just when all appeared lost and it seemed like the mainstream media (MSM) was eternally in the tank committed to supporting an ultra-corrupt Obama administration come hell or highest seas, CBS News shocked us with some actual journalistic backbone!  CBS News, which apparently has a White House informer blowing the whistle on the goings on at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, has acquired documents showing that the original intent of Fast and Furious was to crack down on gun ownership and erode honest ordinary patriotic Americans’ Second Amendment rights.  For the third time now the breakthrough in the “Gun Walking Scandal” has come courtesy of one CBS reporter, Sharyl Attkisson . . . .

     While the rest of the MSM has gone out of its way to enshrine every Obama White House lie, red herring and false accusation as Gospel TRUTH, Ms. Attkisson has repeatedly attacked the beast in its lair.   The latest E-mail and other earlier documents obtained by CBS News shows that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussed using Operation Fast and Furious (whose weapons have already killed at least one U.S. Border Patrol agent and at least 200 Mexican citizens) as a lever to gain tighter gun regulations in the United States.  

     The chronology begins in April of 2009, three months into the new Obama administration.   Claiming that guns sold north of the border in America accounted for 90% of the weapons and 90% of the deaths from drug cartel violence**, Obama made a speech in Mexico alongside Mexican President Felipe Calderon.  The President said, “This war is being waged with guns purchased not here, but in the United States. More than 90% of the guns recovered in Mexico come from the United States, many from gun shops that line our shared border. So we have responsibilities as well.”   It was about that time that the administration brushed off an old Bush administration program, Operation Gun Runner, which conducted ongoing gun stings to crackdown on illegal arms sales and re-named it “Operation Fast and Furious,”  (OF&F).  And how exactly did OF&F differ from Gun Runner?   Four great differences emerge . . . .

            1)     CBS’s Sharyl Attkinsson put it like this on the Early Show on CBS, “New e-mails that we now have . . . add to some documentation that we already had that show government officials NEVER planned to reveal publicly their role in letting those guns fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels but planned to use the end result to argue for new gun regulations that they wanted, and you can read more about that story on our website, CBSNews.com.”   In other words, where Gun Runner was a real sting that netted illegal arms traffickers virtually immediately . . . OF&F deliberately adopted a “hands-off approach” that allowed its guns to cross the border UNIMPEDED with the goal of using later discoveries of these weapons as compelling reasons to crack down on the rights of legal gun ownership in America.

            2)      Whereas, Gun Runner had targeted all illegal gun sales, OF&F aimed directly at getting its guns into the hands of the Mexican Drug Cartels, the so-called “Big Fish” and did so very quickly instead of carefully building up actionable arrest justification, OF&F was aimed at getting the weapons into illegal hands as quickly as possible period.  The ATF agents on the ground who were shocked by all this, christened the practice “Gun Walking”

            3)    With its emphasis on getting weapons to the cartels, OF&F put much heavier weaponry in these criminals hands.  The never-shrinking violet, Rush Limbaugh, commented upon Attkisson’s revelations this way, “. . . We arranged for thousands of guns, long guns, automatic, semiautomatic, AK-47s, machine guns, bazookas, whatever, to end up in the hands of drug lords, right out of gun stores, gun shops in Phoenix, just walked outta there right across the border into Mexico, into the hands of the drug cartel and the cartel was supposed to do with those guns what drug cartel people do, start using them, bam, bam, you’re dead. They did. Hundreds of people died as a result of these guns being walked out of Phoenix gun shops and others along the border. And in this period of time our border agent got killed.”  Two OF&F weapons were found at the agent’s death site; and later one of the heavier weapons Limbaugh refers to even brought down a helicopter carrying high-ranking Mexican drug officials killing everyone on board.

            4)    Unlike Gun Runner, the folks on the ground quickly became alarmed by what was going on.   Criminals got weapons but then were NOT arrested, what the hell!  Immediately this set off a chain of complaints and whistle-blowing that reverberated all the way to the Administration’s upper echelons, where the Attkinsson E-mails also came from.  Somehow the Obama upper-level muckety-mucks never ever could imagine that the people working for them would be decent, honest folk shocked by such abuse of power and its results, thousands of ultra violent criminals being abetted by the U.S.A.

     What’s the upshot of all this?  Someone in the Obama administration engineered a program where some of the worst criminals in the world get hold of American guns that we just give them, but they (Obama, Holder, etc.) don’t tell anybody any of that. It’s made to look like either the drug cartel could just cross the border walk in anywhere in America and buy all the heavy arms in the world and walk back across the border or  some really rotten Americans could walk into the gun stores, buy those guns, cross the southern border and sell them to the drug cartel. Then everybody would be surprised with the revelation that the guns were sold in America, lots of people would die, and the conclusion according to Limbaugh is, “See, we have got to have more control over guns. Look at what happened here.”  Ms. Attkisson and some heroic whistle-blowers changed all that. 

     Yes, yes, FOXNews has been covering this story like a poodle with a slipper in its mouth for over fifteen months now.  But everyone who understands real journalism expects that from FOX and then despite the facts that like so many other stories this one would be totally ignored by all the MSM.  Real journalism, heroic journalism by CBS . . . that’s something new and wonderful.    Attkisson didn’t just follow FOX’s lead, she dug deep and got her own leads and those leads have been devastating in their effect on the Obama circle-the-wagons efforts.

     Oh, by the way, President Obama’s speech, in that joint press conference with Felipe Calderon in April, 2009, referred to “Gun Runner” by name and said we could “expect some good results.”  This was when the first E-mails with the new name “Operation Fast and Furious” began to show up.  The fact that Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice, the ATF and Janet Napolitano’s Homeland Security have all been stonewalling the Congressional Investigation into Fast and Furious tells you everything you need to know about how widespread this Obama corruption goes.  The fact that AG Holder’s second in command, wrote a response to the investigators ten months ago that deliberately misled the investigators tells you where the probable heads will eventually roll from.    After responding to congressional subpoenas with tens of thousands of pages of 100% blacked-out documents expect Holder to be impeached for obstruction of justice.

“Showcased” Obama-Endorsed Green Company

Wasted $ 390 Million in Stimulus Funds

            Here’s one more story the mainstream-lamestream media won’t cover. Is that thirty-six or thirty-seven major scandals or lies within Mr. Obama’s corrupt administration we’ve been spared?***

            As the country once again moves toward $4 a gallon gasoline, this time with an anti-oil administration running the Oval Office which swore to create five million green tech jobs and begin the end of oil dependency, do you remember that $787 Billion Obama stimulus that was supposed to keep unemployment below 8%?   A green-tech company that raised huge amounts of  money for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, which then became the poster-boy for  his green-tech initiatives and the first company to receive  Obama stimulus money, Solyndra, Inc. of Fremont, California, has it turns out wasted at least $390 million of $535 Million of federal Stimulus funds.  

          Solyndra, which received three ringing TV appearance endorsements personally from Vice-President Joe Biden and two from Obama himself, is now the subject of a congressional investigation into waste, fraud and abuse by the House Energy and Commerce Committee which has revealed that the company was not eligible for a loan guarantee which the company stated would help them create 3,000 construction jobs and 1,000 permanent green jobs in the manufacture of solar panels. Solyndra is also closing plants instead of opening new ones. The oversight committee has also revealed details of an $800,000 ad campaign designed to promote good eating habits which might have created 2.5 advertising jobs, but did nothing seriously to fight unemployment. While the advertising company did turn a profit from the stimulus, Solyndra has never turned a profit during the six years of its existence despite being a pet project for Oklahoma billionaire George Kaiser who did a better job as a major campaign fund raiser for Obama-Biden 2008 then he did running a green-tech company.

           Mattie Corrao, government affairs manager with Americans for Tax Reform, said the Solyndra loan shows how hollow Obama’s promise to “keep close track over how stimulus money has been spent” has proven itself. “They (the Obama administration) are trying to pretend we’re creating jobs and hoping the taxpayers are dumb enough and blind enough to believe the lie,” Corrao said. “After two years of unemployment about 9 percent, people aren’t going to believe it anymore.” Because of the close personal connection between Kaiser and Obama, Corrao says the loan should never have been considered in the first place. No Solyndra officials would speak with conservative reporters about the story.

     8. Two things here . . . . a) Not only was President Obama lying when he said his plan (Obamacare) would allow you to “keep your present plan, if you like it;” and he failed to tell the public that an “interim final rule” filed as regulations by three agencies (among the 390+ agencies created within Obamacare) made it against the law for your plan to make certain changes required to keep them compatible with Obamacare, so these plans (including plans specifically ‘grandfathered in’) are non-compliant and you can’t keep using them. And b) you’ll remember that Obamacare passed first by reconciliation in the Senate so that the 60-40 majority wasn’t required to allow a vote; and then Obama had to sign a last minute piece of paper guaranteeing that no federally-funded abortions would be allowed under Obamacare. This got him 12 last-minute anti-abortion Democratic votes led by Michigan’s Bart Stupak. Over 100,000 federally-funded abortions have already occurred under Obamacare; indeed they were made the very first covered Obamacare operations.         HHS (sometimes called the “Dept. of Health and Abortion Services”) run by Kathleen Sebelius has also not been in compliance with the federal government’s financial management laws so it’s impossible to trace exactly how widespread this federal-funding of Obamacare abortions really is and literally cannot account for hundreds of millions of dollars.  LIES, DOUBLE-DEALING, and DELIBERATE MISUSE OF FEDERAL FUNDS 

7.   Remember all those promises of openness and square-dealing that Obama would insist upon as he dramatically changed the “climate in Washington?”  The Obama administration has on at least 40 occasions denied release of information under the Freedom of Information Act by claiming that “such-and-such report is still in draft form” and therefore exempt from the FOIA and somehow the final form is never ever completed. Most recent case of this broken promise game: The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) promise made in federal court that they’d be forthcoming and release an internal memo detailing their investigation into how and illegal alien known criminal was never deported and allowed to stay in the country long enough to kill a Virginia nun in a drunken-driving incident. When did she get killed?  August, 2010. The latest missed date on this case: January 18, 2011. And, yep, the report is still in “draft” form.

6. You know all those continuing resolutions (CRs) that are passed so that the government continues to operate? Why isn’t any permanent “fix” ever passed? Obama sneakiness. Virtually every permanent spending bill Barack Obama has tried to get passed has been full of freebies and other goodies for his union supporters. One that caught my eye was back in September last year when one bill turned out to contain a $20 Billion list of add-ons benefitting the unions with taxpayer money. For example: the $1.9 Billion “Race to the Top” grants supposedly aimed at rewarding better-performing schools . . . was, it turned out, merely  $1.9 Billion so that school districts could hire $1.9 Billion worth of new UNION teachers . . . the bill discriminated against teachers who would not join the teachers’ union.

5.   You’ve heard of the New Black Panther voter-intimidation case in Philadelphia that was already won which the Obama DOJ chose to drop? Well this one is much, much more serious. The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) boss Andy Stern, according to White House logs has been the most frequent single visitor of the President over the first two+ years of his administration. SEIU was the biggest contributor to Obama-Biden 2008. The Federal Election Commission under the Obama DOJ has dropped an election violation case against the SEIU union that was also won. The union required local affiliates of SEIU to contribute to the union’s political action fund violating federal election laws.   Of the $9 million war chest the SEIU amassed how much might have gone to Obama’s Democrats? 97%? More? SEIU is now squeezing its local workers for the 2012 elections. How often do you hear of prosecutors with already won cases dropping them?

4. Goldman-Sachs company is sometimes called “Government-Sachs” because of all their political connections and their ability to come out smelling like a rose no matter how scandalous their behavior.   You’ll recall that G-S earned several billion dollars acting on behalf, supposedly for AIG, in the federal bailout of AIG.   You’ll also recall that G-S was forced to make restitution to thousands of clients for double-dealing when it sold them with glowing reports virtually worthless security options. Now it turns out that a)  Goldman-Sachs “minted” most of the horrible real estate investments that got AIG in trouble and that Obama Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner helped them to hide that information. Geithner is a former Goldman employee as is his chief of staff, Mark Patterson.  According to web watchdog Bloomberg.com: “When a congressional panel convened a hearing on the government rescue of American International Group Inc. in January, the public scolding of Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner got the most attention. Lawmakers said the former head of the New York Federal Reserve Bank had presided over a backdoor bailout of Wall Street firms and a cover-up… Representative Darrell Issa,…placed into the hearing record a five-page document itemizing the mortgage securities on which banks such as Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Societe Generale SA had bought $62.1 billion in credit-default swaps from AIG. These were the deals that pushed the insurer to the brink of insolvency — and were eventually paid in full at taxpayer expense. The New York Fed, which secretly engineered the bailout, prevented the full publication of the document for more than a year, even when AIG wanted it released.”  By the way, Geithner also once ran the NY Fed Reserve Bank. The Obama Administration has obstructed a proper accounting of what went wrong in the financial crisis. More from Bloomberg: “The public can now see for the first time how poorly the securities performed, with losses exceeding 75 percent of their notional value in some cases. Compounding this, the document and Bloomberg data demonstrate that the banks that bought the swaps from AIG are mostly the same firms that underwrote the CDOs in the first place. The banks should have to explain how they managed to buy protection from AIG primarily on securities that fell so sharply in value… Professor James Cox of Duke University School of Law says: “They may have been trying to shield Goldman — for Goldman’s sake or out of macro concerns that another investment bank would be at risk.” —

2. We have a tie for the #2 spot. a) After conservative press and bloggers got wind of the connections behind Obama’s 44 Czars showing that most of them were self-admitted Marxists and other radicals the mainstream media (MSM) refused to cover the stories of these Czars’ background. When two of them made their outright communism evident (Anita Dunn (praising Chairman Mao killer of 58 million Chinese in peace time) and Van Jones (several of his speeches calling for “revolution” got out across the internet), the MSM still ignored the stories. Finally, it came out that Van Jones’ radicalism included being  a “9/11-Truther” who claimed the U.S. government had conspired to create 9/11’s devastation . . . after the conservative press carried the story for three weeks, Van Jones quietly “resigned” and Dunn as well. Total coverage by most of the MSM: two minutes. b) Obama’s plan to seize over ten million acres of land in nine western states using an obscure clause of the Antiquities Act of 1906 to designate all the land as “monuments” went totally uncovered by the MSM. For those of you who don’t know it, the vast majority of federal land is already owned in the west with Nevada, for example, belongs 55% to the Feds rather to its own citizens and in Alaska even a larger percentage is federal land. This proposed law misuse much like the cap and trade scandal was so egregiously corrupt that even with large majorities in both chambers of Congress, the measure was defeated handily when S.C. Senator Jim DeMint of TEA Party fame exposed the facts on the Senate floor. ZERO Coverage by the MSM. 

                                                   POWER-GRABBING UNETHICAL USE OF INAPPLICABLE LAWS

1.  One of the bigger untold stories by the MSM is the absolute idiocy and corruption and total INCOMPETENCE involved in Obama’s energy policies. We’ve already mentioned Solyndra; already mentioned CCX and cap and trade . . . but things get much, much worse very quickly . . . .

       a) During a 2008 campaign interview with the San Francisco Chronicle Barack Obama admitted his policies would bankrupt the coal industry and “necessarily make the price of electricity skyrocket” his own words. The Chronicle sat on the story and the MSM has deemed it unworthy of print for 31 months now. If all Americans were aware of that story, how much credence would Obama’s confused and contradictory “energy plan” have?

     b) You can thank the FOIA for this little gem. The “success of Spain’s and Denmark’s wind energy programs” frequently touted by candidate and President Obama was disproven by two studies that outright refuted his claims. Immediately Obama turned to progressive multi-billionaire George Soros and his own Department of Energy and former CEO Cathy Zoo of Al Gore’s company to begin massive lobbying efforts on behalf of wind energy legislation despite the fact that more Freedom of Information Act efforts are being thwarted to reveal documents showing that Wind Energy may be fined for pumping water or running a mill here and there, but it does NOT work on a large scale. The Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) is still filing requests for FOIA information still being withheld by the Department of Energy. How many people do you know who are aware of this story?

C. Recent surveys show that only about 8% of Americans have heard this and 82% of those who know about it say they were “unpleasantly surprised” when they learned of it. Mr. Obama has repeatedly promised/threatened to create “five million new green-tech jobs” in America.    Spain which saw its economy go from #1 in Europe and 4% unemployment in 1996 to one of the most fragile economies and 21.3% unemployment now was the leader in the green movement beginning in 1997-98. Mr. Obama frequently cites Spain as an example of a great green success although those unemployment figures make that lie hard to swallow. A study of the Spanish green debacle by a noted Spanish economist gives us these details: 1) government subsidies of Spanish green technology cost 2.2 jobs in the REAL free-market economy for every single green job created 2) cost of the average green job was $676,000 each 3)some of those green jobs lasted less than six weeks but they were counted the same as the permanent green jobs 4) only 10% of all the green jobs proved permanent 5) Spanish green jobs typically paid only $10-$14 per hour which was less than the average REAL job lost ($16) . . . . OUCH! So let’s extrapolate Obama’s promise of creating five million green jobs here in America:   the cost would be eleven million REAL free market jobs for creating the subsidized green jobs; given rising prices, the cost would be around $840,000 to create the average green job; some of those green jobs would still last only six weeks and they’d still be counted as if they were “permanent;” only 500,000 permanent green jobs would be created and they’d be moderate-paying at best . . . in sum 22 REAL jobs would be lost to create one permanent Obama green-tech job.

According to the America's Wrongfully Convicted website, a ongoing case battle to help vindicate a disabled man named
Robert McClendon, that was wrongfully convicted of aggravated assault
with a firearm on a family member, then convicted to 5 years on
probation. Also according to my research on the AWC website and various
YouTube Videos it was his, brother, sister, and even his mother that is
helping him with the whole case. This event took place in Houston Texas
from 2005 to now with a trial to come after Christine for lying to the
whole court, and the judge.

Apparently it started in 2005 when Robert's girlfriend had two daughters which one had a mental problem and the other was the one that
plotted to get Robert arrested. What led from one tragic event to
another can be very confusing that it can take a while to exactly learn
about what exactly happened and so I will go ahead and tell you what
exactly happened according to the evidence and the report.

Anyways the people I will be mentioning below are Robert McClendon (A victim of being wrongfully convicted of a crime he never commited),
Sara Trent (The one that had a mental problem and caused trouble for
Robert), Paula Trent (The one that plotted to get Robert arrested), Jose
(The one that ended up in a affair with Paula which caused Emma to
leave Jose), Emma (The victim of having her husband cheat on her), and
Christine the one that helped Paula achieve and succeed in her plot to
set up Robert as a abuser and have him arrested.

So first of all Sara Trent started getting out of hand by breaking things,
cursing at everyone including her own mother, Christine, and then
threatening to beat up Roberts own mother who was about 70 years old at
the time. Then she was starting to urinate everywhere in the house,
including the furniture and floors at will. So Robert had no choice
because of the explosive behavior and urine on the furniture and so he
found it necessary to call the police on Sara. So police from the
Montgomery County Sheriff's Department arrived and so they had a talk
with Sara about her behavior. So after the talk the police officer told
both Christine and Robert that Sara was not right in the head and that
she needed psychological counseling. Apparntly it was discovered that
Sara suffers from spina-bifida, a congenital condition, and that she has
had water build up on her brain and so it has to be controlled with a
shunt which drains cerebral spinal fluid from her brain.

Although this did not go well with Christine because she became angered of Roberts call to the police department because it may ruin the
income from the Social Security Administration. So she yelled to Robert
in anger"That is just great! They are going to put Sara in a psych
ward, and I am going to lose Sara’s Social Security check!" (It looks
like she was using the income from Sara because she did not want to work
a regular job). The anger Christine had against Robert stayed all day
for simply calling the police on Sara for her behavior.

Now this story gets even worse then just what happened with sara, the real drama starts up with Paula...

So then on September 14 2005, the oldest daughter of Christine, named Palua, had been having boys coming through her window to her room in
the mobile home the family stayed at. One of those boys is Derek who was
only 15 years of age at the time.

Anyways lets speed it up because a article shouldn't be too long and you can pretty much read the story on Roberts story on AWC.

So anyways Paula is angry that she is not allowed to sneak boys into her
room and so Robert wanted to have a talk with Dereks mother. Also to
make sure no more boys or even grown men could ever be allowed to sneak
through Paula's window to her bed room a lock was installed on her
window since she abused the rights to have her window open.

Then a break in happened and Derek happened to had a reputation to break into homes
in the neighborhood. So after that Robert decided to call the police on
Paula for disobeying Roberts trust sneaking boys through her window, and
for Derek breaking into the mobile home. The police officer had to
explain to Paula that what she was doing was wrong and so her mother
Christine started claiming that since she was 18 and Derek was 15, that
Robert was trying to get her 18- year-old daughter into trouble for
having sex with a 15 year-old-boy (aka sex offender laws where it
prohibits minors from having sex with grown adults, BUT that law doesn't
get enforced in certain cases such as a 17 year old being in love with a
18 yea old), but that wasn't the case either because he never mentioned
the age of Derek to the police. Still Christine got angry again at the
fact that Robert called the police again on her daughters for
misbehaving, and so she told Robert that he had better not ever call
another cop on her kids. According to the law of morals if somebody is
behaving badly to the point where that person has people break into your
house, you have every right to call the police on your girlfriends
daughter and if your girlfriend doesn't like it well then maybe you
shouldn't be around her and her kids if she goes around making your life
a living hell. Anyways enough ranting now back to the story.

This really made Paula Angry so after a church-run in which Robert did some work for
the church for all the times the church has helped him, he got back but
because of his disability his back was hurting, and so he laid on the
bed to get some rest.

Then Paula decided right at that moment while he needed some sleep to turn up the
volume of the music she was listening to very loud to the point where it
was bothering him. So he asked Christine to have a talk with Paula
regarding the loud music then she simply turn the music even louder
after Christine left. So again Robert asked Christine to stop this so
she started running outside while yelling that he never let's her do
anything she wants and so he yelled at her to stop yelling outside in
fear that neighbors would hear her and then asked Christine to get her
to go inside then she for some reason just looked at him and smiled,
then shook her head "no." Then Robert thought that Christine was going
to get Paula but instead Paula fled to the office to call the police on
Robert because all of the sudden the Maintenance man ran into his living
room demanding his guns. After a few more minutes the cops just came in
there and arrested him without a investigation.

Also about the Jose and Emma situation anyways that was pretty much around as well
before the plot by Paula to set up Robert to be arrested. To make a long
story short Paula was paid to take care of Roberts mothers house and
she was not allowed any boys over but yet she betrayed his trust by
going outside and having an affair with a married man named Jose. After
she was caught she then again lied and tried to make out like Jose took
her out back, took off her clothes, then raped her, but then why did she
get upset whenever Robert thought about calling the police or firing
him. Even though Jose cheated on his wife Emma he did knew about Paula's
plot to set up Robert. Anyways onto the court trials...

So first Christine and Paula set up a Protective Order Hearing to bar him
from having any access to his personal belongings, then stole all of his
belongings, even drivers license, maybe even his social security card
(Well if they could get his drivers license easily it would be obvious
they may have his other cards as well since he was just whisked off to
jail without collecting his personal ID Cards), and they got completely
away with it at least for now. Then all Roberts brother attempted to
track down who broke Roberts mothers mail box then what Christine and
Paula did was made out like Robert broke his Protective Order to stay
away from them. It was just one bit of hell after another.

Paula and Christine had been caught at each court hearing making different
statements each time changing the story. The fact that the judge and
jury sided with these two lying women proves that there was some
judicial corruption going on.

So right now a legal battle is still going on for Robert to be vindicated, his record expunged, and to lock up the real criminals
(Paula and Christine) that abused the Justice System to their advantage.

Damon Dunn is a Republican being put in the position to be nominated for the Secretary of State of California is actually a registeredDemocrat in border-bottom: medium none;"">Florida since 1999 according to Dr.Orly Taitz. The speech by Dr. Taitz about the Election Fraud was foundon YouTube by theuser William Wagener.

Dr. Taitz is also running to be nominated for Secretary of State so Damon Dunn who is competing in the nominations for California Secretaryof State is who she is up against in the elections.

According to Dr. Taitz Mr. Dunn has violated three Elections codes of California. Those California Elections codes are §8001(a)(2),§18203,and §18500which has been searched up on the California Governmentcode search engine.

For those who don't know what three Elections Codes were violated I will explain all three.

According to §8001(a)(2)

No declaration of candidacy for a partisan office or for
membership on a county central committee shall be filed, by a
candidate unless

(2) the candidate has not been registered as

affiliated with a qualified political party other than that political

party the nomination of which he seeks within 12 months, or, in the

case of an election governed by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section

10700) of Part 6 of Division 10, within three months immediately

prior to the filing of the declaration.

So somebody that is already affiliated with a qualified political party has to state their change to another political party 12 monthsprior to running for office.

According to §18203

Any person who files or submits for filing a nomination
paper or declaration of candidacy knowing that it or any part of it
has been made falsely is punishable by a fine not exceeding one
thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for
16 months or two or three years or by both the fine and imprisonment.

So in simple terms for this one if anybody who files for, makes a declaration for, or submits a filing for Nomination or Candidacy knowingthat the information put on the filing was false information then thatis considered fraud according to California Election Code (CEC). So inother words if I filed that I am not affiliated with any political partyeven though I was years ago then I am lying about my politicalaffiliations to a Government registration facility which is what fraudis. So if I told the FBI my name was Sally Joe then I am committingfraud in a Government office. So you get the picture of what fraud is.

So the last Code is §18500 and so according to it

Any person who commits fraud or attempts to commit fraud,
and any person who aids or abets fraud or attempts to aid or abet
fraud, in connection with any vote cast, to be cast, or attempted to
be cast, is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for 16
months or two or three years.

So according to this law if somebody aids, commits, approves, encourages, or supports Fraud then they are held liable and is guilty ofa Felony.

So now I explained what all three California Elections Codes Damon Dunn has violated according to Dr. Taitz.

Dr. Taitz claims she wants to become the California Secretary of State to expose all the inner political corruptions within California.Dr. Taitz has also been fighting in court for months to years overObamas Birth Certificate issue over the fact that Mr. Obama did notrelease a valid long form Birth Certificate before his inauguration toPresidential office.

Also according to William Wagener's video description it says

Across America, TEA PARTY fakes are endorsing and Pushing RINO's to win
the Republican Primaries. RINO = Republican In Name Only. Damon DUNNis the man who had forged Signatures on his Nomination Papers, in theCalifornia

Mr. DUNN had been a registered Democrat all his life, publically statedObama is His "Hero", in a Stanford Blog interview, and voted only in2009 one time. ONE TIME. Yet, he makes wonderful speeches and wantsus to believe he is qualified to run the States Elections, having votedONE TIME, prior to the June 2010 Republican Primary.

So according to William Wagener there are democrats who have became Republicans just to get elected even though that is a false Declarationof affiliation for a political party. It is nomination Fraud whensomebody does not declare that they begin to affiliate themselves with adifferent political party because of the corruption and infiltrationthat breeds from the sudden change in political parties. So that is whystates have passed law codes that anybody who changes a political partyhas to wait a certain time period plus has to declare that the person isready to change to another political party.

Damon Dunn got a scholarship into Stanford University then got into Football. Dr. Dunn also played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars,Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys.

Damon Dunn has also been affiliated with the Democrat party according to Dr. Taitz.

Damon Dunn also thought of Obama as his hero according to a Stanford Blog Interview.

CNN Tries Obama-Realism, MSNBC.com Hops Out of Barack’s Bed

Oh, those lovers’ spats! Following the revelation of the 13-year+ JournoList-scandal -- in which over 400 different journalists, bloggers, pundits, other media folk and university professors, all of the liberal persuasion, were plotting how to cover the news and how to protect Barack Obama and cut down opponents like Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin and John Mc Cain and even going back to female journalists and feminists “biting the bullet” rather than attacking Bill Clinton for his shenanigans with Monica Lewinsky – there does seem to be a bit of difference in the tone of the media coverage of President Obama in the last week.

Rasmussen Reports which had been documenting a gradual drop in positive stories about the president over the last eight weeks . . . showed an upsurge in positive remarks about Obama in the media from roughly 43% the previous week to just over 50% last week. But the biggest Obama-toadies of all MSNBC via MSNBC.com surprised with 60% of its Obama references negative -- a drastic shift. CNN showed a slightly higher percentage of negative references to Obama and a much higher percentage of neutrally-toned realistic stories covering both sides of the issues. So all the newly enhanced positivity for Obama came from ABC, CBS, The NY Times, Washington Post and the big online news agencies.

We’ll have to wait and see if the other liberal media jump on CNN and MSNBC.com the way they did when ABC broke the story of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s preacher, ranting, “NOT God Bless, America – God Damn America! The JournoList reaction then was quite bitter that one of the liberal brethern would betray their pact, break from the herd and get a monster scoop like that . . . but then they all came together and agreed how best to cover the story up by ignoring it and painting Mc Cain as a racist, wasn’t that nice?

Notable is that coverage of the JournoList scandal itself in the mainstream media (MSM) was virtually non-existent but much defense of the now defunct liberal listserv’s Journolist was everywhere else present among the internet commenters on all things gloriously liberal. Much like Climate Gate, the Obama donor list, DOJ Black Panther voter intimidation scandal, the Obama connection to ACORN and to the sub-prime lending crisis, the Van Jones Scandal, Obama’s communist upbringing, the communist essay written by Obama’s Kenyan birthfather, the NAACP praising thugs who beat up a Black entrepreneur they called an “Uncle Tom,” ACORN document shredding scandal, ACORN child prostitution ring scandal and CCX conflict of interest cap and trade scandal, and DOJ decision NOT to prosecute Black crimes against White victims . . . it appears yet again that for the most part, the MSM has decided they serve the public best by not shedding light on any liberal weaknesses.
