From the Desk of the Exceptional Conservative

This is not the usual writing of a poetic sophist heaving grandeur political concepts upon the audience of Urban listeners and readers.  I will not begin with niceties and sincere appeals.  CONSERVATIVES, we are at full fledged war with attacks from within and without.  You may appreciate the daily punitive assaults upon our principles and our people by the Media and the Left (Democrats, Socialists, Communists, Anarchists, Marxists, Occupiers, etc.).  If for the first time in the history of this Great Nation that our Credit Rating was downgraded then, it is the Tea Party's and Conservatives' fault.  If you can not pass a budget in nearly 1,000 days, even when you had a Democrat House and a Democrat Senate, then, it's the Tea Party's fault.  If the plumbing goes bad in your house, Blame Bush or the Tea Party Conservatives.  Screw Transparency!  You don't need a mercury-filled light bulb from General Electric China to know that the enemy of your enemy is still your enemy in the Democrat Coalition.  Whether it's the die-hard Klansman or the caring La Raza patron who believes that additional government funding is needed to support black fathers because they do not have the moral fiber to stay home with their children, you expect slights and intelligentsia breaches moment by moment.  You know that when you attend a conservative event in Washington that Occupiers will push old people down stairs onto the Urban pavement or will build tenement shelter without permit on federal lands.  WE expect this and we get it!  We fight back.  We unify and we employ the Constitution to defeat our enemies.  November 2010 is an example of the magnificent powers of Tea Party Conservatives to repel the enemy!

With the Glory of November 2010, Redistricting and the attraction of one of the Best Crop of Conservatives to run for the Presidency in our History, you would think that the GOP would have risen upon the highest mount and roared with full force and excitement over the innumerable possibilities of taking back the Senate and the White House and maintaining the House.  NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!  We inherit a Scar moment!  Out of nowhere comes the transparency of a malnourished Party that is merely seeking a residency at the Ruler's Table rather than a crown.  John Hayward writes,

The Yahoo News report of Tuesday’s Republican National Committee conference call has produced much dismay throughout the conservative blogosphere:

Republicans on a private Republican National Committee conference call with allies warned Tuesday that party surrogates should refrain from personal attacks against President Barack Obama, because such a strategy is too hazardous for the GOP.

"We're hesitant to jump on board with heavy attacks" personally against President Obama, Nicholas Thompson, the vice president of polling firm the Tarrance Group, said on the call. "There's a lot of people who feel sorry for him."

Recent polling data indicates that while the president suffers from significantly low job approval ratings, voters still give "high approval" to Obama personally, Thompson said.

Voters "don't think he's an evil man who's out to change the United States" for the worse--even though many of the same survey respondents agree that his policies have harmed the country, Thompson said. The upshot, Thompson stressed, is that Republicans should "exercise some caution" when talking about the president personally.

The Scared GOP announces that they have the lion's share of the intellect with this strategy of cowardice.  A threat of how powerful they could be if they were in charge. President Obama has the lion share of the brawn of popular support.  Not since Shirley Maclaine has an individual been able to channel as many dead people as Barack Obama.  What troubles me is that he seems limited to "Great" Presidents.  How can any man face down such a Goliath?  My, my, my, if Obama wasn't so strong in foreign and domestic policy accomplishments then, the GOP would be marching onward to Atlanta in victory.  If you want to know how I feel about the GOP today then, merely think of my favorite military leader, General George S. Patton, US Army.  It's time to send the GOP to the front of the lines in the Primaries.  Before we send Obama back to Indonesia, we must pack up the whiny RINOs that have infiltrated our ranks and settled like wayward Palestinians in our halls of governance.  Yes, the first to go must be the career politicians that have sat in the House and Senate afraid to move forward or backwards because they have gotten comfortable doing nothing and having nothing expected from them.  Conservatives, you have received the cue!  IT'S TIME TO SEND THE HEARTLESS GOP HOME AND SEND SOME REAL BATTALIONS OF STRENGTH TO RALLY THE SOLDIERS THAT HAVE PUT UP A HEROIC EFFORT IN WASHINGTON.

For those following along at home, the GOP has asked all of us to play nice and go about our way.  You have three prominent conservatives--Rick Santorum, Herman Cain and Michelle Bachmann--in the Presidential race.  What more could the conservatives ask for since there are more moderates in America than conservatives?  Roughly one third, 36%, to 42% of the American public self-identify as "conservative." Yes, like we said, "more moderates!"  Right.   They don't want you to gather around to inspect how they got rid of one conservative Presidential candidate on allegations of sexual impropriety aka "being unfaithful to the spouse" and how they almost got rid of one conservative Presidential candidate on allegations of sexual propriety aka "being faithful to the spouse".  Now, mind you, the GOP never saw Obama as a threat.  Speaker of the House John Boehner did not see his golfing buddy, Barack Hussein Obama, as a threat to our national security, our budget or our deficit.  He did see Michelle Bachmann as a threat.  She had a common sense answer for eliminating $105 Billion from the budget in one stroke: Repeal Obamacare!  Hey, 9 out of 10 RINO's agree to run on Repeal.  Why not put it to a real test?  Say that our credit rating and our budget depends on the repeal.  Nah! That won't work!  Obama won't sign it.  Well, he hasn't signed any budget in nearly a 1,000 days, what's the difference?  The difference is Bachmann had guts and Boehner did not.  Conservative 1, GOP 0.  Of course, this can not be true because Bachmann is a gaffe machine.  She, a member of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Financial Services Committee, says lots of funny stuff!  O, sorry, that was the VP Joe Biden.  I dare mention again that America's Ultimate Gaffe Machine is Vice-President, a heartbeat away from the Presidency.  Herman Cain had a common sense answer for the problem of centralized power and taxation abuse in Washington, DC.  His response: 9 - 9 - 9.  It was simple and yet, shook every bed from Sacramento, CA to the White House.  Mr. Cain had defeated the Democrats, Socialists, Communists, Anarchists, Marxists, Occupiers and GOP Establishment with three numbers.  I hear the hooves.  The Establishment could see power and control sifting through their hands. O, heck No!   Two months later the Establishment unleashed the power of the Trailer Park upon the forces of Good and their champion shrank from the waves of allegation. I wonder what Ted Kennedy would have done? I wonder what Bill Clinton would have done? I guess we will never know. Each of them never became President of the United States. The horses are galloping at full strength.  Everyone is now left with a choice of Speaker Newt Gingrich or Governor Mitt Romney.  One of them will be the nominee.  I hear a cry in the distance.  There is no way that Iowa would ever choose a conservative like Michelle Bachmann.  There is no way that South Carolina could possibly pick Michelle Bachmann.  There is no way that Oregon or Florida would pick Michelle Bachmann.  I think I hear the horsemen, "The Cowards Are Coming, The Cowards Are Coming!"  It's Midnight and whom will the conservatives choose?  The Tea Party picks...Whatever the GOP says.

John Jay is one of America's most influential Founding Fathers.  Noted for his work on establishing the Supreme Court and writings in the Feralist Papers, one noted, as well, for a lesser thing in history.  He attempted to reconcile the colonies with Britain until the final signing of the Declaration of Independence.  As time passes, he became the radical Patriot that we speak well of today.  In prior times, he was not as confident in a fledgling scatter of patriots to establish a Nation.  Certainly, not the Nation that has come to be known as the United Staes of America.  John Adams and his Rad buddies were ready to throw down right chere, right now!  As conservatives, they were tired of being dissed by the British army here and King George III and the British Parliament in Englend.  John Jay wanted compromise in lieu of war.  It is the call of the "moderate" to turn the other cheek when both sides have been blistered.  So long before there was a US Postal Service facing bankruptcy, Jay ferried a parcel to the King: The Olive Branch Petition.  The Humble Petition fawningly advised that the colonists were not looking for Independence from a great Tyrant.  Heavens No!  We just want you to look over a few of our issues and then, tell us that you want to play golf at St. Andrews.  Heck, we'll even buy you a Green Tea Tokyo at the club house.  We go now to Bryant Gumbel to gain insight on the King's Response.  Bryant?  We are having some BTR difficulties.  Let's just say that it would be easier to find a Pro-semite amongst Occupy Wall Street than garner a kind word from George.  What Jay learned is that you can not separate the man from his message.  The King was a monarchist and the colonists were mere "workers" in the Kingdom.  There is no room for negotiation even if you reaelly really really like the guy!  Obama is a Marxist/Urban Leninist.  There is no separation between who he is and what he believes.  To submit to a compromise with him is to submit to descending a slippery slope.  No matter how hard you resist, you will fall and succomb to the will of the slope.  For Lenin, capitalism was merely a tool to motivate the political body towards more central planning.  For Obama, American capitalism and the US Constitution have been his vessels to motivate the political body towards more central planning.  For Lenin, an attack of his public policies, projects and programs was seen as an attack against the state and subject to severe punishment.  For Obama, an attack against him is an attack against him and 99% of America.  The penalty is sever mutilation by the media and leftist organizations.  John Jay became a hardened radical and Patriot by war's end.  He realized that his moderate ways only led to greater tyranny.  The sad thing is that the GOP have not learned this.  The penalty, radical Tea Party Patriots may produce no fruit and literally die upon the electoral vine of 2012.

The real story here is that the GOP sent a warning to conservative talk personalities and commentators throughout the nation: DON'T SAY ANOTHER WORD ABOUT OBAMA!  It was conservative bloggers, like myself, and Sean Hannity that warned America that Russia was invading and the GOP guardsmen did not fire a shot.  Rush knew more in four words than the GOP has learned in four years.  The GOP bought into the Messianic mystique when, before a Veto proof House and Senate, he had passed the most expensive piece of Socialist legislation--The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Forget the economy! In Marxism / Urban Leninism / Socialism, the economy is not supposed to work. The people are supposed to have greater dependency on the man behind the machine than the machine itself. In capitalism, the fine organism is off kilter when unemployment is above 5% generally. In Marxism / Urban Leninism / Socialism, the economy is off kilter when you can't borrow from Germany or China and mobs fill the streets of Greece!  They swooned over his ability to speak.  Mr. Black Man, you talk so pretty!

"Let's be clear, the president is a great speaker -- probably the greatest we've seen in a generation,'' Jindal, a Republican, said of the president, a Democrat. "I'm certainly not nearly as good of a speaker as he is. And I'm not the only one that's got that opinion.''

Family, this is what it is really all about.  It's still a race thing with the GOP.  Conservatives and Tea Party have moved onward to Reform the Nation.  The absent years of the GOP in Urban America keeps the mystique alive and well.  Hayward writes:

Also, even the most Beltway-insulated Republican elitist might have noticed that Obama and his media proxies are not at all shy about making things personal against them.  This is going to be the nastiest and most divisive re-election effort in history.  Obama and his auxiliaries, notably the Occupy Wall Street movement, have been working hard to divide America into warring camps.  Republicans with serious strategies for fiscal responsibility will be mercilessly depicted as hired stooges for the Evil Rich.  Racial politics will be aggressively deployed through surrogates, even as Obama continues the pretense of being a post-racial healer.

Divide and conquer.  With this conference call, the cowards of the GOP have divided and conquered.  They have conquered in the battle of revelation.  Obama wanted to reveal without cloud Osawatomie, Texas (lol) his utter disdain for the United States that we love and his desire to utterly transform us into pre-1990 Eastern Europe.  However, he could not come out of the closet alone except the bumbling stewards of Lincoln's party invite a liberal onto a conference call that is set to divide conservatives and Tea Partiers from the GOP.  Ladies and gentlemen, the GOP cowards are racing about to and fro advising that only an "Establishment" candidate can win this election.  Conservative America, you have one shot at this!  Like Tuco (Eli Wallach) said in The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (1966), "When it's time to shoot, shoot, and shut up talking,"  Send a message to the GOP and Obama!  Vote for the most conservative person that you can find.  The Cowards have come and now it is time for them to be Gone!  Send the RINOs packing or else Greece or Spain may be your children's inheritance.

The Mobocratic Dislike of Sarah Palin

I have had it with the phrase, "I like Sarah Palin...but..." This is not coming from Liberals, reticent Independents, but Tea Party Conservatives.  I have had it!!! I will invariably ask, "well, why don't you like her?" And I have never received a satisfying answer.  The speaker will look thoughtful, hem and haw for a moment, and usually come with something as lame as, "she's weak, " "she can't possibly win," or "the mainstream media hates her!"  What??? Does any thinking person really give a flying frisbee about what the MSM regards as good or bad?  I will no longer accept the mobthink in which the entire Left, and many on the Right, participate when it comes to Palin.  Look closely at Sarah Palin.  Scrutinize, research, follow, and read the words she has written.  She is no lightweight. She is highly intelligent.  And though she is not pretentious like Obama or Kerry, she is eloquent.  Her eloquence comes from her heart-felt love of country and love of God.  I challenge you to press anyone on the Left or Right, who glibly dismisses Sarah Palin as qualified Presidential candidate, to give a legitimate reason for their stance.  I assert that she is qualified, she is soundly rooted in the Constitution and the concepts individual liberty and accountability.  She is an individualist, unique, tough and whip-smart.  And SHE CAN WIN!

MSM Leaves Out Two Little Details

Concerning Bell, California Scandal

When your small-town government officials vote to pay themselves four times the going rate for cities five times your town’s size, that’s a big story. When the town is going bankrupt by leaps and bounds the story is complicated. When unemployment floods the city, that’s more complicated. When the mainstream media chooses to omit two crucial details of the story that makes everything so much more intriguing, no?

The story broke at the start of the summer, no big deal but full of the human interest that drives so many stories during hard economic times. The city of Bell, California, a Los Angeles Country suburb of L.A. was suffering like virtually no small town in southern California had ever suffered . . . whatever the source of the joblessness and poverty growing upon Bell, public activism was NOT the preferred solution. You see, Bell’s problem might have arisen from voter apathy. Only 400 votes were cast in Bell’s 2005 election designating Bell as a charter city. An extra-large number of those 400 votes were suspicious absentee votes. Later in March of 2007, Bell held its first contested elections for city council in over a decade.

As Bell’s problems grew, nearby towns in Southern Cal were also suffering. In July 2010, when two L.A. Times reporters, Jeff Gottlieb and Ruben Vives, began investigating possible malfeasance in a neighboring city but got distracted when they discovered Bell city officials were receiving unusually large salaries, perhaps the highest in the nation. Indeed, the city payroll was swollen with six- to seven-figure salaries. City Manager Robert Rizzo received $787,637 a year (almost double the salary Obama receives. Including benefits, Rizzo received $1.5 million in the last year. His assistant Angela Spaccia, was earning $376,288 a year, more than the top administrator for all of L.A. Country. Police chief, Randy Adams, was paid $457,000, 33% more the Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck. The threesome resigned following initial news reports and a huge public outcry.

And then more facts came to light. All but one member of the Bell city council were receiving $100,000 for their part-time work, and all these salaries were SHOCK!! authorized by that 2005 special election, giving the city Charter status. Council members in cities of Bell’s size typically make less than $5,000 per year.

Ten days ago the California Attorney General's office filed a lawsuit against eight former and current employees, demanding return of "excessive salaries" and a reduction in pension benefits accrued as a result of those higher salaries. Apparently, the problem has only been getting worse since the 2005 Charter City election. Both the FBI and California Secretary of State’s office are investigating allegations about improprieties in the 2009 election and the city's ultra-high property taxes are also being investigated.

Apparently, virtually all of Bell’s residences and buildings were over assessed and overtaxed between 2007 and 2010. This week former city manager Robert Rizzo, Mayor Oscar Hernandez, former assistant city manager Angela Spaccia and council members George Mirabal, Teresa Jacobo, Luis Artiga, George Cole and Victor Bello were arrested and charged with misappropriation of public funds. Police Chief Randy Adams has resigned under pressure and been replaced. Of note, the media have had a field day kicking Bell around but two little details about the town’s plight have been conveniently missing from every MSM (mainstream media) story so far . . . only FOX News noticed that Bell calls itself “a proud sanctuary city” and that all eight of the problem officials were Democrats.

Interesting, just as they’ve left the party tag off Charlie Rangel (D) and Maxine Waters (D) and downplayed or omitted news about their scandals, the MSM seems to only believe (R) –Rated scandals require party mention.

So Bell, California, has been run for at least thirteen years by a Democratic machine; moved itself out of the umbrella of state law with a questionable charter city election; deliberately overburdened its systems by making itself a sanctuary city for illegal aliens and definitely got the progressive government it so-deserved with virtually no one going to the polls to keep their crooks honest. Sounds like Washington, D.C., eh?

Kenya's Answer Again, "Butt out, Barack!"

For the second time in five years, Barack Obama has sought to influence the future of Kenya. For the second time in five years, Kenyans have said, “Butt out, Barack!” But, of course, Barack still continues along the path of evil . . . alas, alas.

Your tax dollars from Uncle Sam have recently been proposed by one BHO, Jr. for the august purpose of bringing abortion to Kenya despite the fact that Kenyans, men and women, are virulently opposed. $23 million American dollars have been spent on the “Kenya Constitution Vote.” In Nairobi, the country’s capital, the constitution referendum, requiring among other things the legalization of abortion in the country, has received funds from the U.S. taxpayer for this constitutional election while promising much more money IF the referendum passes . . . in effect this is an effort to bribe Kenya to pass a new constitution whose main change is the inclusion of abortion.

Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey cited a U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, report estimating over $23 million in U.S. funds have been spent on the referendum, and overtly support the abortion law. The problem? Two American laws have been violated.

1) It’s against U.S. law for taxpayer funds in any fashion to be used to influence foreign elections.
“Under no circumstances should the U.S. government take sides,” said Smith at a news conference earlier. “But, that is precisely what the Obama administration has done.” Smith and other lawmakers accuse the Obama administration of offering incentives to Kenya to approve the controversial new constitution, promising that passage would “allow money to flow” into the nation's coffers.

2) Another federal law known as the Siljander Amendment makes it spefically illegal for the U.S. government to lobby on abortion in other countries. While the U.S. clearly should not be interfering and definitely NOT backing either the ‘yea’ or the ‘nay’ factions; and (by the Siljander Amendment) clearly never should be backing abortion in Kenya or any other country . . . the Obama administration has taken to openly backing the pro-abortionists.

Obama, in 2007, went to Kenya to back communist Raila Odinga’s failed attempt to become president. Odinga, educated in East Berlin well before the fall of the Berlin Wall, is not only a communist but was supported primarily by Muslims and more importantly by Muslim terrorists. Odinga promised Muslims in a secret document that Shariah Law would be imposed upon the country (Islam would become the official Kenyan religion and rules akin to those brought to Afghanistan by the Taliban would be imposed on all its citizens) despite the fact that Christianity (47%) is the single largest religious belief in Kenya and Islam only covers about 11% of the populace. While Odinga's chances of election were always slim, they dropped precipitously when the secret Muslim accord document was made public. Odinga then signed another accord with the Muslims with watered-down provisions while claiming that the first document had never occurred and was fraudulent.

Mr. Obama, while campaigning about ten days for Odinga, is supposed to have spoken twice to purely Muslim crowds and at least one picture of the president in Muslim attire while in Kenya has been circulating the internet for almost three years. Much controversy arose including supposedly valid e-mails discovered immediately after the election purportedly from Obama to Odinga advising that if he lost the election to claim voting fraud and then to resort to violence and extort a position in the government . . . which is precisely what happened. Muslim rioters attacked Christians and Christian churches inflicting arson, murder, rape and maiming upon the Christian populace and eventually the re-elected President offered Odinga the newly created “prime minister” position which Odinga now holds.

The “dreams” implicit in Mr. Obama’s first autobiography “Dreams from My Father” can perhaps be represented best by:

http://www.politico.com/static/PPM41_eastafrica.html

in which “scientific socialism” a.k.a. “communism” for Kenya is discussed as well as such enlightening concepts such as “100% taxation,” confiscation of private lands and private businesses, confiscation of foreign businesses, redistribution of wealth now in Kenyan White and Asian hands into Black ones, etc., etc. Apparently, our president not only wants to bring us communism, he aims to do it to Kenya also.

How, Why the Republican Party has Failed both America
and Conservatives and What's to Be Done about It

Liberal Yahoo and the ultra- liberal Associated Press have both shown great insight and generated greater incitement (stimulus to action) for the opposing parties in the November elections and outlined how they’ll probably play out . . . .

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100705/ap_on_el_ge/us_nationalized_election

In the excellent article linked just above, Charles Babington of the AP says that “Democrats and Republicans are framing the elections in starkly different terms, with GOP strategists painting it as a national referendum on President Barack Obama and the party in power, and Democrats working feverishly to make all politics local.” Rajjpuut who, in his school teaching days could boast of coaching several Colorado State Chess Team Champions, agrees whole-heartedly because the art of politics should be successfully conducted as a strategic magic act for the have nots; and a strategic trench warfare for the haves. Just as the Democrats were in most people’s eyes, the haves in 2006 and 2008 (they were perceived as having the issues on their side); in 2010, clearly conservatives have the issues favoring them. In a larger sense, however, this strategic view clearly underlines the failings of the Republican Party to represent the needs of the nation and of its conservatives over the last 109 years as Progressivism^^ has progressively brought the country more and more evil and closer and closer to utter ruin.

When good men fail to act effectively, evil gains a toe-hold. When good men fail to understand their cause, evil makes its case. When good men fail to act, evil comes to power. When good men fail to act and to understand, evil comes to dominate. When good men act wrongly either by failing to act or failing to understand or both evil WINS. This short paragraph outlines why and how the Republican Party has failed conservatives and the country in the past, is failing them now, and will (unless serious change occurs) continue to fail conservatives and America in the future. More on this later

. . . .

When coaching his scholastic champion chess teams, Rajjpuut made a point of hammering away at tactics as a blended-subsidiary to strategy so that whether elementary, middle school or high schoolers were involved . . . the big picture always stood out stark and clear: own the center, develop and coordinate your pieces, before you touch a piece or pawn (touch-move rule in championship events) prefer attack to defense; then stop, ask yourself the question “What could go wrong?” If nothing could go wrong, you’ve selected your move and except for finding a better one which also has no downside . . . you’re moving toward victory. Throw in good tactics and knowing how to crush in the endgame and victory was virtually assured.

This approach was gained from studying management principles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas via the Kepner-Tregoe Management System . . . clearly the Republican Party could benefit from understanding and complying with good management principles, the basic economic and constitutional imperatives of Republicanism, and the underlying common sense fundamentals of free market economics.

Our neighborhood was recently plagued by a Democratic campaign worker for the more liberal of that party’s senate candidates (Ex-speaker of the state house Romanoff who was running against semi-moderate Bennett. Romanoff had been considering running for governor but didn’t wish to contest the seat against popular ex-Denver mayor and the whole nation is, thanks to Obama’s efforts to influence Romanoff to drop the race against Bennett as well as the Sestak issue in Pennsylvania, aware of this particular race). The fellow was a polite and curious sort and discussed politics with Rajjpuut for roughly 25 minutes. Here’s what impressed him – our progresive opposition -- the most:

1. That our $13 TRillion national debt was the least of our problems.

2. That the $110 TRillion in unfounded liabilities (Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid) were not being addressed by either party.

3. That congress had recently done a great thing with its Pay-Go law requiring that before any new spending measure can be passed a way to pay for it either by instituting a new tax or by cutting spending be found . . . . but that congress had since passing that law refused to use Pay-go even once since, just as it had failed to honor the set-asides for Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid and thus since 1934 has built up that $110 TRillion in unfunded liabilities.

4. That Obama has told the nation his energy policies will “necessarily make the price of electricity skyrocket” and that he’s told the San Francisco Chronicle his policies will “bankrupt the coal industry.”

5. That Obama has promised (threatened?) to create five million new green jobs when green technology is NOT yet viable. That Spain in 1997 led Europe with a booming economy and only 3% unemployment before they turned to green jobs and today Spain has 21% unemployment and is, next to Greece, the weakest economy in Europe. That according to a Spanish study each green job required $667,000 in subsidies which cost the real economy 2.2 jobs. And because only 10% of the green jobs proved permanent (the vast majority lasted from three months to eighteen months) that meant that IF Obama instituted his five million green jobs it was likely that only 500,000 of them would prove permanent at the cost of eleven million jobs in the real (unsubsidized) economy a 22/1 ratio that perfectly explains why Spain’s economy went south.

6. Yes, green tech would be ideal, but green tech is not yet viable. So it would make much more sense instead of subsidizing $677,000 for one green job . . . to subidize instead $6.77 Billion for research for the top hundred winners in green-tech viability from a national contest judged by the best scientists available and seeing if that stimulus can get us a green-tech Edison and a highly desirable green-tech future based on independent American innovation.

7. And tah-dah! more than anything else the following information impressed the Democrat and he took down the particulars to research later on his home computer:

A. This crucial website (the most famous brief essay in ecomics and the simple and utter refutation of Keynesian approaches such as Obama’s stimulus-stimulus and more stimulus approaches) explains what free markets are and what their strengths are:

http://www.econlib.org/library/Essays/rdPncl1.html

B. Information about this site:

http://jim.com/econ/

and after hearing the “one lesson” (from “Economics in One Lesson” by Henry Hazlitt, linked just above) he too realized that: when you look at economic situations which present themselves you must get the whole picture not just the supposedly desirable government spending stimulus plan. And then illustrating the one lesson with the briefest of fables: “The Broken Window Parable,” which utterly and totally caught him by surprise and clearly delighted him (both linked right here) . . .

http://jim.com/econ/chap01p1.html

http://jim.com/econ/chap02p1.html

Thus we now come to the logical question, how has the Republican Party failed the nation and its conservatives for 109 years? Remembering that Rajjpuut is a Libertarian and NOT a Republican and that the Republican Party is the minority party in this country . . . .

A. Republicans have failed to understand who and what the enemy is. That enemy is and has been Progressivism and Progressives since Teddy Roosevelt, a Republican, became the first notable Progressive. Not saying that Teddy Roosevelt didn’t do any good . . . just that he was the first president to champion Progressive causes which later in the hands of Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Jimmy Carter and to a lesser extent Bill Clinton and George W. Bush led us to our present disastrous economic collapse. Republicans haven’t been able to effectively oppose progressivism and get support against progressivism from would-be conservatives because they don’t understand it themselves.

B. Most Republicans do NOT understand Republicanism (the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution is the most Republican document in the history of the world; and the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights taken in conjunction with the doctrine of Separation of Church and State are by far the most important parts of the Bill of Rights the spark plug for all the other Amendments) and . . . because they do NOT understand Republicanism, they cannot and do not explain Republicanism well and thus educate liberal, Democratic-conservative and independent-conservative voters.

C. Many Republicans continuously and deliberately violate Republicanism by opposing Separation of Church and state in Public Schools. The Founding Fathers (virtually all of them Christian) did NOT set up a Christian nation, they deliberately set up a nation where ALL religions would be welcome but in which no one particular religion could dominate (remembering the problems with England's state supported church) and endanger our freedoms. If you want one reason why Independent and Democratic conservatives are more likely to abstain or to vote Democtat, this is the one.

D. Two isues here, Republican corruption as shown in sexual and business scandals on the one hand and the simple fact that most Republicans have ceaselessly been UNTRUE to fundamental Republican principles such as fiscal conservativism; limited federal government; adherence to the Constitution; protection of our borders; and balanced budgets. Most Americans are conservative on these issues and have been routinely disappointed by Republican candidates promising to adhere to these principles and then abandoning them once in office. ALL Americans are conservative on political integrity.

E. Anti-abortion and even Anti-contraception are linked in much of the public’s collective mindset as Republican values. History has linked the Republican Party to this stance and it is why many women vote for Democrats. If Republicans had a stance that the Independent voter could buy into that would be one thing, and it would probably NEVER cost even one vote. However, Republicans have adopted a losing argument and paraded it before the public as the most visible aspect of Republicanism.

That losing argument is that abortion should be denied to victims of incest; victims of rape; mothers whose health is endangered; very young girls; and other victims in extraordinary cases.

Americans pride themselves on rooting for the underdog and the victim and consider old Republican opposition to contraception and family planning as totally unjustified state interference (10th Amendment again) into their personal lives.

Because that old Republican stance is so unwieldy, progressive opponents have made the Republican Party look outdated and uncaring. Abortion (unfortunately abortion virtually on demand), has been the law of the land for thirty-eight years now. One could argue that abortion (freedom over one’s body in exigent circumstances like those named above) and contraception and the resulting freedom to plan one’s family size and spacing are actually Republican causes, but in any case, because the Republican Party deliberately adopted the losing argument outlined in italics above . . . for most voters abortion on demand by contrast to the obdurate Republican stand seemed preferable. For women, in particular, this hardened Republican anti-victim stand has made the Republican Party a political destination to avoid.

To sum it up: politics is a game of strategy and tactics. The United States Constitution is the greates winning political game plan ever created. The U.S. Constitution is a decidedly conservative document designed to protect state, county, and local freedoms as well as individual freedoms against the ever-present tendency of centralized governments to expand and become more expensive and more intrusive. We are now in big trouble because for roughly 109 years, the Republican Party, the standard-bearer for conservativism has not stood strong against progressivism. In all strategic encounters, the basic rule of victory is this: find a strategic and tactical path that makes your own strengths the single most important consideration at issue and your opponent’s strengths of negligible import, while effectively managing your own weaknesses and exposing your opponent’s weaknesses and making them them of paramount importance. So let it be written, so let it be done . . . .

Right now and for all the foreseeable future, only overt and honorable conservativism (fiscally and Constitutionally) can save us. The Republican Party needs to re-invent itself in light of and in line with the party’s original conservative, Libertarian values (fiscal and Constitutional conservativism, strong borders and strong national defense, and largely a live-and-let- live social** agenda). No single election has been more crucial in the history of our country and the Republican Party must deliver or the nation is quite likely LOST!

** for example, gay unions are fine and allow them all the rights of cohabiting common-law people, but don’t call it marriage and NEVER allow gay adoption
^^ It's important for ALL thinking Americans to carefully consider this definition of Progressivism: "The perceived need to 'progress' beyond our 'out-dated' and 'ill-conceived' United States Constitution." Rajjpuut believes this is NOT only the most accurate definition of progressivism but also the most telling of the evil inherent in that movement. Progressivism in practice becomes a creeping (Fabian) socialism and moves the nation toward utter statism and communism.

WHAT MOTIVATES OBAMA: LEFTIST TURNOUT

The best way to catch a fox is to understand their lay of the land. Obama is one crafty dude, not that intelligent, but very cunning. By now, we know how well he sets the stage: race baiting; strawmen à la the big bad banks, the awful insurance companies, those thieving pharmaceuticals, and let's not forget Goldman Sachs, who single-handedly caused the economic downfall of 2008. Strawmen.

Nov 2010 elections

Please pass this on.NOVEMBER 2010Start getting ready for the Nov 2010 elections. Remember the motto ( unless you like being abused ): If they're "IN;" they're "OUT."The 2010 Election Day .... Your U.S. House & Senate have voted themselves $4,700 and $5,300 raises.1. They voted to not give you a S.S. cost of living raise in 2010 and 2011.2. Your Medicare premiums will go up $285.60 for the 2-years and you will not get the 3% COLA or $660/yr. Your total 2-yr loss and cost is $1,600 or $3,200 for husband and wife. Plain enough??????3. Every member of Congress will get an added $10,000 which is putting them very close to $200,000 per year. Sounds like an elite class to me.4. Do you feel SCREWED? They vote themselves a raise and better benefits. They only care about WE THE PEOPLE on election day, right? You never did anything about it in the past. The time for action is near!!!!5. Do you really think that Nancy, Harry, Chris, Charlie, Barnie, et al, care about you? SEND THE MESSAGE-- You're FIRED.*** THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICAL PARTIES! IN 2010 YOU WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GET RID OF THE ENTIRE SITTING CONGRESS, Up to 1/3 OF THE SENATE, AND 100% OF THE HOUSE. The election in 2010 will be a sea-change to the mindset of any member of Congress who may survive. It is ok to forward this to your sphere of influence if you ARE finally tired of this abuse. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
