Gentlemen,
There have been all kinds of accusations that Veterans who speak out against the injustices our current administration forces on Americans are simply crazed, PTSD'd conspiracy theorists.... This administration has been the champion of those accusations, even in your own Senate - it was Diane Feinstein claiming all Military Veterans had PTSD and should not have the ability to own a weapon.
I submit to you that on 7 April 2009 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a document to all Law Enforcement agencies in the United States, document IA-0257-09, titled; "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment".

Congressman Smith wrote a letter to Janet Napolitano - and she apologized to Veterans.... yet Congress failed to demand this document be immediately revoked. It stands today as this administration's flag effort in conspiracy and the "legal" (sic) means they are utilizing.
I submit to you that the Department of Veterans Affairs has been removing the 2nd Amendment rights of Veterans at an alarming rate - without due process of Law - and reports have the number now at greater than 160,000 Veterans who have lost their rights. Veterans are fighting this unlawful action in Court... but that means they must expend monies they do not have - to fight an illegal government action they should not have to fight in the first place!
I submit to you there is a government program called "Operation Vigilant Eagle" that profiles Veterans as terrorists, gives this administration a "legal" cover - as this administration is the author of this program...... DHS document IA-0257-09 is their basis and focus.
Why, under Congressional testimony, do you think the FBI told Congress they were not looking for these Islamic individuals who bombed Boston? Their focus was on us.... not them.
And Gentlemen - the last time I heard.... "profiling" was illegal.
So I have a question for you. I really do not need an answer - what I want to see is action;
When, exactly, does this scenario go from being a theory of conspiracy - to a bona-fide, recognized conspiracy? How does Congress figure that out?
It seems to me - and a few million others - you have all the information and evidence you could possibly want and require. This administration was the provider.... and it's all lying openly in front of you for review.
When Sir's, are you going to connect the dots and realize this administration is determined to remove and silence every Veteran they can, every Veteran who speaks out against the corruption, abuse of power and illegal acts this administration does? Claiming they are a terrorist...
When are you going to realize this is not a "conspiracy theory" but a very real conspiracy - one perpetrated by our own government... that same government I spent 26 years of my life serving as a Soldier.
When are you going to act and remove this administration in its entirety? This is not a partisan action... this is an issue that involves Veterans of all political affiliation and should be treated as such! This is a Constitutional issue and the rights granted every American - not just Veterans. If this administration is allow to continue their path, the next ones will certainly be Christians. There is already proof that is the direction they are headed.
And a sidebar; at some point Congress will be deemed irrelevant and you too will be removed. I pray you act before that happens.

Gentlemen, Good morning!
Regretfully; this morning I am forced to write you on a matter affecting us all, but immediately affecting the men and women of our Military.
I am referring to the recent news release quoting the Department of Defense (DOD) stating they are going to begin Courts Martial actions on all Military members who are Christians and proselytize.
I might add at this point, from the terms and words used in the release (actual words from Mr. Mikey Weinstein) this act will likely result in immediate Criminal prosecution on treason and sedition charges against all members of the Chaplain Corps in all services - as well as the same for every Christian Military member who simply attends a Christian service on post, in the field or while in Uniform!
The normal act of Christian services on Sunday - in a Church or in the field - will cease. Hundreds of thousands of Military members will be falsely imprisoned, charged with treason and or sedition simply for being a Christian. Every Military members records (201 file) tell the reader what their religious affiliation is - and the Military member has no control over their records.
Please note Gentlemen; these actions criminalize Religion with Federal Felony Criminal charges of treason and sedition. They are a blatant and direct violation of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America!
Gentlemen - this act is unconscionable. And the action by DOD of engaging an anti-Christian atheist extremist to develop this plan..... monstrous.
There were news releases in the past that Mr. Obama was filtering Military Leadership, terminating (firing, forcing to retire) those in Military Leadership who choose not to follow his plans - I now strongly suspect those reports were true - as we now have a situation previously unheard of and unthinkable to a Soldier, Marine, Sailor or Airman.
A situation previously unheard of in the history of our Nation.
I cannot fathom how this has occurred nor what the implications to morale will be - but I do not hold hope the morale will be high... I expect this will take morale of all our Military to the toilet.
Christianity is what our Nation was founded upon. Freedom of religion is what our Nation was founded upon!
This Nation, the leadership of the Nation and Congress have failed our Military.
Those who have sacrificed so much, some with their lives... sacrificed on the altar of Mr. Obama's politics.... and for what??????????????????????????
Honorable Sir's, all of Congress, even yourselves, have been guilty of REACTING instead of being PROACTIVE in addressing immediate issues we as a Nation have faced. If you look in retrospect at the past four years you will see this fact for yourself. I strongly believe it is time Congress realized this error and changed the way it does business - regardless of party.
All of you, as well as every member in Congress, have been deluged with snail-mail, e-mail, faxes and phone calls. I surmise that the telephone system at Congress crashing on a daily basis and your overwhelmed staff's should give you an idea just how serious constituents believe every issue is....
Many constituents who have contacted you have used the phrase "connect the dots"... and I believe Congress - as a whole - has failed to understand this concept and "connect the dots".
For Congress to become PROACTIVE - you have to learn to "connect the dots" and realize that everything Mr. Obama has done in the past four years was according to some plan he has - and from our viewpoint... we don't like where the obvious road that "plan" leads.
We expected you to "connect the dots"
If you follow the news to any degree - you will know there is a Federal Court case in progress in the Supreme Court of Alabama under the Honorably Judge Moore on the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold the office of President of the United States of America.
In discovery in this case, the Democratic National Party has submitted an amicus brief in support of Mr. Obama.... there is one small but important fact with this brief.
Within the contents of the brief the Democrats submitted another copy of an alleged "long form birth certificate" for Mr. Obama - and it differs substantially from the long form birth certificate Mr. Obama posted on the White House website.
There now exist three (3) different "birth certificates" alleged to be valid and original - all substantially different from one another.
It appears Congress refusal to hear or consider Sheriff Arpaio's (Maricopa County, AZ) evidence that the birth certificate Mr. Obama presented on the White House website is a forged computer generated fraud was a very serious mistake.
Perhaps it is time for you to rectify your mistake and hear Sheriff Arpaio's evidence.......
Gentlemen, we have had a "Constitutional Crisis" for almost five (5) years now because Congress has refused to hear evidence Mr. Obama was an usurper. Our Nation has been in decline, our National credit rating has been reduced our National debt has increased - more than the deficit of all past Presidents combined in the history of this Nation!
We have endured several attempts at shredding the Constitution of the United States by this administration, we have witnessed this administration building hundreds of high security prisons at taxpayer expense calling them "FEMA Relocation Camps"... We have witnessed this administration throwing billions of taxpayer dollars at countries labeled by domestic and foreign intelligence agencies as having ties to terrorist organizations, we have witnessed this administration gunrunning to the Mexican Cartel - then claiming executive privilege and denying Congress the evidence it seeks, we have witnessed this administration allowing a U.S. Ambassador to be murdered and potentially an international gun running scheme in Benghazi - all stonewalled by this administration when Citizens demanded investigation and Congress attempted said investigation...
We have witnessed this administration's "Department of Homeland Security" arming itself with billions of rounds of ammunition, equipping itself with up-armored Combat vehicles on U.S. soil....
We have witnessed Mr. Obama addressing a Planned Parenthood conference here in Texas asking "god" to "bless" the abortion and murder of the unborn... Please re-read what the Bible has to say on abortion.....
Now we have DOD attempting to criminalize the 1st Amendment rights of every member of the U.S. Military, their freedom of Religion and right to Worship GOD.
Don't you think it's time you and the rest of Congress learned to connect the dots?
My personal opinion is; ALL of Congress should "Clear the Deck", immediately stop everything they are currently working on and investigate the possibility in extreme depth of the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.
My personal opinion and the opinion of millions of Americans is; We are facing the greatest National Security threat in the history of our Nation!
We are not "fringe" nor are we "extremist" - we are extremely concerned Americans.
We expect our Congress to "connect the dots" and act.

I watched this video and could not believe what the officer in charge describes the purpose of this armored vehicle. Listen very carefully to what the DHS officer is saying, you should be very concerned.

- Tires will not run flat.
- Top Speed of 70 MPH.

- He comments we can support teams in other states if needed.

The armies of the Soviet Union, Eastern Germany, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria crossed Czechoslovakia’s borders just before midnight on August 20, 1968 and by the next morning, the streets of all major cities were full of invading troops with tanks.

It has now been confirmed that the goal of the Department of Homeland Security is to purchase a total of 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition. A portion of that ammunition is hollow point bullets, which have been banned from use in war by international law. Another portion is specialized sniper ammunition.
In case you have a difficult time comprehending the significance of 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition, allow me to give you a couple of comparisons. During the height of the war in Iraq, the US Army fired less than 6 million rounds per month. That means DHS has enough ammunition to supply the US Army for 266.67 months (22.22 years) of intense war.
Currently, the DHS uses approximately 15 million rounds of ammunition every year at their various training facilities. At that rate, they have enough ammunition for 106.67 years of training.
So ask yourself, what is the justification for the purchase of 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition by the Department of Homeland Security, especially when some of it is illegal to use in war? Now ask yourself why Sen. Dianne Feinstein is so concerned about private citizens stockpiling ammunition, weapons and using high capacity magazines when the federal government is doing the same time only a thousand times more?
Perhaps the abundance of ammunition goes along with the purchase of ‘Mine Resistant Protected’ MaxxPro MRAP vehicles that are scheduled to be deployed on the streets of America. The number of vehicles they are purchasing has not been released, but they are part of the 2,717 that have been recently retrofitted by the manufacturer. The DHS appears to be taking delivery of the armored vehicles through the Marine Corps Systems Command located in Quantico, Virginia.
The scary part of the DHS acquiring MRAP vehicles is that they have been already been spotted in a number of cities throughout the country. DHS cannot deny their existence since a number of them have been photographed and videoed by citizen observers. Why would DHS need so many, assuming they are purchasing over a thousand, MRAP vehicles deployed throughout the US, unless they are preparing for a war of some kind? Now add to that question the fact that the MRAP vehicles are equipped with gun ports.
There can be no doubt that Barack Hussein Obama is preparing for the bloodiest war in American history and it’s going to take place here on American soil. When? It has to be prior to the 2016 election, unless he manages to force a constitutional amendment allowing himself to run for a third term. However, I truly don’t think the amendment will be necessary, because he plans to forcibly take control of the country prior to the election. Everything points to the conclusion that this is all in preparation for a hostile military takeover.

When your son or daughter or other loved one goes off to war, there is pride in your heart as well as tears in your spirit. If they are called on to pay the ultimate price and are laid to rest in a place of honor like Arlington National Cemetery or local military cemeteries you understand in your soul that a grateful nation and its families appreciate their sacrifice as well as their noble service.
But what about those disrespectful Americans that engage in actions to attack the honored silence and solitude of the military resting place. What if instead , they decide to give the dead soldiers the finger or brazenly shout absurdities at those gathered to grieve at their loved one’s gravesite?
Lindsey Stone is such an American, who by birth can claim citizenship, but who by conduct certainly walks the line of needing to be stripped of it.
She decided in October to go to Arlington National Cemetery, to according to published accounts, engage in behavior that was prankish. But what exactly is prank behavior when a person not only engages in this behavior to disrespect the soldiers and their families? She then to add insult to injury, had an accomplice take a photo of her conduct and posted the photo to her Facebook page a as badge of honor.
The photo which went viral across the nation shows Ms. Stone using an obscene gesture. In addition, Next to her was a sign at Arlington Cemetery which clearly displays, "Silence and respect." Yet in the photo, Stone is depicted yelling. What was her purpose and what was she thinking?
Does this trouble you? Was Stone’s behavior juvenile for a 30-year-old woman, who seemed to seek social media approval by posting this shameful act on her Facebook page? Was it her First Amendment right to break the solemn rules of a hallowed place of dignity, because respect, discipline and decency are diminished institutional beliefs?
Lindsey Stone’s, now former employer Living Independently Forever (LIFE) initially placed her on suspension along with Jamie Schuh who joined her in the incident, according to Fox News. On Wednesday, Fox News reported that both Stone and Schuh were fired.
So where is the line in America? How far can a person be allowed to go to disrespect or infringe upon another citizen’s rights to grieve in peace? What about the right of the nation to insure that their honored war dead in any military cemetery in any state will not be dishonored?
I am a proud American who honorably served his country unselfishly for twenty years as a Marine Corps Mustang Officer, like many before and after me.
I am also proud to say that I come from a long line of Veterans: my two eldest sons honorably served their country as Marines. My eldest son participated in the first Gulf War as a Marine and Iraqi Freedom as a weekend warrior with the Air National Guard, which he continues to be a member of, along with being a full-time Combat Air Traffic Control Instructor. Four out of my six male siblings honorably served their country and my father was a WWII Veteran who survived the Battle of the Bulge, but lost the battle with his severe PTSD symptoms/condition at the young age of fifty-nine. I served my tenure in the Marine Corps during the entire Vietnam War and lost many a friend during that war that fought and made the ultimate sacrifice to uphold and defend those freedoms that are provided us under our “Constitution” and “Bill of Rights”, which sadly too many Americans take for granted.
I have to admit that I tend to get extremely concerned when I see politicians and others, regardless of their political affiliation, sex, race, color (in the Marine Corps we were all green), creed, ethnic/national origin or religion, doing things and/or taking actions that I see as a threat to: 1) those freedoms and/or rights provided each of us under our “Constitution” and “Bill of Rights”; and 2) the safety, security or welfare of our Veterans, active duty members and their dependents and/or survivors.
We Americans, all of us, owe a debt to the American who came before us, and by their military service, in which all gave some and some gave all, preserved freedom for us. We repay that debt to those Americans who came before us by our willingness serve and sacrifice as they did to preserve freedom for those Americans who will come after us.
May God bless and keep each and every American that has made the ultimate sacrifice for this great country of ours.
May God also bless and keep all our veterans and active duty members and their families on this day and always.
And may Americans never cease to remember them, and their sacrifice, for our freedom.

Hi everyone, I'm new to joining the Tea Party Command Center! My father pointed me in the right direction to join. About 4 months ago I returned from Afghanistan after completing a 12 month combat tour. While I was there I did manage to write a book. It isn't about my combat tour in Afghanistan or anything. I wanted to do something different. I published the book on amazon for readers to download to thier e-books, computers and cell phones. I took what has been going on in the country in that last 4 years and wrote a fictional story that the liberals were not happy with. The book is availible for download on amazon. Colonel Terry Fobbs has passed on to join the hundreds of thousands of America’s soldier warriors who have brought honor and integrity to America through war and peacetime service. For many Americans the patriotic service of the citizen soldier has personally touched their lives and families as in many wars, like in Afghanistan, or in defense of America’s sovereign interests around the globe.
What is truly remarkable about the nature of the conservative soldier warrior is the noble spirit that engages the heart to go forward into battle and not away from responsibility.
The pillars of courage which Americans have seen in their own family’s sacrifice when a son or daughter has volunteered to seek a greater cause than a backyard barbeque or a quick political posting that denigrates a soldier’s service, is heartwarming. America has always been home to the hypocrite and the coward, because that is the nature of hypocrisy and cowardice; to run, to hide, and to pitch rocks until the soldier has secured their freedom. Even in the Revolutionary War, there were cowards who would rather sale out their freedom for the comfort of powerless slavery.
But the nation, and the soldier warrior need not be concerned about the coward or the hypocrite, for their kind would do more harm than good if they could find momentary steel in their hollow backbone.
The greatness of the conservative warrior soldier is found in the heart of a soldier and officer like Colonel Terry Fobbs, who decided that even in the midst of national civil rights turmoil in his native Detroit and in protests in the streets over Vietnam, he saw the higher purpose. He volunteered to defend the U.S. Constitution and to protect it and the nation with honor, duty and courage, because where others sought baseless complaints to identify with, he sought solutions that would strengthen America.
That is the trademark of a true American soldier warrior. It did not matter that there were protesters cowering in groups with signs of dissent or hiding behind their marijuana cigarettes, and peace pipes, America’s true heroes who protected those rights, knew to avoid duty, honor and service is to surrender one’s values, one’s principles and eventually one’s nation.
If America is to remain free, its soldiers have to remain above those who love to stand against protecting the nation, and who would rather find a way to elect political leaders who attempt to negotiate away America’s freedoms, its borders and its sovereignty. The weakness of those who talk away the nation’s freedoms are never as strong or as enduring as the Colonel Fobbs of this nation who stand up and fight to defend and strengthen the pillars of freedom.
Veteran’s Day is fast approaching and it is important, yes even essential that each American takes the time to embrace as well as to celebrate their very own Colonel Fobbs or Sergeant Wagner or Private Garcia in their family. Take the time to understand and embrace with your heart what it means to have their honor and their courage.
Fifty years ago, on May 12th in 1962, in an address to the U.S. Military Academy, General Douglass MacArthur described the loyal patriotic devotion that military leaders like Colonel Terry Fobbs possessed. He affirmed that military leaders and soldiers must display three cherished and necessary qualities.
"Duty, Honor, Country" — those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying point to build courage when courage seems to fail, to regain faith when there seems to be little cause for faith, to create hope when hope becomes forlorn.” General Douglass MacArthur
Obama’s War: US Soldiers Are Told They Are Fighting For The Afghan People, Not For The US
An American hero, Colonel Harry Tunnell IV, Commander of the 5th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, documented the truth about the war in Afghanistan.
What Obama is really doing in Afghanistan is treasonous.
Dated August 20, 2010, a letter was written to John McHugh, Secretary of the Army, signed by Colonel Harry Tunnell IV. In the letter, four significant factors about military operations in Afghanistan were revealed.
1. When US soldiers arrive in Afghanistan, they are told that they are fighting for the Afghan people:
“Soldiers join the military today to protect the United States, yet they are told once in Afghanistan that we are fighting for the Afghan people – this is a rather mercenary outlook and ignores the fact that the United States was attacked September 11, 2001.”
2. Contrary to the lies Joe Biden told the American people during the VP debate on October 11th, Afghan Security Forces are not able to be properly trained:
“The idea that Afghan forces can lead operations such as Marjah, as was touted in the media when the operation began, is pure fancy.”
“As part of our formula for success we place a remarkable amount of emphasis on the Afghan Security Forces without understanding the men who make up that force. It is very unlikely that we will be able to provide Afghans with a level of education and training to make them an independent and reliable force that can deny Afghanistan as a safe haven to terrorists…. The Soviet Union’s attempt to create a professional independent military collapsed as soon as the Soviets withdrew (from Afghanistan), which is what contributed to the ascendency of the Taliban. This should provide an obviously cautionary tale.”
“An overview of a few cultural behaviors of Pashtu men might help one make an informed assessment about the efficacy of plans requiring independent performance from Afghan Security Forces – to determine if the objective is consistent with the reality. This cultural information is well known, there are numerous anecdotal reports, and there is a growing body of research from Human Terrain Teams and others.”
“… Afghan security forces… lack of technical skills… Out of a class of ten at our recent academy to train a Fire and Rescue Service for Spin Boldak District, only two of the trainees had ever driven a vehicle – and that is giving credit to the trainee who had driven a tractor once or twice in his life. Even simple tasks… present challenges.”
“Attempts to integrate women into the security forces… Afghan males are among the greatest misogynists in the world. The Burqa is not a Taliban invention; it is a Pashtu cultural norm.”
“Health and hygiene will not be maintained at an acceptable level… Afghan military units – particularly small outposts – are bastions of filth.”
“Aberrant sexual behavior is acceptable. Considering the misogynistic culture… There is an acceptance of pedophilia that is wide spread and boys are sometimes kidnapped. Leaders have been known to sexually assault male subordinates…”
“NCOs… are largely illiterate.”
“…the population does not like how the Taliban deliver but the incontrovertible fact is that the Taliban are Pashtu and their cultural norms are the same as any other Pashtu male… In fact, religiously inspired Pashtu movements are a traditional part of life in southern Afghanistan. The British… had a nickname for them: “Mad Mullah Movements”. The most frequently ignored fact is that the average farmer in southern Afghanistan will appreciate far more what Mullah Omar is proposing than what we are…”
3. US military resources are misappropriated, leaving our US soldiers ill-equipped and vulnerable to greater risk of death and injury.
“Formations that are assigned maneuver tasks without the requisite training or equipment will suffer increased and unnecessary casualties.”
“There are two important things to note: (1) this mission, to secure Kandahar City and its environs, was exactly how American forces were arrayed before being dispatched in the ill-conceived freedom of movement mission and (2) all of the maneuver was done by United States Army units – an extravagant use of tens of millions of American taxpayer dollars to placate British units and commanders.”
“In addition to marginalizing American leaders, British forces take advantage of American resources such as Full Motion Video from Unmanned Aerial Systems, Route Clearance Packages, and other capability that should go to American soldiers. We had instances when these tools were denied to American troops in contact because they were not released from British control (even though they were observing no enemy activity). A more direct example of disregard for Americans is the manner in which Task Force Helmand addressed the catastrophic IED strike on an American engineer vehicle supporting their operations. The vehicle was attacked with an IED and one US Soldier was killed. The killed and wounded were evacuated, but the remaining Soldiers were left for several days on the disabled vehicle before recovery…. American engineers were eventually forced, at great risk, to get the equipment themselves – having another Route Clearance Package battle damaged in the process. Another instance… when conducting a joint resupply patrol with the British and was abandoned half way through the patrol. The British took the American Route Clearance Package and simply left. The engineer task force sent two Route Clearance Packages to recover this BSB patrol – it took two because the first one was blown up.”
“The denial of American resources to American soldiers that is commonplace is heart-breaking. The United States and Romania allow military personnel to travel on aircraft that do not have armor or defense capability, but several other partner nations do now. The result is that foreign military members are frequently prioritized at a higher level to fly on United States military aircraft which takes seats from Americans who are left to fly civilian contracted air. We expose our own service members to greater danger for the convenience of our partners and the American taxpayer, who has provided this capability for the protection of Americans, is deceived.”
4. Rules of engagement were changed under Obama’s command, thus ensuring greater risk of death and injury to our soldiers.
“Our potential for greater coalition casualties does not have to be inevitable, but due to our flawed approach to operations we wind up enabling our enemy. The population-centric approach which places the population as the center of gravity is applied to the point of absurdity. The enemy is entrenching himself among the civilian population as we cede to him territory and lines of communication. Our poor military approach, inadequate tactics, and haphazard operational art are compounded by NATO partnership in general and British leadership specifically. A gross lack of concern for subordinates manifests in guidance that “zero” civilian casualties are acceptable and coalition soldiers may have to be killed rather than defend themselves against a potential threat and risk being wrong and possibly resulting in injury or death of civilians – a verbal order from MajGen Carter.”
“Population-centric approaches to war have resulted in senior officers that are almost pacifistic in their approach to war; while they may have a public persona that seems offensively spirited, that is not the reality when they are issuing guidance to subordinates.”
“It is clear that US Army units are employed in ways that are grossly inconsistent with sound military tactics.”
“Related to the emphasis on the population, and ignoring an improved capability against the enemy, is the contempt for technology… We are far behind where we should be and this has contributed to increased American deaths and non-combatant casualties while our enemy retains freedom of movement and maneuver locally, regionally, and internationally.”
These truths in Colonel Tunnell’s letter are corroborated by the dramatic increase in US soldier fatalities, injuries and suicide under the Obama regime. As recorded by ICasualties, here are the number of fatalities and wounded to date:
- US Soldiers – Fatalities are now up 410% under Obama. (an average of 401 US soldiers per year under Obama versus 79 per year under Bush).
- US Soldiers – Wounded are up nearly 1200% under Obama. (an average of 4,010 US soldiers per year under Obama versus 330 per year under Bush).
- In addition, US soldier suicide rates have increased to levels never seen before. This began when Obama took over as Commander-In-Chief in 2009. Here is a June 2012 article. Here is a January 2010article which describes the 2009 suicide rate as follows:
“…the toll of military suicides last year was the worst since records began to be kept in 1980.”
Recall that on the campaign trail in 2008, Obama told the American people that Afghanistan was the war we needed to be fighting. The media promoted this and the majority of Americans unfortunately believed it, along with all the other lies, and elected this man into the Presidency.
On September 21, 2009, eight months after Obama took office, John McHugh was sworn in as the Secretary of the Army. Let us be clear that John McHugh was Obama’s pick.
Less than a year later, in August 2010, John McHugh received Colonel Tunnell’s sobering letter and has done absolutely nothing to address the reality of the conditions on the ground in Afghanistan and the unspeakable risk to our beloved soldiers.
How can we be sure John McHugh has done nothing to slow the slaughter of our soldiers? The skyrocketing rate of US soldier fatalities, injuries and suicide has not subsided; it has remained consistently high throughout Obama’s Presidency.
Who gives John McHugh his marching orders? As the Secretary of the Army, John McHugh carries out the orders of the Commander-In-Chief of the United States – Barack Hussein Obama.
Despite recent reports that US soldiers are being killed by the Afghan’s Security Forces they are ordered to train, Obama and McHugh have done nothing. They render our soldiers virtually defenseless among terrorist predators that may be right next to them.
Weakening our military strength is deliberate and occurring on several fronts.
- We’ve shown evidence of what Obama is doing to our troops in Afghanistan, how he has put them at great risk and how he cedes US military control to the coalition.
- Obama and Reid pushed for the START Treaty to cede control of US nuclear defenses to Russia.
- Obama and Panetta are moving forward to radically slash the US Defense budget.
- Obama has embraced our enemies – the radical Islamist Muslim Brotherhood – and has brought them to unimaginable heights of power in the Middle East (e.g. Egypt), plus he has brought them into our White House and into the highest levels of our government.
- Obama transferred US wealth and weapons to the radical Islamist Muslim Brotherhood (and their organizations – the Taliban, Al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, etc.) who want to destroy the US, Israel and the rest of Western Civilization.
- Obama waged an illegal war in Libya and his recent actions have cost more American lives. Obama refused to protect them leading up to 9/11 (this year) and he and his administration persistently lied to the American people every step of the way. The cover-up they have been manufacturing is breathtaking – and criminal.
- Obama assaults Tricare coverage, making it far more expensive for our soldiers and their families.
- Obama and Holder fight to push for the lawless blocking of our soldiers’ right to vote.
Even if Obama loses in November, he will remain at the helm for another three months. That timeframe may prove to be the most dangerous for our soldiers and our country.
Telling US soldiers that they are fighting for the Afghan people is treasonous and Obama, by his actions as Commander-In-Chief, has created the conditions for the unnecessary slaughter of so many of our soldiers. This is not a mistake or incompetence; this is deliberate.
Those who want our troops to come home now are on the right side of history. As long as Obama is President, our soldiers remain in danger. Colonel Tunnell’s letter, coupled with rate of death, injury and suicide under the Obama regime eliminates any doubt about the danger.

Colonel Tunnell’s letter ends with the following:
“The willingness to combat an enemy cannot be turned on and off like a light switch. Leaders are willing to conduct operations at the tactical and operational levels of war to decisively defeat the enemy or they are not. Soldiers join the military today to protect the United States, yet they are told once in Afghanistan that we are fighting for the Afghan people – this is a rather mercenary outlook and ignores the fact that the United States was attacked September 11, 2001. If we have an Army led by people unwilling to defeat a disorganized illiterate adversary such as we face today, even after a despicable surprise attack on our nation, there is little hope that we can defeat a modern sophisticated enemy that we may face in the future.”

How many opportunities do they afford to tamper with domestic factions, to practice the arts of seduction, to mislead public opinion, to influence or awe the public councils. Such an attachment of a small or weak towards a great and powerful nation dooms the former to be the satellite of the latter.
In offering to you, my countrymen, these counsels of an old and affectionate friend, I dare not hope they will make the strong and lasting impression I could wish; that they will control the usual current of the passions, or prevent our nation from running the course which has hitherto marked the destiny of nations. What is reported by Congressman Charles G. Binderup Copyright © 1941 is more complete reporting titled, America Created It’s [sic] Own Money In 1750. Benjamin Franklin was able to write:

Now back to the real history. Many of those documented facts are also part of the history. During the War of 1812, the people in control burned the Congressional Records stored in the Library of Congress. A very good book to buy and make sure it does not disappear is titled “When They Burned The White House” by Andrew Tully. Since the beginning of the history of our country, there have been many good people presenting facts which went into the Congressional Records which tell us some of what has been done, including Norman Dodd’s report on un-American acts by many of the tax-exempt foundations. These foundations were set up with huge amounts of money to create the System we have today. Some refer to the power behind the System as the Invisible Government.
Many people refer to the one behind all of our problems as the Banklords. What they have done to our country is documentedhere starting in the year 1900 which explains how they used inflation to get us to do what they wanted. This is not a paper on any conspiracy, but rather, a presentment of facts that have been available for a very long time but now because of the Internet are easily accessible to everyone with a computer. In 2000 Joe Sobran wrote an article titled How Tyranny Came to America and stated something that I had learned and am attempting to present to you. He says it so well:
“It was the old story: In order to learn, first I had to unlearn. Most of what I’d been taught and told about the Constitution was misguided or even false. And I’d never been told some of the most elementary things, which would have saved me a tremendous amount of confusion.”
The reason you will find that there is so much misinformation about a lot of things starting with your education in state-run schools is because of a small group of families that came from an empire long ago. This empire was as large in square miles as the tenth-largest country in the world today. It is time for everyone to learn the truth because it is not about religion or anything else, but rather, control over all the people of the world. The following is written within this webpage:

By the tenth century, the ruler of Christian Russia, Vladimir III, had conquered the Khazarian empire. But this is not the end of the story. In fact, it is only the beginning.
There is a lot of information on the Internet about them, but they are just a group of families which have 50-year plans which comprise the System under which we live whereby they make money on every transaction that takes place. In fact, it is all just a game to them because they use the book titled ‘The Art of War’ by Sun Tzu reportedly written in 475 Before Christ (B. C.).
What they are doing is right out of the book, which reminds me of Caesar and the Coliseum where the rich attended for entertainment to watch others fight one another. That is how they control us today.
All the documents point to these people and even Gouverneur Morris, an American statesman, a Founding Father of the United States, was a representative from Pennsylvania in the Constitutional Convention of 1787. He authored a large section of the Constitution for the united States of America and one of its signers stated the following:
“The rich will strive to establish their dominion and enslave the rest. They always did. They always will… They will have the same effect here as elsewhere, if we do not, by the power of government , keep them in their proper spheres.”
Two of the richest families were the Rothschild and the Warburg families. They openly stated that their plan was to control the money and if they didn’t, they would cause wars. Mayer Amschel Rothschild quote: Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes the laws. But this turned out to be false because the Rothschild family did have to change our laws with the help of the attorneys.

James Paul Warburg, son of Paul M. Warburg (18 August 1896–3 June 1969), was an American banker and financial adviser to Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He has gained some notoriety for the following quote from his STATEMENT reported in the Senate Report (Senate Foreign Relations Committee) (1950). Revision of the United Nations Charter: Hearings – Before a Subcommittee of the Committee on Foreign Relations, Eighty-First Congress. United States Government Printing Office. p. 494. Testimony on Wikisource:
We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest.
I would love to say this was the end of the his-story, but I can’t. They use wars to control us.
J. Ruben Clark, Jr., former Under-Secretary of State and Ambassador to Mexico, who was widely recognized as one of our nation’s foremost international lawyers, stated on page 27 of the book entitled “The United Nations Today”:
“Not only does the Charter Organization (United Nations) not prevent future wars, but it makes it practically certain that we shall have future wars, and as to such wars it takes from us (the United States) the power to declare them, to choose the side on which we shall fight, to determine what forces and military equipment we shall use in war, and to control and command our sons who do the fighting.”
Former American Bar Assoc. President, Carl B. Rix, in Senate testimony on May 11, 1955 summarized the destruction of our Constitution thusly:
Congress is no longer bound by its Constitutional system of delegated power. Its only test is under the obligatory power to promote human rights (not the inalienable rights secured for us by our Constitution) in these fields of endeavor. Civil, political, economic, social and cultural. These powers are found in Articles 55 and 56 of the Charter of the United Nations. Congress may now legislate as an uninhibited body with no shackles of delegated powers under the Constitution. Mayer Amschel Rothschild and his family, along with the other families, created the System we have today with ‘Cadres’! Cadres defined are “A nucleus of trained personnel around which a larger organization can be built and trained.” I am going to document right here the fact that Mayer Rothschild stated this part of his quote “I care not who makes the laws” was false because the facts are that they had to change our law to be able to control the printing of our money, which took from 1812 to 1913 to accomplish. England had turned a deaf ear to the colonists’ plea for specie, and the colonial leaders did not believe that the people should have to continue using the mixture of foreign coins, wampum, bullets, and barter objects any longer. In an effort to provide more good coin to further trade and commerce, the Massachusetts Bay Colony established an illegal mint in Boston in 1652.
The Charter or Fundamental Laws, of West New Jersey, Agreed Upon — ...:
That the common law or fundamental rights and priviledges of West New Jersey, are individually agreed upon by the Proprietors and freeholders thereof, to be the foundation of the government, which is not to be altered by the Legislative authority, or free Assembly hereafter mentioned and constituted, but that the said Legislative authority is constituted according to these fundamentals, to make such laws as agree with, and maintain the said fundamentals, and to make no laws that in the least contradict, differ or vary from the said fundamentals, under what presence or alligation soever.
By 1751, the British Parliament passed a law forbidding the Massachusetts Bay Colony to issue money in any form.
1764 – The Currency Act – The Colonies are ordered to stop printing paper money and soon thereafter we were at war that we won.
1790 - Alexander Hamilton proposes a Bank of the United States.
Hamilton states: “A bank has a natural relation to the power of collecting taxes – to that of regulating trade – to that of providing for the common defense… [Therefore] the incorporation of a bank is a constitutional measure…”
Patrick Henry opposes the National bank because it is unconstitutional.
1791 –December 12 – The Bank of the United States opens its doors in Philadelphia.
1811 –February 20 – Congress refuses to let the National Bank renew its Charter on the grounds that the Bank is unconstitutional. March 4 – The Bank of the United States is dissolved.
1812 –War of 1812
1816 – January 8 – Faced with financial hardship from the War of 1812, Congress proposes a 2nd National Bank. The Bill also allows the President to suspend hard currency. March 14 – The 2nd National Bank gets Congressional approval. 1817 – January 1 – The 2nd National Bank opens for business.
Banking Panic of 1819 (1819 – 1824), the first major financial crisis in the United States.
1828 –In the year 1828, the next year after the publication of this second edition of Mr. Stephen’s book, the British government appointed a commission of eminent lawyers, amongst whom was Mr. Stephen, to inquire into the practice and proceedings in the superior courts of common law. These commissioners made a report in the year 1833, recommending important changes in the system of pleading; and by acts 3 and 4 Will. IV. c. 42, power was given to the judges at Westminster to carry into effect the recommendations of the commissioners. Great changes in the forms of pleadings were accordingly effected by the pleading rules of Hilary Term, 1834, passed by the judges. Source
Soon thereafter, the law schools in America changed their books to teach something other than Common Law. Now back to how the attorneys and courts have not been obligated to follow the common law of states.

Federal courts in the 19th century felt free to apply general principles of common law and were not obligated to follow the common law of states. You should download this book and back it up, for it is one of the most valuable books we have found. The INTRODUCTION to this book is also available here and within the last paragraph it states the most important information ever discovered:
When our forefathers established governments in America they laid their foundations on the common law. And when difficulties grew up between them and the mother country, they acted as their English ancestors had always acted in their political troubles – interposed the common law as the shield against arbitrary power. When the United Colonies met in Congress, in 1774, they claimed the common law of England as a branch of those “indubitable rights and liberties to which the respective colonies are entitled.” And the common law, like a silent providence is still the preserver of our liberties.
Preserver of our liberties has a nice sound!
It is written within the PREFACE of the above book which is also available here: “The courts of the United States do not recognize the code, but adhere to the old practice, with its settled distinction between law and equity.” What happened to cause this to be no longer true? Answer:
- The love of innovation induced the State of New York, some years ago, to abrogate common-law pleading, and introduce a code of procedure for the regulation of litigation in her courts; and notwithstanding the lamentable confusion and uncertainty, and the greatly increased expense which has thereby been brought into the administration of justice in that State, other States have followed in her track of barbaric empiricism. Mr. Justice Grier has, from the bench of the Supreme Court of the United States, rebuked the folly of abolishing common-law pleading, and substituting the common-sense practice, as it may be called, in its stead. “This system, (says that able judge,) matured by the wisdom of ages, founded on principles of truth and sound reason, has been ruthlessly abolished in many of our States, who have rashly substituted in its place the suggestions of sciolists, who invent new codes and systems of pleading to order. But this attempt to abolish species and establish a single genus is found to be beyond the power of legislative omnipotence. The result of these experiments, so far as they have come to our knowledge, has been to destroy the certainty and simplicity of all pleadings, and to introduce on the record an endless wrangle in writing, perplexing the court, delaying and impeding the administration of justice.” This strong condemnation is more than justified by the experience of the New York courts, as may be seen in the chaos of the reports of the code practice in that State. And the evil effects of the code on the administration of law in New York has been signalized in a recent letter from Mr. Charles O’Conor, published in the Albany Law Journal. It is stated in that letter, as the effect of the decisions of the courts, that because of the mixture of law and equity by the code, a case may begin as a common-law case, with a jury impanneled to try it, and if, at the close of the testimony, a case in equity instead of a common-law case, is proved, the judge may dismiss the jury and try the case himself, as chancellor. And the confusion in practice is increased by the want of logical skill in the lawyers trained in the code practice. “All the lawyers (says Mr. O’Conor) who have been admitted to practice in this State for the last twenty years are conversant with the code, and, of course, are not experts in the old common-law practice and pleading. Most of them are entirely ignorant of it, and you may imagine that the code could not easily be displaced by any attempt at reaction. The courts of the United States do not recognize the code, but adhere to the old practice, with its settled distinction between law and equity. This circumstance often leads to much confusion, as you may see illustrated in some reported decisions of the Supreme Court. It is truly laughable, to one conversant with both systems, to see the blunders into which lawyers of great ability, who have come to the bar within the last ten or fifteen years, sometimes fall in framing a declaration, plea, or subsequent pleading at common law in the circuit court of the United States. 1832–July 10–President Jackson vetoes the Bank’s recharter on the grounds that the Bank is unconstitutional.
1835 –January–With the National Bank powerless, Jackson successfully pays off the nation’s debt leaving the U.S. with a surplus of $5,000.
1836 –July 11–Paper money results in tremendous inflation in property value. President Jackson issues a Specie Circular mandating that land payments be made with gold and silver.

By acts of Congress in 1933, the domestic economy was taken off the gold standard and placed on the silver standard for the first time. The Treasury Department was reempowered to issue paper currency redeemable in silver dollars and bullion, thereby divorcing the domestic economy from bimetallism and leaving it on the silver standard, although international settlements were still in gold.
This meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vaults, the U.S. government (not the Federal Reserve) could continue to issue money against it. These silver certificates bore the name of the U. S. Treasury, not the Federal Reserve; they were shredded upon redemption since the redeemed silver was no longer in the Treasury. With the world market price of silver having been in excess of $1.29 per troy ounce since 1960, Congress repealed the legal foundation for Silver Certificates on June 4, 1963; but President John F. Kennedy responded with Executive Order 11110 that the Treasury should continue to “issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury”. This Series 1958 introduced an additional $4.29 billion worth of United States Notes into circulation, consisting of $2.00 and $5.00 bills; and although they were never issued, $10.00 and $20.00 notes were in the process of being printed when Kennedy was murdered in 1962. But the Treasury was being emptied of silver rapidly; in March 1964 issuance of the Series 1958 Silver Certificate was stopped and redemption in silver dollars was suspended; 24 June 1968 was the last day for redemption in silver bullion.
Finally, President Richard Nixon announced[7] that the United States would no longer redeem currency for gold or any other precious metal, forming the final step in abandoning the gold and silver standards.

If anyone has taken the time to read and ask questions about the ‘The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America’ and some of the facts they would not refer to it as the ‘American Revolutionary War’ as you can see one after another from this Internet search for the same yielding About 5,410,000 results. The two main facts are:
1. The actions of England by the King who was being controlled by the banklords was an attack on the Colonies and all Freemen, per the list in the ‘The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America’. It was done so all the world could see that it was the King doing what he was doing that was unlawful. (Not much has changed in 260 years.)

But this is not the really answer because The ‘CORPORATE’ was created under the Original government, the lawful government and it is still there. What we have today it is what is explained here on the right side which was all created under the left side, the Lawful government.

Full Spectrum Operations in the Homeland: A “Vision” of the Future.
This is concerning....
The U.S. Army’s Operating Concept 2016-2028 was issued in August 2010 with three goals. First, it aims to portray how future Army forces will conduct operations as part of a joint force to deter conflict, prevail in war, and succeed in a range of contingencies, at home and abroad. Second, the concept describes the employment of Army forces at the tactical and operational levels of war between 2016 and 2028. Third, in broad terms the concept describes how Army headquarters, from theater army to division, organize and use their forces. The concept goes on to describe the major categories of Army operations, identify the capabilities required of Army forces, and guide how force development should be prioritized. The goal of this concept is to establish a common frame of reference for thinking about how the US Army will conduct full spectrum operations in the coming two decades (US Army Training and Doctrine Command, The Army Operating Concept 2016 – 2028, TRADOC Pamphlet 525-3-1, dated 19 August 2010, p. iii. Hereafter cited as TD Pam 525-3-1. The Army defines full spectrum operations as the combination of offensive, defensive, and either stability operations overseas or civil support operations on U.S. soil).
A key and understudied aspect of full spectrum operations is how to conduct these operations within American borders. If we face a period of persistent global conflict as outlined in successive National Security Strategy documents, then Army officers are professionally obligated to consider the conduct of operations on U.S. soil. Army capstone and operating concepts must provide guidance concerning how the Army will conduct the range of operations required to defend the republic at home. In this paper, we posit a scenario in which a group of political reactionaries take over a strategically positioned town and have the tacit support of not only local law enforcement but also state government officials, right up to the governor. Under present law, which initially stemmed from bad feelings about Reconstruction, the military’s domestic role is highly circumscribed. In the situation we lay out below, even though the governor refuses to seek federal help to quell the uprising (the usual channel for military assistance), the Constitution allows the president broad leeway in times of insurrection. Citing the precedents of Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War and Dwight D. Eisenhower sending troops to Little Rock in 1957, the president mobilizes the military and the Department of Homeland Security, to regain control of the city. This scenario requires us to consider how domestic intelligence is gathered and shared, the role of local law enforcement (to the extent that it supports the operation), the scope and limits of the Insurrection Act--for example maintaining a military chain of command but in support of the Attorney General as the Department of Justice is the Lead Federal Agency (LFA) under the conditions of the Act--and the roles of the local, national, and international media.
The Scenario (2016)
The Great Recession of the early twenty-first century lasts far longer than anyone anticipated. After a change in control of the White House and Congress in 2012, the governing party cuts off all funding that had been dedicated to boosting the economy or toward relief. The United States economy has flatlined, much like Japan’s in the 1990s, for the better part of a decade. By 2016, the economy shows signs of reawakening, but the middle and lower-middle classes have yet to experience much in the way of job growth or pay raises. Unemployment continues to hover perilously close to double digits, small businesses cannot meet bankers’ terms to borrow money, and taxes on the middle class remain relatively high. A high-profile and vocal minority has directed the public’s fear and frustration at nonwhites and immigrants. After almost ten years of race-baiting and immigrant-bashing by right-wing demagogues, nearly one in five Americans reports being vehemently opposed to immigration, legal or illegal, and even U.S.-born nonwhites have become occasional targets for mobs of angry whites.
In May 2016 an extremist militia motivated by the goals of the “tea party” movement takes over the government of Darlington, South Carolina, occupying City Hall, disbanding the city council, and placing the mayor under house arrest. Activists remove the chief of police and either disarm local police and county sheriff departments or discourage them from interfering. In truth, this is hardly necessary. Many law enforcement officials already are sympathetic to the tea party’s agenda, know many of the people involved, and have made clear they will not challenge the takeover. The militia members are organized and have a relatively well thought-out plan of action.
With Darlington under their control, militia members quickly move beyond the city limits to establish “check points” – in reality, something more like choke points -- on major transportation lines. Traffic on I-95, the East Coast’s main north-south artery; I-20; and commercial and passenger rail lines are stopped and searched, allegedly for “illegal aliens.” Citizens who complain are immediately detained. Activists also collect “tolls” from drivers, ostensibly to maintain public schools and various city and county programs, but evidence suggests the money is actually going toward quickly increasing stores of heavy weapons and ammunition. They also take over the town web site and use social media sites to get their message out unrestricted.
When the leaders of the group hold a press conference to announce their goals, they invoke the Declaration of Independence and argue that the current form of the federal government is not deriving its “just powers from the consent of the governed” but is actually “destructive to these ends.” Therefore, they say, the people can alter or abolish the existing government and replace it with another that, in the words of the Declaration, “shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.” While mainstream politicians and citizens react with alarm, the “tea party” insurrectionists in South Carolina enjoy a groundswell of support from other tea party groups, militias, racist organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan, anti-immigrant associations such as the Minutemen, and other right-wing groups. At the press conference the masked militia members’ uniforms sport a unit seal with a man wearing a tricorn hat and carrying a musket over the motto “Today’s Minutemen.” When a reporter asked the leaders who are the “red coats” the spokesman answered, “I don’t know who the redcoats are…it could be federal troops.” Experts warn that while these groups heretofore have been considered weak and marginal, the rapid coalescence among them poses a genuine national threat.
The mayor of Darlington calls the governor and his congressman. He cannot act to counter the efforts of the local tea party because he is confined to his home and under guard. The governor, who ran on a platform that professed sympathy with tea party goals, is reluctant to confront the militia directly. He refuses to call out the National Guard. He has the State Police monitor the roadblocks and checkpoints on the interstate and state roads but does not order the authorities to take further action. In public the governor calls for calm and proposes talks with the local tea party to resolve issues. Privately, he sends word through aides asking the federal government to act to restore order. Due to his previous stance and the appearance of being “pro” tea party goals the governor has little political room to maneuver.
The Department of Homeland Security responds to the governor’s request by asking for defense support to civil law enforcement. After the Department of Justice states that the conditions in Darlington and surrounding areas meet the conditions necessary to invoke the Insurrection Act, the President invokes it.
(From Title 10 US Code the President may use the militia or Armed Forces to:
§ 331 – Suppress an insurrection against a State government at the request of the Legislature or, if not in session, the Governor.
§ 332 – Suppress unlawful obstruction or rebellion against the U.S.
§ 333 – Suppress insurrection or domestic violence if it (1) hinders the execution of the laws to the extent that a part or class of citizens are deprived of Constitutional rights and the State is unable or refuses to protect those rights or (2) obstructs the execution of any Federal law or impedes the course of justice under Federal laws.)
By proclamation he calls on the insurrectionists to disperse peacefully within 15 days. There is no violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. The President appoints the Attorney General and the Department of Justice as the lead federal agency to deal with the crisis. The President calls the South Carolina National Guard to federal service. The Joint Staff in Washington, D.C., alerts U.S. Northern Command, the headquarters responsible for the defense of North America, to begin crisis action planning. Northern Command in turn alerts U.S. Army North/Fifth U.S. Army for operations as a Joint Task Force headquarters. Army units at Fort Bragg, N.C.; Fort Stewart, Ga.; and Marines at Camp Lejuene, N.C. go on alert. The full range of media, national and international, is on scene.
“Fix Darlington, but don’t destroy it!”
Upon receiving the alert for possible operations in Darlington, the Fifth Army staff begins the military decision making process with mission analysis and intelligence preparation of the battlefield. (Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield is the term applied to the procedures performed by the intelligence staff of all Army unit headquarters in the development of bases of information on the enemy, terrain and weather, critical buildings and facilities in a region and other points. Army units conduct operations on the basis of this information. The term is in Army doctrine and could be problematic when conducted in advance of operations on U.S. soil. The general form of the initial intelligence estimate is in figure 1.) In developing the intelligence estimate military intelligence planners will confront the first constraints on the conduct of full spectrum operations in the United States, as well as constraints on supporting law enforcement. The analytical steps of the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield, or IPB, must be modified in preparing for and conducting operations in the homeland.
The steps of the IPB process are: define the operational environment/battlespace, describe environmental effects on operations/describe battlespace effects, evaluate the threat/adversary, and determine threat/adversary courses of action. (PSYOP was changed to Military Information Support Operations, MISO, by Secretary of Defense directive in June 2010.)
While preparing terrain and weather data do not pose a major problem to the G-2, gathering data on the threat and under civil considerations for intelligence and operational purposes is problematic to say the least.

Executive Order 12333, United States Intelligence Activities, dated 4 December 1981, relates mostly to intelligence gathering outside the continental United States. However, it also outlines in broad terms permissible information-gathering within the United States and on American citizens and permanent resident aliens, categorized as United States persons. (The executive order included in its definition of “United States persons” unincorporated associations mostly comprising American citizens or permanent resident aliens; or a corporation incorporated in the United States, except for a corporation directed and controlled by a foreign government or governments. The basic thrust of the rules and regulations concerning intelligence collection and dissemination are focused on protecting American citizens’ Constitutional rights. These rules and regulations are focused, properly, on support to law enforcement. They do not contain much guidance concerning the conduct of full spectrum operations such as the situation facing the corps. While the best practice as described in FM 3-28 is to retain just enough for situational awareness and force protection the situation facing the corps strains the limits of situational awareness and could place the G2 and commanders at some risk once the dust has settled in the aftermath of an operation within the homeland.) The Fifth Army intelligence analysts will have a great deal of difficulty determining tea party members’ legal status. Because the Defense Department does not collect or store information on American civilians or civilian groups during peacetime, the military will have to rely on local and state law enforcement officials at the start of operations to establish intelligence data-bases and ultimately restore the rule of law in Darlington.
Using all intelligence disciplines from human intelligence to signals intelligence, the Fifth Army G2 and his staff section will collect as much information as they need to accomplish the mission. Once the rule of law is restored the Fifth Army G2 must ensure that it destroys information gathered during the operation within 90 days unless the law or the Secretary of Defense requires the Fifth Army to keep it for use in legal cases (Field Manual 3-28, Civil Support Operations, pp. 7-13. The FM cites Department of Defense Directive, DODD, 5200.27). Because of the legal constraints on the military’s involvement in domestic affairs and the sympathies of local law enforcement, developing the initial intelligence, a continuing estimate, and potential adversary courses of action (what the insurrectionists holding Darlington and surrounding areas might do in response to Army operations) will be difficult. (The closest guidance on handling information collected in the course of civil disturbance operations is in Department of Defense Directive 5200.27 and Department of Defense Directive 5240.1R. These directives state: “Operations Related to Civil Disturbance. The Attorney General is the chief civilian officer in charge of coordinating all federal government activities relating to civil disturbances. Upon specific prior authorization of the Secretary of Defense or his designee, information may be acquired that is essential to meet operational requirements flowing from the mission as to DOD to assist civil authorities in dealing with civil disturbances. Such authorization will only be granted when there is a distinct threat of a civil disturbance exceeding the law enforcement capabilities of State and local authorities.”)
Fifth Army terrain analysts continue using open sources ranging from Google maps to Map-quest. Federal legal restrictions on assembling databases remain in effect and even incidental imagery, aerial photos gathered in the conduct of previously conducted training missions, cannot be used. Surveillance of the tea party roadblocks and checkpoints around Darlington proceeds carefully. Developing legal data-bases is one effort, but support for local law enforcement is hindered because of problems in determining how to share this information and with whom.
Despite these problems, receiving support from local law enforcement is critical to restoring the rule of law in Darlington. City police officers, county sheriff deputies and state troopers can contribute valuable local knowledge of personalities, customs and terrain beyond what can be found in data-bases and observation. Liaison officers and non-commissioned officers, with appropriate communications equipment must be exchanged. Given the suspicion that local police are sympathetic to the tea party members’ goals special consideration to operational security must be incorporated into planning. Informally communicating to the insurrectionists the determination of federal forces to restore local government can materially improve the likelihood of success. However, informants sympathetic to the tea party could easily compromise the element of surprise. The fact that a federal court must authorize wire taps in every instance also complicate the monitoring of communications into and out of Darlington. Operations in Darlington specifically and in the homeland generally must also take into account the possibility of increased violence and the range of responses to violence.
All federal military forces involved in civil support must follow the standing rules for the use of force (SRUF) specified by the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. Much like the rules of force issued to the 7th Infantry Division during operations in Los Angeles in 1992 the underlying principle involves a continuum of force, a graduated level of response determined by civilians' behavior. Fifth Army must assume that every incident of gunfire will be investigated. (Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction, CJCSI, 3121.01B, Standing Rules of Engagement/Standing Rules for the Use of Force for US Forces. There are many similarities between rules for the use of force and rules of engagement, the right of self-defense for example. The fundamental difference is rules of engagement are by nature permissive measures intended to allow the maximum use of destructive combat power appropriate for the mission. Rules for the use of force are restrictive measures intended to allow only the minimum force necessary to accomplish the mission.) All units involved must also realize that operations will be conducted under the close scrutiny of the media.
Operating under media scrutiny is not a new phenomenon for the U.S. military. What is new and newsworthy about this operation is that it is taking place in the continental United States. Commanders and staffs must think about the effect of this attention and be alert when considering how to use the media. The media will broadcast the President’s proclamation and cover military preparations for operations in Darlington. Their reports will be as available to tea party leaders in Darlington as they are to a family watching the evening news in San Francisco. Coupled with a gradual build-up of federal forces in the local area, all covered by the media, the effect of this pressure will compound over time and quite possibly cause doubt about the correctness of the events in Darlington in the minds of its’ citizens and the insurrectionists who control the town. The Joint Task Force commander, staff and subordinate units must operate as transparently as possible, while still giving due consideration to operational security. Commanders must manage these issues even as they increase pressure on the insurrectionists.
The design of this plan to restore the rule of law to Darlington will include information/influence operations designed to present a picture of the federal response and the inevitable defeat of the insurrection. The concept of the joint plan includes a phased deployment of selected forces into the area beginning with reconnaissance and military intelligence units. Once the Fifth Army commander determines he has a complete picture of activity within the town and especially of the insurrectionists’ patterns of behavior, deployment of combat, combat support and combat service support forces will begin from Forts Bragg and Stewart, and Camp Lejuene. Commanders will need to consider how the insurrectionists will respond. Soldiers and Marines involved in this operation, and especially their families will be subject to electronic mail, Facebook messages, Twitters, and all manner of information and source of pressure. Given that Soldiers and Marines stationed at Forts Bragg and Stewart as well as Camp Lejuene live relatively nearby and that many come from this region, chances are they will know someone who lives in or near Darlington. Countering Al Qaeda web-based propaganda is one thing, countering domestic information bombardments is another effort entirely.
The design and execution of operations to restore the rule of law in Darlington will be complicated. The Fifth Army will retain a military chain of command for regular Army and Marine Corps units along with the federalized South Carolina National Guard, but will be in support of the Department of Justice as the Lead Federal Agency, LFA. The Attorney General may designate a Senior Civilian Representative of the Attorney General (SCRAG) to coordinate the efforts of all Federal agencies. The SCRAG has the authority to assign missions to federal military forces. The Attorney General may also appoint a Senior Federal Law Enforcement Officer (SFLEO) to coordinate all Federal law enforcement activities.
The pace of the operation needs to be deliberate and controlled. Combat units will conduct overt Show of Force operations to remind the insurrectionists they are now facing professional military forces, with all the training and equipment that implies. Army and Marine units will remove road blocks and check points both overtly and covertly with minimum essential force to ratchet up pressure continually on insurrectionist leadership. Representatives of state and local government as well as federalized South Carolina National Guard units will care for residents choosing to flee Darlington. A focus on the humanitarian aspect of the effort will be politically more palatable for the state and local officials. Federal forces continue to tighten the noose as troops seize and secure power and water stations, radio and TV stations, and hospitals. The final phase of the operation, restoring order and returning properly elected officials to their offices, will be the most sensitive.
Movements must be planned and executed more carefully than the operations that established the conditions for handover. At this point military operations will be on the downturn but the need for more politically aware military advice will not. War, and the use of federal military force on U.S. soil, remains an extension of policy by other means. Given the invocation of the Insurrection Act, the federal government must defeat the insurrection, preferably with minimum force. Insurrectionists and their sympathizers must have no doubt that an uprising against the Constitution will be defeated. Dealing with the leaders of the insurrection can be left to the proper authorities, but drawing from America history, military advice would suggest an amnesty for individual members of the militia and prosecution for leaders of the movement who broke the law. This fictional scenario leads not to conclusions but points to ponder when considering 21st century full spectrum operations in the continental United States.
The Insurrection Act does not need to be changed for the 21st century. Because it is broadly written, the law allows the flexibility needed to address a range of threats to the Republic.
What we must consider in the design of homeland defense or security exercises is translating the Act into action. The Army Operating Concept describes Homeland Defense as the protection of “U.S. sovereignty, territory, domestic population, and critical defense infrastructure against external threats and aggression, or other threats as directed by the president” (TD Pam 525-3-1, p. 27. Emphasis added.) Neither the operating concept nor recently published Army doctrine, FM 3-28 Civil Support Operations, goes into detail when considering the range of “other threats.” While invoking the Insurrection Act must be a last resort, once it is put into play Americans will expect the military to execute without pause and as professionally as if it were acting overseas. The Army cannot disappoint the American people, especially in such a moment. While real problems and real difficulties of such operations may not be perceived until the point of execution preparation will afford the Army the ability to not be too badly wrong at the outset.
Being not too badly wrong at the outset requires focused military education on the nuances of operations in the homeland. Army doctrine defines full spectrum operations as a mix of offense, defense and either stability or civil support operations. Curriculum development is a true zero sum game; when a subject is added another must be removed. Given the array of threats and adversaries; from “commando-style” raids such as Mumbai, the changing face of militias in the United States, rising unrest in Mexico, and the tendency to the extreme in American politics the subject of how American armed forces will conduct security and defense operations within the continental U.S. must be addressed in the curricula of our Staff and War Colleges. (The Kansas City Star, 12 September 2010, “The New Militia.” The front page story concerns the changing tactics of militia movements and how militias now focus on community service and away from violence against the government. Law enforcement agencies feel this is camouflage for true intentions. The story covered armed paramilitary militias in Missouri and Kansas.)
The Army must address the how to of intelligence/information gathering and sharing, liaison with local law enforcement and conduct of Information Operations in focused exercises, such as UNIFIED QUEST, given a wider range of invited participants. The real question of how to educate the Army on full spectrum operations under homeland security and defense conditions must be a part of an overall review of professional military education for the 21st century. We cannot discount the agility of an external threat, the evolution of Al Qaeda for example, and its ability to take advantage of a “Darlington event” within U.S. borders. How would we respond to this type of action? What if border violence from Mexico crosses into the United States? The pressure for action will be enormous and the expectation of professional, disciplined military action will be equally so given the faith the American people have in their armed forces. The simple fact is that while the Department of Justice is the Lead Federal Agency in these operations the public face of the operation will be uniformed American Soldiers. On a TV camera a civilian is a civilian but here is no mistaking the mottled battle dress of a Soldier with the U.S. flag on his or her right sleeve.
The table of organization and equipment of Fifth U.S. Army/Army North must be scrutinized. The range of liaison parties that must be exchanged in the conduct of operations on American soil is extensive. Coordination with federal, state and local civil law enforcement and security agencies is a vital element in concluding homeland operations successfully. The liaison parties cannot be ad hoc or last minute additions to the headquarters. At a minimum such parties must routinely exercise with the headquarters.
In 1933 then Colonel George Marshall criticized the education that the Army Command and General Staff College provided as inadequate to “the chaotic state of affairs in the first few months of a campaign with a major power” (From a 1933 letter from COL GC Marshall to MG Stewart Heintzelman, cited in a report on the US Army Command and General Staff College conducted in 1982 by MG Guy Meloy. We must continue on the path of ensuring the avoidance of the “chaotic state of affairs” in the opening moments of future campaigns, defending the nation from within and without. As Dr. Sebastian L. v. Gorka wrote in Joint Forces Quarterly (p. 33), “[N]o concepts are immune to critique and reappraisal when it comes to securing the homeland.”
Senior Obama Campaign official David Axelrod, admitted Sunday, August 5th on Fox News that Ohio military voters who are allowed early voting was indeed the target of the lawsuit filed against the state of Ohio. He incorrectly claimed that military early voting was an exception, which must be corrected, so that all Ohio voters can have the right to vote early
As Ohio Democrats and the Obama campaign were targeting the military overseas voters and lambasting the Ohio state legislature and the Secretary of State for engaging in alleged discriminatory practices, they conveniently avoided mentioning that federal law protects early voting rights of overseas soldiers.
The Obama lawsuit’s claim for relief states that as a matter of fact, Ohio voters are similarly situated as military overseas voters, in their inability to vote early. The lawsuit states: “Whether caused by legislative error or partisan motivation, the result of this legislative process is arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters with respect to in-person early voting,”
What is clear is that the intention of the lawsuit is to convey a sense of voter rights imbalance where none exists both legally or factually. The Obama lawsuit claims that the action by the state of Ohio was, ‘arbitrary’ and unconstitutional to allow three extra days of in-person early voting to military voters and their families who are overseas.
Yet, the 1986 and amended 2010 Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act allows this preferential treatment as a matter of fact and of law.
The very purpose for the law’s passage was due to congress’ recognition that tens of thousands of soldiers could not avail themselves of their U.S. Constitutional voters rights due to actual physical impossibilities related to their military service. Ohio voters are not confronted with similar physical service impossibilities. This is a matter of fact. So, where are the factually similar ongoing warfare conditions that military soldiers face, to be found for Ohio voters in the state? The Obama camp claims that the Ohio’s law provides, “arbitrary and inequitable treatment of similarly situated Ohio voters. The Ohio democrat’s claims do not add up.
This lawsuit filing was more a political ploy by the Obama campaign and their desperate democrat allied officials in Ohio, to use the heroic military soldiers of Ohio as part of their ominous chess game. In fact, Ohio democrats could legally surmise before filing the lawsuit, that the state could legally establish voting procedures.
In fact earlier in July, Ohio democrat officials first claimed urban voters, i.e. democrat base voters would be deprived of their “right to early voting.” In fact, the few counties that used this practice saw a dwindling number of voters using this option. Democrats lost that round, and then turned their targets on the one group of voters, who were overseas defending the nation: Ohio military voters. Democrats hoped that this inconvenient mistruth would stick against the legal wall.
The Ohio democrats and the Obama political voter bean counters in Chicago went into court with this fallacy of reverse discrimination being practiced in Ohio. It is probable that they concluded that a federal judge would ignore the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, which gives military overseas personnel the legal right to have access to early voting and extended voting. Not going to happen.
The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act reads in part under Section G, paragraph D: “Hardship Exceptions”, that congress recognized as a matter of both fact and law, that military voters who are serving overseas are materially situated differently than other voters and therefore their voter rights must be protected and insured.
The law specifies that states must develop:
“(D) a comprehensive plan to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters are able to receive absentee ballots which they have requested and submit marked absentee ballots to the appropriate State election official in time to have that ballot counted in election for Federal office, which includes:
"(i) the steps the State will undertake to ensure that absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters have time to receive, mark, and submit their ballots in time to have those ballots counted in the election;”
Ohio state officials were keeping consistent with federal law which legally grants an exception for overseas military voters. In fact, the Obama administrations own U.S. Justice Department asserts that it works vigorously to enforce the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. It states the, “department has worked to aggressively enforce UOCAVA and the MOVE Act in order to ensure that all military and overseas voters can exercise their right to vote, and have their votes counted.”
The facts are clear. The U.S. Justice Department is aware of the law and says it enforces it. The state of Ohio election officials are attempting to do the same. The Ohio legislature’s intention was to protect the federal rights of military overseas voters. So don’t be fooled by the bait and switch legal and campaign tactics by the Obama campaign and Ohio democrats.
In the end, Ohio democrats and the Obama campaign are engaged in a high takes politically charged chess game and they are unfortunately using Ohio military overseas soldiers as the pawns. In November, the Ohio voters…all of them including the military voters will checkmate the Obama campaign and the Ohio democrat cronies.

In the midst of foreign enemy pitched firefights, IED’s and rocket barrages, the Ohio military service men and women are now being targeted by an enemy at home as well. Obama presidential campaign officials, with the apparent go ahead from the commander-in-chief is suing to eliminate the legal voting rights of Ohio military soldiers. Millions in Ohio and across the nation may regard this as an unthinkable act of unbelievable disservice to soldiers who place themselves in harm’s way daily. Of course, they would be correct.
For a calculating politician who had just visited the Buckeye State, just scant days before, one would surmise that this callous act would not have occurred. Well it has occurred and it is clear from the Obama administration’s undertaking to openly deceive and divide the voting public with deceptive attention diverting advertising ploys against Mitt Romney, their end game is to win this key battleground state.
What drives this desperate move to disarm Ohio’s military voters is possibly tied to the Wednesday Gallup Poll numbers that were released, showing Obama’s approval poll numbers stalling at 46 percent in Ohio. If these underperforming approval ratings worsen as the campaign heads into the post Memorial Day election battlefield, Obama and his administration will be decommissioned by the voters of Ohio.
Enter the Obama campaign’s clumsy effort to outflank the one area of the Ohio voter base that can unseat the president: the military vote. This is important, because in the 2008 presidential election, approximately 1.7 million votes or close to 30 percent of Ohio’s vote total were cast through absentee ballots. With the military vote making up a large chunk of the votes cast and most military votes are supposedly typically cast for the republican presidential candidate, you can do the math. Eliminate the military early voting right and you eliminate a probably Obama presidential re-election loss.
What appears unfathomable to a majority of Americans in the heartland, is how can a president of the United States fight to protect the rights of millions of illegal aliens who engage in an ongoing criminal activity, i.e. residing in the United States by breaking federal and state laws of entry. Meanwhile soldiers under President Obama’s command are being undermined by this same commander-in-chief who is fighting in the courts to destroy the valuable voting rights of military servicemen and women protecting this nation.
Righteous outrage is the first phrase that comes to mind and former decorated military officer and now Florida congressman, Allen West is outraged by this dishonorable practice by Obama and his presidential campaign. Congressmen West stated, "To have the Commander in Chief make our US Servicemen and Women the target of a political attack to benefit his reelection actions is reprehensible.”
Yes, indeed and when you think about your family members who have been noble in their performance of duty and service to this nation it indeed leaves one with a deep sense of betrayal by Obama and his administration. On one hand as Obama’s campaign fights to take soldier’s early voter rights, the other Obama hand fights to increase and fast track jobs, education, housing for illegal aliens. His administration also is in court fighting to weaken state voter ID laws which will increase illegal alien illegal voting.
Soldiers who wear the uniform of the United States' military are not going to take this laying down. In fact, while the president’s men are sniping at our soldiers’ voter rights, military organizations have entered the field of battle. AMVETS, the Association of the U.S. Army, The National Guard Association of the Unites States and many others are rallying to the cause in a concerted effort to force dismissal of the Obama’s sanctioned lawsuit against soldiers.
Americans all over this nation, who have loved ones in the military, have been in the military or who simply love and support the military should let the Obama administration know your feelings.
Write to this page… and let your feelings as well as your support be known!
Write to your congressional representative. Write the White House. Stand with the soldiers and with Congressmen Allen West who says with a noble heart, “As a Combat Veteran, for this President to unleash his campaign cronies against our Military is unconscionable… Barack Obama is undeserving of the title Commander-in-Chief."
Ohio’s military knows it; Now America must know it…Forward to November when American military soldiers can give President Obama his separation from service papers for dishonorable conduct. This is a change that America can believe in.

If our generation of Patriots is to succeed in our mandate to extend the blessings of American Liberty to our posterity, then we must both know the depth of our devotion to Liberty and understand its enemies. Indeed, we must fully comprehend those adversaries beyond topical categorization by political and other affiliations.
Our nation was founded by Patriots who devoted their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to Liberty for all. They truly understood the nature of “public service” as opposed to “self service,” the former defined as the giving of oneself for the greater good as opposed to the latter defined as the taking for oneself to the detriment of anyone or anything else.
In our Republican context of governance, the spirit of public service was and remains essential for the advancement of Liberty, while the consequence of self-service has always been irrevocably linked to tyranny.
Our generation of Patriots understands this distinction, and we are steadfast in our fidelity to the higher calling of Liberty. However, this fraternity of dedicated Patriots has always been, and will likely always be, in the minority—which is to say we must each resolve to give our all. As often noted, Samuel Adams wrote, “It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
In the generations since our founding, Liberty has suffered excessive insult by the rise of men who, under the banner of “public service,” are motivated principally by self service—and the greater the drive toward self service, the greater the threat to Liberty.
Recent history records the ascension of politicians who were incontrovertibly motivated by self service masquerading as public service—Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Albert Gore, John Kerry and John Edwards, to name a few. All of these men share tragic family histories, which indelibly imprinted them from birth. Each also has a common diagnosis for his behavior: Narcissistic Pathology Disorder (NPD).

Understanding this pathology is key to defeating our opponents who manifest it.
By definition, narcissists are deeply insecure and, consequently, have an unrelenting need to be admired by others. Their low self-esteem is often imprinted from early childhood, and for many it is associated with ineffective fathering or worse, parental abandonment. Narcissists have a grandiose sense of self and of entitlement, and they have an excessive dependence upon others for self-definition and self-esteem regulation. Though they may project an image of great confidence, it is nothing more than arrogance pretending to be confidence in a cover-up of their insecurity.
I certainly would not suggest that all children with tragic family histories are destined to develop NPD. But executive offices in both the private and public sector are frequently occupied by those driven by narcissistic pathology, those whose motivation to achieve is characterized by a lust for power and avarice, rooted in broken self esteem and the resulting obsessive need to be accepted by others.
The most malignant form of narcissism is accompanied by intelligence and charisma, which enables the deception of others in order to secure positions of power and influence.
No executive in American history has provided a more textbook archetypal case study of Narcissistic Pathology Disorder than Barack Hussein Obama, who embodied the pathology of the Left and successfully deceived the masses with his intelligence and charisma. Notably, he unwittingly outlined this deception in his second autobiographical book, “The Audacity of Hope,” writing, “I serve as a blank screen on which people of vastly different political stripes project their own views.”
Like all narcissists, however, Obama’s life is a lie.
To confirm that assertion, one needs look no further than his official White House biography, which begins, “His story is the American story—values from the heartland, a middle-class upbringing in a strong family...” There is no doubt that Obama wanted, and indeed deserved, that upbringing, but to assert that he had it could not be further from the truth.
And to further confirm the audacity of Obama’s narcissism, we need only examine his adulteration of the official White House Historical Association biographies of prior presidents, where Obama has inserted his name and some related “achievement” into the historic narratives of presidents dating back to Calvin Coolidge.
For example, the “Did You Know?” section at the end of Coolidge’s bio has been altered to read, “On Feb. 22, 1924 Calvin Coolidge became the first president to make a public radio address to the American people. President Coolidge later helped create the Federal Radio Commission, which has now evolved to become the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). President Obama became the first president to hold virtual gatherings and town halls using Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.”
See if you can spot the impostor in these other presidential bios:
“On August 14, 1935, President Roosevelt signed the Social Security Act. Today the Obama Administration continues to protect seniors and ensure Social Security will be there for future generations.”
“President John F. Kennedy famously suggested the American people: ‘Ask what you can do for your country.’ In 1961, the Peace Corps was created, facilitating service among citizens working toward peace in developing countries. In 2011, President Obama celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps with a Presidential Proclamation.”
“In 1973, Richard Nixon created The President’s Export Council, which was expanded and reconstituted under President Jimmy Carter in 1979. Today the PEC continues to work towards reaching President Obama’s goal of doubling the nation’s exports by 2014’s end.”
“President Reagan designated Martin Luther King Jr. Day a national holiday; today the Obama Administration honors this tradition, with the First and Second Families participating in service projects on this day. In a June 28, 1985 speech Reagan called for a fairer tax code, one where a multi-millionaire did not have a lower tax rate than his secretary. Today, President Obama is calling for the same with the Buffett Rule.”
“In 2002, President George W. Bush’s State of the Union was the first to be live broadcast on the Internet. In 2011 and 2012, President Obama’s State of the Union speeches were available in an enhanced live stream version that featured infographics, charts and data side-by-side in real time with the President’s speech.”
Of this audacious adulteration, Ronald Reagan’s former Attorney General, Ed Meese, concludes, “What they have done is to spoil the integrity of the historical narrative.”

Americans across the country are waking up to the fact that President Obama is constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President, as substantiated by his newly released long-form Certificate of Live Birth, which shows that his father was in fact born in Kenya in 1936. At the time, Kenya was a British colony. Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth (due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory). When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

Word of Caution: Although its great that many Americans are now beginning to wake up and are actively taking some action to have President Obama taken off the 2012 Presidential Election Ballots we need to keep in mind that those individuals with unlimited sources and/or resources, to include the deep pockets of anti-American George Soros, our own local and national elected officials and others, with the help of the MSM, who have spent years planning and successively perpetrating what I now believe could be the greatest fraud in American history are not going to go down without a fight and thus, as a result, I also believe that now more than ever we need to stick together as Americans (it's no longer Democrat or Republican) at this crucial time when our country and/or Republic needs us more than ever to see this thru. A Republic for which so many Americans have and continue to give their all to uphold and defend.
So the question is: Are you going to be part of the problem by continuing to keep your head in the sand hoping this issue goes away by itself or are you going to be part of the solution by stepping up to the plate and doing what ever it takes to uphold and defend our Republic before its too late?-You Decide:
