                  Anti Obamacare activists given new life with U.S. Supreme Court order

                               for new hearing on Obamacare religious school challenge

The U.S. Supreme Court has breathed new life into the anti Obamacare movement by ordering the 4th U.S. Circuit Appeals court to hear Liberty University’s challenge to the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare. The university had brought an action against having to implement the law on the grounds of equal protection and religious freedom. President Obama insisted during the presidential campaign that religious freedom would not be inhibited or an issue for religious colleges and religious organizations would have to consider.

According to Fox News, the school is challenging being forced to provide insurance which pay for birth control against the institution’s constitutional rights. Liberty University and many opponents firmly believe that religious institutions are protected from having to adhere to this constitutional violation under the free exercise of religion clause in the First Amendment.

It appeared that many had seemingly resigned themselves to being victimized by the June U.S. Supreme Court decision as well as the recent reelection of Obama which appeared to defeat overturning the bill. But, legal sanity still prevails in the form of state leaders that are now openly opposing the merits of the law with renewed determination.

A number of republican governors are not waiting for the U.S. Supreme Court to analyze the tea leaves in order to take concerted action against this draconian and oppressive federal interventionist law. The governors refuse to have their citizens burdened as Governor Kasich of Ohio warned, “States do not have any flexibility to build and manage exchanges in ways that respond to unique needs of their citizens or markets.”

Monday, November 26th, according to Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, over 16 states have already indicated that they will not be implementing Obamacare’s health insurance exchanges in their states. In fact, Ohio governor John Kasich was joined by Texas governor Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, Sean Parnell of Alaska, and John Heineman of Nebraska, among others in opposition to state-run health exchanges.

In effect, these governors are providing the lead for Obamacare battleground opponents who can slow down and eventually reduce the implementation of the most odorous and oppressive aspects of the bill.

Democrats who have been doing the happy dance over the reelection of President Obama should slow down that roll to a “wait and see” crawl. More and more states and their citizens will rally against full implementation of the law based upon being deprived of their right to equal protection under the 14th Amendment. Others will seek protection of their religious freedom under the 1st Amendment.

Thanksgiving 2012, finds a nation that has changed dramatically since the 1865 end of the U.S. Civil War.  There still remains an ongoing attempt to select racial winners and losers when a person’s conduct, professional or otherwise comes into question.  The latest example has been U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice’s ineptness in presenting the White House cover up account of the U.S. Benghazi Consulate American murders.

On Tuesday, Rep. James Clyburn, a Democrat, attacked nearly 100 Republican congressmen who sent a letter to President Obama, opposing a possible nomination of Susan Rice for Secretary of State.  The congressmen cited her recent apparent incompetent behavior as the reason for their opposition. Congressman Clyburn to the rescue!  He called the congressmen’s comments racist.  There Clyburn goes again.

Well, there is still Clyburn, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the diminishing exceptions who are the race-based clingers.  They cling to racial solutions for colorblind problems.  They embrace easy simplistic gotcha assertions, like “that’s racist!” or “They hate blacks” or they keep blacks down!”

This behavior must be called out for what it truly is.  This is race bating and hate mongering. Blacks and liberals engage in this practice to make political and racial hay.  They use racial division as a pay day card for their elections, non-profit race bating organizations and television network talk shows.  But America is tired and America must move on.

America must grow up and Americans of all colors must accept that bad attitudes, incompetent behavior, or irresponsible conduct should not be defended because of race!

So, enough is enough of this school yard nonsense.  The shadow of a racist past in America is not the nation of 2012. 

This nation does not need an affirmative action answer for every real or imagined problem or issue that besets American minorities.  America has to realize that if there is a civil rights issue that confronts a person who feel wronged or rights have been abridged, then repair it with the same laws that any person who has his or her rights abridged.

This is not a nation that should continue to have two sets of laws and two sets of results.  The law of the land should not be used to pick winners and losers as if it were some type of carnival game, where the deck is stacked.

Are you ready to wake up in an America where your family is defenseless against enemies foreign or domestic? This reality is right around the corner. A day after his reelection, Barack Obama signaled the United Nations that he is ready to sign an Arms Treaty to strip you of your U.S. Second Amendment Constitutional right to bear arms.

This is not new. The United Nations made earlier attempts during the administration of former President George W. Bush. But, President Bush soundly rejected the measure. Now, President Obama, fresh off of this presidential win, feels emboldened to go forward with his design to unilaterally dismember the guaranteed constitutional protections citizens of this nation are entitled to.

Do you feel comfortable with the idea that the U.S. State Department under the control of either Ambassador Hillary Clinton will truly represent your interest? What about her possible replacement nominee, America’s United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice. This is the same Ambassador Rice’s who went on five television network shows to cover up the truth of what happened to four Americans murdered on 9/11 in Benghazi, Libya.

Where does that leave Americans?

The real question is what are you prepared to do in order to defend your right to defend your family? Will you wait to see what happens? Or will you take the necessary steps to make certain that you will not have to wait and see if United Nations gun control officials knock at your door, demanding, and “Gun license and registration, please!”

The right to control your guns is not open for debate or for negotiation. It is a sovereign right that no foreign organization, including the United Nations has the right or the authority to undertake, because a president gives the go ahead.

When any president decides to destroy the nation’s U.S. Constitutional rights afforded its citizens, which he has sworn to uphold, he no longer has the authority to represent the nation’s citizens. He must be impeached!

The U.S. Constitution says with great clarity in Article II, Section 4:
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Your signed petitions should be forwarded to John Boehner, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives.

The impeachment process begins in the House of Representatives according to Article I, Section 2: "The House of Representatives . . . shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."

You do not need the permission of the White House nor do you need the permission of the mainstream media to determine your course of action to demand the impeachment of Barack Obama. Develop a list of particulars that petitioners in all fifty states will sign. The secessionist movement has already gotten the ball rolling.

On Friday, in the closing days of the presidential election President Barack Obama encouraged his supporters in Ohio to head to the polls on Tuesday with hateful revenge in their hearts.  He shouted out that this election result must be about revenge and not about America’s noble principles, values or even future.  This runs counter to his post 2008 election, when he implored Americans to accept his word that he would usher in a new type of non-partisan presidency. 

Instead Obama’s presidency and campaign degenerated into the most partisan Chicago-style thuggish character assassination campaign mugging the nation has ever witnessed

Obama used revenge as his clarion call to battleground state, Ohio, to top off the last hours of his campaign. Is hate and revenge truly what undecided voters are searching for?  Should Americans embrace the insidious nature of his closing argument for the courtroom of the American public?  Consider how the true nature of Obama has lowly become unmasked.  His hate-filled attack ads were reminiscent of his religious mentor and teacher Rev.  Jeremiah Wright.

Why should Americans be surprised?  This president lied about being present when his religious mentor Rev. Wright spoke with venom in his voice about hate. Remember, in 2003 he shouted from his pulpit, “God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America!”  Obama after doing some fancy verbal footwork, around the issue, quickly threw Rev. Wright and his association with him, under the bus.

So, Obama is not unfamiliar with hate or with use of revenge as a useful tactic.  Contrast Obama's behavior with Romney’s revenge voter edict. Romney insisted that Americans should go to the polls on November 6^th, “to vote “for love of country!”

Imagine that, “love of country.”  Not unique for a true leader who truly loves his country.  Not unique for a presidential candidate who believes in building up a nation and its future instead of a president stumbling through  four years of mediocrity, incompetence and multi-trillion dollar deficits.

But think about it a minute.  What was President referring to when he asked supporters to take revenge to the polls on November, 6^th?   What type of revenge could he be considering?  After all the “Blame Bush” rhetoric is a dog that will not hunt anymore.  Could it be a diversion away from his unwillingness to leave no one behind in the murders of four Americans in Benghazi?  Could it be that the October surprise is that Islamic world tour apologies will no longer cut it with the American public, grown tired of excuses?

Worst yet, could President be a real life Manchurian Candidate who through is youthful foreign travels and Muslim upbringing is truly contemptuous of America as a Judeo-Christian nation?  So consider again the narcissistic placement of the word “revenge” in taking it to the polls on November.  Is Obama a possible foil for socialism or other “ism” that was hatched by his ideological mentor and admirer of Satan, Saul Alinsky?  In fact it was Saul Alinsky who gave a supportive nod in his book, “Rules for Radicals to Satan.  ( read more )

The war in the right to life for the future unborn may boil down to the number 18.  The number18 is the age of majority when a young person becomes a legal adult in America. More importantly, it also represents the 18 electoral votes the winner of the Ohio presidential contestwill need to lock down the presidency in this battleground state.  

Every single voter of faith in Ohio should listen to their heart to the cries of the vanquished souls of 50 million babies who were deprived of their God-given gift to see the age of 18, since the 1973 Roe v Wade abortion decision. These Ohioans must be the firewall against the abomination of Obama’s continuing assault on right to life efforts in America.

Will Ohioans understand in their hearts that for every beautiful and precious life they hold a baby shower and christening for, there is another equally beautiful precious future life that needs to be prevented from being destroyed.  Every voter must embrace the notion that to save a future life is to be their brother’s keeper.  The rights of the unborn in Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, and Florida or anywhere in this nation is a right interconnected with each American.

This is where Ohioans and Americans step up and put faith into action. Genesis 4: 9-10    “Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?” “I don’t know,” he replied. “9Am I my brother’s keeper?”  10The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground.”

Ohio, this is personal, because you are your brother’s keeper.  The decision to vote early or vote on Election Day, November 6^th is more than just an exercise in democracy.  It is your own clarion call from an inner spirit learned in youth that the laws of God are above the laws and opinion polls of man. 

It is the right to life that flows from the essence of man’s creator.  This is the foundational basis for the nation and is the first statement of the United States Declaration of Independence. “ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. ”

The battle for freedom has to be fought and yes won on the basis of this very elementary question.  Are you ready and are you prepared to go outside of your comfort zone to take a stand for the future of the nation’s unborn?  Will you be willing to be the firewall to protect their right, in their own Revolutionary War for life?

The decision to save the life of the unborn is more than an exercise in semantics.  It is a serious occasion that calls for prayer in your heart and affirmative action to awaken your friends, family members and neighbors to exercise a vote for life.  The nation’s unborn future generations do matter. Be the moral sledgehammer against politicians and judges who circumvent life based upon convenience.

Is it more important to be conveniently politically correct than to stand up for the fetal viability of the unborn child.  Fetal viability of the unborn child was a test constructed by the Wade v Roe U.S. Supreme Court 1973 case decision. The court decided nearly forty years ago that the last third of a pregnancy was the line in the sand for life, or sometimes between 24 and 28 weeks, where an abortion could be legally permissible.

Obama’s election firewall is melting like a house of wax all over America.  States like Florida, Virginia, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin where President Obama’s election machines had once appeared impregnable are now crumbling.  What is even more telling is that Ohio, the battleground of all battleground states is now fast becoming Obama’s possible Waterloo.

According to many recent national polls, including results from Fox News Poll that was released Friday, October 19^th, Obama’s lead over Republican challenger Mitt Romney is narrowing.  The president’s former lead of 49-42 percent from late September has dwindled to 46-43 percent.  What appears even clearer is that the president’s second debate performance, while well scripted at how to be evasive and fact challenged, and has not slowed Romney’s growing momentum.

The growing White House cover up of how U.S. ambassador to Libya J. Christopher Stevens and 3 other Americans were murdered on September 11^th  at the American consulate in Benghazi is taking center stage.  As more and more intelligence documentation, real time videos, and congressional documents are made public a bizarre and tragic web of deceit is being unearthed.

The White House and the president’s campaign have stepped up their visits to Ohio and other battle ground states as well as their attacks on Romney.  Their hope is that voters would ignore the facts that these murders were avoidable and preventable.  But on Monday October 22^nd, the last presidential debate should bring the truth of the Benghazi scandal and the unraveling of the administration’s stonewalling into America’s living rooms.

The presidential election stakes are much, much higher now.  Now the White House narrative and tangled terrorist assault storylines are unraveling, thanks to the recent congressional hearings on Capitol Hill. Its gets even worse.  President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are now telling competing versions of the Libyan murders’ timeline. 

Timing is everything, and with Foreign Affairs being on the table for the last debate, the White House is on lock down.  It is refusing to honor requests for documents from congress that detail what the president knew, when he knew it and what action did he take. Fear that truth of possible evidence being covered up concerning pre and post attack terrorist activity by the White House could prove an administration cover up is in play.

What evidence could the administration be afraid of providing congress and the American voter before the election?  Could it be proof that Ambassador Stevens desperately sent request after request to the State Department for more security, while terrorists linked to al-Qaeda steadily increased their attacks and assaults as late as August on the consulate?

Could it be evidence that the President decided to ignore in-person daily Security Council briefing.  Will White House meetings records reveal that he either golfed or attended entertainment and Hollywood fundraisers on the lead up to the anniversary of the most horrific terrorist attack in the nation’s history?

What is so important in the timeline which lead up the murders in Benghazi that Obama is afraid that voters will discover?  What the administration possibly fears can be found in the recent Fox News video concerning the timeline that led up to the Benghazi tragedy.   ( Read More )

Once again, our nation has been attacked by the followers of Islam, the so-called religion of peace. This time their claim is a movie which depicts their prophet and their religion, in what they consider to be an intolerable manner, has sparked their outrage and their response is attacks on sovereign U.S. soil. These are not isolated events which were enacted by a few fringe elements of their society. These were coordinated and orchestrated attacks sanctioned by their religious leaders and their governments. Of course, it doesn’t stop there, it never does. Sovereign German and British soil was also attacked in the same manner, yet in no way were the nations of Germany or England even remotely involved in this. Unfortunately, our so-called leaders, making certain they act in a manner which is true to their form, denounce these attacks on our nation in the ‘strongest possible terms’ to assure everyone they are not the impotent, spineless jellyfish which they know themselves to be. We have seen and heard apologies, statements of disgust at this movie, and we have heard the same old rhetoric regurgitated by the leaders of our nation, the United States, which amounts to nothing more than laughable and satirical attempt to assuage our fears that our leaders really have no backbone whatsoever. As we can plainly see, a rose by any other name…is still a rose, but in this case, a bowl of jello is just that, a bowl of jello.

If the so-called act of insulting their prophet and their religion is such a heinous crime, I would have to ask, why is it not a crime when they do the same thing? For years, if not decades or even centuries, they have been calling us infidels. But the truth is, as the United States is and has been a Christian nation, which was clearly stated by our forefathers, as well as by the Supreme Court’s decision in 1892 as well; we are legally and organically a Christian nation. If you stop for a moment and consider that as a Christian nation, we believe in Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus) as our Lord, King and Savior, but the people who are attacking us do not believe this, so I would have to ask…who are the true infidels? I can assure you the term infidel means godless one. If their argument is that they have been insulted and they have the right to attack the United States as a result of their displeasure, I would argue, their slurs against the United States; calling us infidels, the Great Satan, the devil and a multitude of other false labels, are in fact the exact same types of insults which they claim to find so utterly offensive. The fact that they do not believe in the true Son of God leads one to the conclusion that Satan is within them. However, the people of Libya, Egypt, Yemen and Tunisia have committed acts of War against the United States by attacking our sovereign soil. This cannot and should not be tolerated. Their hypocrisy and fallacious arguments are neither an excuse nor logical reasoning for killing our people, destroying our property or desecrating our flag. What they are doing is making their position known. The people of the Middle East do not keep this a secret; the entire world needs to accept Islam as their faith, or be enslaved or killed. This is their mantra. These are their words. These words have been echoed since the time of the Dey of Algiers, Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman Adja, when he spoke to John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, and right up to the present day motto of the Muslim Brotherhood. Personally, I will never submit to their will or to their religion. And I certainly will not allow my own misguided elected leaders within our government make me believe in their way. This will never happen.

We must all hang together, or, assuredly, we shall all hang separately.

The question which comes to mind is why do our political leaders allow this to happen with a mere statement of disapproval as their response? The people of the United States know our nation has some of, if not the absolute best intelligence gathering agencies in the world. There is absolutely no way our government did not know this threat existed. Unless the Hussein Obama Administration has changed our policy of having United States Marines guard our Embassies, but that was changed under the Clinton Administration, so we can only wonder why there wasn’t a contingent at each and every U.S. Embassy, everywhere in the Middle East, and North, Central or East Africa capable of dispatching such attacks with the fiery brilliance which they are known to possess. We also have to wonder if orders were given to the few Marines who are there not to fire on those who attacked our nation, and why? It is simply impossible to make the argument that U.S. Marines don’t lay down the heaviest and most sustained firepower against their enemies or attackers, as history has already proved this, time and time again. These attacks could have easily been stopped and we all know it. But Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton have denounced these attacks in the ‘strongest possible terms.’ What does this tell the people of our nation and the world about the President of the United States and the U.S. State Department? I would laugh if I wasn’t so disgusted.

Now we get to the Congress of the United States, which has the power to Declare War. Our nation has been attacked in at least four (4) separate countries. Our government tells us these are acts of a few individuals and not their governments. This is a lie. These attacks were planned, orchestrated and then carried out by their regimes, with the sole intent of killing our people, destroying our property and committing an Act of War against the United States, then lying about it by telling us and the world, ‘they are fringe elements of society’ who perpetrated these acts of aggression against the United States and now Germany and England. But as we all know too well, Congress is only capable of agreeing to give themselves pay-raises. There has been no Declaration of War. So one can only infer our government is willing to allow our nation to be attacked without reprisal. If our elected leaders actually had a backbone, a Declaration of War would have already been made. Our so-called President would have already decided with the help of his advisors and the Joint Chiefs of Staff on how to Make War on those who have furtively and cowardly attacked us. And we would be sitting here in the United States today looking at the aftermath of U.S. response on our television screens. Cairo Egypt, Benghazi Libya, Sanaa Yemen and Tunis Tunisia would be extremely large heaps of rubble. By allowing this sort of attack on our nation, we have only given those nations which are thinking of doing the same, the courage to do so.

We cannot allow our elected government officials, who serve at our pleasure, make these kinds of disastrous decisions. As a sovereign nation, we have every right to defend ourselves against aggression. In this case, we have been attacked in four (4) locations. Our people have been murdered. Our flag has been desecrated. Not to mention, we are forced to listen to a fallacious 4^th grade argument for why this has been done and the two faced assurances that these forked tongued governments have condemned these actions. Then we are further subjected by the nonsensical jibber-jabber of our own leaders who tell us this will not go unpunished. Really? To make matters even worse, we know at this moment in time, our government is in negotiations with these same nations with regard to how much foreign aid they will receive from the U.S. taxpayers.

Certainly, I cannot be the only one in this great Republic who finds this to be unconscionable. In fact, I know I am not. I speak to people each and every day who feel just as I do. While I know there are many within the United States who undoubtedly feel this (and everything else) has all been caused by the United States, there are an equal if not greater amount of people who are simply dumbfounded at the continuation of this insanity. I understand as much as anyone else, our foreign policy has and continues to be a thorn in our side and a harbinger of what is undoubtedly yet to come. But despite these foreign policy blunders, in no way does this give other nations the right to attack our nation. How is it, our government supports their Arab Springs, yet they turn around and commit an Acts of War against the United States? There are no excuses. There are no arguments or justifications for these acts. And I state this with absolute certainty, this must not be tolerated.

If we wish to be free, if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending, if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained_we must fight!

When is it ever hilarious that the thought  of dozens if not hundreds of black people desperately clinging for life as torrential waters batter their children, mothers or neighbors ever funny?  David Chalian, a former political director with ABC News thought it was fair game to use a hate-mongering attack against Mitt Romney and Republicans gathered at the RNC Convention in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday.  In his vicious racist attack he said, Romney is, “Happy to throw a party with black people dying.”

Chalian, who was recently the Washington Bureau Chief for Yahoo News was fired for his online remarks, which brought no sense of alarm or even admonition from any of his on air colleagues.  This has become frighteningly familiar and comfortably abusive behavior by many liberal media persons who repeatedly target Republicans leaders and Tea Party members.

Only last night after Utah mayor and congressional candidate Mia Love gave a stunning speech at the Republican National Convention, her Wikipedia page was hacked. So in an atmosphere of  glowing GOP support for a rising star of the GOP who happens to be an African American woman, liberal attackers practiced their deceitful craft.  They used morally offensive language on her page and called her a “dirty, worthless wh*re who sold her soul in the name of big business, “and a house ni**er.”

This is the repugnant culture that mainstream media reporters and anchors have permitted to fester and grow, that seeds this type of morally bankrupt conduct. This is not new.

You do not have to go back very far to find media targeted bias. Last month, in the wake of the Colorado movie theater shootings, where 12 people were murdered, ABC News went on the air with a libelous claim against a Colorado Tea Party member.  During a morning news segment of Good Morning America, Anchor George Stephanopoulos, and Brian Ross, ABC News Chief Investigative Correspondent erroneously and callously linked an innocent Colorado man with the same name to this tragedy without making any attempt at verification of his identity.   His only “alleged crime” was having being a member of the Tea Party. Brian Ross was never fired or reprimanded.

America is at a crucial tipping point in its illustrious history.  The socialist minded presidential principles of Obama have joined with millions of illegal aliens who have been given a presidential pass to demand entry through your gates to rights and privileges given citizens.  They can ignore federal and state citizenship laws, and walk openly into your cities to demand housing in your neighborhoods. Illegal aliens can insist upon free health care at your hospitals and soon sue for the right to the keys to your child’s college education.

This is not the future in America…This is America today, this is America right now!

There is hope. States like Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Virginia and even Wisconsin that Obama scooped into his electoral column in 2008, are now steadily trending in polls towards Mitt Romney.  In fact according to recently released Rasmussen Poll numbers, amongst 11 key swing states, Obama has dropped from 53 percent, in this same period in 2008, to currently 47 percent.  Romney comes in at 44 percent and is increasingly closing the voter polling gap. 

Most importantly, historically when polls begin to tighten this early in a presidential race, instead of later, the incumbent president is typically shown the door.

Upon first look at the budget put forth by Congressman Ryan, Former Speaker of the House (and at the time presidential candidate) Newt Gingrich had some harsh words as to what he thought of the budget. He has amended his statement, voicing his support of changes and the congressman/now vice-presidential pick.

He said this on Sunday:

"The basic thrust of (Ryan’s budget plan) is the right direction for the country. The one thing I objected to back in May of 2011 was that he eliminated Medicare for everybody. He came back with Ron Wyden. He met my only objection.”
Newt Gingrich has been campaigning aggressively for Mitt Romney over the past few weeks.

Mitt Romney is set to announce his running mate around 9 AM Saturday morning during a visit to Norfolk, Va. Strong signs point to that running mate being Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. I guess we'll all know by lunch tomorrow if these sources are correct. 

Update: Its a Romney Ryan Ticket! I guess we'll see what impact this will all have after the talking heads hash it out and all the pundits blabber on.

On April 30, 2012, I wrote my fifth letter to you respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

As I’ve mentioned in the recent past, I am not a politician and thus am not known for always being politically correct because I call it as I see it.  I also come from a long line of family members that are Veterans. Four out of my six male siblings honorably served their country and my father was a WWII Veteran, who survived the Battle of the Bulge, but lost the battle with his PTSD symptoms at the young age of fifty-nine.  My two eldest sons honorably served their country as Marines.  My eldest son participated in the first Gulf War as a Marine and Iraqi Freedom as a weekend warrior with the Air National Guard. Additionally, I lost many a friend during the Viet Nam War that fought and died to uphold our “Constitutional” and the freedoms that sadly too many Americans take for granted.  As a result, I have to admit that I tend to get extremely concerned when I see politicians, regardless of political affiliation, sex, race, color (in the Marine Corps we were all green), creed, ethnic origin or religion, doing things and/or taking actions that I see as a threat to the freedom and/or rights given us under our “Constitution” and “Bill of Rights”, which millions of Americans have died to uphold.

Accordingly, I again am hereby respectfully requesting that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made on March 1, 2012 by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse for the sake of the preservation of our United States of America that I love dearly and for which so many brave and courageous Americans have made the ultimate sacrifice for.

Could this be the end-game scenario for our Republic?

“The Contact:

It was not the proverbial 3:00 a.m. phone call, but close enough. And it was not made to the White House, but to my house, which is not white, nor is it in DC. It was about 2:30 a.m. on 25 April 2012, and the call itself was somewhat unexpected. I had anticipated the telephone call from my DHS insider much earlier the previous day, but our schedules didn’t synch up. I was traveling on an investigative assignment, while my source was in meetings all day. I had just fallen asleep, and was slumbering no more than 20 minutes when the phone rang.

In most households, a ringing phone at that time of night causes concern for everyone who hears it. In my household, it seems to surprise only my surly, 140 pound light-sleeping German Shepherd. He let out an objective grunt as I stepped over him to take the call in another room. It was “Rosebud,” the code name given my insider source.

About Rosebud:

Just a little bit here about my source and his “super-secret code name.” I’ve known this government insider since 1979, when he first became a municipal patrol officer. He took a job in a bigger city and had a very successful run as a cop. Before retirement and after the events of 9/11, he was tapped by the feds, where he worked in various capacities under the umbrella of DHS. He worked his way up, and suddenly found himself in what he terms the inner sanctum of the “TEC” building. TEC, he explains, is an acronym for what he calls “The Estrogen Challenged,” which houses the upper echelon of the Department of Homeland Security. I’ll leave it at that.

As far as his code name, it originates from an incident that occurred at the end of the disco era. It is something that we both privately laugh about, but rarely ever talk about. His “code name” is known to him, me, and at the time, a young woman who has since vanished amid the glitter of disco balls and constant replays of the Bee Gees in a dark nightclub some 32 years ago, and has no “cloak and dagger” origins.

But he is real, his position serious, and his knowledge vast. Unfortunately, that’s what makes the whole situation frightening and deadly serious.

The information:

It began on Wednesday, 2 May 2012 with a 45-minute interview on TruNews with Rick Wiles when I first disclosed the information I received the previous week from my source. The information I relayed “went viral,” as they say, across the internet.

To support the statements I made during that interview, I am showing my handwritten notes taken contemporaneously during our conversation. My notes consist of two pages and are, at various points,  admittedly difficult to decipher. I ask that points not be deducted for my penmanship given the time of the morning which they were taken.

According to my source, there is talk among the highest levels of the uppermost echelon of the Department of Homeland Security, which he describes as effectively under the control of Barack Hussein Obama. During this call, he said that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that “a civil war” is the more appropriate term. Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it,” stated my source.

“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.

My source stated that he has not seen things this bad since he began working within DHS. “It’s like they [DHS agency heads] don’t care about what the American people see or feel about what the DHS agencies are doing. They figure that if the average American will put up with being “sexually groped and nuked” just to fly, they’ll accept almost anything. “That’s why their actions are becoming more overt.  “It’s in your face and the brass actually chuckle about it” said my source.

New Information:

Astounded by the information my source provided “going viral,” I spoke to him again early Sunday morning. This was a scheduled telephone call (as noted on page 2 of my notes) based on a high level meeting of DHS personnel that was scheduled for and took place in Chantilly, Virginia, on Saturday, 5 May 2012.  He hoped to provide me with more information to supplement that which he already given. Although he was not personally present, his source was. While he would not say who was at the meeting on Saturday or give its precise location, he said that the many of the names would be recognizable. He spoke to his source late Saturday night.

I contacted him on his cellular phone early Sunday morning to get the promised update.

“Geez, nice job on getting the word out about what’s really going on at DHS and in this administration,” were the first words out of his mouth, followed by “thanks a lot.” I asked him why he would be thanking me. “I just wanna’ tell you that I’m going to have to hire someone to start my car, and I’m surely not going for any rides in small planes in the immediate future,” he said with a bit of nervous laughter. “I hope no one finds out who I am or it’s going to be more than my pension I’ll have to worry about.”

“I can tell you word is getting out that people are starting to wake up, which is causing a lot of ‘pissed off brass.’  I can’t tell if they are more desperate or upset about the exposure, but the tone is starting to become a lot more tense. I hope that we’re having something to do with that,” he added.

With that, he provided me with additional information to supplement that which he already given me on 25 April. For clarity purposes, I have combined the information together from both contacts. The following information includes the updated information provided to me Sunday morning.

Obama the revolutionary:

Metaphorically speaking, there’s a revolution going on in the U.S., propped up by three legs. Economic chaos, chaos through racial division, and chaos through class division, all joined by one core element: Barack Hussein Obama and his stable of unelected czars. Obama is using the lessons learned in 1968 as the template for 2012, and many of those who were active in the late 1960s are now calling the shots for 2012.

“The Obama administration and many of the un-elected ‘czars,’ either directly or indirectly, are engaged in covert activities with the occupy movement, various labor protests, and other subversive activities inside the U.S.,” stated my source. Using untracked campaign funds, they are paying people to infiltrate the various movements to cause physical destruction of property and disrupt commerce. That began last year, but has increased ten-fold already this year,” stated this source. He added that they are using some lower level DHS agents to make the payments under the context of tracking subversives, but they are the unwitting subversives. “It’s like Fast & Furious” but in the social realm,” he added.

“Obama is using some high profile people as pawns to foment the revolution. I heard several times through very credible sources that [Louis] Farrakhan is on the CIA payroll. Other have been named as well, but I’m not prepared to identify them yet. Farrakhan is to coordinate the Blacks and the Muslims to prepare for riots this summer, using any means necessary.”

“Mentioned at the meeting Saturday were methods to use pawns to simulate the rioting in the Arab Spring countries, but to the benefit of this administration. A controlled chaos thing,” stated my source. They envision rioting starting in the urban areas first, such as New York and other major cities, followed by a disruption of business and commerce. This will allow the DHS to mobilize their various teams into the streets of America without objection of the people,” stated my source.

“They want to restrict travel, if not through high energy prices, then by checkpoints and curfews mandated by rioting and unrest. They understand we are the most well-armed nation in the world, yet they are aware of our vulnerabilities and intend to fully exploit them,” he added. The whole purpose is to keep Obama in office for another term, no matter how unpopular he is, as he is not finished changing our country from a Constitutional Republic. This is the run-up to the 2012 elections, or perhaps causing enough chaos to delay them - indefinitely.”

One statement that rattled me more than anything was that a great number of those already in power, whether in appointed or elected positions, actually want to see Obama stay in power, according to this source. “This is what we’ve been working toward and we’re closer now than we’ve ever been. If we lose now, we might not have another chance.”

This chilling common goal also explains the lack of interest in the Constitutional legitimacy of Obama. It is common knowledge that Obama is not an American, and neither is his agenda. Of course, criticism of his bona-fides feeds into the cries of racism, despite the massive fraud perpetrated on the American people. Party lines are meaningless when the common objective is the revolutionary overtaking of America.

Obama, the professor of Keynesian economics:

“The Obama administration is working closely with Bernanke, Geithner and others not to save our economy, but to outright destroy it. He is not the first or only one to try this, but the most effective and most vetted for that purpose. Do you actually think that the fact that Timothy Geithner’s father worked with Obama’s mother in Indonesia was coincidental,” stated my source rhetorically. “What we’re seeing now is the fourth quarter of a game that started long ago, which also currently involves the Clintons. Obama would not be where he is if it were not for the Clintons, and to a lesser extent, Bush, but that’s for other reasons.  Don’t be fooled, the Clintons never left or lost power,” he added.

“There are file drawers full of papers, heavily guarded papers at the ‘TEC building’  so I can only imagine what’s in them, about international financial dealings going back decades. I do know, or at least I was told, that they involve organizations that are the so-called conspiracy fringe groups, such as the Bilderberg group, the Trilateral Commission, and people including George Soros, Henry Kissinger, and current leaders of big industry. Some are fossils. They’ve been around a long time. Others are up-and-coming. They’ve got one thing in common, though, and that is to put in place a global system of governance, including a common currency. Economics is a huge part of this revolution, and they want to replace the dollar, to see it collapse. They expect, that is, they are working toward this very goal, and when this happens, it will cause chaos like never seen before in the history of this country.”

“Why do you think Jon Corzine is not only walking around, but heavily involved in Obama fundraising? They know it’s just a matter of time that Europe will implode economically, and when it does, start counting the days before we see massive hyperinflation and the ultimate collapse of the U.S. dollar,” stated this insider.  “What will it look like in the streets of America when the general population realizes that there is no money? That’s right, chaos.”

Obama & the planned racial divide:

According to this insider, the Trayvon Martin case is just the tip of the iceberg. “You certainly don’t have to be a genius to understand how Obama and his team played the public on this issue, and it’s far from over. But that’s not the sole element of what we’ll see this summer.”

“Remember the shots fired at the White House not too long ago?” asked my source. There was an element of outrage that was squandered, according to ‘team Obama.’  In fact, Obama and some of his closest advisors, especially [Valerie] Jarrett were incredibly angered that the outrage was seemingly tempered. It should have been an opportunity to use our force against the Tea Parties, the gun clingers, the Constitutionalists, and everyone who has complained about Obama. DHS should have stepped in right then, and used that event to start the clampdown,” this source stated about White House comments.

This source stated that from that point on, the DHS must become more responsive and aggressive.

Watch for a false flag event against Obama or his family, something that will outrage ‘black America.’ It will be carefully choreographed, but executed in a manner that will evoke the ugliest of reactions and create racial chaos in this country that will make the Watts riots, 1968 and the Rodney King riots pale in comparison. That’s the third leg in this.”

The planned end-game:

Does Obama look worried about the upcoming elections? Look at his lavish vacations, his limited work schedule, and those with whom he is working.  This is a very dangerous man who has, as his closest advisors, people who have orchestrated the revolutions of the 1960s. They know the “trigger points” in America.

The Obama administration, including his czars and along with his closets Progressive supporters, are planning a manufactured insurgency against America. He is using the media to his advantage to garner both sympathy and support for his unfinished goals. He is desperately seeking a way to remain in office, even if it means the surreal prospect of an indefinite postponement of elections - if it can be pulled off. So far, he’s got the support of the majority of the DHS “brass” behind him, according to my source.

“They’re power hungry, and they want to remain in charge,” stated this source.

The “surreal” aspect of suspended elections won’t look so surreal when you see any or all of the “trigger points” take place in the not-so-distant future.

“The end-game plan for America is its destruction as a Constitutional Republic, with the assistance of the agencies under the umbrella of the DHS.”

My sourced stated one more thing that seemed to tie things together. He urged me to recall the quote by Henry Kissinger who was speaking at a Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, on 21 May 1992:

Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. Until and unless you receive a decision from a United States Court of Appeals or highest state court within which a decision could be had this Court does not have jurisdiction of your case.             Sir, I understand what you’re alluding to, however your statement is just not true and please, follow me as I explain because I do feel, while it is unusual, that the Court has Original Jurisdiction in my case. Now keep reading.. don’t stop there. Please Sir, Let me explain this as I understand it.

While it is true that the Court may only review "final judgments rendered by the highest court of a state in which a decision could be had" if those judgments involve a question of federal statutory or constitutional law, the Constitution specifies that the Supreme Court may exercise original jurisdiction in cases affecting ambassadors and other diplomats, and in cases in which a state is a party, as well as when a Act of Congress is called into question: See #1 in Jurisdiction Statement. i.e. the Court is hearing the  The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)- Action by Congress considered in Joint Session is an Action of Congress the Court has jurisdiction to hear in a Direct or Original Appeal as underlined in my Writ.

 I do understand that in most all cases,  the Court has only appellate jurisdiction and that it considers cases based on its original jurisdiction very rarely; while almost all cases are brought to the Supreme Court on appeal and in practice the only original jurisdiction cases heard by the Court are disputes between two or more states, or when an Act of Congress is called into question- my case involves both- two states with two Secretaries of States official capacity in a Federal Election question in which I as a party INDEED CAN RECEIVE RELIEF FROM INJURY with a favorable decision in future primaries of western States, and also in the Democratic Party National Convention where I am free to court delegates who are un- bound in the Primaries of New Hampshire and Georgia by a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that Barack Obama is not eligible under the U.S. Constitution Art. II, Sect.1, clause 5 referring to us only a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ is eligible for the Office of the President. Arizona’s Secretary State is now in contention of not placing Obama’s name on the Ballot because he’s not eligible. How is this not an Original Jurisdiction moment in our history Sir?

The power of the Supreme Court to consider appeals from state courts, rather than just federal courts, was created by the Judiciary Act of 1789 and upheld early in the Court's history, by its rulings in Martin v. Hunter's Lessee (1816) and Cohens v. Virginia (1821). The Supreme Court is the only federal court that has jurisdiction over direct appeals from state court decisions, although there are several devices that permit so-called "collateral review" of state cases, in my jurisdiction statement I include the act of Congress that also invites original jurisdiction as Joint Session of Congress Action failed to ask for dissention or hear those hands raised in the electorate count of Jan. 8^th, 2008.

Since Article Three of the United States Constitution stipulates that federal courts may only entertain "cases" or "controversies", the Supreme Court avoids deciding cases that are moot and does not render advisory opinions, as the supreme courts of some states may do. For example, in DeFunis v. Odegaard, 416 U.S. 312 (1974), the Court dismissed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a law school affirmative action policy because the plaintiff student had graduated since he began the lawsuit, and a decision from the Court on his claim would not be able to redress any injury he had suffered, however, the mootness exception is not absolute.

If an issue is "capable of repetition yet evading review", the Court will address it even though the party before the Court would not himself be made whole by a favorable result. In Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), and other abortion cases, the Court addresses the merits of claims pressed by pregnant women seeking abortions even if they are no longer pregnant because it takes longer than the typical human gestation period to appeal a case through the lower courts to the Supreme Court, and it is the same with the contention of one Presidential
Candidate against another in the eligibility of a candidate in regards to this very case.

You Sir, are prohibiting the U.S. Supreme Court from acting on a case while the Court still can without desecrating the ‘political doctrine question’ in the 2012 election. As a candidate I have provided the case precedent of the U.S. Supreme Court and the violations of that precedent the NEW HAMPSHIRE SUPREME COURT, and Georgia lower Courts that with all due diligent conscience could be heard by the 1^st Circuit, the 11^th Circuit, or the Chief Justice himself in Original Jurisdiction. Original Jurisdiction seems the logical action in my case so I didn’t place “for the 1^st Circuit” or “for the 11^th Circuit” in the caption of the case.

Regarding your insinuation that action is denied based on a case in which “a decision could be had’, while the Primary is over and a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court cannot undo the results of New Hampshire’s Supreme Court decision, remedy is available by the delegates in the electorate who CAN be unbound with the exclusion of an unqualified candidate especially before the Sep. 2012 Democratic Party National Convention. I remind you Sir, that candidate Obama is NOT elected President 2013, and I am not contending against him as President as your letter blatantly and prejudicially states in the following statement from your letter “RE: Cody Robert Judy v. Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States.”

Do you see any such mention of my listing him as President of the United States in my action against him? Why have you inserted that if it is not perilously discriminatory to my action? That to me Sir is a blatant representation that you have taken sides actually prohibited by your position and I do note that insertion as insult to my action- Constitutional Authorization of eligibility trumps Declaration by your office.

Yes Sir, this is an unusual case, it’s not normal as far as your regular Appeals from State courts or for that matter U.S. Courts,.. but let me ask you a question Sir:

Where in the law does it state that the U.S. Supreme Court shall be bound, or have their hands tied up as hostages, by the Court Clerk from hearing a case by a Presidential Candidate by reason of avoiding, extending, and stalling until the National Democratic Convention is over regarding the eligibility of a candidate directly in opposition to the Constitution?

That’s the law I need you to please point out for me or I need you to file my case and get me a case number Sir.

If a women by law has a right of choice in an abortion, and she does right now, then I as a Candidate also have a right to be heard before the Democratic Party- a major party in the United States, in which I am running, chooses an ineligible and constitutionally unqualified candidate by those who protect precedent- The United States Supreme Court.

Thank you for your attention to my original jurisdiction argument. Its just amazing to me that I’m having this argument with you in the first place but the American people will see eventually how transparent this has been if you send me my Writ back without a case number and the embarrassment of this argument will undoubtedly last longer than Obama will in any illegal capacity.

Thank you for your speedy response to my letter of May 1, 2012, where I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arapio’s legal investigative team, known as the Cold Case Posse, which are supported by a preponderance of undisputable/credible evidence, to include sworn statements from witnesses around the world indicating an INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY TO DECEIVE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, along with an abundance of additional questions that have been raised regarding President Obama’s eligibility to be our President and Commander-In-Chief of our armed forces.

In your letter you made mention that Article II of the Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born citizen,” which I totally agree with and that President Obama was born in Hawaii. You also provided me with the following link to a Snopes website, which you stated was a non-partisan research website that contained background information on President Obama and his birth:

Although I truly appreciate you sharing the above website with me, I found that the information contained therein is irrelevant to the issue at hand because in my letter to you of May 1, 2012, I respectfully requested that a full-scale investigation be conducted by both houses of Congress into the allegations made, on March 1, 2012, by Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse. 

Basically the Cold Case Posse’s approximately six-month investigation found that there was possible fraud and forgery in President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth (COLB). In addition to their findings on the online document presented by the White House on April 27, 2011, the Posse also addressed problems with Obama’s Selective Service registration card.

Therefore Obama Senior was a British subject by birth, due to the fact that he was born within British-controlled territory. When President Obama was born in 1961, he acquired British nationality by descent, because his father was a British subject by birth. When Kenya gained its independence from Great Britain in 1963, President Obama became a citizen of the newly-formed nation.

Finally, as I’ve also mentioned in my letter to you of March 17, 2012, there was a time when someone could perhaps justify sitting on the fence on the matter of President Obama’s birth certificate, but with the results of Sheriff Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse,” an incredible claim has become an incredible situation: a team of professional investigators, commissioned by a major law-enforcement agency, has determined that the alleged birth certificate produced by the president of the United States is a probable forgery. That judgment is in, and the time for waiting is over.

Its understandable that most Americans don’t want conflict because they may fear a constitutional crisis, but, if President Obama is in fact peddling a forged document, it may simply be another example of how we already are in a constitutional crisis.  The only question now is whether we’re going to fight the fire or continue to fiddle while the Constitution burns.

You do not hear a report on the Republican Presidential Election today that does not include the words "presumptive nominee, Mitt Romney".  We will get into some details there as a sidebar, but mainly, this will discuss the messages of the remaining campaigns.  Make no mistake, you will NOT hear this side on the Mainstream Media... yet!

We have three men left in the campaign.  Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, and Ron Paul are still running.  Mitt lead a state, Newt was speaker of the House of Representatives, and Congressman Ron Paul leads the relovetion "movement".  To take the easy one first, there is not so much as a piece of legistation that Ron Paul can put his name on in 20 years.  He has been ineffectual as a congressman, and little more can be expected from a Paul Administration, should he be elected.  That is before we we consider Paul's ostrich foreign policy platform.  So we are down to two serious contenders.  

Romney has money, AND connections in the media.  While he has maintained an arms length from Bain Capital, he still has his "wealth" managed there.  Bain is a treasure trove of issues to fire up Americans with, and Romney was its leader.  But here is the big thing; Bain owns Clear Channel Radio, which syndicates Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, and others.  The conservative base is influenced by those hosts!  You can hear the urge to speak positively of Newt as they avoid it like the plague.  BUT, Mitt only owns the conservative media!

Owning something is not as important as what you do with that something.  Romney goes from place to place, reading his teleprompter, and taking few questions.  He claims to be pro life, now. He loves Cars, and Lakes, and is (this election cycle) a proponent of the 2nd Amendment.  Romney's main strategy has been turn out  suppression.  Can you point to an issue that Romney championed in the last four years?

There is one!  Most can't really say he was a champion, but Obama referred to him, in 2009,  time and time again as THE republican that supported RobamneyCare.  Mitt never denied it!  Still today, he can not deny it!  Which brings up the mandate.  What kind of mandate will Romney have if elected?  When he champions an issue, how strong will he be?  

Moreover, Newt Gingrich is driving for a Mandate.  The whitehouse has started two efforts to combat Newt.  Their energy response to $2.50 Gas is falling flat.  Their "War On Women", a direct response to the First Amendment Religious Freedom Newt has been touting, is flailing.  Newt called them out on it when George Stephanopolus initiated it.  Primarily, Newt has stuck to the precepts of building a mandate, to the point of publishing it at http://www.newt.org/contract/.  

Mitt has been trippped up over the Religious Freedom issue in interviews on Fox.  Mitt's campaign has signalled an etch-a-sketch strategy once he is rid of these pesky idealists.  Romney's issue free candidacy will give up the "not a dimes worth of difference" argument that killed our base in 2008.  Mitt will not have a mandate, and will be hamstrung in special interest fights, if elected!

The next President will face forces that have been digging in over the last four years.  How much is changed directly relates to how well we recover, from the Fannie/Freddie debacle, as well as National Security and General American Health.  Newt has had to answer the question "When are you getting out?" ad nauseum.  Mitt will have to answer "So why are you running?" to the same extent from the liberal media.  Mitt WILL gaffe!  Romney will face the refrain, "you ran against a mandate, and won!"  The liberal media has spent their ammo on Newt.  Newt's mandate will stand after the election.

Newt said, "Money spent without purpose, in a campaign without an argument, is waste of Money!"  Newt has the arguments, and he is the master of them.  Speaker Gingrich is running to give YOU a choice! To preserve America, and to win the presidency, we must support Newt Gingrich for the GOP nomination, and for the Office of the President of these United States of America!

SDS was established in late 1959 by Aryeh Neier, who would later spend fifteen years working for the American Civil Liberties Union (including eight years as its national executive director), and twelve years as executive director of Human Rights Watch (HRW) -- an organization he founded in 1978. After leaving HRW, Neier was appointed in 1993 by George Soros to serve as president of the Open Society Institute and the entire Soros Foundation Network.



SDS held its first meeting in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1960. Its first President was Alan Haber, and its first impress on the political landscape was the Port Huron Statement of 1962, drafted principally by Tom Hayden.
