President socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden, who with each passing week finds new ways to disgrace himself and the office to which he’s been entrusted, is at it once again. Having seen his party fail to sufficiently affect the composition of the U.S. Supreme Court within our constitutionally agreed-upon framework, socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden on Friday signed an executive order establishing his Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court, which is tasked with, among other things, considering the “membership and size of the Court.” In other words, packing the High Court.
When we were kids on the playground, we had a word for this: cheating. Think about it: Any neighborhood kid who tried to change the rules of the game in order to gain an advantage was quickly and roundly set upon. We were just kids, but even back then we understood the difference between right and wrong. socialist/scumbag/ liar-Joe Biden doesn’t. Or, if he does, he simply doesn’t care. And, come to think of it, this backslapper has been lying and cheating about little things and big things his whole life, so why are we at all surprised?
Regarding his plan, The Wall Street Journal reports, “ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden ordered a commission to study Supreme Court changes such as adding seats, an idea pushed by progressives in his party that faces strong opposition from congressional Republicans. Mr. Biden said during his campaign that he would create a bipartisan commission to study expanding the court or creating term limits for justices. … The 36-member commission will be charged with completing its findings within 180 days of its first public meeting and will preside over a fraught political moment for the future of the nation’s high court.”
socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is more than just a liar and a cheat; he’s also a coward, utterly unwilling to tell the unhinged far-left flank of his party to pound sand. Despite his campaign waffling, this was the perfect opportunity to do just that, the perfect opportunity to pay just a modicum of lip service to his Inauguration Day promise. “I pledge this to you,” socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden said on January 20, “I will be a president for all Americans. All Americans. And I promise you: I will fight as hard for those who did not support me as for those who did.”
Alas, it wasn’t to be. As the far-left New York Times reports, “The president acted under pressure from activists pushing for more seats to alter the ideological balance of the court after President Donald J. Trump appointed three justices, including one to a seat that Republicans had blocked his predecessor, Barack scumbag/liar-nObama, from filling for almost a year.”
The makeup of this 36-member “bipartisan” commission certainly won’t be 18-18, and it’s leadership is, naturally, leftist. Even if it were balanced, no self-respecting Republican or conservative should agree to be on that commission, though a few have. Agreeing to do so lends an air of legitimacy to it. But there’s not a whiff of legitimacy to be found anywhere on a commission whose purpose is likely to make the case for packing the Supreme Court — or at the very least intimidating justices and judges to bow to progressive demands.
In fact, leftist Justice Stephen Breyer acknowledged the problem. “Those whose initial instincts may favor important structural change or other similar institutional changes, such as forms of court-packing, [should] think long and hard before they embody those changes in law,” he said last week. There’s currently “a trust that the Court is guided by legal principle, not politics,” but, he warned, “structural alteration motivated by the perception of political influence can only feed that latter perception, further eroding that trust.”

The Height of BLM Hypocrisy
The political fortunes of Democrat politicians, most notably socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden and lowlife/liar-Kamala Harris and their legislative branch parrots, Chuck scumbag/liar-Schumer and scumbag/liar-Nancy Pelosi, are built on identity constituency deceit. Race-hustling has proven to be their most successful identity game in the last decade, and it has paid rich political dividends.
Demos have a symbiotic relationship with hate-hustling organizations, most notably their Leftmedia publicists. But other major benefactors include leftists with the SPLC, and a huge beneficiary of hate-hustling has been the Marxist so-called “Black Lives Matter” radicals. These organizations profit handsomely from woke corporations who want to appease these identity groups in order to appear sympathetic and avoid boycotts.
BLM took in $90 million in “donations” last year alone. So, naturally, why wouldn’t self-proclaimed Marxist Patrisse Cullors, BLM’s 37-year-old high-profile cofounder, not want to cash in some of her chips for a nice house in a white suburb?
BLM got its start with the Zimmerman/Martin race-bait hoax in 2013 and ramped up after the 2014 “hands up, don’t shoot” hoax in Ferguson, Missouri. But BLM solidified its brand after Trump’s election, when the Democrats put their “division and hate political apparatus” in high gear.
The Charlottesville riot was the launchpad for BLM’s scandal-ridden collaboration with Democrats against Trump. That culminated with the effort to get Biden and Harris elected on the “systemic racism” lie, after the presidential tag team joined the “racist cops” agenda. Indeed, a lot of otherwise rational people drank the BLM Kool-Aid ahead of the election.
Within days of the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden/ lowlife/liar-Harris victory, Cullors immediately put them on notice that BLM expects the administration to take up its mantle.
Meanwhile, Cullors will be relaxing in the comfort of her private $1.4 million Topanga Canyon home outside Los Angeles, which includes beautiful amenities, a separate guest house, and exceptional landscaping. According to the latest census, Topanga Canyon is 88% white and only 1.8% black. It is one of the $3.2 million in properties she recently purchased, including a nice suburban home in the white town of Conyers, Georgia — with a private airplane hangar. She is considering an additional property at the exclusive Albany resort in the Bahamas.
Again, why not? She is untouchable. I mean, when the world’s wealthiest man, Jeff Bezos, who has accumulated more than $177 billion (up $64 billion in a year), is allowed to pass as a leftist, surely Cullors is entitled to some creature comforts.
Black sports commentator Jason Whitlock posted on social media: “She had a lot of options on where to live. She chose one of the whitest places in California. She’ll have her pick of white cops and white people to complain about. That’s a choice, bro.” Of course, Twitter blocked his comment! ~The Patriot Post
Big Business Going Woke Over Voting Laws
Over the weekend, dozens of CEOs from some of America’s top corporations joined a web teleconference in which they expressed opposition to Georgia’s new voter-integrity law while also committing their companies to promoting “woke” politics. Falsely framing the Peach State’s new voting law, passed by Georgia’s Republican-majority legislature and signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp, as voter suppression that discriminates against minority voters, the CEOs were encouraged to sign a public statement opposing the law.
It’s apparent none of these CEOs has taken the time to actually read the bill, because all of them are taking action based upon the fallacious characterization of the legislation promoted by socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden, Democrats, and the Leftmedia. Is the mere accusation of racism and bigotry enough to get these CEOs to bow to the myriad of virtue-signaling demands made by the woke cancel culture mobs on social media? And do they really believe they’re doing what consumers want? Apparently so.
Historically, big business has found itself more politically in line with Republicans, as the GOP is the party advocating for free-market capitalism, lower taxes, and less government regulation. However, in the last few years, there appears to be a shift occurring, and big business has begun publicly siding with cultural leftists and their woke politics. The Democrat Party has increasingly embraced the divisive politics of the extreme Left, and now corporate America is apparently heading down the same path. Not only is it unacceptable to endorse conservative policies, but a company must now publicly condemn such policies and threaten to withhold business if such policies aren’t reversed.
What is emerging is a new fascism in which corporate America is increasingly doing the bidding of Democrats, because CEOs have surmised that such a move is good for business.
Case in point: Last week, woke corporate appeasement took the form of Major League Baseball shifting the All-Star Game venue from majority-black Atlanta to majority-white Denver because the Georgia legislature upheld the principles of voter integrity. Voter integrity is antithetical to the Democrats’ HR 1 bulk-mail ballot strategy to ensure perpetual Democrat rule. If HR 1 becomes law, institutionalizing voter fraud, corporate execs want to ensure they will have the Democrats’ in their pockets. Ironically, but predictably, the MLB move from Atlanta has clobbered minority-owned small businesses, but for radical leftists, these businesses are acceptable casualties in their race-hustling charade.
It’s clear that big businesses fear that if they don’t go woke, they’ll go broke. So election integrity be damned, no matter how much they wax poetic about how they’re acting to protect “American democracy.” ~The Patriot Post
Political Correctness Corrupts FBI
Political correctness is a cancer. And perhaps the entity most debilitated by it is the FBI.
Following the slaughter of 10 people at the King Soopers grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, we learned that the suspected assailant, Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, was previously known to the FBI because he was linked to another individual under investigation by the bureau.
It’s not the first time, and conservative columnist “Sundance” reminds Americans just how many other mass shooters — most of whom were terrorists — were previously known by the agency. “The FBI knew in advance the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff,” he writes. “The FBI knew in advance the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance the Garland, Texas, shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi). The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan); and now the FBI knew in advance of Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa.”
The filtering of those cases through the lens of political correctness was especially egregious, and the template for it was set by the scumbag/liar-nObama administration when the FBI, then led by Robert Mueller, eliminated 876 pages and 392 presentations from its counterterrorism training manuals. It deleted terms such as “al Qaeda,” “Muslim Brotherhood,” and “jihad,” even as it insisted “training must emphasize that no investigative or intelligence collection activity may be based solely on race, ethnicity, national origin, or religious affiliation.”
Thus, despite intercepting a series of emails between Nidal Hasan and terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki beginning as early as 2008 — the same Anwar al-Awlaki whom scumbag/liar-nObama ordered to be killed by a drone strike — no action was taken against the man who eventually killed 13 and wounded another 32 at Fort Hood. Astonishingly, scumbag/liar-nObama referred to that slaughter as “workplace violence,” and former General George Casey, the Army’s top officer at the time, lamented that though the slaughter was horrific, “if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse.”
Omar Mateen? Despite placing him on a terrorist watch list in 2013, and investigating him twice — the second time because he was in contact with an American who joined ISIS in Syria and blew himself up in a suicide bombing — the agency concluded those contacts were “minimal” and removed him from the list. After Mateen killed 49 people and wounded 53 others, then-U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch initially redacted incriminating references to radical Islam from the 28 minutes of 911 calls he made while perpetrating the carnage. According to Lynch, that censorship was an effort to prevent Mateen from furthering “his propaganda.”
Tamerlan Tsarnaev? Despite two separate warnings to the FBI and the CIA from Russia in 2011, the FBI closed out its file on Tamerlan Tsarnaev after interviewing him and his family and deciding he posed no risk. The FBI knew he had spent six months of travel to a known Islamist terrorist training center in the Dagestan-Chechnya area in Islamic Russia, yet suspended an investigation of him anyway.
Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik? The politically correct purge of the Treasury Enforcement Communications System in 2009 deleted Farook’s ties to terror group Tablighi Jamaat, leaving the FBI a day late and dollar short in terms of preventing him and Malik from killing 14 and seriously injuring 22 others.
Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi? According to ABC News, “An undercover FBI agent had exchanged social media messages with Simpson days before the attack and was sitting in a vehicle outside the Garland convention center when the attack began. As the agent drove around Simpson and Soofi’s car, which had stopped abruptly, the attackers got out and opened fire with military-style rifles. The agent drove away and was stopped by police.”
During the trial of Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem, who had supplied weapons to the duo, prosecutors asserted that information about the undercover officer was “classified.”
Nikolas Cruz? On January 5, 2018, a person close to Cruz contacted the FBI’s Public Access Line and told them about his ominous media posts, his expressed desire to kill people, and his gun ownership — all of which, according to protocols, should have precipitated his assessment as a potentially deadly threat and the forwarding of that assessment to the FBI Miami Field Office.
None of it happened, and Cruz killed 17 and injured 17 others at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Shortly thereafter, FBI Director Christopher Wray asserted that he was “committed to getting to the bottom of what happened in this particular matter, as well as reviewing our processes for responding to information that we receive from the public.”
Several searches using a variety of different keywords yielded nothing in terms of that investigation and/or review.
And it’s not just mass murderers. Columnists Howie Carr and Glenn Reynolds remind us that the FBI missed some of the 9/11 hijackers, failed to catch Russian mole Robert Philip Hanssen in its own ranks for more than 20 years, ran an inept crime lab that precipitated flawed testimony against defendants for over two decades, conducted wiretaps of journalists, deliberately set up Michael Flynn, allowed four Boston men to rot on death row for 35 years for a murder they didn’t commit while shielding the real killers from justice, and framed Atlanta security guard Richard Jewell for a crime he did not commit.
Moreover, the double standard engineered by political correctness becomes impossible to ignore. Thus, in contrast to much of the above, the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation was a series of corrupt endeavors based on sources agents knew were bogus, even as they lied to the FISA Court to get warrants. Nonetheless, 50 FBI agents were employed by the Trump-Russia investigation to maintain a narrative that eventually became unsustainable.
And last year, even as riots were occurring in cities across the nation, the FBI sent 15 special agents to Talladega Superspeedway to investigate a “hate crime” based on a “noose” discovered in a garage that had been assigned to black driver Bubba Wallace. It turned out to be a large door pulldown that had been there since 2019.
In stark contrast to its investigations of those riots, the FBI has conducted an extensive investigation of the January 6 riot at the Capitol that has revealed its ineptitude prior to it: Parler warned the agency of “specific threats of violence,” and Wray admitted the agency had received “raw, unverified, uncorroborated information” that was ostensibly shared with Capitol Police. Yet former U.S. Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund says that information never made it to him.
Why the seeming double standard between the FBI’s investigation of riots precipitated by BLM and antifa last summer and the riot on January 6? Perhaps this photo of FBI agents taking a knee in solidarity with BLM is indicative.
“Looking at the FBI’s record, it’s hard not to conclude that it is far better at pursuing press and political opponents than at actually keeping us safe,” Reynolds asserts.

CDC Warns of Epidemic of Racism
A recent memo on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website, posted by CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, asserts that America is currently under a “serious public health threat.” And what is this “health threat” Dr. Walensky is warning about? Why, it’s racism. And how did Dr. Walensky come to her “diagnosis”? To put it simply, she looked at the disparate numbers of those who have suffered the most physically from the pandemic and concluded that the cause of this disparity must be systemic racism.
Dr. Walensky writes, “The impact of COVID-19 is felt, most severely, in communities of color — communities that have experienced disproportionate case counts and deaths, and where the social impact of the pandemic has been most extreme.” She then unequivocally dispels any other possible factors that may have contributed to these disparities. “Yet, the disparities seen over the past year were not a result of COVID-19,” she says. “Instead, the pandemic illuminated inequities that have existed for generations and revealed for all of America a known, but often unaddressed, epidemic impacting public health: racism.”
However, in order to make her “racism” diagnosis stick, she quickly expands the definition of racism to essentially include the entire American value system, specifically capitalism. “What we know is this: racism is a serious public health threat that directly affects the well-being of millions of Americans,” she argues. “As a result, it affects the health of our entire nation. Racism is not just the discrimination against one group based on the color of their skin or their race or ethnicity, but the structural barriers that impact racial and ethnic groups differently to influence where a person lives, where they work, where their children play, and where they gather in community. Over generations, these structural inequities have resulted in stark racial and ethnic health disparities that are severe, far-reaching and unacceptable.”
Like the woke social justice warrior she is, her prescription for combatting racism is … pushing actual racism. This means a four-point action plan, highlighted by Dr. Walensky’s creation of a new CDC web portal titled “Racism and Health.” Her explicit desired goal for ending racism is not equality but that Marxist ethic of “equity,” which was an early directive from the socialist/scumbag/ liar-Biden/ lowlife/liar-Harris administration. This ideology judges everyone solely by their group identity and not as individuals. You know, what we used to call racism.
The truth is, the only reason racism may be growing in America is because the Left keeps exploiting and feeding it with its Critical Race Theory ideas that only divide and destroy a national cohesive culture. President socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden made good on his promise to restrict Second Amendment rights via executive orders. His six orders are certain to face legal challenges because, as The Washington Free Beacon reports, they “could turn millions of Americans into felons overnight.”
But it’s worth pointing out, once again, that socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden is also gaslighting the American people. During his remarks Thursday, he made a number of obviously false statements to advance his left-wing agenda.
For example, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden insisted that you can go to a gun show and “buy whatever you want and [there’s] no background check.” That’s just not true. All commercial gun sales require a federal background check. And the vast majority of sales at gun shows are conducted by commercial sellers. There is no “gun show loophole.”
What’s not subject to federal background checks are private transfers between two people. Is socialist/ scumbag/liar-Biden proposing to regulate those too?
socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden also falsely claimed that gun manufacturers were “the only outfit that is exempt from being sued.” Again, that’s just not true. A gun manufacturer can be sued if its product is defective.
But socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden wants to repeal a 2005 law that prevents gun manufacturers from being sued if a criminal uses their legal product for an illegal purpose. That legal protection is just common sense.
It would be like suing Nissan for last week’s car ramming attack that killed a Capitol Hill police officer. Nissan isn’t responsible for what the murderer did with his car.
Yet socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s anti-Second Amendment agenda was laid bare. If he could accomplish just one thing, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden said, “Give me that one.” He wants to open up gun manufacturers to criminal liability for the illegal use of their legal product. It would bankrupt them and drive them all out of business. And he knows it.
socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s Boondoggle
There’s a big debate underway in Washington about socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s new infrastructure bill. Polls show that the American people overwhelmingly support additional spending to improve infrastructure.
If you ask people what they think infrastructure is, they’ll say more roads, better bridges, modern airports, and improved rail lines. And in this digital age, many would even include increased broadband access or faster Internet service.
But apparently the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration has redefined infrastructure to include virtually anything on the left’s socialist agenda. Biden has thrown it all together for a massive $2.3 trillion boondoggle.
For example, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s bill includes a lot of items from the Green New Deal. He wants to retrofit government buildings. There’s massive spending on home healthcare, as well as new job training programs. None of that is infrastructure.
Even the left-wing outlet Politico says that only 37% of socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s bill is devoted to traditional infrastructure projects. But there’s $590 billion for projects Politico called “a very distant relative” of infrastructure, and $400 billion went to stuff Politico labeled as “Not even close.”
Sadly, it gets worse. The bill is jammed full of tax increases. In fact, the National Association of Manufacturers, whose members would benefit greatly from a big infrastructure bill, studied socialist/scumbag/ liar-Biden’s proposal and came out strongly against it.
It warned that socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s massive tax increases would lead to one million job losses over the next two years. It would also shrink economic activity by $200 billion over the next five years.
In other words, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s plan is the exact opposite of what we need to do to recover from the pandemic.
socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe vs. Joe
socialist/scumbag/liar-Joe Biden has a big problem named Joe Manchin. West Virginia’s senior senator is standing in the way of the left’s extreme agenda, and progressives aren’t happy about it.
As we have previously reported, there is a huge push underway by the radical left to browbeat Senate Democrats into eliminating the filibuster rule. That rule requires most legislation to receive supermajority support of 60 votes in order to pass the Senate. But Democrats only have 50 votes.
So, because of the filibuster rule, they cannot pass extreme bills like HR 1, nationalizing all elections, and HR 5 (the so-called “Equality Act”) or legislation to pack the Supreme Court, which socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is seriously considering.
Most Senate Democrats appear willing to “nuke” the filibuster rule. But a few, including Senators Krysten Sinema and Joe Manchin, are standing firm.
Writing in The Washington Post this week, Manchin was unambiguous about his position: “I have said it before and will say it again to remove any shred of doubt: There is no circumstance in which I will vote to eliminate or weaken the filibuster.”
And Manchin went even further, criticizing the Democrats’ repeated use of the budget reconciliation process, writing:
“If the filibuster is eliminated or budget reconciliation becomes the norm, a new and dangerous precedent will be set to pass sweeping, partisan legislation that changes the direction of our nation every time there is a change in political control. The consequences will be profound — our nation may never see stable governing again.”

Appeasing Terrorists
The socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration announced that it is going to send $235 million — that’s your tax money — to the Palestinian Authority. Why? Has the Palestinian Authority renounced terrorism? No. It is still subsidizing terrorism against Israel.
Has the Palestinian Authority agreed to make peace with Israel? No. As a matter of fact, there’s a good chance that the terrorist organization Hamas could win next month’s Palestinian elections. Then what?
The Coalition for Jewish Values, representing 1,500 Orthodox rabbis, blasted the administration. Rabbi Yaakov Menken said the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration is knowingly violating the Taylor Force Act, adding, “Every global terror organization is delighted to see President Biden in power.”
The Islamic Republic of Iran, the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism, is certainly happy.
Incredibly, the socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden administration announced this week that it is prepared to unilaterally lift sanctions against Iran that are “inconsistent” with the 2015 scumbag/liar-nObama/ socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden nuclear deal.
It’s effectively rolling back the clock to the scumbag/liar-nObama era. socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden is going to remove all the sanctions imposed by President Trump specifically targeting Iran’s terrorist activities and its human rights violations. In other words, Biden is appeasing Iran and rewarding its bad behavior.
Netanyahu Responds
Needless to say, socialist/scumbag/liar-Biden’s actions are not being well-received in Israel. Speaking at this week’s Holocaust remembrance ceremony, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to defend the Jewish people from those who routinely call for a second Holocaust. He said:
“The nuclear agreement with Iran, which allowed it to make progress in developing its arsenal of atomic bombs … is back on the table. However, history has taught us that such agreements with such extremist regimes are worth less than nothing.
"Even to our best friends I say: Make no mistake — an agreement with Iran that will pave their way to a nuclear weapon — a weapon that threatens to destroy us — any such agreement will not bind us one iota. Only one thing binds us: preventing those who seek to destroy us from carrying out their plan.
"During the Holocaust, we did not have the strength to defend ourselves, nor the sovereign right to do so. We were without rights, without a country, without protection.
