Balanced Budget Amendment ... Require the Federal and State Governments to balance their budgets. Expenditures must meet revenue ... Allow for FEMA and Military exceptions in times of National Emergencies or war...Require 2/3rds vote in both Houses of Congress to approve emergency expenditures.
Rewrite the Federal Judiciary Act ... to limit all federal court findings and orders to the current case in law before the court... no others. Restrict all orders of the courts to the case before them... Establish a system of judicial review to discipline sitting Justices... up to and including firing without Impeachment... For Bad behavior.
Restrict the Court's jurisdiction over the Constitution... Require CONGRESS to approve any SCOTUS findings for Constitutional issues in the CASE BEFORE THE COURT... with new cases standing on their own merit... unless Congress approves the court's findings by modifying the law in question to agree with the court... THE COURT'S FINDINGS ARE LIMITED TO THE CASE BEFORE IT..

If We the People of the States are not ready to use Article V to go around the Congress and directly to the Constitution as the supreme law of the land, then we should expect that things will continue to deteriorate with our professional politicians in charge. We the People CAN use our Constitution to save our constitutional republic, but only if there are enough stalwart patriots to stand and work in the trenches to make that happen.
Yep, and apparently a Dem appointed liberal Parliamentarian is running the Senate instead of the elected majority leader Republican. No wonder nothing is getting done to stop this fraud, waste and abuse of the taxpayers.
