Blanket pardons are not legal... a general pardon is not legal. HUNTER's Pardon is in the form of a GENERAL Amnesty ... Every single offense must be enumerated and defined in a PARDONED to avoid prosecution and the penalties for violating the law.
Example: Felony Purjory must be identified for each case committed in a Pardon, specifying the specific incident being pardoned... This principle extends to every criminal act by Hunter. In Hunter's case, thousands of individual crimes must be listed to be pardoned. Amnesty however can be used to forgive prosecution for whole classes of individuals and criminal conduct described and identified in the Amnesty. An Amnesty is required to do what Biden is attempting to accomplish with a pardon.
Pres. Biden has elected to use his 'Pardon Power' to grant his son a pardon for the CRIMES LISTED IN THE PARDON... all other crimes (Not listed) remain prosecutable.

Our Founding Fathers never intended the Constitutional power to PARDON... to become a tool to escape Justice. After all, the purpose of the law is to administer JUSTICE, not to avoid it.
Justice doesn't Pardon Racketeers or habitual criminals... Our founders would be appalled to find our legal profession and the President exercising the power to 'Pardon' to escape JUSTICE. The power to pardon must not be permitted to thwart the very underpinnings of Justice and the righteous administration of the law.
I don't believe the SCOTUS would find a President's 'Pardon Powers'... as ORIGINALLY intended... to be used to escape JUSTICE... Pardons are a means to facilitate JUSTICE, not to escape it.

The question that remains is, "Will anyone challenge the legality of the blanket pardon?" Until that happens, it's doubtful that any charges will be brought against Hunter Biden. I'm not holding my breath. The weasels at the top will prevail once again.
