ALERT: Sex-Fraud Lawsuits In The Waiting

13567843872?profile=RESIZE_584xBrace yourself, here it comes! The mandatory sex testing in world boxing represents a turning point for fairness and safety in women’s sports, but it also paves the way for significant lawsuits.

A new term has emerged, and that is ‘Sex-Fraud’ This means lying about one's gender to gain an advantage.

World Boxing has announced a landmark move to implement mandatory sex testing for all athletes seeking to compete in its sanctioned events, addressing one of the most controversial issues in modern athletics. This bold step aims to protect the integrity, fairness, and, most importantly, the safety of women’s sports by ensuring that only eligible participants compete in each sex category.

Why it matters is not only safety and fairness but also protecting the sport industry from ‘sex-fraud’!

The inclusion of biological males in women’s sports has become a flashpoint across many disciplines, raising questions about competitive fairness, physical safety, and biological advantages, which could mean committing outright sex-fraud to win but could also endanger female competitors who could be injured by the ‘male make-believe female’ athletes.

As governing bodies worldwide grapple with how to balance fairness with inclusion, World Boxing’s initiative sets a clear precedent. Its new policy framed around “Sex, Age, and Weight,” is designed to provide a level playing field while safeguarding athletes from potential injury.

The precedent and legal implications are staggering! One of the most pressing concerns is legal liability. If a biological male is either permitted or somehow commits sex-fraud to compete in a women's division causes injury to a female athlete, and it is later revealed that no proper sex verification process was in place or sex-fraud was committed, then the organizing body could be open to lawsuits. The potential for litigation increases significantly when such injuries are preventable by enforcing eligibility policies.

By creating a formal, medically backed screening process, World Boxing is protecting its athletes and insulating itself from future legal action. Once this testing framework becomes standard, it will be easier to demonstrate due diligence and maintain public trust in the fairness of the sport.

Transgender women may be allowed to compete under specific conditions, most often involving strict testosterone level regulations and transition timelines. However, several international sports bodies (e.g., World Athletics, World Aquatics) have banned or heavily restricted trans women from elite women’s competition, citing fairness and safety concerns.

This patchwork of rules has left sports organizations to make independent decisions. World Boxing’s move to implement mandatory sex testing shows a willingness to take decisive, science-based action in the absence of unified global policy.

The future of women’s sports is in question. If sex-fraud or no sex testing continues, then there is no such thing as women’s sports. Furthermore, since the liberal progressives cannot define what a woman is, then they can’t define what a man is either; therefore, all sports are destroyed.

The decision by World Boxing could spark a domino effect across other contact sports, where the physical gap between sexes can have immediate and dangerous consequences. As more sports face public scrutiny and potential legal challenges, sex testing policies could become the standard rather than the exception.

Women's sports remain a space for biological females to compete on equal footing, without risking injury or being forced into an unfair playing field.

Final Word: Sex delineation is a must in gender-oriented sports; without it, there are no sports, only pretend sex games.

  • Does anyone know what type of testing this actually is? The only real way to be certain whether a person is a man or a woman is to do a chromosome test. XX woman; XY man.  XXY or XYY then there are problems. But of course the anti-truth deMOCKrat or deMOCKrat leaning groups worldwide are going to cry blkoody hell.

    • Not sure about the testing issue. Could you do a internet search and send me the results?

  • Before the onset of everything being required to be anti-Truth, 'Psychology Today, wrote that "men have 30% more muscle than women." I remember.
They also wrote that men's and women's brains are not the same. They wrote—that men's brains have 7X more gray matter, which is non-neurally connected. Women have 10X more white matter in their brains, which is heavily neurally connected-which explains why men can only do one thing at a time and a woman can fix lunch, answer the phone, make a shopping list and put clothes in the washer, all at the same time.

    • 👍Right and a video I have seen explains that even better; mens' brains are organized in neat little boxes, so they are "afflicted" with "tunnel vision", or the ability to only perform one task at a time.

Womens' brains resemble a "mass of spaghetti - - this is what allows us to "multi-task"!!

    • Spaghetti, IT DOES SOLVE EVERYTHING!!  I make GREAT pasta....

    • 🤣🤣 May I have meatballs with mine, please and a little extra marinara sauce?? A side salad and toasted garlic bread would make it a perfect meal..

    • I always knew women were better than men! Now I know why 😂

    • Hahahahaha, you sound normal! You like the things we do for you (men), how we make your life better!

    • Now you know. Behave yourself. lol.
