The 14th Amendment describes who qualifies as a CITIZEN of the United States... and assigns the right of US Citizens to vote. See Sections 1 and 2 ( Below).  Persons in the US legally or illegally who were not BORN IN THE UNITED STATES OR NATURALIZED are not Citizens of the United States.  These individuals are not eligible for the privilege and immunities of CITIZENSHIP... including the privilege to VOTE.

The 15th Amendment and 19th Amendment guarantee the right of all 'CITIZENS' of the United States to vote.  (See Below)

The FIfthteenth Amendment

Section 1.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Section 2.

The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

The Nineteenth Amendment

Section 1.

The right of 'citizens' of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Section 2.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

 

Section 2

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

We must not give non-citizens the privelege to vote... migrants, illegal aliens, and legal aliens are not US Citizens nor are they Constitutionally permitted to vote....nor shall their numbers be apportioned when assigning the number of Representatives to the states, or for apportioning federal funds for distribution.

Registering non-citizens to vote... should constitute prima-facia evidence of election and voter fraud.

    • You made some good points. Here in CA. when a person gets their drivers license all they have to do is check the boxes on the form and there is NO verification of anything! 

      The California Motor Voter program is making registering to vote at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) more convenient. Eligible applicants completing a driver license, identification (ID) card or change of address transaction online, by mail or in person at the DMV will be automatically registered to vote by the California Secretary of State, unless they choose to opt out of automatic voter registration.

    There has been a longstanding effort by Marxists to mislead people about who is a US Citizen and what constitutional rights are afforded to aliens while they are in the US.

    However, the Constitution is clear on these issues...  Aliens, whether they are here legally or illegally, have no permanent Constitutional rights. Their rights are granted by statutory law and are subject to review to prevent foreign agency from usurping powers that affect US citizens and local governments.  Aliens have no constitutional voting rights PERIOD. Registering non-US Citizens (aliens) to vote must be considered voter and election fraud.
