According to the DOE, American universities and colleges have received $19 billion in foreign donations with no recorded dates of receipt as of April 6, 2023.
Since 1981, American colleges and universities have disclosed $40.2 billion in foreign funding, with $1.1 billion in foreign payments in 2021 alone.
According to a report from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI), over 200 American colleges and universities received $13 billion in previously undisclosed contributions from foreign regimes.
The report claims that a sizable portion of the funds were donated from authoritarian regimes around the globe, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, and the UAE.
The top five universities that benefitted from these donations include Carnegie Mellon, $1.4 billion, Cornell $1.2 billion, Harvard $894 million and MIT $859 million, and Texas A&M which received just over half a billion dollars.
The next five universities include Yale $495.8 million, Northwestern University $402 million, Johns Hopkins $401 million, Georgetown $379 million and the University of Chicago $364 million, as of the report dated 30 March 2020.

OK, for all of you that don't know how this works. The State Department gives money to these countries. The countries, in turn, give part of the money back to these schools and to the dark side of social clubs within the colleges. So, in essence, we the taxpayers are giving this dark money to these schools. It is all a shell game and our Congress, the intelligence agencies, CIA, FBI, and the rest are not interested. So until we get term limits nothing will change. Just like when Obama gave Solenda 500 million and the company went out of business six months later. No one even asked where the money went. It was given back to Dems who were running for office. So we the taxpayers funded Dems running for office when Obama was in office. Wake up America.

The whole Foreign Aid program as well as Federal Funding of Corporations is just a shell game to steal taxpayer money, launder it through the recipient countries and companies, and then get that money back into the coffers of the Communist Left in America! Our Founding Fathers knew the power of the purse and this was the reason they placed it in the hands of the Congress which was closest to We the People; however, We the People have allowed ourselves to be manipulated into voting for Political Parties instead of individual representatives. By this, we are electing people who have greater loyalty to their political party than they do to the US Constitution (read America) as well as over the interests of their constituents. We actually need to form other political structures in this nation that are dedicated to upholding and defending the US Constitution and taking care that taxpayer money is spent only on legitimate needs are that the money is handled very transparently. However, since our Federal Tax Code is so complicated and corrupt, many of We the People either fail to have any skin in the game or fail to care about how our money is spent. Inflation and the devaluation of the dollar are completely the fault of our elected Federal Officials and their inventing programs to steal money for their own political power, buying votes through welfare programs, and fighting unjust and unneeded wars which has ballooned our debt to the point of no return. We are on the path to suffering a Depression which will make all other financial collapses pail in comparison, and it is our two party system which has caused this!
