Anti-LGBTQ+ State Will Take Your Children

ParentalAlienation.png?profile=RESIZE_400x(Patriot Command Center) If parents refuse to acknowledge their child's gender identity, the State will intervene and remove their children. However, the impact of this law extends beyond just parents. Churches who do not conform to the State's law on affirming gender identity will also be subjected to child abuse charges.

A proposed law called AB957 seeks to penalize parents who misgender their children. If enacted, this controversial legislation could lead to children being taken away from their parents' homes if family members are considered to be 'anti-LGBTQ+.'

The amendment, introduced by Democratic Assemblymember Lori Wilson and state Senator Scott Weiner, aims to amend the state Family Code to address the overall well-being of children in every household. Under this law, parents who refuse to acknowledge or affirm their child's gender could be labeled as 'abusive' and potentially lose custody of their children.

If passed, this law would grant courts full authority to remove children from homes where parents do not affirm their child's gender.

It would also require schools, churches, and other organizations to comply with these requirements or face consequences for supposedly jeopardizing the child's well-being.

Individuals and organizations who fail to recognize or accept a child's gender identity could face potential charges of abuse.

Critics of the proposed amendments argue  the state should not intrude on private residences to monitor how parents respond to their child's gender identity. The revisions have been heavily criticized for being "horrifying" and concerning for parents nationwide.

The exact enforcement and age range to which this law would apply remain unclear, as the language of the revisions is vague and ambiguous. The amendments also fail to differentiate between affirming a child's gender identity and supporting a physical sex change.

Instead, judges are asked to consider whether parents reject or fail to affirm their child's gender.

Weiner is also advocating for another bill  would require foster parents to affirm the gender identities of children who identify as transgender.

Think about this.  This proposed law is deeply troubling as it not only threatens to separate good parents from their children, but also exposes churches that adhere to traditional sexual identity based on birth certificates to charges of child abuse.

The most concerning aspect is there is no specified age limit. From infancy to old age, individuals can face accusations of sexual abuse if they are deemed anti-LGBTQ+.

This means even a one-month-old baby could be taken away from their mother's arms and placed in state custody if it is discovered that the mother holds anti-LGBTQ+ views.

Essentially, this law suggests a newborn baby would be ‘better off’ living in an orphanage as a ward-of-the-state than being raised in a loving home with traditional sexual standards.
