Finally a judge understands the constitution. It never should have gone to a judge in the first place.
To serve in the military today you must be able to obtain at least a "Confidential" security clearance. One of the biggest issues that will STOP an individual from obtaining a security clearance is anything in their record which can be used to blackmail them or anything in their record that indicates they are not trustworthy. It seems to me that if you don't know what gender God (YHWH) made you or if you are so morally degerate to want to have sexual relations with someone of the same sex that you are NOT TRUSTWORTHY! This alone should prevent anyone identifying as LGBTQAI+++ from entering the US Military!

There are many who cannot serve in the military, transgenders are just one. You cannot serve if you are blind, missing a leg or arm, too short, too tall, overweight, blood pressure too high, one eye, flat feet, have amnesia, heart problems and hundreds of other issues. So why do transgenders think they have a right to serve when they are not deployable, must receive transgender meds for life through the VA, and the biggie, they chose to be transgenders. They made the decision now they can live with their decision.
Because this is a spiritual issue, of which they have zero understanding. All perversion is from spirits of perversion or perverse spirit. It is also a rebellious spirit thus it involves more than one evil spirit. Basically, it turns what God meant for good, into evil rebellion against the very God who made them. It is also twisted as part of this rebellion. All those things you mentioned are actually physical, this is spiritual manifesting in the physical, which is has to in order to be observed and dealt with. Hope that makes sense. And it is common for spirits to work in tandem.
Win. But, judges have no right to oversee the Executive Branch in essential matters of war. Maybe they should read Article III. The least of the three. They are bound by/under the Constitution. Bound by (moral) good behavior and bound by Under, referring back to the Constitution.
