When is the House's 'Conservative Caucus' going to present a 'MOTION TO VACATE' the Speaker's chair... Is the GOP ever going to hold its leaders accountable for their irresponsible and reckless acts? Let the Convention consider,, pass, and ratify the necessary Amendments to put our nation back on course.. with the founder's vision for Constitutional Government... Begin such a Convention immidiately by passing a RECALL and Term Limits Amendment... removing the current government (elected and appointed) subject to new elections and appointments. One Term 6yrs, with 1/3rd of the elected and appointed government standing for election and appointment every 2yrs.
Viola, out with the old and in with the new... add a Balanced Budget and a Sovereignty Amendment designating the people and individual states as the true sovereigns of our Republic and operate the federal government within a revenue-neutral budget... no borrowing to fund the government. Repeal the 14th, 16th, and 17th Amendments ... Further Amend the Constitution to define citizenship and clarify the definition of natural-born citizen. Redistrict the Federal Courts by Amendment (removing all judges subject to new appointments, add 3 divisions to the SCOTUS: One Division each for criminal, civil, and constitutional cases.
