So Smartmatic is owned by Venezuela. The voting machines are created and constructed on an assembly-line in Taiwan and the brand name is stamped on the machine. The motherboards are manufactured in China and shipped to Taiwan. In fact, all the parts for the voting machines are made in China. Smartmatic, the DE software company, is in charge of all of this. Cepps, an NGO company In Arlington, VA, was created by the Open Society Foundation, a Soros foundation. Cepps is staffed by Open Society Foundation people. They have received billions in funding from USAID, a CIA front. Cepps mission, with funding from Soros and our CIA, was to spread these Smartmatic machines throughout the world. We and Soros have paid to spread these corrupted machines to 26 countries, including our own nation, all of which have begun turning to the left.
