This is not just a Boston problem, this is a Massachusetts problem. The entire state has been doing this repeatedly for years, except Boston just happened to be stupid enough to put it all in writing where federal investigators could find it.

I'm sure this is a major problem and waste of our tax dollars in every Demoncrat controlled state and city across America!
Since obtaining housing is a personal responsibility the US Government has no business subsidizing housing for anyone. The 10th Amendment to the US Constitution tells me that the Federal HUD is illegal! If President Trump wants to Make America Great, he must END all of the Unconstitutional Departments and Agencies. This will end all Federal Welfare, force all Americans to stand on their own personal responsibility and, once forced to provide for themselves, they will grow up and become all that they can be!!!
