CA Bill would give “PRIORITY” to illegal immigrants in the distribution of state disaster relief funds

So, let me get this right. I have lived in Ca for almost 50 years, paid my taxes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, paid my property taxes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, served my community, donated to law enforcement, part of a neighborhood watch, served on jury duty. received my Juris Doctorate degree, advised Judges, wrote legal briefs for ongoing cases, donated to causes to better the California environment, paid thousands of dollars to the DMV, served my board of Non-Profit organization which brough commerce into California, member of several Chamber of Commerce, paid my licensing dues to California, sponsored students in California Colleges, volunteered in soup kitchens to feed the homeless and so much more!

But now an illegal alien sneaks over the border this weekend and get to be first inline if there is a disaster and I get sent to the back of the bus!

Did I get that right......?
