You have a point Ronald, but we all know that no court in California is going to overthrow this law, thus it falls to the Supreme Court to bring an end to this insanity.
Will the left's argument end with a court decision... or will the left simply reinvent their political argument to accomplish the same purpose... sending the argument back to the courts...
After all, they have stated over and over that the law is never settled... and political goals are justified by any means necessary.
