Bet on it, we have sleeper cells all over the country. Look what the Palestinians did and how low tech it was. They will be extra careful not to call attention to themselves. Now days weird acting Muslims are in every neighborhood, not unusual, people don't pay attention to them. Since 24 is an election year they can cause all sorts of problems, they can turn the entire country upside down......and they'll try!
