Yep, but what would one expect from an appointed board of advisors from the Biden administration? The 2024 election will be pivotal in which direction our constitutional republic goes, which is why the progressive socialists have pulled out all the stops to corrupt it.

Wake up... the GOP has been losing lawsuits and turning a blind eye to criminal conduct in politics for decades... they are simply the reverse side of the Big Governmetn Coin... Flip them any way you like and they will always land on the side for MORE GOVERNMENT. Why should we be surprised at the outcome in Colorado... the GOP has thrown so many suites in CO that it has become a harbinger for political law suites.... the GOP simply rolls over on them.

  That is the ONLY way to fix the current political situation in America! We are way beyond any election process to restore sanity to our government! We are all experiencing taxation without representation on a scale that would make the British Parliament of the 18th Century blush. We no longer have a Representative Constitutional Republic, but have become the spitting image of the USSR! I don't believe anyone in our Federal Government (elected, appointed, or otherwise) is living up to their oath of office, thus they have all committed TREASON, but they will protect each other. It will take a real uprising by We The People to fix this!
