This judge does not know that the Supreme Court gave President Trump that exact power. The President of the United States is beyond reproach, if he acts as president. We finally have a leader in the White House who knows how to use his power. Before you know it, he'll control all levers of power as it should be and as our Founding Father had intended. Let them sue. Trump needs to cite the Constituiton... Article 2, Section 2, Clause 2 and his power to authorize the necessary security clearances to lawfully access all government documents pertinent to the DOUGE's charge... mission.
Unelected bureaucrats do not have any power to override the lawful Orders of the President... Trump needs to fire those who refuse his lawful orders... on the first offense and if the statutory law was violated while disobeying the President's orders... the offender needs to be criminally prosecuted.
The appointments clause allows the President to appoint officials not rrequired by law to have Congressional approval... such iferrior officials may be appointed at will... without Congressional approval or consent.

Isn't it funny how all these people who are crying over Elon Musk being appointed as the Director of DOGE under President Trump said absolutely nothing when Barack "Insane" Obama appointed 38 Czars who had the same type of access without any Senate vetting!!!
The President has wide latitude for selecting and appointing inferior officers of the government... without Congressional advice or consent...
There are simply too many officials and programs for Congress to vet and approve them all... Our funders understood this and gave the President the Constitutional power to appoint inferior officers.... to a permanent or temporary office in the Government.
If Congress wants to dismiss one of Pres. Trump's unilateral appointees... they would need to pass a Bill ... over his veto to do it.
