Everyone needs to understand this single truth! The entirety of the $38 Trillion National Debt today has been incurred since Demoncratic President Lyndon B. Johnson declared the "War on Poverty" 61 years ago! We the People have thrown away $623 Billion per year on average on a fools errand. Christians should know that Our Lord Jesus Christ said "The poor will be with you always" and "If you want to eat, you must work;" however, we allowed a US President to throw away our money on something that had no chance of success and which drew to it every single lazy, piece of crap in America to cheat and bilk money from the US Treasury. One good thing that could come out of this shutdown is for all of these welfare programs to collapse and never return. When a nation as rich as the United States of America only has a little over a 60% labor participation rate, that is a sign of a much bigger problem. If we ended all of the welfare programs we could get labour participation up to around 90% which is where it should be. We would then have a much happier and healthier nation!!!
