Considering that these narco cartels have been designated as international terrorists and the fact that the authorities for the President of the United States to prosecute the Global War on Terrorism are still in effect, using kinetic weapons to attack narco-terrorist is purely LEGAL! Eugene Vindman, besides being a very bad person and a failure as an Army Officer, is a very bad lawyer!!!
