Elon Revels that the U.S. Navy given $12 Billion to build New Submarines.. Not one Sub was built

The problem is this... The Department of Defense (DoD) was forced by GW Bush to fight TWO SIMULTANEOUS MAJOR THEATER WARS without ANY increase in manpower! What was worse is that both of these wars devolved into Low Intensity Conflicts whereby the US military needed a whole lot of Infantry, very little Armor, practically no Artillery because they got sucked into the belief that all Fire Support could br provided from the Air by the USAF and Naval Aviation, and a lot of Intelligence, while transfering the responsibility for Logistics to CONTRACTORS because most of the US Military's logistical units are in the Reserves. We did this for 20 years and, because of the high demand for Infantry and Intelligence, every other military occupational specialty suffered SKILL ROT! We came out of these two wars with NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THEM, except a lot of dead young Americans, AND we had dumbed down the entire force into Infantrymen and Intel Analysts (which were highly supplemented by CONTRACTORS). Over a period of 20 years, we promoted a LOT of UNQUALIFIED Generals/Admirals whose management style was to wake up in the morning and decide what their units were going to do that day. Gone was the meticulous planning that led to realistic and meaningful training of individual service members in their specialties, collective training to make military units highly lethal, and the concept of Joint and Combined Military Operations! We have way too many Generals/Admirals out of the Special Operations field in key positions within our DoD today. They are GREAT Team and Squad Leaders, but they have NO KNOWLEDGE or EXPERIENCE with OPERATIONAL ART! OPERATIONAL ART IS WHAT WINS WARS!!! President Trump needs to fire at least 85% of the 3 and 4 star Generals and Admirals and at least 50% of the 1 and 2 star Generals and Admirals. He then needs to direct promote from the Colonel/Captain and LT. Colonel/Commander ranks directly to fill these positions. He must also bring back a team of old retired Generals/Admirals/Colonels/Captiains/LT Colonels/Commanders who know what right looks like and who understand that great training begins with detailed and resourced PLANNING, and who also understand OPERATIONAL ART to serve as ADVISORS to the SECDEF, Joint Chiefs, and every single command down to Colonel/Captain level for a period of two years. This is how you turn the US Military Around!!!
