The Canadian government operates this way because of an inherent EGO PROBLEM - - No one is going to tell them "what to do", even if it's the right thing. Had too many Canadian relatives, in past decades; it's just the way they are; personally, I call it "ignorance".

Is it any wonder there are some of the western provinces in Canada that are talking about either declaring independence or becoming US states.
Canadian Laws must have been written by lunatics from the insane asylum!
