FEMA must be disbanded and the mission handed to the State Guards and the National Guard! Guardsmen live in their communities, routinely serve in 1st Responder roles, and know the needs of their communities in detail! They also know the terrain! State Governments must be placed in control of disaster relief and the Federal Government taken completely out of the picture!
Absolutely, Col. All agencies that have failed must be destroyed. State's rights will help restore this great land.
FEMA is just another phony lying department in the current goernment that needs dissolved just like the DOE.
