Another major court win for President Trump.

Following a similar Supreme Court win, the Fourth Circuit held the President and his team can access key executive branch databases.
To go after waste, fraud, and abuse.
So why do Democrats oppose this?

The court victories should be RAPIDLY followed up with FIRING the bureaucrats and their associates who brought the frivolous case for 'Cause'... no retirement.
There has to be a penalty for such obvious and deliberate attempts to UNDERMINE OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND GOVERNMENT without any penalty for their mutiny... it will only get worse.
WINNING!!!
Good for the Supreme Court
So the Judicial branch can tell the POTUS, who is the Executive branch, what he can and cannot do. Do I have that right? POTUS is still POTUS, right? or did he get demoted somehow? Let's get that right. He was accessing the Executive branch databases, the same ones he controls, right? And this is an inferior court, right? Do I have that right?
Exactly... these cases should have NEVER been brought... they will only lead to more frivolous lawsuits. The President needs to defend his Constitutional authority by REMOVING THE JUSTICES PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION to hold office... Any Judge who presumes to usurp the President's Constitutional powers, as Chief Executive Officer of the Government, needs their Presidential commission to hold their office terminated... withdrawn.
This point is critical to sustaining the DIVISION OF POWERS between the three branches of our Federal Government. It is now openly apparent that the Judicial Branch needs to be restrained and quickly. Shakespeare had it right when he quipped... Hang all the PETTITFOGGERS..
The President issues 'commissions' with the appointment of federal judges... who then serve at his will... The President can withdraw his commission, thus terminating a judge's appointment to office. ALL federal officers serve subject to holding a Presidential Commission ... without one, they may not hold any office.
Judges serve only during times of good behavior... they are commissioned by Presidential appointment, confirmed by the US Senate, and may be fired by the President at WILL... by withdrawing their commission... Impeachment is not necessary ... and is reserved as Congress's means to remove bad judges... a check on the President who could stack the courts with his appointments... and subvert justice.
Mr. President, stop listening to compromised lawyers... read the Constitution... its language and meaning are not complicated. Lawyers twist it and make it sound complicated... needing THEIR INTERPRETATION... by controlling its meaning, one controls the reins of government.
I wonder why that is so hard to understand when it is so simple. Good behaviour means good behavior. A "win" by a tyrant is not a win. It is a loss, a brick out of the wall, one at a time. A pretend win is not a win. It is a loss. Them 'giving' him anything is a disgusting travesty on all levels.
I am in agreement. Hanging would set the standard and put the brakes on this. They are destroying all boundaries for political purposes and it must be forcefully stopped.
