Article 2, Section 3: Provides the President with the power to TAKE CARE the laws be faithfully executed and to Commission ALL federal officers. The power to COMMISSION ALSO INCLUDES the authority to revoke, justices whose conduct on the bench is BAD can be remove... using the President's authority to vacate/revoke a judge's commission to hold federal office. Impeachment is not necessary.
A Judge whose commission is removed has no office or judicial authority. He remains a judge without an office/bench. A judge whose commission is revoked has no legal authority to function as a judge
