Governments are established to control the unrestrained exercise of the wicked individual... Those who have not inculcated limits of conduct for life end up creating governments that regulate ALL their wants, needs, and life’s expectations… despotic government.
So it is today… We live in a once proud and righteous nation that has lost its way …a nation whose government and social order are controlled by the wicked and morally corrupt. The People have forgotten who they are and what they are. They have left the guideposts of the righteous, the ‘natural law’, for the arbitrary and decadent administration of mankind's dark side. They refuse personal accountability to God and others… saying, we will not be denied our desires and wicked conduct.
Governments… all governments ultimately reflect the character of those governed… Where the despot governs, evil prospers, and where the righesous govern, peace and prosperity flourish. It is not the form of government that we should fear; it is the ADMINISTRATION of government that dictates if those governed will eat of the fruit of righteousness or endure the pain of the despot.
Government is the sum of a nation’s will to keep God’s commandments or to suffer from rebellion... History records mankind’s penchant for self-destruction. Volumes annotate the journey of man, with the blood of their children and the tears of lost generations...
What blood shall we shed and with whose tears shall we water our gardens this day… Shall it be with the blood of patriots and the tears of tyrants, or will we sigh and bear even greater suffering?

Ronald, you are so right and today we can proud of the way we are governed. Our Christian values are reflected in everything the federal government does under the leadership of President Trump. I'm especially proud of the way law and order has a place in the US again. Think ICE and their effective law enforcement.
Grumpy, you may have missed how President Trump is making America great again. The economy is firing on all cylinders, the stock market is at an all time high, inflation and the budget deficit are on their way down. In foreign policy he has established respect for the US again. Think about the energy truce he established between Russia and the Ukraine that will also bring diesel prices in the US down big time. Think about the resounding military victories in Venezuela and in Iran. We never had a more successful president and we the people aren't sick of winning yet.
