Gov. Abbott... STOP using any of the tools you used to arrange the current CAPITULATION to the Democrats...
Learn to use effective tools... lawful tools that have real impact.. .like VACATING a Democrat's abandoned seat and appointing a Conservative Republican to the vacated seat... what happened? The Pettifoggers get to you... threats of Impeachment... assassination... What happened to generate this massive betrayal of your base?
What's the use of calling another Special Session since the Republican Leadership in the Texas House surrendered to the Demoncrats after they were AWOL for two weeks? As a former Texan, I am embarrassed that the Republicans can't even stand up and fight for what is right. Remember the Alamo, WHAT!?!?!?
Gov. Abbott can still save the day; he has the lawful and constitutional DUTY to remove all the AWOL Democrat legislators who fail to occupy their seats in the Special Session... Abbott should announce their dismissal along with the appointment of GOP legislators to their vacated seats...
Gov Abbott can then have the new GOP House remove the RINO Speaker and all of the RINO committee Chairs... replace them with TRUE CONSERVATIVES who can assist him to properly defend his right to vacate and replace all the AWOL Democrats.
He should be prepared to countermand and IMPEACH a whole host of Judges that will attempt to block his Executive powers. As the Democrats engage in lawfare to deny Gov. Abbott his Executive powers to remove those Democrats who VACATED THEIR SEATS... per the Statutory and Constitutional law.
Time for serious HARDBALL GOP or resign and give your seat to true conservative Republicans. Don't back down ... arrest and prosecute Dems who attempt to undermine or disrupt State government over the lawful replacement of VACATED LEGISLATIVE SEATS...
