Not surprising at all... We must remember the US IS NOT A MEMBER of the International Criminal Court and should never be a member. Israel is not a signatory to the ICC and therefore not under its jurisdiction. Under International law Israel and its citizens are not subject to the orders and jurisdiction of the ICC.
